Abstract

Francis turbine is a type of water turbine which is used to convert the potential energy of water into mechanical energy. Improved performance on the Francis turbine is influenced by several factors, one of which is by adjusting the opening of the water valve that will enter the turbine runner. The arrangement of the opening of the water valve that enters the turbine runner is very important to improve the performance of the Francis turbine. The setting of the valve opening of the Francis turbine is useful for obtaining optimization values ​​from the Francis turbine test. In this Francis turbine test, the valve opening is adjusted with an opening of 90°, 75°, 60°, 45°. From the results of this study, it was found that 90° valve opening produces 112.855 W turbine power, 75° valve opening produces 102.801 W turbine power, at 60° valve opening produces 95.287 W turbine power and at 45° valve opening produces turbine power of 82.608 W. The best performance is obtained from 90° valve opening because the turbine power generated is greater.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang implementasi hiwalah kontemporer pada pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar. Permasalahannya adalah implementasi hiwalah kontemporer pada koperasi syariah dalam mencari keuntungan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles And Huberman yang meliputi, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bentuk-bentuk pengalihan hutang pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar meliputi, hiwalah dalam murabahah al inah, dan hiwalah dalam murabahah, serta diikuti ijarah muntahiyah bit tamblik (IMBT). Faktor-faktor penyebab pengalihan hutang pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar meliputi: ingin lepas dari riba, memperoleh keuntungan ekonomi dalam bentuk pembagian Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU), dan memperoleh keuntungan ekonomi dengan tidak memberikan jaminan fisik pada KPN Al-Ikhlas Batusangkar. Setelah dibahas, terjadi modivikasi bentuk hiwalah dengan menggunakan multi akad, dan dibolehkan mencari keuntungan ekonomi dalam melakukan hiwalah atau pengalihan hutang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi riba dalam pinjaman online berbasis syariah pada PT Ammana Fintech Syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang riba pada pinjaman online berbasis syariah dan mendorong transaksi yang lebih adil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari situs online dan website PT Ammana Fintech Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Ammana Fintech Syariah menawarkan berbagai bentuk transaksi pinjaman yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, seperti murabahah, mudharabah, dan musyarakah. PT Ammana Fintech Syariah menerapkan sistem sanksi atau denda atas keterlambatan pembayaran untuk mendorong disiplin dan ketaatan terhadap kewajiban pembayaran. Denda tersebut digunakan untuk kepentingan sosial dan bukan sebagai pendapatan perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang riba dalam pinjaman online berbasis syariah dan meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip keuangan Islam. Penetapan denda telat bayar dalam Islam masih menjadi perdebatan di kalangan ulama, dan tergantung pada penafsiran masing-masing.

Abstract

The promotion mix activities carried out by the West Halmahera Regency Tourism Office were carried out to attract attention so that tourists would come to visit the Festival Teluk Jailolo, West Halmahera Regency. This study was conducted to know and analyze the influence of integrated marketing communications proxied with variables advertising, public relations, personal selling, direct marketing, and interactive marketing on the decision to visit the Festival Teluk Jailolo, West Halmahera Regency. This research is a type of survey research by taking a sample of tourists who visit the Festival Teluk Jailolo held annually by the local government of West Halmahera Regency. The samples in this study were tourists who were or had visited the Festival Teluk Jailolo which was taken by a simple random sampling method with a total of 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and analysis methods used using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the smart PLS program. The results showed that the variables of advertising, personal selling, and direct marketing had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit the Festival Teluk Jailolo while the variables of public relations and interactive marketing did not affect the decision to visit the Festival Teluk Jailolo.

Abstract

This article aims to advance the field of hadith interpretation by examining the ideas of three influential figures: Abu Rayyah, Juynboll, and Zakaria Ouzon. Their distinctive approaches, characterized by both logic and critical analysis of traditional methods, resonate with contemporary trends in hadith hermeneutics studies. This makes them ideal subjects for exploring new avenues in hadith interpretation. By analyzing relevant literature, this research will explore the connections between these figures’ ideas and their impact on hadith scholarship. This analysis will then serve as the foundation for building a new framework for interpreting hadiths effectively. Their unique approach to evaluating both the chain of narrators (sanad) and the content of the hadith (matn) opens up fresh possibilities for a more dynamic and meaningful interpretation process (ijtihād). This means judging a hadith interpretation not only by who told it, but also by how well it aligns with the core values of the Qur’an and established scientific knowledge. Drawing inspiration from the work of Gadamer and Gracia, this research emphasizes the importance of skilled interpreters for understanding hadiths fully. By considering the broader context and implications of each hadith, this approach ensures interpretations remain relevant to the ever-changing world.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of workload on the level of employee job satisfaction at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport (SIM) in Aceh Province. The research population involved all employees of Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport, with 62 people selected as samples using the Slovin formula. This sample includes various divisions at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport. The data analysis method used is linear regression. The results of the research show that the independent variable, namely workload, has a significantly positive effect on the dependent variable, namely employee job satisfaction at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport in Aceh Province.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of the per capita infrastructure budget and per capita security budget on economic growth as measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product in Aceh Province. As well as to examine the per capita security budget mediating the per capita infrastructure budget in influencing growth in Aceh Province during the observation period. The data in this analysis comes from www.bps.go.id and www.djpk.go.id. This analysis uses panel data analysis with a random effect model and uses the Sobel test. The research results show that the per capita infrastructure budget and per capita security budget simultaneously influence economic growth in Aceh province. The per capita infrastructure budget is partially significant to economic growth in Aceh province, and the per capita security budget is not significant to economic growth in Aceh province. Furthermore, the per capita security budget variable cannot mediate the per capita infrastructure budget in influencing economic growth in Aceh Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Regional Own-Source Revenue (PAD) on Capital Expenditure (BM) and analyze the mediating role of Economic Growth (PE) in this relationship. Furthermore, this research investigates the impact of PAD, mediated by PE, on BM in Aceh Province during the period of 2015–2023. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from www.bps.go.id and www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id. Data analysis was performed using the Least Squares Method and the Sobel Test. The results show that PAD has a significant effect on BM, and PE effectively mediates this relationship. The Sobel Test indicates that PE strengthens the influence of PAD on BM in Aceh Province. Therefore, PAD will have a stronger impact on BM when accompanied by an increase in PE.

Abstract

This article examines the economic fiqh review of the practice of online game jockey player unknown battle ground (PUBG) in Panyabungan III Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The problem is how the legal practice of jockey games online player unknown battle ground (PUBG) in Panyabungan III Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative approach field research. The source of the data in this study was obtained from interviews with online game jockey players unknown battle ground (PUBG) in Panyabungan III Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The data is processed by analyzing the phenomenon and associated with the study of Islamic economic jurisprudence. The results obtained are in the perspective of economic fiqh, the practice of jockey games online player unknown battle ground (PUBG) in Panyabungan III Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency using a lease agreement (ijarah) using the services of samsarah. Using the services of a jockey client will feel a loss for himself because his game account will not provide much benefit for him as well as only raising the Tier on his account is just a pleasure, actually in Islam this is an excessive and wasteful act. So it can be concluded that the PUBG Online Game Jockey in Panyabungan III Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency is haram because it does not meet the pillars and conditions such as containing immoral and haram elements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of interactive video media based on problem-based learning in Mathematics content in grade 4 of Roudlatul Jannah Islamic Elementary School. This research method is descriptive qualitative through observation techniques and interviews with 2 4th grade homeroom teachers. The results showed that teachers need interactive video media that can improve students' critical thinking skills. This is due to the lack of technology-based learning resources in the school environment. It is expected that interactive video media can be an interesting and effective teaching alternative to improve critical thinking skills in math lessons. Therefore, the development of interactive video learning media needs to be considered in preparing mathematics lesson plans in grade 4 of Roudlatul Jannah Islamic Elementary School.
