Abstract

Creating a just and prosperous society is one of the ideals or goals of Indonesia's national development. Various types of businesses are carried out to obtain venture capital in conducting economic activities, the existence of financial institutions, especially cooperatives, is participating in supporting business capital. This study aims to (1) test and analyze the effect of liquidity on the profitability of their own capital, (2) test and analyze the effect of solvency on the profitability of their own capital, (3) test and analyze the effect of liquidity and solvency together on the profitability of their own capital. The data used is quantitative data sourced from secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) liquidity does not affect the profitability of equity capital, (2) solvency affects the profitability of equity capital, (3) liquidity and solvency together influence the profitability of equity capital.

Abstract

The increase in product market share cannot be separated from the connectivity of the marketing system and media used. Marketing channels play an important role in increasing sales both in the short and long term. This study aimed to determine the role of social media in increasing the market share of MSME products in Pematangsiantar City. The research design used a literature study and field study models using a qualitative approach with a one-shot model. The research location was in 8 districts in Pematangsiantar City. The population in this study were MSME players scattered in 8 districts in Pematangsiantar City. The samples were collected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique, so that a total sample size of 240 respondents were obtained. Moreover, the data analysis technique used in this study was data analysis with a data reduction model that was obtained from data collection and data display. The results of this study concluded that the use of social media was very dominant in MSME players in the micro sector and Instagram was one type of social media that was often used. Furthermore, the results of the study also suggested that the time factor was the basis for MSME players using social media as a medium for promoting their products.

Abstract

Innovation and creativity in this digital era are needed in developing the business you want to do so that you don't get stuck in daily operational activities and pursue performance targets. Therefore, it takes a solid entrepreneurial spirit from within business actors to create innovation and creativity. In addition, the role of market orientation also plays a major role in providing broad market access so that the product innovations developed can reach end users. Thus, it is hoped that every business undertaken by business actors can survive and increase their competitive advantage. The urgency of this research is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship insight and market orientation on innovation and competitive advantage. On the other hand, This study also tries to confirm the mediating effect of innovation on the impact of entrepreneurship insight and market orientation on competitive advantage. This study uses a causal quantitative research design. The number of samples used in this study were 170 MSME business actors. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The data analysis test tool uses statistical software Smartpls 3.0. This study concludes that the effect of entrepreneurship insight and market orientation on innovation is positive and significant. Likewise, the influence of entrepreneurship insight and innovation on competitive advantage obtained positive and significant results. On the other hand, the effect of market orientation on competitive advantage obtained positive but not significant results. This study also confirms that innovation can mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial insight and market orientation to competitive advantage.

Abstract

One of the production sectors that has become the flagship product of Pematangsiantar City is ulos cloth. Ulos cloth is a typical woven fabric of the Batak community developed for generations in North Sumatra, one of which is the city of Pematangsiantar. This study aims to explore various information related to the number of ulos craftsmen in Pematangsiantar city to facilitate the government in grouping these ulos craftsmen and as a first step to formulate an innovation strategy for the development of creative ulos fabric production to be able to develop superior products armed with knowledge. knowledge, creativity, innovation and being able to create jobs for the community. This type of research is qualitative with a one-shot model, namely an approach model by conducting one-time data collection on an object of research. The research subjects taken in this study were ulos craftsmen spread across eight sub-districts of Pematangsiantar City. The analysis was carried out in eight sub-districts in Pematangsiantar City. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires, field notes and documentation.The results of the study concluded that the innovation strategy applied by the ulos fabric craftsmen was not optimal, this was due to the limited capacity and opportunity to innovate, the ulos craftsmen experienced problems in making product innovations related to technological limitations caused by limited investment capital to buy new machines or equipment. to improve production processes and limited human resources who can operate new machines or make innovations that take advantage of technological developments.

Abstract

The development of the use of information technology in various fields provides added value to society in an advanced development process. The existence of the use of information technology has entered all sectors, especially when it has penetrated the transportation sector. The success of technology acceptance is reflected in the user's ability to apply this technology in their daily lives without encountering several obstacles. The substance of this study is to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security on the behavioral intention to use the JAKET application. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were determined by convenience sampling approach. Data analysis using the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through test research instruments with validity and reliability, multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The research results prove that only perceived ease of use and perceived security have a significant effect on behavioral intention to use. As for the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention to use, the results are not significant.

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed all aspects of human life, particularly the habit of using information technology to meet every day needs. One of the concrete matters that we can see from the rapid development of information technology is the behavior of using marketplaces to carry out online shopping, which is currently increasingly popular to use by consumers. This study aimed to determine how much the influence of price and word of mouth on consumer satisfaction. Data obtained from the research objects were analyzed using a survey model with a quantitative approach. The number of samples obtained as respondents was 160 people. Data for analysis used validity and reliability tests using the outlier model and the SEM structural model as a representative of the inner model. The results of the study show that word of mouth has no effect on user satisfaction. Furthermore, the consumer experience has a significant effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

The need for fast transportation services has caused several businesses to try to create application-based transportation applications according to market demand. To answer this market need, application-based transportation is needed that can implement e-service quality and provides prices following consumer expectations so that it is expected to be able to foster strong brand awareness of the application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contribution of e-service quality, price, and brand awareness to customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by distributing 180 questionnaires to active users of the Jacket application and only 120 questionnaires that can be used. Tests were carried out with the help of statistical tools in the form of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square. The results showed that e-service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of further research show that price has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction. As for the results of the last study, it was found that brand awareness had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study, analyze and study the competencies and performance of the board, and improve competency towards the board's performance. Research on 109 administrators of the Credit Union (CU) in the Highlands Region under the PUSKOPDIT Bekatigade. Data were analyzed with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study were obtained from competence and good performance, and were positive results of competence on the management's performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mengkaji secara mendalam tentang kompetensi dan kinerja pengurus, dan besarnya pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pengurus. Penelitian pada 109 pengurus Credit Union (CU) Wilayah Dataran Tinggi di Bawah Naungan Pusat Koperasi Kredit (PUSKOPDIT) Bekatigade Sumatera Utara. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptip kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kompetensi dan kinerja sudah baik, dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari kompetensi terhadap kinerja pengurus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi, komunikasi dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan maupun parsial . Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi, komunikasi dan kompetensi guru sementara variabel terikat adalah kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMA Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar yang terdiri dari 45 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Sedangkan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.Kata Kunci:Budaya Organisasi; komunikasi; kompetensi guru, kinerja guruThe influence of organizational culture, communication, and communication on teacher performance of Sultan Agung High School PematangsiantarAbstractThis study aimed to test whether organizational culture, communication and teacher competence on teacher performance of sultan agung high school pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially. Independent variabel in this study is the organizational culture communication and teacher competence. The dependent variabel is teacher performance. This research was conducte on teacher of Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar high school consisting of 45 respondents. This type research is quantitative research. method data collection using interviews, observation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regres sion. The results showed that communication and teacher competence is positive and significant effect towards teacher performance both simultaneously and partially. While simultaneous organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and partially organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance.Keywords: Organizational culture; communication; teacher competence, teacher perfomance

Abstract

The manifestation of customer satisfaction can be seen from the pattern of consumer behavior on a product of goods and services. Many factors can influence consumer behavior, including product quality, price offered, promotion mechanism presented, ease of seeking purchase places, and many other factors that can influence it. This study aimed to examine the effect of brand image, facilities, and consumer trust on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative method. The data were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 321 respondents who were the sample of the population studied. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was multiple regression analysis which included the t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the study with the t-test model explained that: the brand image had an effect on customer satisfaction, facilities had an effect on customer satisfaction, consumer trust had an effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous test (F-test) stated that brand image, facilities, and consumer trust had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination test explained that customer satisfaction n was influenced by brand image, facilities, and consumer trust by 71.6% and the remaining 28.4% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
