Abstract

Bank Sampah yang ada di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar merupakan salah satu solusi dalam penanganan masalah sampah. Namun dalam prosesnya, terkhusus pada sampah plastik, Bank Sampah tersebut belum mampu membedakan berbagai jenis plastik yang sebenarnya memiliki variasi nilai jual. Oleh karena itu diterapkan kepakaran ahli ke dalam sebuah sistem yang mampu mengklasifikasi sampah plastik berdasarkan jenis karakteristik plastik yang diinput. Adapun metode yang diadaptasi ke dalam sistem ialah metode K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN). Untuk mengetahui kinerja sistem, pengujian dilakukan melalui 3 metode yaitu metode Cross Tabulation, Classification Metrics, dan Cross Validation. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh tingkat akurasi KNN terhadap data testing sebesar 88%

Abstract

Investors in epidemic times should be more careful in investing in companies, therefore it is necessary to analyze the company's financial statements and conduct research using financial ratios to understand what ratios are and how much influence financial ratios have on stock changes. This is the effect of return on equity, net interst margin and operating expenses on operating income on the share price of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. This research method uses quantitative methods with single multiple linear regression analysis techniques and secondary data software sourced from the financial statements of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. The results of the t-test indicate that return on equity and Net interst margin have a positive and significant effect, while operating expenses and operating income have a negative and significant effect on stock prices, and the results of the F test show that return on equity, net interst margin and operating expenses operating income simultaneously have an effect positive and significant to stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working period and the level of anxiety of nurses on patient safety during the Covid-19 pandemic with the emotional intelligence of nurses as a mediating variable at RSUP DR Sitanala. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach and the analytical method used is the three box method and Path Analysis. Sampling technique using a total sampling of 190 respondents. The results of the study showed: the nurse's tenure has an influence on the emotional intelligence of nurses; nurses' anxiety level has an influence on nurses' emotional intelligence; nurses' tenure has an influence on patient safety; nurses' anxiety level has an influence on patient safety; nurses' emotional intelligence has an influence on patient safety; emotional intelligence variable is not a mediating variable between tenure and patient safety; emotional intelligence variable is not a mediating variable between the level of anxiety and patient safety. The findings of this study are that emotional intelligence is not a mediating variable between tenure and patient safety and emotional intelligence is not a mediating variable between anxiety levels and patient safety. Variable working period and level of anxiety have a significant effect on patient safety. The managerial implication of this research is an increase in religious activities to form emotional bonds in nurses so that they behave calmly and patiently, increase insight by strengthening training programs and refreshment of knowledge so that the application of patient safety goals can be handled properly and sustainably.

Abstract

Rendahnya minat remaja pada pantun membuat pantun menjadi kurang populer di kalangan remaja saat ini. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan penulisan pantun kepada remaja di wilayah Keraton Kadriah Pontianak. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu workshop yang dilakukan dalam  tiga tahapan. Tahap pertama yaitu persiapan, dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis permasalahan yang ada. Tahap kedua, yaitu pelaksanaan program pelatihan dan pendampingan menulis pantun dan tahap ketiga yaitu evaluasi. Tahap evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk melihat ketercapaian target luaran pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menghasilkan apresiasi karya sastra. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan antusias siswa dalam menulis pantun budaya Melayu. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini menghasilkan buku kumpulan pantun yang merupakan kekayaan budaya.

Abstract

Gerakan terbit sastra bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami karya sastra. Gerakan terbit sastra dilakukan di SMP N 18 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan. Tahap pertama yaitu persiapan, dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis permasalahan yang ada. Tahap kedua, yaitu pelaksanaan program dan tahap ketiga yaitu evaluasi. Tahap evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk melihat ketercapaian target luaran pengabdian. Adapun bentuk kegiatan gerakan terbit sastra di SMPN 18 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya berupa seminar pengetahuan dan pemanfaatan karya sastra dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, pelatihan dan pendampingan pemanfaatan penulisan karya sastra, dan penyediaan akses dalam menerbitkan karya sastra. Hasil gerakan terbit sastra di SMPN 18 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya berupa peningkatan pengetahuan terhadap karya sastra, peningkatan minat menulis karya sastra, dan terbitnya hasil karya sastra siswa berupa buku ber-ISBN dengan judul “Seberang Sungai (Sebuah Antologi Pantun dari Anak-Anak Sungai Asam)”.

Abstract

Attempts to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus are to carry out vaccines. Vaccines are useful for forming a person's immune system in order to break the chain of transmission of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence people to carry out the Covid-19 vaccination. This study used a simple descriptive. This research was conducted at the Rumbai Bukit Public Health Center Pekanbaru City, with 98 samples taken using purposive sampling technique and paying attention to the inclusion criteria. The measuring instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Additionally, the analysis that was applied in this research was a univariate analysis. In this study, the sex distribution was mostly female, amounting to 53 respondents (54.1%), most of the respondents were aged 19-40 years / early adulthood, which was 62 respondents (63.3%). While the level of education mostly is senior high schoo studentl/equivalent with 54 respondents (55.1%). Therefore, housewives were the most likely to get vaccinated with amounted to 35 respondents (35.7%). The results of the study on the level of public knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination were 67 respondents (68.4%) with good knowledge. And while for the level of public perception of the Covid-19 vaccination is 61 respondents (62.2%) have a positive perception. Based on the results of this study, the researchers concluded that the general public has good knowledge and positive perceptions so that from these factors it help incourage people to carry out Covid-19 vaccinations. Abstract

 The prevalence of hypertension continues to increase every year, making hypertension the number one cause of death in the world. Reducing the morbidity rate of hypertension can be done by taking drugs or taking medication to the nearest health service, but there are still few patients who are obedient to treatment and care. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of adherence to treatment and care in patients with hypertension. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with 97 respondents and the measuring instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of this study showed that the majority of respondents were >59 years old (66%), female gender (60.8%), education status Senior High School (57.7%), job status not working (69.1%), suffering from hypertension for more than 5 years (75.3%). The results of the discipline of taking medication in the good category (83.5%), blood pressure control discipline in the moderate category (87.6%), regular control to the doctor in the moderate category (64.9%), hypertension diet discipline in the good category (79.4%), regular and correct exercise in the poor category (61.9%), and the results of adherence to treatment and care in the moderate category (79.4%). Adherence to treatment and care for hypertension sufferers is already good, namely the consumption of antihypertensive drugs and regulation of food portions, while proper and regular exercise in hypertension sufferers should be increased.Keywords: Adherence, hypertension, medication

Abstract

Elderly is the process of growth and development which at this time elderly will experience physical, mental and social decrease. Family is the closest person to the elderly who accompany the elderly in their old age. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family communication with the level of loneliness in the elderly. This study used descriptive correlation and cross sectional approach. This study was conducted on 100 elderly from Payung Sekaki taken by using cluster sampling technique. The data analysis used was bivariate analysis by using Chi-Square test. Test showed there was a significant correlation between family communication patterns on the level of loneliness in the elderly with p value (0.000) < ɑ (0.05). There is a significant correlation between family communication pattern on the level of loneliness in the elderly. This research recommended that every elderly family member to apply a functional communication pattern to reduce the level of loneliness in the elderly.Keywords: Elderly, Communication, Family, Loneliness

Abstract

In fact, many teenagers experience menstrual problems, including menstrual pain or dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea can be treated with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies, one of them is acupressure. Acupressure  is a traditional treatment by pressing certain points on the skin surface using fingers or a blunt object.The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the combination point acupressure therapy LR3 and DU20 with single point LR3 on dysmenorrhea pain in adolescent girls at MAN 2 Pekanbaru. This research is an experimental study, with a population of 354 students and a sample of 70 students who have dysmenorrhea. The analytical technique used to see the comparison is by using the independent sample T test. Based on the results of the independent sample T test, sig = 0.889> 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no difference in the effectiveness of the combination point acupressure therapy LR3 and DU20 with a single point LR3 on dysmenorrhea pain in adolescent girls at MAN 2 Pekanbaru. This condition could be caused by the difference in the intervention of the two therapies is not too significant.Keywords: Combination Point Acupressure, Single Point Acupressure, Dysmenorrhea

Abstract

Hypertension is the most common disease suffered by the people of Indonesia. Hypertension in also called the silent kill because the patient does not know he has hypertension until he has blood pressure checked. This study aims to  find out the description of blood pressure control behavior in hypertensive patients at the puskesmas during the pandemic. This study uses a descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 87 respondents taken using the purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire used in this study has been tested for validity and reliability. The population of this study amounted to 622 people, data analysis is univariate. The results found that from 87 respondents, Blood pressure control behavior was categorized as good as many as 46 people (52.9%). The conclusion of this study is that the behavior of hypertension sufferers in controlling blood pressure is quite good. In this study, hypertension sufferers have started to change their daily lifestyle into a healthy lifestyleKeywords: Blood Pressure, Controlling Behavior, Hypertension
