Abstract

GS (Gelora Sinar) brand batteries are one of the superior products in the vehicle battery industry in Indonesia. Known for its high quality and durability, GS batteries have become the main choice for motor vehicle users. This product is designed with the latest technology that supports optimal performance and energy efficiency. In addition, GS is committed to sustainable practices by implementing a used battery recycling program, which aims to reduce the environmental impact of hazardous waste. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Masyarakat pada Pelayanan di Kantor Camat Setia Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kantor Camat Setia yang terletak di Jalan Jl. Lintas Barat Sumatera, Lhang, Kec. Setia, Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya, Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang datang ke Kantor Camat Setia yang membutuhkan pelayanan pegawai Kantor Camat Setia Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. sedangkan yang menjadi Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang yang datang ke Kantor Camat Setia yang membutuhkan pelayanan pegawai Kantor Camat Setia Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya yang ditentukan secara acak (Random Sampling).  Untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh, penulis menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif yaitu suatu analisis data yang diolah dalam bab-bab pembahasan melalui argumen dan disertai dengan pendapat para ahli untuk menggambarkan kesimpulan. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert, dimana tiap jawaban diberi skor 1 sampai dengan 5. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Standar Pelayanan, Sumber Daya Manusia/Pegawai, dan keadilan Mendapatkan Pelayanan, benar mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada pelayanan di kantor Camat Setia Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Hasil jawaban responden variabel kepuasa masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari ketiga indikator pertanyaan dari tiap-tiap variabel yang diajukan kepada responden lebih banyak yang menjawab sangat setuju dan setuju daripada netral, tidak setuju dan sangat  tidak setuju.

Abstract

Technological advancements are increasingly shaping daily life. This includes the dissemination of information, with Muslims utilizing technology for Islamic da'wah, particularly Qur'anic interpretation (Tafsīr). While traditionally accessed through physical prints, Tafsīr is now readily available on websites. This study analyzes the sources, methods, and patterns of interpretation employed by http://muslimah.or.id. Employing a qualitative research method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, the study reveals several key features of the website's Tafsīr approach. Interpretations focus on individual letters, specific themes, and contemporary Muslim women's issues. Authors cite reference sources, and interpretations are diverse, reflecting at least four distinct methods. The website incorporates both traditional (bi al-Maʼthūr) and rational (bi al-Ra'y) methods, drawing from classical Tafsīr works like Jalalain, at-Ṭabarī, and Ibn Kathīr. Notably, the website utilizes thematic (Mawḍūʻī) and comparative (Muqāran) approaches. The website prioritizes socio-literary (Adabī ijtimāʻī) aspects, focusing on linguistic, literary, and socio-cultural contexts. However, the inconsistent nature of interpretations due to the website's multiple contributors presents a potential challenge.

Abstract

Teknologi pembelajaran bahasa Arab merupakan penggunaan perangkat lunak, aplikasi, dan solusi digital untuk membantu individu dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan penggunaan teknologi dan pengaruh penggunaan teknologi terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan buku “"Al-‘Arabiyyah Bayna Yadayk". Metode penelitian menggunaan penelitian kualitatif, dengan cara melakukan proses eksplorasi dan pemahaman yang bermakna terhadap individu ataupun kelompok. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi terhadap pembelajaran di kelas, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pertama analisis konten, kemudian melakukan interpretaif dan yang terakhir yaitu dengan analisis komparatif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di SMP Islam Terpadu Al Madinah  dengan menggunakan multimedia yaitu  adanya bahan ajar yang berbentuk digital seperti powerpoint, Latihan soal, audio percakapan, dan konten pembelajran yang dapat dapat diakses dalam situs resmi Al-Arabiyah Lil Jami' (Arabic For All). Pembelajaran di Madrasah Mutawassithah Imam Bukhari Solo pengguanaan mutimedia lebih banyak menggunakan teknologi audia untuk mendengarkan percakapan dalam bahasa Arab.  Penggunaan multimedia dalam pembelajaran di kedua sekolah dinilai efektif karena dapat menarik perhatian siswa, mengurangi kejenuhan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dan dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa dengan bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Communication is a social process in human life, one thing that is very basic and very necessary in human life. As time goes by, communication technology has become a basic need for various groups, initially telephones were only used to make calls and send messages, now they have developed into smart phones or smartphones which have many features so that smartphones have become an important need and a special priority among today's students. In this research study, many researchers have carried out consumer behavior, purchasing interest and purchasing decisions. Some related results from previous research are as follows: the first research was conducted by SH Amalia and SH Syahril (2017) with the title "Analysis of consumer behavior towards the iPhone purchasing decision process". This research aims to understand iPhone product management in depth about consumer behavior that will be the target, including the consumer decision making process. The method used in this research is quantitative or statistical. Quantitative research methods are methods used for research on certain populations or samples and are based on the philosophy of empiricism. Thus, this approach will allow analysts to find out the extent of consumer behavior towards iPhone users among Bina Bangsa University students in the city of Serang. It can be concluded that communication is a social process in human life, one thing that is very basic and very necessary in human life. This research was conducted to determine consumer behavior in iPhone purchasing decisions among students. Based on the introduction, theoretical studies and data processing as well as discussions that have been carried out in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn: consumer behavior variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the products and services provided by the Labbaik Chicken Company. The method used was a survey using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire which was delivered to a research sample of 330 respondents. Data was analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to measure the overall level of customer satisfaction. The research results showed that the CSI value obtained was 54.19 which was in the "Quite Satisfying" category. This indicates that in general Labbaik Chicken customers are quite satisfied with the products and services they receive. Factors that have a positive influence on customer satisfaction are food quality, taste and speed of service. Meanwhile, prices were seen as quite expensive by some respondents. This research is expected to provide an overview of the level of satisfaction of Labbaik Chicken customers and input for improving service quality in order to increase customer loyalty in the future.

Abstract

Online motorcycle taxi (online transportation) is an online transportation service that uses an application to run it. This article discusses the analysis of consumer satisfaction with online motorcycle taxi services and its impact on rating. Rapid developments in the field of online transportation, especially in Indonesia, have created increasingly tight competition between companies providing these services, such as Gojek, Grab and Uber. The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence consumer satisfaction and order by providing ratings. The data used in this research comes from respondents who use online motorcycle taxi services, especially Gojek, Grab and Uber. The results of the analysis show that service quality is a factor that influences consumer satisfaction and rating. Previous research has also shown that consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty. In addition, this article also identifies several problems faced by online motorcycle taxi drivers, such as excessive working hours and lack of job security and protection. This article provides a better understanding of the importance of consumer satisfaction in the online transportation industry and provides recommendations for companies- service provider companies in improving service quality and paying attention to consumer needs in order to maintain their market share.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction with Asus Laptop products. This research was conducted at Bina Bangsa University, with a sample size of one hundred and eighteen respondents where sampling used a survey method. From the results of the analysis, it was found that price had a positive influence on consumer loyalty. This can be positive because Asus laptops are one of the products most in demand by consumers, especially Asus laptops.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception on brand switching among consumers of Aqua and Le Minerale bottled water. Research through hypothesis testing, where in the description contains descriptions but the focus lies on the influence between variables. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative, with SPSS 25 data processing tools. with a sample size of 127 people. The results of hypothesis testing show that the price perception variable has a positive and significant effect on brandswitching of Aqua and Le Minerale bottled water for consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine marketing strategies in maintaining customer loyalty. This research was conducted on the McDonald's trademark in Serang-Banten City. This research method uses qualitative, sampling techniques using random sampling techniques with the process of distributing questions carried out online and to the public as many as 66 respondents who filled in the questions. Based on the research results, it shows that there are still many respondents who often visit local competitors due to the difference in price and taste quality which is not much different. This is directly realized by the McDonald's trademark in Serang-Banten City which is experiencing competition so that the business strategy implemented by McDonald's utilizes its capabilities with strategic management to run advertising, service, public relations and direct marketing campaigns as well as analyzing SWOT with the aim of being able to maintain the trademark. The research results show that McDonald's has a good marketing strategy in maintaining customer loyalty.
