Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni, (1) lihat tingkat kinerja pegawai berdasarkan jenis kelamin laki-laki, (2) lihat tingkat kinerja pegawai berdasarkan jenis kelamin, dan (3) pengawasan ada atau tidaknya acuan kinerja berdasarkan jenis kelamin pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan di masing-masing unit di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) menggunakan proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 301 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis deskriptif dan independent sample t-testdengan bantuan program SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian ini yakni; (1) tingkat kinerja pegawai UM berdasarkan jenis kelamin laki-laki berada pada kategori sangat baik, (2) tingkat kinerja pegawai UM berdasarkan jenis kelamin perempuan berada pada kategori sangat baik, dan (3) tidak ada acuan kinerja berdasarkan jenis kelamin pegawai UM.

Abstract

Abstract: The qualitative study aimed at described as managerial target as a administration schools that serves as a supporter of learning, and asked the education to be relevant. Target managerial supervision includes two kinds of the principal as manager education, and the 8 national education standards in school. By function it known that the role of a superintendent as managerial supervisor is as a consultant, managing, fostering, and accompanies in dealing with common problems on managerial governance in school. School supervisor consultation and assistance to the school when any monitoring activities managerial school. Based on this research, writer expect related stakeholders of them the school principal the period next and the school committee in the development of Junior High Schools 1 Kanigoro as a school of the model inducing schools in areas Kanigoro and surrounding areas.Key words: managerial supervision, pengawasan, implementation, school-based management Abstrak: Penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan sasaran supervisi manajerial sebagai langkah pengelolaan administrasi sekolah yang berfungsi sebagai pendukung terlaksananya pembelajaran, dan bertujuan agar terciptanya pendidikan yang relevan. Sasaran supervisi manajerial meliputi dua macam yakni Kepala Sekolah selaku manager pendidikan, dan Pencapaian 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan di sekolah. Hal ini berfungsi dalam mendukung efisiensi dan keefektifan supervisi manajerial maka diketahui bahwasanya peran pengawas adalah sebagai konsultan, pengarah, membina, dan mendampingi  dalam menangani permasalahan umum mengenai tata kelola manajerial yang ada di sekolah. Pengawas melakukan pendampingan kepada pihak sekolah ketika ada kegiatan pemantauan manajerial sekolah. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, penulis mengharapkan pihak-pihak yang terkait diantaranya kepala sekolah periode selanjutnya dan komite sekolah dalam perkembangan SMP Negeri 1 Kanigoro sebagai sekolah model yang mengimbas sekolah-sekolah lain di wilayah Kanigoro dan sekitarnya.Kata Kunci: supervisi manajerial, controlling, implementasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah

Abstract

This study is aimed to acknowledge the relationship between work environment, attitude toward teaching profession, and teachers’ performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The research sample includes the teachers of public high schools in Lombok Barat District as many as 134 individuals. The statistical analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings show that the attitude toward teacher profession directly affects the work environment and teachers; performance while the work environment does not affect the teachers’ performance. The significance of this study is for the Department of Education and Culture of Lombok Barat District and the headmasters, to be utilized as the foundation and consideration of policymaking and facilitating the teachers to improve their performance.

Abstract

The Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) has been running for 6 years since it was first implemented. This policy aims to help the poor to get proper education from Primary school until their children graduate from Senior Secondary School as well as non-formal education. This study aims to evaluate the policy of the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) by comparing educational outcomes before and after this policy was implemented. The method used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data analyzed in the period before the implementation of the policy, namely in 2009-2014 and after the policy, namely in 2015-2020. The results showed that this policy was only effective at the junior high and senior high school levels. This policy is not able to cope with students who drop out and do not go to school, especially at the basic education level. The failure may be due to the lengthy requirements, the small amount of aid funds at the primary school level. The policy of the Program Indonesia Pintar is to increase student enrollment or education participation.

Abstract

Di zaman rovolusi industri 4.0 ini, pendidikan menjadi hal yang urgen agar individu dapat bersaing dan bertahan hidup khususnya dimasa degragasi mental saat ini, salah satu upayanya melalui Kurikulum 2013 Revisi. Melalui kurikulum tersebut, diharapkan individu dapat mengembangkan kompetensi dan keterampilannya agar menjadi manusia yang mandiri, unggul dan berkarakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen asesmen HOTS yang valid dan praktis, sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik kelas IV di SD Negeri 4 Tanggung, Kecamatan Campurdarat, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Model penelitian dan pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model RnD milik Sugiyono (2012: 298) yang terdiri atas 10 langkah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi teknik tes, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Produk instrumen asesmen terdiri dari 5 butir soal pilihan ganda dan 5 soal uraian singkat yang memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore the governance of in-service training for elementary school teachers so they can be involved in various types, techniques, and training materials. The research design was categorized as mixed methods using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Applied to the concurrent transformative strategy model. The author analyzes perspectives from various frameworks, to get comprehensive results. The finding is that there are still a group of elementary school teachers who have not received in-service training, some have repeatedly received in-service training, and some have even received in-service training more than 5 times. The governance of in-service training in the form of a roadmap has the values of fairness, equity and proportionality in distributing training services to elementary school teachers which are supported by digital-based platforms. So that teachers can easily access, download, document training materials and evidence, and the government as teacher managers can use their track record to assess professionalism and give them the opportunity to become teacher leaders.

Abstract

Current technological advances challenge educational institutions to create innovative learning. Therefore, one way to create innovative learning can be done by developing technology-based learning media models. This research aims to develop innovative learning in higher education using virtual reality-based instructional media through enriched virtual classroom in microteaching courses. The Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF) development model is used in this study. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to media and material experts from educational technology study program  to conduct product trials and in-depth interviews with five students and a microteaching lecture at Universitas Negeri Jakarta.  The result shows that the virtual reality model can be the ease and achievement of microteaching learning objectives. This research has implications for microteaching learning models for pre-service teachers so that they can provide teaching experience with minimal risk and encourage learning innovation through educational technology.

Abstract

Academic burnout (AB) is a problem that many students are currently facing since the online learning policy was implemented. This research aims to analyze the structural relationship between emotional regulation (ER), academic procrastination (AP), and student AB. This research used ex post facto causal relationship explanatory design. The research subjects were 417 high school students in East Java. The sampling was cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the Rasch model and structural equation modelling (SEM). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between ER and AP and AB. The implication of findings on the school guidance and counselling program is that the counsellors must pay attention to the factors that contribute to student AB so that counselling services can be designed to prevent student AB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan pra jabatan terhadap kompetensi guru magang dalam program pengenalan lingkungan belajar lapangan persekolahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan 100 responden yang diambil dari perspektif mahasiswa program doktor dan program magister di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Malang. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui kuesioner secara online menggunakan pemanfaatan Google Form. Data penelitian yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3 dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pra jabatan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru magang antara lain: (a) Pelatihan pra jabatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik; (b) Pelatihan pra jabatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi kepribadian; (c) Pelatihan pra jabatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional; dan (d) Pelatihan pra jabatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah kegiatan pelatihan pra jabatan yang diperuntukkan kepada guru magang dalam program pengenalan lapangan persekolahan bisa mewujudkan profesionalisme guru melalui pengembangan kompetensi yang diterapkan dalam praktik pengalaman mengajar pada satuan pendidikan secara komprehensif dan berkelanjutan untuk masa depan generasi berikutnya.

Abstract

Early childhood education is a fundamental educational process. Children at an early age will be very easy to imitate or imitate whatever they see so that with the ability of the principal to show leadership that accentuated the moral aspect of spirituality will be able to help young children in shaping his character. This study aims to find out how the leadership of a moral-based spiritual principal able to improve character learning. The research method used descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that through the approach of spiritual moral leadership three stages in the formation of the moral karingek knowing; moral feeling; and moral action more easily implemented through the learning process.
