Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia yang diperlukan pada era yang serba modern seperti sekarang ini tentunya tidak akan lahir dalam waktu sekejap tetapi merupakan proses yang didalamnya diperlukan program pendidikan yang diarahkan pada persiapan dan pengembangan kualitas SDM yang sesuai dengan transformasi sosial yang sangat cepat tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen sumber daya manusia di lingkungan sekolah di SDN Cilamaya I. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam peningkatan mutu sekolah di SDN Cilamaya I dalam hal ini telah menunjukkan tingkat keefektifan yang baik dan dapat meningkatkan mutu sekolah secara efektif dan efisien. Proses pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia di SDN Cilamaya I yaitu dengan cara: melakukan analisis jabatan, merencanakan kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan merekrut para calon pekerja, memberikan orientasi dan pelatihan bagi tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dalam waktu yang telah ditentukan, menata olah upah dan gaji dan melaksanakan evaluasi secara berkala tentang hasil yang telah diperoleh.

Abstract

Manajemen Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Peserta Didik SMP Kiansantang Bandung Keberhasilan dalam penyelenggaraan lembaga pendidikan akan sangat tergantung kepada manajemen komponen-komponen pendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan seperti kurikulum, peserta didik, pembiayaan, tenaga pelaksana, serta sarana dan prasarana. Komponen tersebut merupakan satu kesatuan dalam upaya mencapai tujuan lembaga pendidikan, artinya bahwa satu komponen tidak lebih penting dari komponen lainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam peningkatan kualitas peserta didik SMP Kiansantang Bandung. Metode yang digunakan studi kasus dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam peningkatan kualitas peserta didik SMP Kiansantang Bandung sebagaimana di bagian perencanaan, berfokus pada bidang kurikulum, kesiswaan, serta sarana dan prasarana. Bidang kurikulum berfokus pada wilayah akademis, bidang kesiswaan berfokus pada wilayah non-akademis, serta sarana dan prasarana pada fasilitas penunjang bagi peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi semua peserta didik memiliki hak yang sama termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus untuk mendapatkan pendidikan yang sama pada sekolah reguler. Sehingga mampu mengembangkan potensi yang mereka miliki tanpa ada rasa dikucilkan atau diskriminasi sebagai bentuk perwujudan penerapan sila ke 5 pada sila pancasila, yaitu keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen mengembangkan kemampuan tenaga pendidik dalam memberikan layanan siswa berkebutuhan khusus tuna grahita di SLB B-C Cahaya Bangsa Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program tenaga pendidik dalam layanan siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah SLB B-C Cahaya Bangsa telah berjalan dengan baik secara efektif dan efisien karena telah merealisasikan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran sekolah inklusif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat dan banyak merubah tatanan masyarakat tidak dapat dibendung lagi. Pendidikan yang sejatinya tempat untuk menghasilkan generasi penerus bangsa dihadapkan pada zaman yang sangat berbeda dengan sebelumnya. Pendidikan harus berkolaborasi dengan teknologi untuk mengupayakan dan membiasakan Penggunaan teknologi agar siswa mampu menggunakan bahkan mengembangkan teknologi yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi teknologi kolaboratif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi siswa SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi artificial intelligence dalam pembelajaran yakni pada jurusan multimedia di SMK memberikan kesempatan pada siswa untuk mengenal dan mencoba melakukan kolaborasi dengan teknologi yang sedang berkembang saat ini. Implementasi teknologi kolaboratif dilakukan melalui perencanaan dengan menentukan tujuan dan melakukan FGD dengan berbagai pihak, pengorganisasian melalui penentuan berbagai keperluan untuk pembelajaran, kepegawaian dimaknai dengan mengidentifikasi siswa serta lingkungan kelas.

Abstract

Mendeley is a very useful reference manager and research manager software for students. The use of Mendeley is very important in writing scientific papers and developing research and minimizing plagiarism. This study discusses the use of Mendeley references in improving the quality of student scientific writing and research development in the PGMI STAI Sangatta Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education study program. This study aims to find out how to use Mendeley reference. This research method uses a qualitative research approach which aims to describe where data collection techniques are carried out, namely in-depth interviews with informants. The subjects of this study were students and heads of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program PGMI STAI Sangatta East Kutai who were active in writing using Mendeley references to facilitate scientific writing assignments and research development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership style of school principals at the PGRI Selaawi Vocational High School (SMK), Garut Regency. This research uses a descriptive research design that uses research informants, namely deputy principals as key informants and principals, educators and education staff as supporting informants. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive models, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was carried out using source and method triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that (1) the leadership style played by the principal with a leadership type that tends to be democratic. (2) The implementation of the principal's leadership includes: a planning process using good, orderly and open management. The organizing process is carried out with a good leadership style with the division of tasks between educators and education staff. The process carried out with a patterned leadership style strengthens cooperative relationships by always providing direction, coaching, formally and non-formally, both at meetings or personally. Supervision is carried out to give confidence to subordinates so that they do not continuously carry out supervision by going around the class, supervising the performance of educators and education staff. (3) Decision making is carried out by the principal with a leadership style by way of deliberation and discussion and involving educators, education staff and all existing stakeholders.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of an interesting phenomenon in the implementation of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) in Sukabumi Regency. The regional government 's very strong attention to religious education in Sukabumi District , the lack of conditions for MDTA infrastructure, inadequate learning management at MDTA, limited sources of activity funds, and the structure of the MDTA curriculum that has not been fully understood have become the focus of problems in this research. This study presents the results of research on Learning Management in Improving the Quality of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Graduates in Sukabumi District. This study is a qualitative research with descriptive methods were performed on MDTA in three (3) the District, the District, Cicantaya n , Caringin and Cisaat. The data collection technique combines field observations, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Inductive data analysis resulted in the following conclusions: in general, the management of Learning in Improving the Quality of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Graduates (MDTA) in Cicantayan, Caringin and Cisaat Districts, Sukabumi Regency has not run optimally. In particular, first, the policy product of the Sukabumi Regency Government in the provision of education at MDTA has been successfully implemented even though the realization of the operational assistance budget and the pattern of guidance and supervision are still not optimal. Second, the achievements of the results of the implementation of learning at MDTA so far have been sufficient to meet the graduation standards of students, but in the implementation of learning activities still do not meet the standards of the learning process. Third, there are some inhibiting factors faced in the form of limited budget, weak understanding of the methodology and the mindset of teachers in learning, inadequate learning facilities, and the absence of a national madrasah diniyah curriculum standard. Fourth, the future demands are in the form of community support for the development of MDTA with a modern and innovative perspective, the formation of the diniyah teachers' deliberation forums and the professional training of teachers. Fifth, several improvements have been made in the form of holding MDTA accreditation and strengthening the Diniyah Takmiliyah Communication Forum (FKDT). And the sixth is the impact obtained from the implementation of education at MDTA in the form of a religious community environment, holding back the moral decadence of the younger generation and creating religious figures in the Cicantayan, Caringin and Cisaat Districts. This study also offers a hypothetical model for the application of learning management to MDTA.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of Madrasah Aliyah's performance is still weak in the management of education and learning. Weak performance is suspected to have not been implemented properly in strategic management at Madrasah Aliyah. The general objective of the study is to determine the performance improvement of Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency through the application of strategic management and the specific objectives are to describe (1) Formulation, (2) Implementation, (3) Evaluation and control, (4) Results obtained, (5) Constraints that arise, and (6) Solutions to overcome obstacles that arise in the implementation of strategic management in improving the performance of Madrasah Aliyah. The grand theory used is Pearce and Robinson's strategic management theory. Using a qualitative approach, descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in general strategic management has improved the performance of Madrasah Aliyah, and specifically as follows: (1) The formulation of strategic management has been implemented through the formulation of the vision, mission, objectives, policies, and madrasa programs through limited meetings. The formulation has not gone through a special workshop with a comprehensive discussion, (2) The implementation of strategic management has been carried out. Educational management implements madrasah-based management (MBM) by developing two integrated programs, namely madrasa managerial programs and madrasa academic programs. The implementation of madrasa management follows government regulations and foundation policies, (3) Evaluation and control of strategic management through four activities, namely an assessment from the Ministry of Religion through Madrasah Supervisors, activities of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) through Madrasah Self Evaluation (EDM) as the basis for the preparation of e-mails. RKAM and External Quality Assurance System through Madrasah Accreditation, Assessment from Foundation Management, and assessment of public perception. There are no specific criteria for assessment from foundations and the community, (4) The results obtained from the implementation of strategic management are an increase in the quality of education governance and the learning process. The implementation of education is getting better. Madrasah personnel can carry out their duties and functions according to what has been set. Students excel in various competition activities, both academic and non-academic, (5) Constraints that arise include limited facilities and infrastructure, not all national education standards are implemented optimally, madrasas do not have full authority, the majority of teacher status are Non-PNS so that their welfare is relatively low. is still small, and education financing still relies on Central BOS funds and BPMU from the Province, and (6) Solutions, all obstacles are gradually overcome to minimize problems in performance. In conclusion, empirically strategic management has been applied and can improve the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Sukabumi Regency. Improvement in the implementation of education and learning. Private Aliyah Madrasas follow government regulations and policies set by the foundation.

Abstract

Research on charismatic leadership KH. Zezen Zainal Abidin Bazul Asyhab in building the Qoryah Mubarokah Association (IQOMAH) association is a research related to the ability of leaders to influence others towards a better and life. Based on the data obtained, the focus of the Iqomah program is the enforcement of Islamic law in the field of Worship, named as the practice of the Islamic Pillars correctly and earnestly. The research includes the type of field research (field research) with qualitative methods. Based on this method, facts were found in the field, using observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation of Iqomah's programs and policies. The first conclusion is that charismatic leadership is the ability of leaders to influence members in particular and society in general to achieve the vision and mission of a leader. Second, based on the study’s results, there are characteristics and indicators of charitable leadership in the figure of KH. Zezen Zainal Abidin Bazul Asyhab. Third, the continuity and consistency of educational programs at Iqomah Nusantara as proof of the influence of KH. Zezen Zainal Abidin Bazul Asyhab is a charismatic leader, even though he has passed away.

Abstract

One aspect that can be used to overcome learning quality problems is by updating the curriculum. Currently, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Indonesia has initiated a new curriculum called the independent learning curriculum. This is also implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, a school that implements the Independent Learning Curriculum. The objectives to be achieved in this research are: (1) To determine the planning of the independent learning curriculum in improving the quality of learning economy at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, (2) To determine the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in improving the quality of learning economy at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, (3) To find out the evaluation of the independent learning curriculum in improving the quality of learning economy at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the Miles Huberman and Saldana model which includes data collection, data condensation and presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are: (1) Planning for the independent learning curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta was carried out in June 2022 involving all stack holders. The procedure begins with preparing files, human resources and also facilities and infrastructure, then the planning results are uploaded to the page. The reference used is the Merdeka Mengajar Platform. (2) The procedure for implementing the independent learning curriculum has four stages, namely initial, developing, ready and proficient. The initial stage is the stage of composing the learning flow, the second stage is the developing stage, which is the stage of making adjustments to the learning flow, the third stage is the ready stage, which is the stage where the teacher arranges the learning flow according to the material and the fourth stage is the advanced stage, which is the stage of developing the learning flow in the learning process. In preparing learning, teaching modules are used and the strategies used in its application are knowledge obtained from training. Meanwhile, the learning model requires students to be active and independent. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of the independent learning curriculum is carried out using formative and summative evaluations. Formative evaluation is an evaluation carried out by assessing self-assessment while summative evaluation is carried out by giving assignments to students. Follow-up in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum is also highly expected. Development needs to be carried out so that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum can be carried out further.
