Abstract

Backgroud: Duplex ultrasound examination performed in peripheral artery disease (PAD). PAD is a condition of narrowing blood vessels caused by plaque buildup in arteries and resulting in decreased perfusion in the extremities. Method: Case Report, in PAD patients with lower extremity ultrasound duplex examination at Pasar Rebo Hospital Results: Lower extremity DUS examination technique was performed on patient, the first patient found plaque and sec/echogenic material in Poplitea, color Doppler partially filled color and monophasic Doppler spectrum. The second patient had sec in the femoral, B-Mode plaques were found in popliteal color Doppler partially filled color and monophasic Doppler spectrum. Conclusion: The duplex ultrasound examination procedure has been successfully performed on both patients with CAD and CHF. Procedures for preparing equipment, patients and examinations are carried out in accordance with operational standards at Pasar Rebo Hospital. B-Mode, color Doppler and Doppler spectrum according to PAD.

Abstract

This study aims to map the development and relationship between green marketing, public policy, and the Role of government in supporting sustainable marketing practices globally, while identifying gaps and variations in policy effectiveness across countries. Using a bibliometric approach based on Scopus data for 2014-2024, this study analyzes publication trends, researcher collaboration patterns, keyword networks, and policy comparisons across countries. The analysis shows a significant increase in academic interest in this topic since 2021, with publication peaks in 2022 and 2023. China and India dominate research contributions, driven by proactive subsidy policies and fiscal incentives. The keyword network visualization reveals four main clusters: business and sustainability research, consumer behavior, the Role of government, and industrial strategy. Findings highlight the critical Role of policies such as subsidies, ecological labeling, and educational campaigns in increasing the adoption of green marketing and encouraging environmentally friendly consumer behavior. However, challenges still arise in the form of low consumer awareness, technological limitations, and the risk of greenwashing. The overall interpretation concludes that the integration of supportive public policies, industry readiness, consumer acceptance, and the importance of customizing strategies to the local context primarily determines the success of green marketing. This research recommends strengthening subsidy policies, education campaigns, and transparent labeling, and supports cross-sector collaboration to accelerate the transition to sustainable business practices globally.

Abstract

Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) merupakan penyebab utama kematian di dunia, terutama akibat komplikasi dari lesi koroner multiple, yaitu penyempitan pada dua atau lebih arteri koroner. PJK disebabkan oleh plak aterosklerosis yang menghambat aliran darah dan dapat menimbulkan nyeri dada, sesak napas, mual, dan pusing. Aterosklerosis sering menyumbat cabang-cabang utama arteri koroner, seperti left anterior descending (LAD), left circumflex (LCx), dan right coronary artery (RCA). Pemeriksaan fisiologi intrakoroner seperti Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) dan Instantaneous Wave-Free Ratio (IFR) dapat digunakan untuk menilai signifikansi hemodinamik dari stenosis. FFR adalah pemeriksaan diagnostik yang digunakan untuk melihat signifikansi fisiologis stenosis arteri koroner secara spesifik. IFR merupakan pengukuran fisiologi intrakoroner lebih baru yang menggunakan prinsip serupa dengan FFR tetapi tidak memerlukan agen hiperemia. Namun, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara FFR dan IFR pada iskemia. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus deskriptif pada pasien dengan diagnosa awal penyakit jantung koroner yang kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan fisiologi intrakoroner berupa FFR dan IFR, dan didapatkan hasil lesi koroner multiple (lebih dari 2 koroner). Diperoleh nilai IFR pada LAD 0.92 dan FFR 0.75 (signifikan), IFR LCx 0.71 (signifikan), IFR RIM 0.95 (non signifikan), dan IFR RCA 0.92 serta FFR 0.72 (signifikan). IFR memiliki tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik, tapi FFR dinilai lebih akurat karena menggunakan agen hiperemi untuk menilai keparahan stenosis arteri koroner.

Abstract

Emergencies and disasters can happen anywhere and anytime. These conditions require first aid in order to minimize morbidity and mortality. First aid is obtained through basic life support training provided by trainers. A first aid trainer requires training in basic life support trainers in order to be able to train first aiders. Training for basic life support trainers is carried out with the aim of preparing prospective trainers who are able to teach knowledge and skills to first aiders. The methods used in the training for trainers are lectures, simulations and demonstrations. The results of the training showed that 45.45% (10 participants) passed the written and practical exams, 45.45% (10 participants) only passed the practical exams and 9% (2 participants) only passed the written exam. The conclusion of the training was that not all the participants who took part were able to pass the written and practical exams so that they needed re-participation as participants in the same activity.

Abstract

Background: Head injury or traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a traumatic disorder in brain function, either accompanied by bleeding or without bleeding in brain tissue. The incidence of head trauma is estimated at 500,000 cases annually with a mortality rate of more than 10% of patients dying before arriving at the hospital and more than 100,000 patients experiencing various disabilities. The phenomenon found in the field was that patients with head injuries due to traffic accidents who were treated in the ICU room at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar, experienced cerebral perfusion disorders, decreased consciousness and some patients experienced headaches as a result of ineffective cerebral perfusion. The main treatment for head injury patients is increasing O2 status and positioning the patient with a head up of 15-300. Methods: the research method used is a case study method by carrying out the nursing process starting from assessment to evaluation in cases of traumatic brain injury in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) room at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. Results: The nursing diagnoses found were the risk of ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion, impaired physical mobility, risk of nutritional deficit, and risk of infection. Discussion: head up intervention 15-300 can smooth cerebral perfusion and reduce intracranial pressure through several mechanisms, namely lowering blood pressure, changes in ventilation, increasing venous flow through unvalved jugular veins, thereby reducing central venous blood volume which reduces intracranial pressure. Transfer of CSF from the intracranial compartment to the spinal subarachnoid space1 can reduce intracranial pressure and improve cerebral perfusion. Conclusion: head up intervention 15-300 is effective to overcome the problem of ineffective cerebral perfusion risk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh teori pengkajian puisi dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi pada siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren DDI As-Salman Allakuang. Populasi penelitian ini keseluruhan siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren DDI As-Salman Allakuang yang berjumlah 148 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditarik sebesar 30% atau sebanyak 49 orang. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kuantitatif meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji homogenitas, dan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguasaan teori pengkajian puisi dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi pada siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren DDI As-Salman Allakuang. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0.05. Hasil lain menunjukkan perbedaan nilai mean postest kelompok eksperimen nilai mean kelompok kontrol yaitu 84,84 > 74,91. Hal ini berarti ada perbedaan nilai mean hasil tes menulis puisi antara siswa yang menguasai teori pengkajian sastra dibandingkan hasil tes menulis puisi siswa yang tidak menguasai teori pengkajian sastra. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi pada siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren DDI As-Salman Allakuang. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0.05. Hasil lain menunjukkan perbedaan nilai mean postest kelompok eksperimen nilai mean kelompok kontrol yaitu 86,73 > 75,73. Hal ini berarti ada perbedaan nilai mean hasil tes menulis puisi antara siswa yang motivasi belajarnya tinggi dibandingkan hasil tes menulis puisi siswa yang motivasi belajarnya rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Good Governance Practices on the Quality of KTP Services at the Tiroang District Office, Pinrang Regency: Quantitative Analysis, and to find out. This research method approach uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were 97 people in Tiroang sub-district. The sample technique used was incidental sampling. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data collected were then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis with the help of descriptive statistics using SPSS and a Likert scale.      The results showed that the practice of good governance in the tiroang sub-district office was categorized as good with the percentage results: a) Transparency 64.6%, b) Accountability 63.2%, c) Participation 65.4%, d) Rule of Law 62.8%, e) Effectiveness and Efficiency 64.2%, f) Equality and Inclusiveness 61.8%, g) Responsiveness 66.4%, h) Consensus-Oriented 66%, i) Strategic Vision 63.6%, with an average of 63.6%. Strategic Vision 63.6%, with an average percentage of 64.2%. While the quality of KTP services at the tiroang sub-district office is categorized as good with the percentage results of a) Physical Evidence 63.4%, b) Reliability 63.8%, c) Responsiveness 64.2%, d) Guarantee 63.2%, e) Attention 63%, with an average percentage of 63.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dynamics of local politics in the 2021 Election of Peaceful Village Heads in Sidenreng Rappang Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. Resource persons were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions displayed through Nvivo 12 Plus Software visualization. NVivo 12 Plus was chosen because it is capable of producing qualitative text data in the form of attractive data visualizations. The results of this study indicate that the local political dynamics that occurred in the Peace Village head election led to polarization in the village community structure. The election of the village head still leaves a mark in which there has been a rift in relations between the people who still have close family ties. The dynamics occur in three phases, namely pre-election, implementation of the election, and post-election. The behavior of the voting community in Damai Village is still dominated by the behavior of traditional voters. The occurrence of community polarization in Damai Village is the result of the political behavior of the people who are still traditional.

Abstract

The digital era has transformed communication patterns among millennials and Gen Z in Indonesia. This study analyzes the phenomenon of code-mixing and code-switching on social media among students at STIE Balikpapan as representatives of the digital generation in a multiethnic environment. Employing a qualitative method with a virtual ethnography approach, data were collected through six months of virtual participant observation and systematic digital documentation across multiple social media platforms. The findings reveal that code-mixing predominantly occurs in intra-sentential and intra-lexical forms, while code-switching takes inter-sentential forms according to communication contexts. The primary factors driving mixed language use are social identity, communication efficiency, and audience adaptation. Balikpapan's multiethnic context enriches these practices through interactions among Indonesian, regional languages, and English. These findings contribute to the field of digital sociolinguistics and serve as a reference for language learning in higher education institutions and the development of Indonesian language policies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of behaviorist theory in improving students' basic discipline and cognition in science learning in elementary school. The method used is library research, by collecting and analyzing various written sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, and other publications relevant to the topic. The theory of behaviorism was chosen because it emphasizes the formation of behavior through stimulus and response, which is considered effective in building disciplinary habits and strengthening students' basic understanding of science concepts. The research process is carried out by examining relevant sources, recording the main principles, and comparing the views and findings of various authors. The results of the study show that behaviorism-based learning strategies, such as positive reinforcement, punishment, and repetitive exercises, can help students develop disciplined behaviors and improve their conceptual understanding of science. These findings are expected to be a reference for teachers and education practitioners in designing more effective and theory-based learning approaches.
