Abstract

This study aims to develop the results of previous studies with a view to knowing the responsibilities of families, schools, and communities in education. This research is library research using educational and psychological approaches. Sources of data are taken from primary data in the form of books or books that have relevance to the title discussed, from these references are analyzed and then concluded. The results of the study reveal that family responsibility in education is very meaningful, because the family is the first and foremost educational institution for children to get guidance to grow up with personality, intelligence, and skills. Then, the responsibility of the school is the continuation of the family education process. Therefore, school education institutions must be able to maximize their role so that the academic potential of students can develop, and the responsibility of the community is as a place for socialization, social control, cultural preservation, educational selection and social change, and as an educational institution. The implications of research on family, school, and community responsibilities in education have their respective roles to make children spiritually, intellectually intelligent, and also develop their psychomotor aspects. Family education institutions as the beginning of children getting education from both parents by introducing that God is the creator of everything in this world, educating their children so that they have noble character, then, school as a continuation of education that takes place in the family to shape children's academic intelligence. Then, the community contributes as a place for socialization and cultural.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tingkat bahaya erosi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS), Serta Perhitungan Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) untuk menilai tingkat bahaya erosi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa tingkat bahaya erosi yang paling tinggi mencapai 296,61 hektar, sedangkan untuk tingkat erosi yang paling rendah yang mencakup 3393,37 hektar. Faktor panjang dan kemiringan lereng di kecamatan kedewan berpengaruh pada tingkat bahaya erosi. Perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut di kecamatan kedewan, karena penelitian ini hanya menggunakan data sekunder.

Abstract

Outsourcing practices have become an integral part of the labor market in Indonesia, with outsourcing companies playing a significant role in providing labor for various industrial sectors. This legal study aims to evaluate the role of outsourcing companies in enhancing the welfare of laborers in Indonesia. Through a juridical analysis approach, this study highlights the challenges and obstacles faced in the implementation of outsourcing practices, including legal uncertainties regarding employment relationships, the rights of outsourced workers, and adequate legal protection. The role of outsourcing companies in improving the welfare of laborers in Indonesia has significant implications for the protection of workers' rights, job security, and economic well-being. This study also emphasizes the decision of the Constitutional Court emphasizing the need for better legal protection for outsourced workers, followed by regulatory measures issued by the government. However, the implementation of these regulations still faces challenges in law enforcement and ensuring compliance by outsourcing companies.

Abstract

Development of the tourist attractions are the leading sectors in encouraging the growth of development in the region. Each area that has a potential tourist attraction is planed and developed as a main destination that will be offered to tourists. This study analyzes the development planning of natural attractions and challenges in providing transport infrastructure. This study was conducted in Simalungun using primary data through observation of objects and explorative analyzes. The results showed there is a natural tourist attraction waterfall Tinggi Raja with huge potential, but constrained by the availability of transportation infrastructure that is very damaged. Simalungun government has not planned construction of the necessary infrastructure in the development of attractions.

Abstract

The development of a Teaching Plan for a Semester (TPS) is directly related to the analysis of competency standards, teaching methods, and learning evaluation. Based on that, the specific targets to be achieved in this research include two things. The two objectives are (i) to formulate graduates' English learning outcomes based on needs analysis and objective analysis of input English proficiency and (ii) to design learning materials to meet the formulated learning outcomes. In general, the research method used is the development research method of Gall, Borg, Van den Akker, Gravemeijer, McKenney, and Nieven. Meanwhile, the approach used in this study is a combination of the ADDIE approach from Branch and the systems approach from Dick and Carey. The results of the study show that the level of English language needs indicated by stakeholders must be adapted. This adaptation is based on input competencies that do not meet the standards to be put into the ESP stage purely. Therefore, the design of the ESP lesson plan is still carried out by considering matters related to the input of general English competence.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the effects of tax officer services, tax knowledge, tax payer awareness, and tax penalties on taxpayer compliance. Causal study research is the research methodology employed. A questionnaire was used in this study's data collection process. The study's population consists of taxpayers who own real estate and/or structures in their own names that are used as homes or places of business. Convenience sampling is a non-probability sampling method used in this study. With the use of the SPSS software, a multiple linear regression model was used to examine this research. The study's findings indicate that a number of variables, including taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, tax penalties, and tax officer services, positively and significantly affect taxpayer compliance. A strong understanding of taxes helps taxpayers comprehend the meaning and intent of the law, which improves compliance. Acknowledging the significance of taxes for the nation's economic progress is a crucial element in enhancing taxpayer compliance. In addition, the presence of imposed tax penalties influences taxpayer compliance, albeit respondents are generally unbiased about this issue. Good service from tax officers also makes a positive contribution to taxpayer compliance because it helps taxpayers fulfill their tax obligations more easily and comfortably.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan Rektor INSAN Binjai dalam mengatasi permasalahan migrasi data di PDDIKTI. Dan mengetahui hambatan atau keterbatasan yang dihadapi dalam melaksanakan peran kepemimpinan Rektor dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di INSAN Binjai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pihak yang memberikan informasi selama proses pengumpulan data melalui wawancara adalah Rektor INSAN Binjai, Wakil Rektor I yang membidangi akademik, Kepala Kantor, Kepala Lembaga Informasi Data dan Humas dan Kepala LPM. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Pertama peran interpersonal, dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Rektor INSAN Binjai merupakan sosok pemimpin dan sosok yang bertanggung jawab dalam organisasinya. Kedua, peran pengambilan keputusan Rektor INSAN Binjai telah ditunjukkan dalam menyelesaikan masalah migrasi data di PDDIKTI. Rektor memutuskan untuk bekerja sama dengan SEVIMA dengan tujuan menyelesaikan migrasi data ke PDDIKTI dan memulai penerapan sistem Kampus Digital. Kemudian pada kepemimpinannya tahap kedua dengan berani mengambil keputusan untuk merevisi Visi dan Misi Kampus karena sudah berubah status sedangkan pada Visi dan Misi diharapkan menjadi semangat baru untuk menjadi perguruan tinggi yang lebih unggul. Ketiga, peran informasi. Rektor INSAN Binjai berkomunikasi dengan pegawai dalam banyak hal terkait transmisi (sharing) informasi.

Abstract

English has received a lot of attention recently and is often used as a centerpiece program in early childhood education. Successful learning requires innovation in media adapted to the age and characteristics of early childhood. This research aims to determine teachers' impressions of the use of digital learning media in early English teaching for preschool-aged children. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a research sample of early childhood teachers in Probolinggo city totaling 36 people determined using a total sampling technique. The results of the research explain that teachers' impressions of the use of digital learning media in early English teaching for early childhood are in a good category. In other words, even though teachers' ability to use digital devices for learning activities is still quite low, teachers view this digital media as having the potential to increase children's interest and motivation in learning, apart from that it is also useful in stimulating the knowledge and skills of preschool-aged children. Therefore, based on the results of this research, follow-up is also needed in the form of digital literacy training for early childhood teachers in Probolinggo city in learning preschool-aged children, especially early English.

Abstract

For the sake of the smooth process of cement production, it is necessary to maintain each component of the production. One of the tools that play an important role in the maintenance and production of cement is the Overhead Traveling Crane, which is a combination of a separate lifting mechanism with a frame to lift and move loads that can be hung freely or attached to the crane itself. The problems that arise in the Overhead Traveling Crane include the reverse direction of the motor rotation due to an error in the motor connection, the motor cannot start due to a disconnected power supply, the occurrence of bending (curving) on ​​the girder due to lifting operations that exceed the maximum capacity which can also accelerate service life. of the girder, wear on the wheel due to high workload during operation. Due to the need for very long use, periodic maintenance is needed so that it can be in normal condition for a long time. The main parts that support the overall weight of the crane are rails and wheels. This journal discusses the analysis of failures that occur due to contact between rails and wheels that occur in a cement factory. Failure analysis is done by testing the hardness of both the wheel and the rely which is considered to have failed or is no longer suitable for use. Then review the results of direct field observations with data from hardness tests and literature studies related to wheels and rails. after that it was concluded that the company considered for the procurement of rails and wheels. The conclusion obtained is that the hardness value on the rail is lower than on the wheel. Resulting in failure of the rail so that the rail must be replaced.

Abstract

This experimental study examines the impact of speed variations on the 2.5 mm nozzle diameter in low-carbon steel laser cutting. The primary objective is to optimize the roundness of the cut by considering cutting speed factors. Through a series of experiments conducted on low-carbon steel plates measuring 200 mm x 200 mm, utilizing a 2.5 mm nozzle diameter with speed variations of 2, 3, and 4 m/minute, the research measures roundness quality using a digital caliper. Results indicate that cutting speed influences roundness quality, with the lowest deviation observed at a speed of 2 m/minute and the highest at 3 m/minute. The study also highlights that increased cutting speed and the use of a larger nozzle require higher gas pressure.
