Abstract

The success or failure of a teacher in conveying learning depends on the way the teacher manages the learning. Classroom management is the teacher's skill in creating and maintaining optimal learning conditions. This research is motivated by the teacher's ability to provide reinforcement in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of teacher skills in providing reinforcement to the learning process of Jurisprudence Class VII at MTs TI Tarusan Kamang. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The research location is MTs TI Tarusan Kamang. The subject used in this study was the VII th grade Jurisprudence teacher. The informants in this study were class VII teachers and class VII student representatives. The object of this research is the skill of giving reinforcement. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is analyzed through data reduction, data display, and data verification. Data validity checking technique uses data triangulation. The results of the study show that the teacher applies reinforcement skills in learning with various components which include verbal reinforcement and non-verbal reinforcement. Verbal reinforcement is applied with two components, namely reinforcement with words and reinforcement with sentences. The application of non-verbal reinforcement has six components, namely reinforcement by using cues, reinforcement by approaching, reinforcement by touch, reinforcement with fun activities, reinforcement in the form of symbols or objects, incomplete and full reinforcement. In giving reinforcement the teacher also pays attention to the principles of giving reinforcement.

Abstract

Rencana pemindahan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) ke Provinsi Kalimantan Timur sudah dimulai sejak tahun 2022. Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan pendanaan, pemerintah kian gencar memasarkan IKN. Selain melalui promosi Marketing Investasi Indonesia (MII), pemerintah juga memberikan fasilitas perpajakan dan kepabeanan di IKN, dengan salah satunya adalah pengurangan tarif pajak PPh Badan sebesar 100% untuk penanaman modal di IKN. Namun, melalui analisis yang dilakukan, fasilitas insentif pajak di IKN dinilai kurang efektif, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh banyaknya anggaran IKN yang masih bersumber dari APBN. Untuk itu, pemerintah disarankan untuk menyesuaikan tarif pajak atas investasi menjadi 15% serta fokus pada peningkatan transaksi dan kemudahan administrasi.

Abstract

Educators as the most important component in the world of education become figures in theirenvironment in delivering their students a brighter future. Educators as the spearhead insuppressing ignorance and immorality, of course, must have Qur'anic characteristics persuasively and constructively. If in the Al-Qur'an at least four classifications of educators are mentioned, basically they have "similarities" in coaching students according to their respective objects and end in enforcing sentenceullah. As for the sincerity of educators in the Qur'an, not to expect anything in transferring their knowledge to others, of course, this needs to be instilled in an educator from an early age. But as an educator, he has two obligations at the same time. On the one hand, educators should convey their knowledge, and educate the community, while on the other hand, they should continue their life. So that these two concurrent obligations must be fulfilled without reducing the sincerity recommended in the Qur'an. Thus educators in the Qur'an are the determinants of the goodness of the future young generation because it is in the hands of educators that the younger generation will become a generation that is strong and ready to continue the relay of future leaders with a morepeaceful future by the teachings of the Qur'an an.

Abstract

A mosque is a place of worship for Muslims. Worship activities here have a broad meaning, notonly for praying and reciting but for all activities that can bring benefit to the world and the hereafter. Mosques can also be used as a means of informal education for people who cannotattend formal education, and are not bound by age, whether old or young, therefore it is necessary to hold a ta'lim assembly. The ta'lim assembly is an informal Islamic educational institution that has its curriculum, organized on a scale and regularly followed by a relatively large congregation, aiming to foster and develop as well as enlightenment about life. With the majlis ta'lim activities in the mosque, the congregation or the community can take part in activities to improve the quality of knowledge and worship activities that can be carried out more optimally. The research that the author does is field research (field research). The approach used to conduct research is a qualitative approach. And the key informants in this research are mosque administrators, and supporting informants are the congregation or members of the ta'lim assembly. The techniques used to collect data are observation and interviews, after the data is collected it is processed using qualitative descriptive techniques. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that the implementation of the ta'lim assembly activities has gone well and smoothly, it can be seen from the enthusiasm and desire of the congregation in participating in the ta'lim assembly activities, it can be seen from the presence of the congregation in participating in the activities. ta'lim assembly. However, there are still some shortcomings in the management of itsactivities where the congregation is less solemn in carrying out every activity carried out, it can beseen from the congregation there are still chatting when listening to the chanting of the holy versesof the Koran and not focusing when participating in lecture activities because they feel the contentof the lecture is not good or the teacher's language is not understood.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pemanfaatan Internet terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 3 Panyabungan Mandailing Natal. Internet memiliki banyak manfaat salah satu manfaatnya untuk mencari dan mempelajari ilmu pengetahuan. Tetapi di SMK Negeri 3 Panyabungan Mandailing Natal proses pembelajaran belum begitu memanfaatkan internet. Siswa memanfaatkan internet hanya sebagai hiburan. Penelitian menggunakan jenis korelasi dengan pengelohan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dengan populasi dan sampel seluruh kelas X jurusan Teknik Audio Video (TAV). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yang teknik sampling jenuh yang berarti seluruh populasi menjadi sampel. Hasil uji validitas angket adalah valid dengan rtabel = 0,297 dan uji reablititas 0,922>0,070 yang berarti reliabel. Hasil uji prasyarat pada uji normalitas data bernilai normal uji linearitas di dapat hasil data linaer. Lalu uji hipotesis dengan product moment didapatkan hasil 0,909>0,297 yang berarti H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak dimana terdapat manfaat internet terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Pengelolaan data yang dilakukan dengan SPSS didapatkan hasil korelasi pemanfaatan internet terhadap hasil belajar siswa adalah 82,6% banyaknya konstribusi pemanfaatan internet terhadap hasil belajar siswa melebihi 75% pada mata pelajaran Simulasi dan Komunikasi Digital. Dimana kontribusinya sebesar 82,2%. Jadi, internet efektif dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Contemporary Islamic education faces a serious dichotomy due to the dominance of modern learning models that focus solely on academic intelligence, thereby neglecting spiritual, emotional, and social intelligence. This condition is contrary to the true purpose of Islamic education, which is oriented towards the development of a complete person (Insan Kamil). This study aims to analyze the urgency of integrating modern pedagogy with the fundamental values of the Quran and Hadith in order to formulate a holistic learning approach. Using the library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach, this study conducts a conceptual synthesis and reviews the literature on integrative pedagogy. The analytical framework is reinforced by Amin Abdullah's concept of interconnection integration and Ismail Raji Al Faruqi's idea of Islamization of knowledge, which offer a philosophical basis for eliminating dichotomy. The results of the study show that contextualizing the values of the Quran and Hadith can strengthen the spiritual, moral, emotional, and social intelligence of students by developing the aspects of Ar Ruh, Al Qalb, Al Nafs, and Al Aql. It also improves critical thinking and social awareness. Modern learning models such as Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning, Flipped Classroom, and Gamification become effective and religiously meaningful through this integration. The main contribution of this research is to offer a comprehensive conceptual framework for the development of an integrative Islam-based model that not only emphasizes cognitive mastery but also fosters a strong religious character. This integration is a strategic path towards a comprehensive vision of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of motivation and the difficulties faced by non-Chinese students in learning Mandarin at SMA Methodist-6 Medan. The background of this research is the increasing demand for Mandarin proficiency in Indonesia, following the growing bilateral relations between Indonesia and China and the increasing career opportunities requiring Mandarin skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to non-Chinese students. The results show that most students have high motivation to learn Mandarin, particularly instrumental motivation related to career opportunities. However, the main difficulties they face lie in writing and speaking skills, which are caused by the structural differences between Mandarin and Indonesian, as well as limited opportunities to practice outside the school environment. Additionally, there is an indication of a gap between students' high motivation and their actual ability to overcome linguistic barriers. The Pearson correlation test results show a weak and insignificant positive relationship between motivation and learning difficulties. Based on these findings, it is suggested that a more contextual and communicative learning approach should be applied to address the learning difficulties faced by students and improve their Mandarin language skills.
