Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salahsatu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi.Selain itu melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini,diharapkan menjadi kesempatan bagi Lingkungan Sekitar Kelurahan pamulang Timur untukberdiskusi dengan narasumber terkait dengan kepemimpinan dan manajemen resiko dalampeningkatan kualitas Pegawai Kelurahan Pamulang Timur. Tujuan dari kegiatan PengabdianKepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dantujuan utamanya adalah untuk memberikan gambaran strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam upayamelakukan pemetaan pengetahuan yang ada di lingkup Lingkungan Sekitar KelurahanPamulang Timur. Abstract

The heart is one of the important organs owned by humans that functions to pump blood throughout the body and accommodate it again after cleaning the lungs. Heart rate beats per minute (bpm) is a parameter to indicate the condition of the heart, and the way to know the condition of the heart is to know the frequency of the heart rate. This heart rate monitoring tool is designed based on the NodeMCU ESP8266 and pulse sensor to detect heart rate. This study aims to make it easier to find out the heart rate in real time. The NodeMCU ESP8266-based heart rate monitoring tool has been designed with a pulse sensor to detect heart rate. The heart rate data from the monitoring tool will then be sent via a wifi network connection and displayed on the Smartphone.

Abstract

The Implementation of development activities with learning water activities in schools using facilities and the infrastructure for water activities do not yet exist and have not been designed in the form of the development of assistive devices. Therefore, learning goals cannot be achieved optimally, students tend to feel bored and unmotivated in participating in learning water fitness activities. The purpose of this study is to produce effectiveness and acceptance of noodle foam modification aids for learning water activities in schools. This research is a research and development (R&D) The results of product validation in research were obtained on average 95.8% (very good), with several revisions such as the addition of foam and the replacement of a larger hook to make it stronger. The product was tested on a small scale with an average result of 94.3% (very good). The product is revised by experts and declared to be usable. The product was tested on a large scale with an average result of 96% (very good). Freestyle swimming aids can be used as a learning model for water activities in schools. Suggestions for PE teachers are expected to be able to use this tool for learning water activities in order to help students to be more active and understand and participate in learning physical education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of parents and coaches towards novice athletes in Semarang City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method. The research subjects used in this study were novice athletes in Semarang City. Data collection by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Quantitative data analysis consists of normality tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25 software. In the Parental Role variable, the minimum value obtained is 109.00, the maximum value is 163.00 and the average value is 123.92 with a standard deviation of 13.14. The results of the descriptive analysis test of the Role of the Coach variable showed that the minimum value was 100.00, the maximum value was 177.00 and the average was 123.45 with a standard deviation of 12.98. Furthermore, the results of descriptive analysis of the Concentration variable obtained a minimum value of 5.00, a maximum value of 26.00 and an average of 11.81 with a standard deviation of 5.18. The results of the descriptive analysis of the Self-Confidence variable showed a minimum value of 104.00, a maximum value of 163.00 and an average of 126.65 with a standard deviation of 13.61. There is a significant relationship between the role of parents and coaches on the concentration and self-confidence of athletes both partially and simultaneously.This research may still have limitations so that suggestions for future researchers can expand the variables to be studied.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of extracurricular horse riding on the formation of brave, confident and responsible characters in students at the ZIIS modern Islamic boarding school and examine the psychological relationship that exists between students (horse riders) and horses. The research method uses mixed methods research by collecting, analyzing, and combining quantitative and qualitative research methods in a series of research. The samples taken for research were 25 male students and 25 female students. Each student was given a questionnaire containing questions regarding character formation after participating in equestrian extracurriculars. The results of observation data, interviews and questionnaires confirmed that an index in the range of 80% - 100%. The conclusion is the strong agreement among  respondents in the questionnaire that equestrian extracurriculars can form brave, confident, responsible characters and can form a psychological relationship between horse riders and horses.

Abstract

Gampong Lhok Jok, yang terletak di Kecamatan Kuta Makmur, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, memiliki tradisi kuat dalam menyelesaikan sengketa melalui mekanisme adat yang mengedepankan musyawarah dan mufakat. Namun, tantangan dalam kapasitas aparatur gampong untuk memediasi konflik secara efektif mendorong dilaksanakannya program pengabdian masyarakat ini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kemampuan perangkat gampong, khususnya dalam hal teknik mediasi, melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang mencakup workshop interaktif, sesi pelatihan, dan penyusunan panduan praktis mediasi. Selain itu, dibentuk jaringan kerja antar gampong untuk saling mendukung dalam penanganan sengketa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan mediasi aparatur gampong, sekaligus menghasilkan dokumen panduan yang aplikatif dan relevan dengan konteks lokal. Proses mediasi yang sebelumnya hanya berdasarkan pengalaman kini didukung oleh pedoman yang terstruktur, sehingga pelaksanaannya menjadi lebih konsisten dan efektif. Diskusi dan evaluasi kegiatan memperlihatkan bahwa penguatan lembaga adat sebagai mediator turut menjaga harmoni sosial serta menghidupkan kembali nilai-nilai gotong royong dan kebersamaan dalam masyarakat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kapasitas individu, tetapi juga pada pelestarian sistem sosial-budaya lokal yang berkelanjutan Kata Kunci : Kapasitas; Mediasi; Sengketa; Aparatur

Abstract

Background: According to 2020 data from the Central Statistics Agency, there are approximately 30.83 million early childhood children, with 29.28% of them being preschool-aged (5-6 years old). At the preschool stage, children's personal-social development is influenced by various factors, including communication, the surrounding environment, health status, and peer interactions. A friendly/effective communication model between a mother and her child plays a crucial role in creating the home as the child's first/primary social environment. Effective communication can help improve children's personal-social skills, which are essential for healthy social interactions outside the home. This study aims to explore the correlation between mothers' communication skills and the personal-social development of preschool children at TK Taruna Karya, Bontobahari District. Method: This study employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The study population consists of mothers of 80 students from TK Taruna Karya, Bontobahari District. The sampling technique used is total/consecutive sampling, where all mothers of students in this population are included as samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire designed to evaluate mothers' communication skills and the personal-social development of their children. The data were then analyzed using SPSS 16 with a chi-square test and an alternative Fisher’s Exact Test to determine if there was a significant relationship between the studied variables. Findings: The analysis results showed a ρ-value of 0.000 (ρ<α=0.05), indicating a significant relationship between mothers' communication skills and the personal-social development of preschool children at TK Taruna Karya. Conclusion: This study concludes that there is a significant relationship between mothers' communication skills and the personal-social development of preschool children at TK Taruna Karya, Bontobahari District. Improved mothers' communication skills contribute positively to the personal-social development of a child.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country of law as stated in article 1 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore, Indonesia as a country of law means that all arrangements in national and social life and the state are based on applicable laws with the aim of protecting and regulate every community's rights and obligations so as to create a safe, peaceful and peaceful life. One of the functions of the state is to protect every citizen from all threats of crime both from within and from outside. Terrorism is one of the crimes that often occurs and can threaten the life of the nation in Indonesia. The bomb blast at the Makasar Cathedral Church and the attack on the National Police Headquarters are examples of real cases of terrorist attacks in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the factors that cause terrorism and what efforts the government must make to prevent criminal acts of terrorism in Indonesia from being effective. The research method used in this research is a normative juridical approach, namely research based on library data in order to collect secondary data and tertiary data related to the problem formulation in this research. The research specification used is analytical descriptive, that is, it does not only describe problems, but also analyzes using an approach to legal norms relating to criminal acts of terrorism, in this case the researcher examines efforts to eradicate and prevent criminal acts of terrorism based on the law. Number 5 of 2018 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of terrorism and is linked to the opinions of experts, and describes it in the form of research using secondary and tertiary data using qualitative research. Terrorist acts that occur in Indonesia cannot be separated from the influencing factors that cause terrorism to develop, such as narrow understanding of religion, minimal understanding of Pancasila ideology and even psychological factors. Many efforts have been made by the government to prevent the occurrence of criminal acts of terrorism, such as the formation of a special anti-terrorism agency and efforts to secure areas that have the potential for terrorism to carry out its actions. However, there are still many acts/cases of terrorist crimes that occur in Indonesia, such as the bombing of the Cathedral Church House of Worship in Makasar and the attack on the National Police Headquarters, showing that efforts to prevent terrorism in Indonesia have not been effective. So further efforts are still needed that are more focused on involving every level of society to participate in fighting terrorism and also involving former terrorists as an effort to eradicate terrorism from its roots.

Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum pembelajaran pesantren merupakan dua hal yang berkorelasi signifikan. Revolusi indstri 4.0 membawa dampak serius pada paradigm lembaga pendidikan (pesantren). Diantara wujud paradigm transformasi kurikulum pembelajaran pesantren itu adalah pergeseran dari tradisionalis ke modernis, dari yang hanya mencakup wilayah kecil menjadi lebih luas, yang hanya bisa belajar dengan guru di kelas menjadi bertemu dengan para expert dengan bantuan teknologi. Disisilain, perkembangan pengetahuan dan teknologi juga dipengaruhi oleh laju perkembangan pendidikan, pesantren sebagai Lembaga Pendidikan Islam yang memperhatikan bidang pemberdayaan umat dalam mencetak insan ber-akhlak karimah di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Pesantren adalah sistem pendidikan klasik yang merupakan produk budaya Indonesia. Seiring dengan perubahan zaman, pendidikan di pondok pesantren juga mengalami transformasi. Abstract

Moderasi beragama adalah cara pandang, sikap, dan praktik beragama dalam kehidupan bersamadan dapat ditunjukkan dalam sikap tasamuh (toleransi), tawazun (berkeseimbangan), syura(musyawarah), dll. Masyarakat Indonesia memiliki keragaman mencakup beraneka ragam etnis,bahasa, agama, budaya, dan status sosial. Keberagaman dapat menjadi pengikat masyarakatnamun juga dapat menjadi penyebab terjadinya benturan antara perbedaan tersebut. Penelitianini menggunakan jenis penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif yang menekankan analisis data-datanumerik dan diolah dengan metode statistika. Dalam metode penelitian ini diharapkan dapatmemperoleh signifikansi perbedaan pemahaman moderasi beragama antara penduduk DesaSerut dan Kecamatan Sumbersari. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah yang telah ditetapkan,pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam melaksanakan tindakan kepada objek agar didapatkanpenjelasan secara mendetail dan numerik sehingga lebih untuk diukur. Dari data 73.33%masyarakat Desa Serut yang memahami konsep moderasi beragama, 40% berasal darimasyarakat 25 tahun ke atas dan sisanya yaitu 33.33% berasal dari pelajar dengan rentang usia 12-25 tahun. Disisi lain, untuk masyarakat Kecamatan Sumbersari 83.3% mengaku memahamikonsep moderasi beragama dan sisanya 16.7% menyatakan belum pernah mendengarnya. Dataini menunjukkan persentase pemahaman moderasi beragama masyarakat kota tepatnyaKecamatan Sumbersari lebih tinggi daripada masyarakat Desa Serut. Untuk masyarakat desaSerut yang belum memahami konsep moderasi beragama mengaku bahwa mereka kekuranganpemaparan pengetahuan mengenai moderasi beragama. Sedangkan untuk masyarakatKecamatan Sumbersari mengaku bahwa mereka kurang familiar dengan istilah moderasiberagama.
