Abstract

This study, titled Implementation of Law on the Right to Health Services for Prisoners : A Case Study at Class IIB Praya Detention Center, aims to determine whether prisoners' rights to health services are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, and how the implementation of the fulfilment of prisoners' health service rights is carried out at Class IIB Praya Detention Center. The research employs both empirical and normative methods, utilizing legislative, conceptual, and sociological approaches. The findings indicate that the right to health services for prisoners is indeed regulated in the existing legal framework. However, the fulfilment of these health service rights at Praya Detention Center has not been fully achieved. The lack of adequate health facilities negatively impacts the health and well-being of prisoners. This limitation often leads to insufficient access to necessary medical care, an increased risk of disease transmission, and a reduced quality of life for inmates. These issues may be attributed to inadequate infrastructure, a shortage of medical personnel, and budgetary constraints. Keywords: Right to Health Services, Prisoners, Detention Center.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyse the relationship between Islamic banking assets and conventional banking assets in Indonesia. The research methodology involves the use of a linear regression test to determine the dependence relationship between Islamic banking assets (dependent) and conventional banking assets (independent). The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant negative relationship between the variables and the dependent variable, with a significance value of 0.441 (> 0.05). The regression equation obtained Y=0.105-0.158X illustrates that if the independent variable (Islamic banking assets) increases, the dependent variable (conventional banking assets) will decrease, and vice versa. This research is expected to provide practical insights for practitioners to help stakeholders make more informational and informed decisions to make more informational and strategic decisions to achieve their goals.

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between the total population and the number of halal certification applicants in Indonesia from 2021 to 2022 by employing an applied statistical approach with a focus on the linear regression test. The objective is to discern the extent to which the total population influences the demand for halal certification. The study utilized secondary data collected from various sources and processed through statistical software. The findings reveal a statistically significant relationship between the total population and halal certification applicants, as evidenced by the low significance value (0.001). The regression equation, 49,003-0.000X, indicates a negative correlation, suggesting that as the total population increases, the number of halal certification applicants tends to decrease. The applicative contribution of this research lies in providing valuable insights for policymakers, industries, and halal certifying bodies. Understanding the dynamics of population influence on halal certification demand can guide strategic planning for meeting the growing needs of consumers. However, it is noteworthy that the regression coefficient indicates a nonsignificant contribution of the total population in explaining variations in halal certification applicants, emphasizing the need for additional factors to be considered in comprehensive analyses of halal certification.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the groundwater aquifer layer using the resistivity method in Puaringan, Pelangan Village, West Lombok. The aquifer layer is a layer of rock that has the ability to store groundwater well. This layer also tends to have high porosity so that fluid/water is trapped in the layer. The resistivity method used is vertical electric sounding (VES). This method is effective in detecting the subsurface vertically. Data acquisition was carried out using two sounding points (S1 and S2). Sounding points S1 and S2 were processed using IP2WIN software to produce a picture of the subsurface rock layer. The results of the S1 point study showed that the groundwater aquifer layer was at a depth of 113-126 meters identified as a sandstone layer. The results of the S2 point study showed that the groundwater aquifer layer was at a depth of 105-198 meters identified as a sandstone layer.

Abstract

Abstrak- Penelitian ini mengkaji pendidikan aqidah dalam kisah Ashabul Kahfi (QS. Al-Kahfi: 9-28) berdasarkan Tafsir Al-Munir karya Syekh Wahbah az-Zuhaili. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dan metode tematik (maudhu’i), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai aqidah yang terkandung dalam kisah tersebut. Data primer berasal dari ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, sedangkan data sekunder mencakup literatur pendidikan aqidah. Teknik analisis isi digunakan untuk menggali makna mendalam dari tafsir ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan aqidah dalam kisah Ashabul Kahfi meliputi keteguhan tauhid, hijrah demi mempertahankan iman, tawakkul kepada Allah, do’a sebagai sarana penguatan iman, kesadaran akan kekuasaan Allah, dan pentingnya pergaulan yang mendukung keimanan. Tafsir Al-Munir menekankan relevansi nilai-nilai ini dalam membangun karakter Muslim yang kokoh di era modern. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan pendidikan aqidah yang relevan bagi generasi Muslim, khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman seperti sekularisme dan materialisme. Nilai-nilai ini dapat menjadi panduan dalam membentuk fondasi iman yang kuat dan berdaya tahan.

Abstract

This study examines Gen Z’s perspective on the influence of Customer Reviews and Customer Ratings on purchase decisions in the Tokopedia marketplace. Customer Reviews are consumer feedback based on product or service usage experiences, while Customer Ratings are evaluations using a scale, typically represented by stars. Purchase decisions refer to the process of selecting a product after identifying needs, gathering information, and comparing alternatives. Employing a quantitative paradigm in conjunction with multiple linear regression analysis, this inquiry was oriented toward members of Generation Z residing within Mojokerto Regency, aged 17 to 28 years, who possessed both purchasing capacity and registered Tokopedia accounts. The selection of participants was executed through a purposive sampling technique, culminating in the acquisition of 100 valid respondents., and data were collected via questionnaires. The t-test results revealed that both Customer Reviews and Customer Ratings exert a constructive and consequential influence upon purchasing determinations, as evidenced by a probability value inferior to 0.05. The Adjusted R² value of 0.598 indicates that 59.8% of purchase decision variation is explained by these two variables, Whilst 40.2% is governed by heterogeneous contingencies external to the model’s explanatory domain. These findings highlight the crucial role of online reviews and ratings in shaping Gen Z consumers’ purchasing behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how technopreneurship learning tools in school education and STEM integration implemented Technology in the business world. The method used in this study is the System Literature Review method by adding Field Studies at Al-Mubarok High School. Technopreneurship learning tools in this study are needed in learning both in the classroom and the field. The stages of developing technopreneurship learning tools are obtained through integrated systematic STEM, which is carried out through stimulating students' interest in doing business and entrepreneurship, building trust in Self, developing creativity and innovation, and daring to take risks. In this curriculum, the involvement of educators with experience in entrepreneurship dramatically determines how the process encourages students' interest to be involved in entrepreneurship and the business world, especially in the learning process in the world of Education

Abstract

The background of this research stems from the urgent need to ensure the adaptability and institutional resilience of religious courts amid digital disruption. The purpose of this research is to develop a theory of prospective resilience of religious court institutions by tracing the historical foundations and legal frameworks that shape institutional resilience in the face of technological transformation. This research is qualitative in nature with a legal-historical and juridical-normative approach. Data were collected through a document study of regulations on the institutionalization of religious courts and legal literature on judicial institutions, then analyzed using content analysis and interpretive-historical methods. The results of the study show that the prospective resilience of religious courts is built on three dimensions: continuity of Islamic legal values, the recontextualization of justice norms within the digital system, and the integration of ethical responsibility principles into the use of AI. The novelty of this research lies in the development of institutional resilience theory rooted in legal-historical methodology, which places institutional history as the conceptual foundation for the resilience and legitimacy of religious courts in the era of digital disruption.

Abstract

The Mobile Brigade Corps of the Indonesian National Police carries strategic responsibilities that require personnel to demonstrate strong organizational citizenship behaviour supported by intrapreneurial attributes. Intrapreneurial factors within public security institutions are increasingly important to enhance adaptability innovation and sustainable organizational performance in line with the Sustainable Development Goals particularly SDGs 8 on decent work and SDGs 16 on strong institutions. This study aims to examine the influence of intrapreneurial related factors namely perceived organizational support empowering leadership and proactive personality on organizational citizenship behaviour with leader member exchange as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey of 8020 Mobile Brigade Corps personnel with 367 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS version 24. The results indicate that perceived organizational support empowering leadership and proactive personality significantly influence organizational citizenship behaviour both directly and indirectly through leader member exchange. The mediating role of leader member exchange strengthens the relationship between intrapreneurial factors and extra role behaviour. The findings highlight the importance of fostering an intrapreneurial environment within public security organizations to promote voluntary and proactive employee behaviour. This study contributes to organizational development strategies that support institutional effectiveness sustainability and the achievement of SDGs oriented governance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profil laterit di lokasi penelitian, mengidentifikasi komposisi mineral pada setiap lapisan, serta menentukan jenis batuan berdasarkan analisis petrografi. Endapan nikel laterit terbentuk sebagai hasil pelapukan residu batuan ultramafik melalui proses pelindian dan pemerkayaan supergen. Proses ini dipengaruhi oleh morfologi, struktur geologi, dan fluktuasi muka air tanah yang mengontrol distribusi unsur dalam profil laterit. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif diterapkan melalui observasi lapangan, pengambilan sampel, dan analisis bijih. Data bor pada Blok X ini belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya. Hasil pengeboran menunjukkan variasi profil laterit pada setiap titik bor. Analisis mineralogi menunjukkan bahwa lapisan limonit didominasi oleh goethite, hematit, dan mangan, sementara lapisan saprolit mengandung serpentin, goethite, piroksen, olivin, dan silika. Lapisan batuan dasar didominasi oleh piroksen, serpentin, olivin, dan silika. Analisis petrografi mengonfirmasi bahwa sampel batuan dari MS-1 hingga MS-3 menunjukkan karakteristik peridotit dengan dominasi mineral piroksen, serpentin, olivin, dan kuarsa. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai karakteristik profil laterit serta distribusi mineral di daerah penelitian, yang dapat menjadi dasar eksplorasi lebih lanjut terkait potensi endapan nikel laterit.
