Abstract

Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) is an institution that received permission to manage zakat infaq, alms, and humanitarian funds. In its management, BMH Kaltim Representatives are managed by appointed amil without special criteria. This study aims to analyze effective and efficient collection models in the digital era. Research is expected to provide knowledge about effective and efficient collection models in the digital era. This research is qualitative descriptive research with data analysis using NVIVO 12 PLUS. Based on the results of field findings, it is known that the collection model in BMH is a variety of models, this adjusts to the choice of people who pay infaq zakat and alms through BMH. Effective and efficient in the digital era in BMH can be seen from the acquisition of BMH which has increased with the lack of operations spent to achieve it.

Abstract

Batam merupakan salah satu pulau terbesar di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dengan penduduk mencapai 1,25 juta jiwa dan memiliki banyak destinasi wisata. Namun dalam pengembangan pariwisata masih belum optimal terbukti dengan banyak tempat wisata yang muncul dengan kunjungan yang tidak konsisten, walaupun pemerintah telah menyediakan infrastruktur teknologi sistem informasi yang cukup baik, tetapi semua itu belum cukup mampu menunjang perkembangan kunjungan destinasi wisata dikota Batam, hal ini mendasari peneliti ini dengan melihat dan mengukur sejauh mana tingkat kesiapan pengunjung dalam menggunakan infrastruktur teknologi informasi pendukung pariwisata kota Batam. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah TRI (Technology Readiness Index), dengan sampel diambil dari populasi masyarakat pendidikan yang sudah menggunakan teknologi di kalangan mahasiwa dari hasil yag didapatkan bahwa tingkat kesiapan teknologi sistem pariwisata di kota Batam berada dalam posisi kesiapan menengah dalam persepsi pengguna tekologi informasi pariwisata kota Batam

Abstract

Provinsi Aceh memiliki hak istimewa dalam menyusun tatanan kehidupan lingkungannya berdasarkan aturan hukum agama Islam, yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 1999 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2006. Qanun Aceh, seperti Qanun Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Jinayat, mengatur hukuman bagi perilaku menyimpang seperti homoseksualitas, yang menjadi masalah dalam kontek modernisasi dan perubahan sosial di Aceh. Hukum Islam tegas melarang homoseksualitas berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip yang diatur dalam Al-Quran dan Hadist. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan hukum terhadap orientasi seksual LGBT berdasarkan Qanun Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Jinayat, dengan menyoroti penerapan hukum, penyebab perilaku homoseksual, dan upaya penyadaran hukum melalui sanksi atau sosialisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui analisis bahan hukum primer seperti Qanun Nomor 6 Tahun 2014, Undang-Undang terkait, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat perbedaan pandangan dalam masyarakat terkait hukum Jinayat dan sanksi yang diberlakukan terhadap homoseksualitas, Qanun No. 6 Tahun 2014 efektif dalam memberikan hukuman fisik seperti cambuk yang bertujuan untuk memberikan efek jera kepada pelaku. Hukum ini tidak hanya memberikan sanksi kepada pelaku, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai pembinaan dan pembelajaran bagi masyarakat agar tidak melakukan pelanggaran serupa di masa depan. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya penyadaran lebih lanjut dalam masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pemahaman terhadap hukum Jinayat dan konsekuensinya, serta upaya untuk mereduksi stigma terhadap kelompok LGBT dalam konteks sosial dan agama di Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is 1) The effect of plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs to the side, 2) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs in a zig-zag manner, 3) Comparison of the plyometric exercise jumping over a kun with two legs sideways and in a zig-zag manner on leg muscle power for male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population was all male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency, totaling 12 people. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the entire population of male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency. The instrument used in collecting data was the Standing Broad Jump test. The data analysis technique used was the t-test, where 1) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs to the side is 4.27, 2) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs in a zigzag manner is 5.97, 3) Comparison plyometric exercise jumping kun with two legs to the side and zigzag the leg muscle power of male students class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency is 2.36 with t table is 1.81. So from the two exercises given there are significant differences.

Abstract

Decision-making is sometimes often wrong so it can harm certain parties. If the decisions taken are very strategic, you can imagine the losses that will result from these decisions. The Al-Hikmah Mosque, which is located at the Taman Hangtuah Legenda Malaka Batam Center housing complex, is currently experiencing a muezzin vacancy. Al-Hikmah Mosque itself has held a selection for the muezzin. From the selection results, the five best people were obtained. Of the five best people, one will be selected and meets the criteria. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the Al-Hikmah mosque to make decisions to get the best of the best muezzins. In addition, the mosque can also get choices if the first choice resigns. In this study, the method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) where all participants who meet the criteria will be ranked. The results of the ranking, who were selected to be the best muezzin with the best value or rank were Mr. Abdul Hafiz with a score of 0.845, and Mr. Ihsan as the second alternative with a value of 0.7925. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in determining the best muezzin has a high degree of accuracy. This can prevent discrimination because the election system is based on logically processed data so that all participants can accept the results obtained.

Abstract

Education is one of the long-term investments that has the ultimate goal of producing reliable, and competitive human resources at both the local and global levels. Educational development will be difficult to achieve if it is not supported by adequate funding. This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation and supervision of education costs from the APBN and APBD. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The subject of this research is the Head of the Planning and Information System Administration Bureau, the Head of the Planning Section, the Head of the Finance Section, the Head of the Program Planning and Budgeting/SP4 Preparation System Team, the Head of the Information System Section and the Head of the Quality Assurance Agency. The results of the study indicate that planning uses a bottom up pattern with SP4 from the lowest work unit to the university level, the implementation of the budget is used to finance expenditures sourced from the APBN and APBD. Control is carried out as the implementation of the controlling function in the preparation of the Performance Accountability Report for Government Agencies to assess financial performance, the Quality Assurance Agency for performance achievements from the quality aspect. Meanwhile, the supervision is carried out by the BPKP, Bawasda and the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of National Education. Financing management is an evaluation in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

The large number of bicycle enthusiasts has made the demand for bicycles increasing, not only new bikes but also used bikes. With the sale, of course, there are also purchases of used bikes, which before buying, of course, you must know the buying factor for used bikes to be sold. However, as long as this business is running, there has never been an in-depth analysis of factors affecting the purchase of used bikes for sale or making a reference or standard regarding the factors that affect the purchase of used bikes for sale. Thus, many customers who have bought used bicycles have complained about used bikes that have been purchased after using them for some time. With this problem, the researcher wants to provide a solution to the problems faced by motorcycle shops so far, namely by analyzing the data on used bikes that will be sold using one of the methods in the datamining technique, namely the C4.5 algorithm. The following are the results of the research: a). If the bicycle wheels are bent, the bicycle will not be purchased; b). If the bicycle rims are not bent or normal and the bicycle komstir is rocking then the bicycle will not be purchased; and c). If the bicycle wheels are not bent or normal and the bike is not rocking or steady, the bicycle will be purchased.

Abstract

Batam is one of the cities with rapid economic growth supported by business, trade, and attractions. Many businesses are currently trying to expand their business by opening new branches. However, strategic locations for opening new branches are still a big challenge. Many entrepreneurs only rely on intuition or personal experience when making decisions, without considering strategic factors systematically, which risks business failure. Therefore, a system is needed to assist in decision making when choosing the best location. The purpose of this study is to apply the Profile Matching method in a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist business owners in choosing strategic locations in Batam. This method is used to compare ideal location criteria with field conditions based on 5 factors, such as population density, accessibility, level of competition, rental prices, and community purchasing power. The results of the study indicate that the Profile Matching method is able to identify the best location by comparing the weights between the ideal location profile and actual location data. The most strategic places for opening a business are Nagoya, Lubuk Baja and Batam Center with the highest total scores of 4.00, 3.50 and 2.00. With the Profile Matching-based SPK, business actors can reduce the risk of errors in choosing a location and increase the chances of their business success in Batam.

Abstract

PT Pelayaran Batam Samudra is a company engaged in the field of shipping agents, crew formalities, and ship chandling. The problem occurs in the SAFI (Solution for Accounting Finance and Inventory) information system in the purchasing section, the list of items that have been previously inputted does not appear automatically when it will be reused so it becomes uneffective because the list of items must be re-inputted. An information system governance audit is conducted to find out at what level of maturity the system that being used in the company. The method used in this study is Framework Cobit 4.1 with 3 sub domains, PO8, AI2, and ME1. From the result of this study, the average level of PT PBS information system maturity is at 2 – Repeatable but Intuitive.

Abstract

PT Aeon Vision Synergy is a company engaged in the service sector as a third person in helping to check a project which consists of several types, namely survey links, survey data, and reports generated from survey data. PT Aeon Vision Synergy has problems in the company's control system because the work system is still conventional so that the data stored is lacking accuracy. Therefore, this study conducted the design of building a system for the company. The method used is the SDLC waterfall model which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing. The results of this study are the existence of a project management information system that makes it easier for employees to control projects as well as attendance and payroll.
