Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep kerugian non-material dalam hukum Islam. Secara normatif, penelitian ini mengulas bagaimana kompensasi untuk tindakan plagiarisme ditinjau dari perspektif hukum Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dianalisis secara mendalam untuk memahami konteks dan makna dari norma-norma hukum yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum Islam menghormati hak-hak pribadi, termasuk hak kekayaan intelektual. Ketika seseorang menjiplak karya orang lain tanpa izin atau tanpa memberikan pengakuan, hal ini dianggap sebagai pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak pribadi penulis atau pencipta asli. Dalam konteks ini, plagiat bisa dianggap sebagai bentuk pencurian, karena mengambil sesuatu ide atau karya yang bukan miliknya.

Abstract

The research was conducted at Kopassus Park with the aim of determining Parking Characteristics, including Parking Accumulation, Vehicle Parking Volume, Parking Index, Turn Over, Parking Headway, and Parking Space Requirements. The survey was conducted for a duration of seven days. The data obtained consisted of vehicle entry and exit data for both cars and motorcycles. The research results showed that the maximum parking index for cars on June 18, 2023, was 56%, indicating that the demand for car parking space did not exceed the available parking capacity. Similarly, for motorcycles, the maximum parking index on June 23, 2023, was 28.3%, indicating that the demand for motorcycle parking space did not exceed the available capacity. The minimum headway for cars occurred on June 18, 2023, between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, with a value of 3 minutes per vehicle, while the minimum headway for motorcycles occurred on June 18, 2023, between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, with a value of 3.75 minutes per vehicle. The largest parking space requirement for cars on June 18, 2023, was 161 square meters, with the parking area for cars at Kopassus Park totaling 569.49 square meters, still able to accommodate vehicles during peak hours. The maximum parking space requirement for motorcycles on June 19, 2023, was 34.5 square meters, with the parking area for motorcycles at Kopassus Park totaling 121.20 square meters.

Abstract

Semangat perjuangan keagamaan dapat diwujudkan melalui berbagai varian, sebagai spirit perjuangan. Agama telah menawarkan suatu cara pandang hidup yang mampu meng-cover setiap tindakan yang mengarah pada pembentukan manusia seutuhnya, demikian pula islam pada sisi kehidupan ummat baik dalam hal sosial, budaya, hukum maupun politik. Agama dan politik merupakan dua sisi yang terkadang dianggap bersebrangan. “agama” sebagai dasar berpolitik dalam melestarikan keyakinan yang dianut sering kali mengalami hambatan karena pemerintah terkadang menganggap sebagai batu sandungan yang mampu menggeser ketahanan kekuasaan seperti yang kita lihat pada masa aktivitas politik Syekh Zainuddin Abdul Majid, perjalanan politiknya semakin terlihat jelas pasca kemerdekan dengan mengikuti partai politik dan menentukan arah bangsa indonesia bagian timur hususnya pulau Lombok. Karir politik Syekh Zainuddin Abdul Majid bermula ketika menjabat sebagai Konsulat Nahdlatul Ulama Sunda Kecil pada tahun 1950. tahun 1952 menjadi ketua badan penasehat partai masyumi pulau Lombok.

Abstract

This research explores the will for student character building in "Serat Darmariwayat" by Paku Alam III, a historical figure in Indonesia. In this study, Serat Darmariwayat is designated as the main source to understand the values and teachings left by Paku Alam III regarding character building. It highlights the importance of literature, goodwill, education, self-control, and ethics in shaping a person rooted in local wisdom values. This research presents an in-depth look at how traditional values and literature become the foundation of student character building. This research is library research which specifically focuses on Serat Darmariwayat, a literary work produced by Paku Alam III. it can be assumed that the approach adopted is comprehensive, centered on individual development rooted in cultural, moral and intellectual values. The implications of this will for modern education are significant. The importance of literary appreciation, educational awareness, self-control, and cultural understanding can be applied in today's educational curricula and practices. Although integration challenges may arise, collaborative efforts between educational institutions, local communities and parents can overcome these barriers. This research provides a solid foundation for understanding how traditional values can be a valuable guide in shaping student character in the modern era.

Abstract

Marriage in Islamic law has been clearly stated regarding its pillars, conditions, and the permissible and prohibited provisions. This study aims to analyze the Javanese customary marriage practices of the people in Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province, considering that the community still strongly adheres to various wedding processes as inherited from their ancestors, from the perspective of Islamic law. This research is empirical and uses a social approach. The data analysis employed is the Miles and Huberman model, with the steps of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. In practice, Javanese customary marriages among the people of Langkat Regency still feature a series of traditional Javanese wedding ceremonies, even though they live outside Java Island. The analysis of Islamic law's perspective on Javanese customary marriage shows a dynamic interaction between cultural traditions and religious principles. Determining auspicious wedding days based on 'primbon' can be accepted in Islam as long as it does not involve beliefs in supernatural elements contrary to Islamic law. Furthermore, the practices of 'kembar mayang' and 'pecah telur' in Javanese customary marriage are considered 'urf fasidah (customs contrary to Islamic law) because they involve beliefs in things not based on Islamic teachings. The accommodation process of Islamic law in Javanese marriage customs demonstrates a harmonious integration effort between religion and culture. From an Islamic viewpoint, cultural traditions can be accepted and integrated as long as they do not conflict with the fundamental principles of the religion.

Abstract

Rokok merupakan salah satu faktor risiko utama dari beberapa penyakit kronis yang dapat mengakibatkan kematian. Hal ini   menunjukkan bahwa rokok merupakan masalah besar bagi   kesehatan masyarakat. Selain dari segi kesehatan, rokok juga  mempengaruhi kepribadian perokok itu sendiri. Biasanya remaja  usia SMA sudah mengenal rokok. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan video animasi tentang bahaya merokok pada remaja. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan sasaran siswa sekolah menengah atas tentang edukasi bahaya merokok pada remaja berbasis video animasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa. Penyuluhan ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 01 Muaro Jambi oleh tim pengabdi dari Poltekkes Kemenkes Jambi. Selama melakukan penyuluhan siswa sangat antusias dalam mendengarkan pemateri, untuk itu diharapkan kegiatan ini digalakkan khususnya di dunia Pendidikan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to socialize the device strategy for implementing ZIS fundraising at BAZNAS, Sleman district, which has experienced an increase. Service activities are carried out using the method of socializing the zakat awareness movement directly to the community, opening consulting services online and offline, as well as conducting zakat role models, which are expected to make people understand or be aware of the obligation to pay zakat. The results of community service activities include several strategies carried out by BAZNAS of Sleman Regency to raise ZIS funds, namely: 1) The strategy of awareness socialization of the zakat movement and related provisions can influence the muzaki's decision to pay zakat. 2) Opening an online zakat consulting service via WhatsApp and in-person consultation at the Sleman district BAZNAS office also has a significant impact on Muzaki. 3) Carry out the role model zakat movement every month, which also influences the muzaki's decision to pay zakat. It was concluded that the socialization of the Zakat awareness movement, consulting services related to Zakat, and the role model Zakat movement had a positive impact and succeeded in strengthening the ZIS fundraising process.

Abstract

The presence of sharia financial technology (fintech) as a credible financial institution is expected to be able to help the problems that are often faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the behavior of MSME actors in the use of sharia fintech lending and conventional fintech lending. The research method used in this research is normative legal research by analyzing the laws and regulations as well as relevant studies through the issues in the study. This study uses a statutory and conceptual approach, both of which function to analyze the applicable legal rules so that differences can be found between conventional and sharia peer to peer lending fintechs and the extent to which sharia rules are applied in these fintechs. This study concludes that Islamic fintech plays a role as a driving factor in increasing the inclusiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The presence of the sharia fintech industry can overcome the problems of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, especially related to financing needs, ease of transaction processing, expansion of market access, and ease of preparation of financial reports.

Abstract

Marriage registration is important for the validity of a marriage because it will provide legal protection and guarantee the rights arising from marriage. Marriages with falsified registration as in this study are sirri marriages where the husband and wife consciously take legal action in the form of forging marriage books. This paper describes the problems, firstly marital status with its falsified recording from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. Second, the judge's legal considerations. Third, legal protection of rights arising from marriages without registration. The research method used is analytical descriptive. The results of the study show that: First, marital status with falsified records from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law (in this case the Compilation of Islamic Law) is valid and has legal force. However, there are negative implications for the non-fulfillment of the wife's rights as a result of divorce, if the excerpt of a marriage certificate that has been decided by the District Court has no legal force/fake is used as evidence in a divorce case at the Religious Court. Second, the Judge at the Religious Court in his legal considerations stated that even though the marriage certificate was fake, this certificate was made consciously and is known together. The Mataram District Court Judge in his legal considerations was a decision regarding an alleged unlawful act in the form of a fake marriage certificate, not a decision that annulled the marriage. As for marriages carried out without registration, the state cannot provide legal protection unless there is material truth that can be proven in court.

Abstract

The study involved 300 MSME customers of PT BSM in North Sumatra, aiming to investigate the impact of learning and memory on financing decisions, with brand equity as a mediating variable. The study also incorporates the Maqasid Shariah perspective. This research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, employing quota sampling techniques for sample selection and utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. Respondents' perceptions are measured using Likert scales. The research method utilizes the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, with a significance level of 5%. Data processing is conducted using Smart PLS 3.0 software, and references are managed through the Mendeley 7th edition program. The findings reveal that customer motivation affects financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer perception does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer learning does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer memory does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer motivation does not affect brand equity. Customer perception affects brand equity. Customer learning affects brand equity. Customer memory affects brand equity. PT BSM's brand equity influences microfinance decisions. Brand equity mediates the influence between customer psychology on microfinance decisions at PT BSM in North Sumatra. The implications of this study encourage PT BSM to enhance awareness of Shariah banking services, emphasizing the importance of Shariah banks in achieving Maqasid Shariah
