Abstract

Artikel ditulis dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan secara analitik hal-hal terkait implementasi kebijakan pendidikan dasar, terkait dengan definisi, pelaksana, konteks, jenis, dan langkahnya. Sebagai kajian literatur, artikel ini ditulis dengan metode policy riset, dengan analisis konten. Disimpulkan bahwa: a) kebijakan pendidikan dasar di Indonesia termasuk kebijakan publik dan menjadi otoritas pemerintah pada berbagai level. b) terjadi ambigu dalam implementasi kebijakan pendidikan dasar sebagai kebijakan publik, yang cenderung sebagai kebijakan kesejahteraan sosial. c) efektivitas implementasi kebijakan publik bidang pendidikan dasar ditentukan oleh aspek-aspek konseptual-metodologis, paradigma dan pola relasi pemerintah-masyarakat, yang cenderung diabaikan oleh pengampu kebijakan pada berbagai level

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual bermuatan nilai budaya dan karakter bangsa dan sikap demokrasi terhadap hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Post-Test Only Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 140 siswa. Sedangkan sampel berjumlah 80 siswa. Data sikap demokrasi dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan hasil belajar menggunakan tes pilihan ganda. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Anava A-B berbantuan SPSS 17.00 for windows. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar PKn antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kontekstual bermuatan Nilai Budaya dan Karakter Bangsa dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual bermuatan Nilai Budaya dan Karakter Bangsa  dan  sikap  demokrasi terhadap hasil belajar PKn. Ketiga, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar PKn antara siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pembelajaran  kontekstual  bermuatan nilai budaya dan karakter bangsa dengan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran menerapkan pembelajaran konvensional, pada siswa yang memiliki sikap demokrasi tinggi. Kempat, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar PKn antara siswa dengan proses pembelajaran menerapkan pembelajaran kontekstual bermuatan nilai budaya dan karakter bangsa antara siswa yang pembelajarannya  menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional, pada siswa yang memiliki sikap demokrasi rendah.

Abstract

The process of analyzing policy developments against a background of philosophical, sociological, political and economic foundations will serve as a reference in making policies related to basic education. Education in Indonesia often experiences polemics which are the result of mistakes in taking virtue. The policy emerged from government actors. That way, policy makers and stakeholders are expected to be able to think about, describe, and identify policies taken based on philosophical, sociological, political, and economic foundations. This research departs from field observations so that various solutions are obtained. With various factual data sources as a support in compiling scientific work and obtaining data from scientific literature such as journals and reading books using library research methods. The analysis uses a qualitative research approach; data collection techniques with observations in schools and literature studies. Focus on policy development objectives based on philosophical, sociological, political and economic foundations. Because policies can affect the learning process and the implementation of effective learning. Thus, it is necessary to analyze good educational policies, so that noble ideals can be realized in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, namely the intellectual life of the nation.

Abstract

The use of technology in learning activities in the field still needs to be improved. It must align with current developments prioritizing digital living using mobile and responsive educational applications. This research aims to create a learning module containing augmented reality on the human and animal respiratory systems to increase the learning motivation of fifth-grade elementary school students. This research is a type of development research using the ADDIE development model. The data collection method was a questionnaire with a rating scale instrument. The data analysis methods used are descriptive qualitative, quantitative, and inferential statistics. The results of this research show that the module developed is valid with a score of 0.95, obtaining a special index, practical with an average score of 66.07, including the very practical category, and is effectively used to increase the learning motivation of fifth-grade elementary school students with at count of more than 3,278. From the table, 1.729 with a purity of effectiveness 0.733 is classified as moderate. The learning module containing augmented reality makes it easier for students to understand information independently and can increase the learning motivation of fifth-grade elementary school students. This research implies that learning modules can help students learn independently and increase learning motivation to achieve learning goals well.

Abstract

The lack of teacher abilities and skills in varying the application of learning models impacts low learning outcomes and student self-efficacy in social studies subjects in grade V. This study aims to produce a product in the form of an environment-oriented problem-based learning model. This research belongs to the type of development research that was developed using the 4D model. The 4D model consists of four research stages: defining, designing, developing, and deploying. The subjects involved in this study were social studies learning experts, expert practitioners of 15 high-grade teachers, and 51 fifth-grade elementary school students. Data collection in the study was carried out using non-test and test methods, with research instruments in the form of questionnaires and multiple-choice tests. The data obtained in the study were then analyzed using a feasibility test with validity and product trials. The research analysis results show that the learning model developed gets an average score of 4.9 in the "very good" category. Furthermore, the results of testing the simultaneous effect of environment-oriented problem-based learning models on student learning outcomes and self-efficacy show an influence on the dependent variable (social studies learning outcomes and self-efficacy). Based on these results, the environment-oriented problem-based learning model has very good qualifications, so it is feasible to be applied in the social studies learning process for fifth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan menulis cerpen antara siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan media peta konsep pohon jaringan dengan siswa yang belajar tanpa menggunakan media peta konsep pohon jaringan di SD yang terdapat pada gugus II kecamatan Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan The Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD yang terdapat pada gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng semester genap tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Sampel diambil dengan cara random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tes. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada skor post-test menulis cerpen siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan bantuan media peta konsep pohon jaringan dengan siswa yang belajar tanpa menggunakan media peta konsep pohon jaringan (thitung > ttabel, thitung = 4,8 dan ttabel = 2,000)Kata Kunci : Peta Konsep , Cerpen, Hasil Belajar This research was aimed to determine the differences of short story’s writing skills of students who were taught by using the media of network tree concept map with students who learnt without using media network tree concept map in Elementary school in the group II in Buleleng district academic year 2013/2014. This research is a quasi-experiment with The Posttest - Only Control Group Design. The study population was the fifth grade elementary school students who are in second semester of group II Buleleng of academic year 2013/2014.Samples were taken by random sampling. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan metode ekspositori yang dikombinasikan dengan mind mapping dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model konvensional pada siswa kelas V tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 di Desa Bebetin, Kecamatan Sawan, Kabupaten Buleleng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas V semester ganjil di Desa Bebetin Kecamatan Sawan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 138 orang. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD No. 3 Bebetin yang berjumlah 30 orang dan siswa kelas V SD No. 2 Bebetin yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data hasil belajar IPA siswa dikumpulkan dengan tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji–t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yang signifikan antara yang dibelajarkan dengan metode ekspositori yang dikombinasikan dengan mind mapping dan yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Dilihat dari hasil uji–t diperoleh thitung = 7,20 dan ttabel (db =58 pada taraf signifikansi 5%) = 2,000. Hal ini berarti bahwa thitung > ttabel, sedangkan hasil perhitungan rata–rata hasil belajar IPA yang dibelajarkan dengan metode ekspositori yang dikombinasikan dengan mind mapping adalah 23,13 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan yang dibelajarkan dengan model konvensional adalah 15,43, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode ekspositori yang dikombinasikan dengan mind mapping berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri di Desa Bebetin tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : ekspositori dan mind mapping This study aims to determine the differences in Natural of Science learning outcomes between students who are participating in learning with expository method combined with mind mapping and learning by students who take on the conventional model of fifth grade students in academic year 2013/2014 in the village of Bebetin, Sawan subdistrict, Buleleng regency. The type of research was a quasi-experimental study. This study population is odd semester a fifth grade in the Bebetin village of Sawan subdistrict in academic year 2013/2014, amounting to 138 people. The sample of this study is fifth grade students of Elemntary School No. 3 Bebetin who were 30 people and fifth grade students of Elementary School No. 2 Bebetin which totaled 30 people. The data of natural sciences learning outcomes were collected by multiple choice tests. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test). Results of this study indicate that there are differences in learning outcomes significantly between the learned with expository method combined with mind mapping and who learned with conventional learning models. Judging from the t-test results obtained t= 7.20 and t table (db= 58 at significance level of 5 %)= 2,000. This means that t > t table , while the calculation of the average of Natural Sciences learning outcomes are learned with expository method combined with mind mapping is 23,13 greater than that learned with the conventional models is 15,43, so it can be concluded that the application of the expository method combined with mind mapping effect on science learning outcomes Elementary School fifth grade students in the Bebetin village academic year 2013/2014.keyword : expository and mind mapping

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa SD kelas V di Desa Penarukan. Penelitian ini tergolong eksperimen semu dengan desain post-test only control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah semua SD yang ada di Desa Penarukan khusunya siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 109 orang, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah SD No. 5 Penarukan dan SD No. 3 Penarukan sebanyak 44 orang yang diambil secara random. Data tentang hasil belajar siswa dikumpulkan dengan metode tes. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan uji-t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar antara kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC dan kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan model konvensional pada mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas V pada semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 SD di Desa Penarukan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh thitung 11,84 > ttabel 2,021. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC yaitu 17,42 yang berada pada kategori tinggi dan siswa yang belajar menggunakan model konvensional yaitu 13,91 yang berada pada kategori sedang. Hal itu berarti model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPS Siswa SD di Desa Penarukan daripada model konvensional.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran CIRC, hasil belajar This research aims to determine the differences of social studies learning outcomes between students who were used the cooperative learning CIRC model and students who were used conventional learning models in grade V elementary school in the Penarukan village. This research was kind of quasi-experimental study with post test only control group design. This study used all students in the Penarukan village especially grade V students totaling 109 students , while the sample is SD No. 5 Penarukan and SD No. 3 Penarukan there are 44 students taken at random . Data collected on students learning outcomes with the test metod. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and t-test. The result of study showed that there was a significant differences students learning outcomes between students who were used cooperative learning CIRC model and a students who were used conventional models at grade V semester 1 in lesson 2013/2014 elementary school in the Penarukan village. It showed that 11.84 t hitung > t tabel 2.021 . The mean score obtained by the students who were used cooperative learning CIRC model is 17.42 which is at the high category and students who used conventional models is 13.91 which is at the middle category . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV semester 1 SD Negeri 6 Menanga tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kuantum berbantuan media microsoft powerpoint. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap, yakni: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV semester 1 SD Negeri 6 Menanga, tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Data aktivitas belajar siswa dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen lembar pengamatan, sedangkan hasil belajar IPA dikumpulkan menggunakan tes/butir soal. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I secara klasikal persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajarnya mencapai 61,40% dengan kategori cukup aktif. Pada siklus II persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar mengalami peningkatan sebesar 17,20% hingga mencapai 78,60%. Persentase rata-rata hasil belajar IPA siswa pada siklus I secara klasikal sebesar 67,28% dengan kategori cukup baik. Pada siklus II persentase rata-rata hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9,36%. hingga mencapai 76,64% dengan kategori baik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kuantum berbantuan media microsoft powerpoint dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Menanga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : kuantum, aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar This study aims to improve the activity and the results of the fourth grade students learn science first semester of SD Negeri 6 Menanga academic year 2013/2014 through the application of quantum -assisted learning model media microsoft powerpoint . This study is a classroom action research was conducted in two cycles . Each cycle consists of four stages , namely : planning , action, observation / evaluation and reflection . The subjects were students of class IV Semester 1 SD Negeri 6 Menanga, school year 2013/2014 . Data collected students' learning activities using instruments observation sheet , while the science learning outcomes were collected using a test / grain problem . The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis . The results showed that in the first cycle in the classical average percentage reached 61.40 % learning activity with quite active category . In the second cycle the average percentage of learning activities has increased by 17.20 % to 78.60 % . The average percentage of science learning outcomes of students in the first cycle in the classical category of 67.28 % with good enough . In the second cycle the average percentage of students in the classical learning outcomes increased by 9.36 % . up to 76.64 % in both categories . So it can be concluded that by applying quantum -assisted learning model media microsoft powerpoint in learning science in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 6 Menanga 6 can increase the activity and student learning outcomeskeyword : quantum , student activities , learning outcomes

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran kuantum terhadap hasil belajar dengan kovariabel motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan non-equivalent post test only control group design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 84 siswa dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 33 siswa. Dua instrumen pokok penelitian yaitu kuesioner motivasi belajar dan tes hasil belajar IPA. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dalam dua tahap, yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial (uji-t sample independent, anakova satu jalur, dan analisis korelasi product moment).Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan hasil sebagai berikut. Pertama, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yang signifikan antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kuantum dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kuantum. Kedua, setelah dikendalikan oleh kovariabel motivasi belajar, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kuantum dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional Ketiga, motivasi belajar memberikan kontribusi positif sebesar 55,8% terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kuantum memiiki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa. Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: model pembelajaran kuantum, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of quantum learning model toward the learning outcomes with covariates learning motivation. This study was a quasi- experimental designed with non - equivalent post -test only control group design . The population of this study were 84 students and the sample used in this study were 33 students . Two principal research instruments are learning motivation questionnaire and science achievement test . Data were analyzed in two stages , namely the descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis (independent sample t-test , Anacova one lane , and the product moment correlation analysis ). Based on the analysis , the following results were found . First , there are significant differences of science learning outcomes between students who learned through the quantum model of learning and student that learned through conventional model. Second, after controlled by the learning motivation covariates, there are significant differences in learning outcomes between the students who learned through the quantum model of learning and students who learned through conventional model of learning.
