Abstract

Kunjungan nifas merupakan suatu upaya untuk menilai kesehatan ibu dan bayi baru lahir juga untuk mencegah, mendeteksi, serta menangani masalah yang terjadi. Berdasarkan data Dinkes Kabupaten Banjar cakupan pelayanan kesehatan nifas di Puskesmas Tatah Makmur pada tahun 2017 sebesar 72,2% lebih rendah dari target 90%, bahkan dari tahun ke tahun mengalami penurunan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi cakupan pelayanan kesehatan ibu nifas yaitu jarak rumah ke fasilitas kesehatan dan dukungan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Hubungan Jarak Rumah ke Fasilitas Kesehatan dan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kontak Ibu Nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tatah Makmur Kabupaten Banjar Tahun 2019. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kontak ibu nifas, Jarak Rumah Ibu Nifas ke Fasilitas Kesehatan dan Dukungan Keluarga. Populasi dalam penelitian seluruh ibu nifas sebanyak 226 ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tatah Makmur Tahun 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling sebanyak 70 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan α 0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari 70 responden menunjukkan Kontak Ibu Nifas sebanyak 45 (64,3%) responden. Ibu yang Jarak Rumah ke Fasilitas Kesehatan jauh sebanyak 37 (52,9%) responden, ibu yang mendapat Dukungan Keluarga sebanyak 40 (57,1%) responden. Uji statistik Chi-Square menunjukkan ada hubungan Jarak Rumah Ke Fasilitas Kesehatan (ρ 0,002) dan Dukungan Keluarga (ρ 0,004) dengan Kontak Ibu Nifas. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu ada hubungan Jarak Rumah Ke Fasilitas Kesehatan dan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kontak Ibu Nifas

Abstract

Balita rentan terkena ISPA karena sistem imunitas yang lemah sehingga beresiko terkena Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) adalah infeksi masuknya kuman atau mikroorganisme ke dalam tubuh dan berkembang biak sehingga menimbulkan gejala penyakit pada manusia yang terjadi pada saluran pernafasan dari hidung hingga alveoli beserta organ adneksanya seperti sinus-sinus ,rongga telinga tengah dan pleura yang langsung sampai 14 hari. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan kelurga berbasis family centered nursing terhadap peningkatan kemandirian keluarga dalam pencegahan dan Penanganan ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cempaka tahun 2020. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah preexperiment dengan pendekatan one group pretest posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah keluarga yang memiliki balita dengan riwayat ISPA di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cempaka sebanyak 1.628 orang. Teknik pengambilan sample ini menggunakan quota sampling. Jumlah sampel adalah keluarga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cempaka sejumlah 30. Instumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian peningkatan kemandirian keluarga dalam pencegahan dan penanganan ISPA pada balita sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pemberdayaan keluarga berbasis family centered nursing mengalami peningkatan dengan selisih nilai rata-rata 15,50. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test dengan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000, Karena nilai Sig. 0,000 ≤ α 0,05 artinya ada perbedaan peningkatan kemandirian keluarga dalam pencegahan dan penanganan ISPA pada balita sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pemberdayaan keluarga berbasis family centered nursin. Kesimpulan penelitian ini pengaruh pemberdayaan keluarga berbasis family centered nursing dapat meningkatkan kemandirian keluarga dalam pencegahan dan penanganan ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cempaka Kota Banjarbaru.

Abstract

According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women was 41.8% (WHO, 2010). The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia increased compared to 2013, in 2013 as many as 37.1% of pregnant women were anemic while in 2018 it increased to 48.9% (Riskesdas, 2018). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. This research method uses a literature study method taken from 10 articles, 3 international articles and 7 national articles. The analysis in this study uses thematic analysis.The results of the study of 10 articles, it was found that the incidence of anemia worth between 11.8% - 62%, age at risk worth between 24% - 71.8%, third trimester gestation age worth between 51% - 62.5%, risk parity worth between 6.1% - 57.7%, gestation interval <2 years worth between 5% - 53.5%, and malnutrition status worth between 31.4% - 58%. Of the 8 articles 6 articles 75% stated that there was a relationship between age and the incidence of anemia and 2 articles 25% stated that there was no relationship between age and the incidence of anemia, from 2 articles 100% that discussed gestational age stated that there was a relationship. gestational age with the incidence of anemia, of the 9 articles there were 5 articles 55.5% which stated that there was a relationship between parity and the incidence of anemia and 4 articles 44.5% which stated that there was no relationship between parity and the incidence of anemia, of 3 articles, there are 2 articles 66.6% which state that there is a relationship between pregnancy distance and the incidence of anemia and 1 article 33.4% states that there is no relationship between pregnancy interval and the incidence of anemia, from 4 articles 100% that discuss parity states that there is a relationship between parity and the incidence of anemia. There is a relationship between age, gestational age, parity, gestational distance and nutritional status with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.

Abstract

Postpartum visits are an attempt to assess maternal and newborn health as well as to prevent, detect, and deal with problems that occur. Based on data from the Banjar District Health Office coverage of postpartum health services at Tatah Makmur Health Center in 2017 was 72.2% lower than the target of 90%, even from year to year it decreased. Factors that influence the coverage of postpartum maternal health services are the distance of the house to health facilities and family support. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the distance of houses to health and family support facilities with contact with postpartum mothers in the working area of the Tatah Makmur Community Health Center in Banjar Regency year 2019. This research method uses an analytical survey design with a cross sectional approach. The variables in this study were childbirth mother contact, Distance of Mother Nifas's Home to Family Health and Support Facilities. The population in the study of all postpartum mothers was 226 postpartum mothers in the working area of the Tatah Makmur Health Center in 2019. The purposive sampling technique was 70 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi-Square statistical test with α 0.05. The results of the study showed that from 70 respondents showed Contact Nifas as many as 45 (64.3%) respondents. As many asfrom distance to the distant health facility 37 (52.9%) respondents,received family support 40 (57.1%) respondents. Thestatistical test Chi-Square shows that there is a relationship between the Distance of the House to the Health Facility (ρ 0.002) and Family Support (ρ 0.004) with the Contact of Nifas. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between the distance of the house to the family health and support facilities and contact with Nifas. Abstract

Exclusive Breastfeeding is breastfeeding to babies without complementary foods and drinks from birth to 6 months of age. However, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still low. Many factors influence, one of the influencing factors is parity, husband support and formula promotion. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between parity, husband support, and formula milk promotion with exclusive breastfeeding in the Simpang Empat 1 Health Center Work Area in 2024. This type of research is observational analytical with a cross sectional design, the population of this study is all mothers who have babies aged 7-24 months, as many as 122 samples using the slovin formula, sampling technique with accidental sampling, this study was conducted in January - June 2024. The data analysis of this study was univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test and the Kolmogorov Smirnov alternative test with a significance of α = 0.05. The results of the study showed a parity relationship with exclusive breastfeeding ρ-value ρ-value 0.049 (ρ < α 0.05), there was a relationship between husband support and exclusive breastfeeding ρ-value 0.000 (ρ < α 0.05), and there was a relationship between formula promotion and exclusive breastfeeding ρ 0.000 (ρ < α 0.05). The conclusion of the study was that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding was 62.3%, as much as 59.8% of multipara parity, as many as 68.9% of those who received support from their husbands, and 62.3% of whom were exposed to the promotion of formula milk. There is a relationship of parity, husband support and promotion of formula milk with exclusive breastfeeding. Therefore, it is hoped that the Simpang Empat 1 Health Center will be used as a monitoring and evaluation material to increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. Abstract

Vitamin A is an important nutrient during puerperium. Vitamin A deficiency can cause night blindness. Data from the Banjar District Health Office coverage of postpartum mothers who received Vitamin A in the work area of ​​the West Martapura Health Center decreased in 2015-2017 by 100% to 71.8%. Data from interviews with mothers said that the health information obtained was only in the form of lectures with KIA book aids, and never used media such as videos and leaflets when pregnant women took classes. The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of health education using leaflet and audiovisual media to increase knowledge about the importance of vitamin A for postpartum mothers in the work area of ​​Martapura Barat Health Center in 2019. This research method uses Quasi Experiment with a non randomized control group pretest posttest design approach. The population in this study were pregnant women in two villages in the Martapura Barat Community Health Center working area. The sampling technique used saturated sampling as many as 45 people. The test results on the score of respondents' knowledge about the importance of vitamin A for postpartum mothers before and after being given health education using leaflet and audiovisual media experienced an increase with the difference in the average score of leaflets 1.88 and audiovisual media 2.86. Based on the results of the independent posttest t test it can be concluded that Sig. 0.032 <0.05 means that there are differences in the average value of the leaflet group and the average value of the audiovisual group. The conclusion of this study is that there is a difference in the effectiveness of health education in the leaflet and audiovisual groups towards increasing knowledge about the importance of vitamin A for postpartum mothers in the work area of ​​West Martapura Community Health Center in 2019.
