Abstract

This research is a study of the recognition of civil rights related to human values around tolerance, social solidarity, freedom, and responsibility. The purpose of this study is to find out how the perception of recognition of students' civil rights in DKI Jakarta. The research approach used in this study is quantitative. This study used a questionnaire data collection technique with a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis technique through percentage calculations. The results of this study show that the civil rights of students in the school environment have been recognized or upheld through the policies of educational institutions and in academic activities carried out in the school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of instructional leadership, teachers’ professional competence, and learning communities on the quality of elementary schools in Tembalang District, Semarang City. The study focuses on determining the extent to which each variable contributes, both partially and simultaneously, to school quality. A quantitative approach was applied using an ex post facto method and a correlational research design. The population consisted of all public elementary school teachers in Tembalang District, totaling 367 individuals. A proportional random sampling technique, classified as a probability sampling method, was employed to ensure representativeness from each school, resulting in a final sample of 191 teachers. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires, which underwent validity testing using Pearson's Product-Moment and reliability testing using Cronbach's Alpha, confirming their validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression via SPSS version 26. The results revealed that, partially, instructional leadership contributed 84.8% to school quality, professional competence contributed 82.4%, and learning communities contributed 35.9%. Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant combined influence of 91.7%. These findings indicate that improving the quality of elementary schools requires a synergistic interaction between effective instructional leadership, strong professional competence of teachers, and active learning communities. The study is expected to serve as a valuable reference for education policymakers in designing more effective and sustainable strategies to enhance the quality of basic education.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi adalah persepsi bersama yang dimiliki oleh semua anggota organisasi. Budaya Organisasi dalam penelitian ini diadopsi dari nilai-nilai yang dikembangkan oleh BUMN yang dikenal dengan "Akhlak". Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi "Akhlak" dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan aplikasi PLS 3.2 cerdas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi " Akhlak " mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi juga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja tidak mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, tetapi memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja. Keaslian penelitian: penelitian ini menyoroti budaya organisasi yang dimiliki BUMN di Indonesia, yaitu "AKHLAK"

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan model Penta-helix saat ini di SMK Provinsi Jawa Barat. Elemen Penta-Helix ekonomi kreatif adalah Academics, Business, Communi-ties, Government, dan Media ABCGM yang menerapkan tiga C: Connect-Collaborate-Commerce atau Celebrate oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan pada tahun dua ribu delapan belas sampai dua ribu sembilan belas. Penelitian ini dievaluasi dengan SWOT Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats. Analisis ini menganalisis indikator-indikator dari Analisis SWOT dengan menggunakan perhitungan IFE dan EFE untuk mendapatkan strategi dalam meningkatkan penerapan Penta helix di SMK Kewirausahaan. Pada Komputasi IFE, skor Strengths merupakan skor yang paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan skor Weaknesses yaitu sebesar 1,924. Pada Komputasi EFE, skor Ancaman lebih tinggi dibandingkan Peluang yaitu 1.585. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi tersebut adalah melakukan uji kemampuan usaha untuk dipetakan ke dalam kelompok usaha yang sudah kreatif dan yang belum kreatif serta mensinergikan SMK. dan UKM di Jawa Barat untuk membuat program yang mengarah pada kreativitas

Abstract

This research aims to analyze, test and obtain a clear picture of the influence of Prophetic Leadership and Organizational Culture on the Achievement Motivation of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in West Jakarta. This study used an associative quantitative approach and tested the hypothesis using path analysis with a sample of 159 teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in West Jakarta. This research shows that: (1) Prophetic leadership has a positive effect on achievement motivation (Y). It was found that the path of direct influence of prophetic leadership on achievement motivation had the regression result equation of ρY1 =0.464 and t count 6.556, (2) Organizational culture had a positive effect on achievement motivation. It is obtained that the direct influence of organizational culture on achievement motivation, with a regression value of ρY2= 0.397, while the calculated t value is 5.422, (3) Prophetic leadership has a positive direct effect on organizational culture. It is found that the direct influence of prophetic leadership on organizational culture, the regression result is ρ21= 0.427, and the t-value is 5.909. This research also shows that achievement motivation will increase if prophetic leadership and organizational culture as supporting processes run well.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine and assess the progress of utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching factory learning to enhance the digital skills of vocational high school (SMK) students in the province of Central Java. This study employed a qualitative approach utilizing metaethnography, as well as a quantitative approach employing Aiken’s V formula and strength, weakness, opportunity, threat (SWOT) analysis to identify and analyze the issues that arise. The present study examines the locations of SMKN 2 Purbalingga and SMKS Telkom in Central Java. Furthermore, relevant documentation was also utilized as a source of data. The research findings indicate that the implementation of AI in teaching manufacturing learning has effectively facilitated the development of an online learning management system. This system is characterized by its organized and integrated approach inside the online learning management system. The administration of teaching materials may be conducted autonomously and facilitated by the utilization of diverse information and communication technology or e-learning functionalities, including chat, email, blogs, and social media platforms. The creation of new enterprises within the domain of AI. It is imperative for educational institutions to align their policies with the demands and requirements of the business.

Abstract

Pokdarwis Gunungsari Pucuke Kendal (Mitra) Ngesrepbalong Village, Limbangan District, Kendal Regency was formed in 2016 through a village deliberation forum and in 2022, Ngesrepbalong Village was officially designated as a tourist village based on the Decree Kendal Regent Number 556/343/2021. Gunungsari Pucuke Kendal Pokdarwis is led by Wahyudi as chairman with a board of administrators who manage several mainstay tourist attractions. The local potential of Ngesrepbalong Village consists of natural tourist attractions, biodiversity, cultural attractions and local processed products. The problems experienced by partners are (1) The problematic aspects are related to branding and promotion of tourism potential that has not been optimal. Not yet there is a design destination branding as identity For introduce tourist Village It's so long. For example, improving tourism infrastructure to support branding and the identity of tourist destinations, (2) Conditions in the field show limited human resources to promote tourism through social media, (3) the absence of technology/tools that help sort coffee by size, so that sorting is done manually. The output targets of the solutions offered include (1) Availability of digital tourism packages presented on websites and social media, (2) The availability of embossed letter branding for regional identity, (3) Coffee grader machines are available, (4) 200 environmentally friendly coffee packages are available from paper craft, and (5) As many as 15 Pokdarwis members and UMKM post-harvest coffee processing have increased their capacity and knowledge in technology-based business management. Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that resolving disputes regarding joint property in the household which can no longer be maintained is to resolve them peacefully by making a deed of agreement between the disputing parties, that would be better and fair. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of cumulative decisions on divorce cases and joint property linked to Law Number 50 of 2009 concerning amendments to Law Number 7 of 1989 concerning Religious Courts. This research uses descriptive analytical methods with a normative juridical approach. The results of the research show that after developing resources, infrastructure and technology, the court needs to provide education and training for the parties involved in the lawsuit accumulation process so that they understand the legal process that will be taken in order to increase the quality of management and the ability to analyze appropriately so that errors do not occur so there must be process delays, and most importantly the court must carry out continuous evaluation and revision to create fast, simple and low-cost principles. The entire authority of the Religious Courts is determined by Law Number 50 of 2009 regarding the revision of Law Number 7 of 1989 regarding Religious Courts. Among them are marriage, divorce due to divorce, contested divorce, inheritance, wills, grants, endowments, zakat, infaq, alms, and sharia economics. Regarding what is included in the scope of marriage, the settlement of divorce lawsuits and joint property is included in it, especially in the explanation of points 9 and 10.

Abstract

Waktu dan biaya adalah kunci keberhasilan proyek, ditunjukkan oleh penyelesaian cepat, biaya rendah, dan mutu terjaga. Sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara jadwal dan realisasi, yang menyebabkan keterlambatan. Keterlambatan proyek pembangunan gedung BKA Aceh perlu diantisipasi dengan percepatan dan mempertimbangkan biaya. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak penambahan jam lembur terhadap biaya proyek. Fokusnya adalah mengoptimalkan waktu dan biaya konstruksi melalui metode time cost trade off. Analisa dimulai dengan menyusun jaringan kerja di Microsoft Office Project untuk mengidentifikasi lintasan kritis, lalu setiap kegiatan dianalisis menggunakan metode time cost trade off di Microsoft Excel. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi pengelola proyek tentang penambahan waktu kerja dan hubungan waktu serta biaya dalam konstruksi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penambahan 2 jam lembur meningkatkan total biaya proyek menjadi Rp 15. Teks hanya berisi angka: "434.577". Biaya proyek menjadi Rp 883,32 dengan durasi 118 hari dan tambahan 4 jam lembur total biaya Rp 15. Teks tidak lengkap, hanya angka. Mohon berikan teks yang lebih jelas untuk saya bantu mempersingkat. Durasi proyek dipersingkat menjadi 83 hari. Percepatan dengan 4 jam lembur lebih efisien daripada 2 jam, meningkatkan efisiensi waktu 30,1% dengan biaya naik 2,86%. Rasio ini menunjukkan lembur 4 jam lebih efisien per unit biaya.

Abstract

Employing Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) technology for asphalt pavement construction results in the emission of greenhouse gases and other harmful pollutants, contributing to significant air pollution due to extensive energy consumption. Consequently, the adoption of Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA) is recommended, given its potential for enhanced energy efficiency and reduced emissions due to lower mixing and production temperatures compared to HMA. This research delves into the impact of incorporating waste motor engine oil (WMEO) as a bitumen modifier in warm mix asphalt. The investigation involved adding WMEO at various percentages, specifically 0%, 3%, 4%, and 5% based on the weight of bitumen. The study assessed the performance of the samples in terms of penetration, softening point, stability, flow, and stiffness. The findings revealed that the incorporation of WMEO in warm mix asphalt led to a substantial improvement in penetration and softening point. Moreover, the results indicated that incorporating WMEO as a bitumen modifier could enhance the performance of WMA in terms of stability, flow, and stiffness.
