Abstract

Increased consumer demand for packaged tea has created various local and international business actors who are trying to meet people's needs. Packaged tea drinks are now the main choice in Indonesia after brewed tea, especially among urban people who prefer a practical and efficient lifestyle. In facing this trend, marketers need to have a deep understanding of current consumer behavior. It is important for marketers to understand consumers' needs, tastes and decision-making processes in order to produce products that meet their expectations. This research aims to explore the value of independent variables, be it one variable or more, without making comparisons or making connections between variables. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, where variables are described objectively according to reality, supported by data in the form of numbers resulting from measurements. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the research population came from undergraduate Management Studies students at Bina Bangsa University, totaling 4,091 people. Based on the results of the analysis, it is recommended to develop a more effective marketing strategy, especially regarding the influence of Pucuk Tea on purchasing decisions. Include other factors that might influence the Y variable to improve the accuracy of the analysis and research results.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami penyelesaian kasus tindak pidana pencurian dengan metode restorative justice serta hambatan yang dialami kepolisian pada saat penerapan restorative justice di wilayah polresta Mataram. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengkaji data yang telah diperoleh, selanjutnya diuraikan dalam bentuk narasi, kemudian data-data tersebut dihubungkan dengan teori peraturan perundang-undangan untuk memperoleh jawaban atas permasalahan yang ada di penelitian ini. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa penerapan restorative justice terhadap tindak pidana pencurian di wilayah hukum Polresta Mataram merupakan cara alternatif penyelesaian hukum agar dapat diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan antara pelaku dan korban. Namun didalam penerapan restorative justice terhadap tindak pidana pencurian di wilayah hukum polresta Mataram masih ada yang menyimpang dari aturan yang telah di tetapkan,oleh karena itu masih terdapat hambatan dan kendala dalam penyelesaiannya. Sehingga perlu diadakan evaluasi terhadap beberapa oknum yang terkait dan diperlukannya pemahaman lebih dalam lagi tentang restorative justice Kata kunci: Tindak Pidana, Pencurian, Restorative Justice ABSTRACT This study aims to find out and understand the settlement of criminal cases of theft using the restorative justice method and the obstacles experienced by the police when implementing restorative justice in the Mataram Polresta area. Data analysis was carried out by examining the data that had been obtained, then described in narrative form, then the data was linked to the theory of laws and regulations to obtain answers to the problems in this study. From this research it was found that the application of restorative justice to criminal acts of theft in the Mataram Polresta jurisdiction is an alternative way of legal settlement so that it can be resolved amicably between the perpetrator and the victim. However, in the application of restorative justice to criminal acts of theft in the jurisdiction of the Mataram Police there are still those who deviate from the rules that have been set, therefore there are still obstacles and obstacles in their settlement. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan sanksi pidana pada Putusan Nomor 10/Pid.Sus-TPK/2021/PT DKI, serta mengkaji penerapan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku dalam Putusan Nomor 10/Pis.Sus-TPK/2021/PT DKI ditinjau berdasarkan hukum progresif. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengaplikasikan metode penelitian hukum normatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik pertimbangan yuridis dan non-yuridis di atas, penulis menilai bahwa dasar pertimbangan hakim tidak sesuai dengan asas equality before of the law dan tidak mempertimbangkan status terdakwa sebagai penegak hukum namun justru melakukan tindak pidana korupsi. Dalam konsep hukum progresif, hakim sejatinya dapat lebih leluasa dalam memberikan putusan, yakni dengan melakukan penemuan-penemuan atau terobosan-terobosan berkaitan denga apa yang saat ini menurutnya sudah tidak relevan. Akan tetapi dalam penerapan sanksi tidana terhadap Jaksa Pinangki dalam Putusan Nomor 10/Pis.Sus-TPK/2021/PT DKI jika ditinjau berdasarkan hukum progresif belumlah terpenuhi. Sebab pengurangan sanksi pidana penjara oleh Majelis Hakim tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan sanksi denda, serta dalam pertimbangan penjatuhan sanksi pidana tersebut Majelis Hakim hanya terkesan berfokus pada status gender terdakwa.

Abstract

This study, titled Implementation of Law on the Right to Health Services for Prisoners : A Case Study at Class IIB Praya Detention Center, aims to determine whether prisoners' rights to health services are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, and how the implementation of the fulfilment of prisoners' health service rights is carried out at Class IIB Praya Detention Center. The research employs both empirical and normative methods, utilizing legislative, conceptual, and sociological approaches. The findings indicate that the right to health services for prisoners is indeed regulated in the existing legal framework. However, the fulfilment of these health service rights at Praya Detention Center has not been fully achieved. The lack of adequate health facilities negatively impacts the health and well-being of prisoners. This limitation often leads to insufficient access to necessary medical care, an increased risk of disease transmission, and a reduced quality of life for inmates. These issues may be attributed to inadequate infrastructure, a shortage of medical personnel, and budgetary constraints. Keywords: Right to Health Services, Prisoners, Detention Center.

Abstract

During the holy month of Ramadan, Indonesia experiences various unique cultural phenomena, one of which is the popular activity known as ngabuburit, or spending the late afternoon hours before breaking the fast. Common ngabuburit activities include reciting the Quran (tadarus) and hunting for takjil (light meals for breaking the fast). The tradition of sharing takjil has gained widespread attention across communities, symbolizing a spirit of generosity and sensitivity to social conditions, values that are deeply embedded in Islamic teachings. This study uses a qualitative research approach, integrating field data and literature review, to examine the social, economic, cultural, and educational impacts of takjil distribution during Ramadan. The research specifically considers the tradition's basis in hadith (Prophet Muhammad’s teachings) and its practical significance in Indonesian society. The findings highlight multiple benefits: economically, it supports local vendors and fosters financial circulation; socially, it enhances solidarity and strengthens community bonds; culturally, it preserves an important tradition; and educationally, it models charity and social responsibility for younger generations. Moreover, this practice fosters spiritual growth, as it is believed to increase faith, earn divine love from Allah and His Messenger, promote ukhuwah (brotherhood), purify intentions, and encourage mutual support and tolerance. By connecting religious values with social practices, the tradition of sharing takjil reinforces Indonesia’s collective identity and exemplifies the community's commitment to Islam’s principles of compassion and unity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze buyer behavior towards skincare products, with a focus on factors that influence purchasing decisions, product preferences, the influence of social media, and promotional strategies. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to collect data from respondents regarding habits, preferences and external influences in purchasing skin care products. Data analysis techniques are carried out descriptively to identify trends and patterns of consumer behavior. The research results show that product quality is the main factor in decisions (91.3%), followed by needs and price. TikTok emerged as the top platform for seeking information (77.9%), while influencer reviews had a significant influence with 91.3% of respondents considering them before purchasing a product. The majority of consumers prefer local products (60.6%) compared to imports. Additionally, promotional strategies such as discounts and cashback proved effective in attracting attention, with 93.3% of respondents expressing interest in the offer. This research concludes that skincare buyer behavior is influenced by a combination of rational and emotional factors, which are strengthened by the influence of social media and promotions. These findings provide insight for producers in designing marketing strategies that are more effective and in line with consumer needs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze traders' buying interest in Mahkota Tomato Sauce by focusing on the factors that influence purchasing decisions. The method used was a quantitative survey with a questionnaire distributed to 100 traders in the Jakarta area. The results showed that 78.7% of traders were very likely to recommend Crown Tomato Sauce to other traders, while another 21.3% were very unlikely to do so. Additionally, 74.1% of merchants are very willing to pay more for Crown Tomato Sauce if the quality is improved, while another 25.9% are very unwilling. Factors that influence traders' buying interest include product quality, price, packaging and availability. Consumers tend to prefer products with good quality and appropriate prices. Apart from that, attractive packaging and consistent product availability are also important considerations in purchasing decisions. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Mahkota Tomato Sauce manufacturers focus on improving product quality, adjusting competitive prices, attractive packaging designs, and ensuring consistent product availability on the market to increase traders' buying interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Masyarakat pada Pelayanan di Kantor Camat Setia Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kantor Camat Setia yang terletak di Jalan Jl. Lintas Barat Sumatera, Lhang, Kec. Setia, Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya, Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang datang ke Kantor Camat Setia yang membutuhkan pelayanan pegawai Kantor Camat Setia Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. sedangkan yang menjadi Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang yang datang ke Kantor Camat Setia yang membutuhkan pelayanan pegawai Kantor Camat Setia Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya yang ditentukan secara acak (Random Sampling).  Untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh, penulis menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif yaitu suatu analisis data yang diolah dalam bab-bab pembahasan melalui argumen dan disertai dengan pendapat para ahli untuk menggambarkan kesimpulan. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert, dimana tiap jawaban diberi skor 1 sampai dengan 5. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Standar Pelayanan, Sumber Daya Manusia/Pegawai, dan keadilan Mendapatkan Pelayanan, benar mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada pelayanan di kantor Camat Setia Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Hasil jawaban responden variabel kepuasa masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari ketiga indikator pertanyaan dari tiap-tiap variabel yang diajukan kepada responden lebih banyak yang menjawab sangat setuju dan setuju daripada netral, tidak setuju dan sangat  tidak setuju.

Abstract

Technological advancements are increasingly shaping daily life. This includes the dissemination of information, with Muslims utilizing technology for Islamic da'wah, particularly Qur'anic interpretation (Tafsīr). While traditionally accessed through physical prints, Tafsīr is now readily available on websites. This study analyzes the sources, methods, and patterns of interpretation employed by http://muslimah.or.id. Employing a qualitative research method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, the study reveals several key features of the website's Tafsīr approach. Interpretations focus on individual letters, specific themes, and contemporary Muslim women's issues. Authors cite reference sources, and interpretations are diverse, reflecting at least four distinct methods. The website incorporates both traditional (bi al-Maʼthūr) and rational (bi al-Ra'y) methods, drawing from classical Tafsīr works like Jalalain, at-Ṭabarī, and Ibn Kathīr. Notably, the website utilizes thematic (Mawḍūʻī) and comparative (Muqāran) approaches. The website prioritizes socio-literary (Adabī ijtimāʻī) aspects, focusing on linguistic, literary, and socio-cultural contexts. However, the inconsistent nature of interpretations due to the website's multiple contributors presents a potential challenge.
