Abstract

Abstract: An integrated curriculum is a two or more curriculum that is united and implemented in a school to provide a complete experience to learners. This research was conducted by using qualitative approach in SMP based on pesantren that implements integrated curriculum as effort of character formation of learners. The study design used case study at SMP Modern Al-Rifa'ie 2 Gondanglegi Malang Regency. By collecting data through interviews and observations it was found that an integrated curriculum system between the curriculum established by the National Education Service (Diknas), the curriculum derived from the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) and the diniyah curriculum characteristic of Al-Rifa'ie itself. With three combined curriculum, it can form the character of learners, that is the character of religious, honest, discipline, creative, independent, love homeland or nationalism, friendly/communicative, likes to read, and responsibility. Abstrak: Kurikulum terpadu adalah dua atau lebih kurikulum yang disatukan dan diterapkan di suatu sekolah untuk memberikan pengalaman yang utuh kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif di SMP berbasis pesantren yang mengimplementasikan kurikulm terpadu sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan studi kasus di SMP Modern Al-Rifa’ie 2 Gondanglegi Kabupaten Malang. Dengan mengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi ditemukan bahwa sistem kurikulum terpadu antara kurikulum yang ditetapkan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Nasional (Diknas), kurikulum yang berasal dari Kementrian Agama (Kemenag) dan kurikulum diniyah ciri khas dari Al-Rifa’ie itu sendiri. Dengan tiga kurikulum yang dipadukan, maka dapat membentuk karakter peserta didik, yaitu karakter yang religius, jujur, disiplin, kreatif, mandiri, cinta tanah air atau nasionalisme, bersahabat/komunikatif, gemar membaca, dan tanggung jawab.   Kata Kunci: pembentukan karakter, sekolah berbasis pesantren, kurikulum terpadu

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to find out: (1) variable description of (a) entrepreneurship education, (b) fieldwork practices of the Business Center units, and (c) entrepreneurial interests, (2) positive and significant influence of education entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial interest, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of fieldwork practices in the business center unit on entrepreneurial interest, (4) as well as a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurship education and business center fieldwork practices on entrepreneurial interest. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of study: (1) showed that there was a significant positive effect between entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of OTKP and XK grade students in Accounting, (2) There is a significant positive effect between the work practices of the business center business units, and (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurship education and fieldwork practices in the business center units on entrepreneurial interest. keywords: entrepreneurship education, fieldwork practices, interest in entrepreneurship Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) deskripsi variabel tentang (a) pendidikan kewirausahaan, (b) praktik kerja lapangan Unit Bisnis Center, dan (c) minat berwirausaha, (2) adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha, (3) adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan praktik kerja lapangan di unit bisnis center terhadap minat berwirausaha, (4) serta adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan praktik kerja lapangan unit bisnis center terhadap minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis. Hasil Penelitian menujukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI OTKP dan Akuntansi. Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara praktik kerja lapangan unit bisnis center terhadap minat berwirausaha. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan praktik kerja lapangan di unit bisnis center terhadap minat berwirausaha. kata kunci : pendidikan kewirausahaan, praktik kerja lapangan, minat berwirausaha

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted in order to know the level of supervising activities of the headmaster of State Vocational Schools in Malang City, the level of mastery of the competency of State Vocational School teachers in Malang, and the level of the relationship between the supervision of the headmaster and the mastery of State Vocational School teachers' competency in Malang. In this study the approach used is a quantitative approach and using a correlational research design. Based on the results of the analysis on the data obtained shows that the supervision activities of the headmaster of State Vocational Schools in Malang are included in the medium qualifications, the mastery of teacher competencies in the State Vocational Schools in Malang are included in the medium qualifications, and there is a positive and significant relationship between the supervision of the headmaster and the mastery of competencies State Vocational School teacher in Malang City. Keywords: supervision; mastery; competence Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan agar dapat diketahui tingkat kegiatan supervis kepala sekolah SMK Negeri di Kota Malang, tingkat penguasaan kompetensi guru SMK Negeri di Kota Malang, dan tingkat hubungan supervisi kepala sekolah dengan penguasaan kompetensi guru SMK Negeri di Kota Malang. Pada penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kuantitatif serta menggunakan desain penelitian korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan supervisi kepala sekolah SMK Negeri di Kota Malang termasuk dalam kualifikasi sedang, penguasaan kompetensi guru di SMK Negeri di Kota Malang termasuk dalam kualifikasi sedang, serta ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengan penguasaan kompetensi guru SMK Negeri di Kota Malang. Kata kunci: supervisi; penguasaan; kompetensi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni, (1) lihat tingkat kinerja pegawai berdasarkan jenis kelamin laki-laki, (2) lihat tingkat kinerja pegawai berdasarkan jenis kelamin, dan (3) pengawasan ada atau tidaknya acuan kinerja berdasarkan jenis kelamin pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan di masing-masing unit di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) menggunakan proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 301 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis deskriptif dan independent sample t-testdengan bantuan program SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian ini yakni; (1) tingkat kinerja pegawai UM berdasarkan jenis kelamin laki-laki berada pada kategori sangat baik, (2) tingkat kinerja pegawai UM berdasarkan jenis kelamin perempuan berada pada kategori sangat baik, dan (3) tidak ada acuan kinerja berdasarkan jenis kelamin pegawai UM.

Abstract

Abstract: The qualitative study aimed at described as managerial target as a administration schools that serves as a supporter of learning, and asked the education to be relevant. Target managerial supervision includes two kinds of the principal as manager education, and the 8 national education standards in school. By function it known that the role of a superintendent as managerial supervisor is as a consultant, managing, fostering, and accompanies in dealing with common problems on managerial governance in school. School supervisor consultation and assistance to the school when any monitoring activities managerial school. Based on this research, writer expect related stakeholders of them the school principal the period next and the school committee in the development of Junior High Schools 1 Kanigoro as a school of the model inducing schools in areas Kanigoro and surrounding areas.Key words: managerial supervision, pengawasan, implementation, school-based management Abstrak: Penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan sasaran supervisi manajerial sebagai langkah pengelolaan administrasi sekolah yang berfungsi sebagai pendukung terlaksananya pembelajaran, dan bertujuan agar terciptanya pendidikan yang relevan. Sasaran supervisi manajerial meliputi dua macam yakni Kepala Sekolah selaku manager pendidikan, dan Pencapaian 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan di sekolah. Hal ini berfungsi dalam mendukung efisiensi dan keefektifan supervisi manajerial maka diketahui bahwasanya peran pengawas adalah sebagai konsultan, pengarah, membina, dan mendampingi  dalam menangani permasalahan umum mengenai tata kelola manajerial yang ada di sekolah. Pengawas melakukan pendampingan kepada pihak sekolah ketika ada kegiatan pemantauan manajerial sekolah. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, penulis mengharapkan pihak-pihak yang terkait diantaranya kepala sekolah periode selanjutnya dan komite sekolah dalam perkembangan SMP Negeri 1 Kanigoro sebagai sekolah model yang mengimbas sekolah-sekolah lain di wilayah Kanigoro dan sekitarnya.Kata Kunci: supervisi manajerial, controlling, implementasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengawas, pelaksanaaan, pengawasan sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi 81 responden dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni 67 responden. Uji kelayakan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini yakni H 1 diterima yang dapat diartikan bahwa adanya pengaruh pelaksanaan pengawasan sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru dalam pembelajaran dengan pengaruh sebesar 52,1%.Kata Kunci: Supervisi, Pengawas, Sekolah, Disiplin Kerja, Guru.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi pengawas sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru dalam pembelajaran. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the public relations program, public relations techniques, public relations cooperation, public relations program stages, public relations evaluation, public relations management pattern, and constraints in managing public relations. This research uses qualitative approach and uses interview technique, observation, and documentation. The findings of this study identify that an institution to maintain its existence can not be separated from the participation of the community. It takes a partnership with the sharing of society such as business world and industrial world (DU / DI), alumni associations, school committees, foundations and madrasah assemblies. The process of public relations management in Islamic vocational schools in addition to paying attention to cooperation partners, also pay attention to program planning, techniques, patterns, stages, evaluation, and the possibility of obstacles in the implementation process.Keywords : school and community relationships, techniques, cooperation,      evaluation, constraints Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendiskripsikan program humas, teknik humas, kerjasama humas, tahapan program humas, evaluasi humas, pola manajemen humas, dan kendala dalam mengelola humas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan bahwasuatu lembaga untuk mepertahankan eksistensinya tidak terlepas dari partisipasi masyarakat. Dibutuhkan suatu mitra kerjasama dengan berbagi kalangan masyarakat seperti dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DU/DI), perkumpulan alumni, komite sekolah, yayasan serta majelis madrasah. Abstract

The existence of guidance and counseling is a basic need that must be prioritized in the life of the community Guidance and Counseling Services that are good and right, effective and efficient in developing guidance and counseling missions so that community recognition and trust will increase. Accountability is carried out periodically and in accordance with the provisions with effective documentation through measurement of results from professional activities. Accountability refers to accountability for the success or failure of achieving the results of an organization's program. The guidance and counseling profession as professional counselors masters and realizes their professional practice, the accountability of guidance and counseling must be carried out as an embodiment of the obligation to account for the success or failure of implementing the guidance and counseling program mission in achieving the stated goals and objectives.

Abstract

Early childhood education is a fundamental educational process. Children at an early age will be very easy to imitate or imitate whatever they see so that with the ability of the principal to show leadership that accentuated the moral aspect of spirituality will be able to help young children in shaping his character. This study aims to find out how the leadership of a moral-based spiritual principal able to improve character learning. The research method used descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that through the approach of spiritual moral leadership three stages in the formation of the moral karingek knowing; moral feeling; and moral action more easily implemented through the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the school principal leadership style in an Islamic boarding School-based junior high school located in Tulungagung Regency. This study is using a quantitative method with a phenomenological approach. The design used in this study is multicase studies with comparative case studies. The object of research includes Kiai, principals, vice-principals, teachers, and foundation employees, in three schools, there are (1) Sunan Gunung Jati Islamic Junior High school, (2) Jawaahirul Hikmah Junior High school, and (3) Al Azhaar Islamic Junior High School. Obtained research result related to the First Research Focus are as follows, (1) the path and goal of leadership style in Sunan Gunung Jati Islamic Junior High School, (2) the charismatic leadership style in Jawaahirul Hikmah Junior High School, (3) the situational leadership style in Al Azhaar Islamic Junior High School. Second, related to the roots of leadership in terms of religious roots, cultural roots, and social roots. First, the roots of leadership in terms of religious roots come from the letters in the Al-Qur'an and hadiths which explain the characteristics a leader must possess. Second, the root of leadership in terms of the cultural roots of sami'na wa atho'na means that the students always have high obedience to the kiai or ulama who are placed as heirs of the prophet. Third, the roots of leadership in terms of social roots show the fact that the background of the Islamic boarding school-based junior high school, the social background of the community, the highest decision-maker in the Islamic boarding school-based junior high school, the leadership model based on heredity, and the selection of principals based on competence, greatly influence the leadership style applied by each headmaster. This leadership root also influences the achievements of each of the Islamic boarding schools in Tulungagung. Keywords: Leadership Style, Leadership Root, Boarding Schools
