Abstract

Third-grade elementary school students often struggle to comprehend the concept of complete metamorphosis, which can trigger cognitive dissonance and hinder the development of complex thinking skills. This study aims to develop an Assemblr Edu-based augmented reality learning media within a metacognitive learning framework to reduce cognitive dissonance and enhance students' complex thinking abilities. The development process follows the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The applied metacognitive strategies encompass planning, monitoring, and evaluating. Data collection methods include questionnaires, essay tests, and interviews with homeroom teachers. Media validity was assessed by four media experts and four subject matter experts, while practicality was evaluated based on responses from 24 third-grade students. The effectiveness of the media was examined using a one-group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 24 students. The data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results indicate that Assemblr Edu demonstrates high validity, with scores of 0.94 from media experts and 0.93 from subject matter experts. The practicality assessment yielded a score of 92.88%, categorizing the media as highly effective and practical. Effectiveness testing revealed a significant impact in reducing cognitive dissonance and improving students' complex thinking skills. Thus, this media is effective as a learning aid in metacognitive instruction at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan berpikir siswa disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengimplementasian pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Guru belum pernah melakukan analisis butir soal seperti analisis distraktor, daya pembeda, maupun tingkat kemudahan soal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tahap pengembangan instrumen kemampuan HOTS, menghitung validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, dan efektifitas pengecoh untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari instrumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan tahapan meliputi pendahuluan, pengembangan, validasi, uji coba lapangan, dan revisi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 pakar dan 26 siswa kelas V SD. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah metode tes dengan instumen pilihan ganda. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis validitas reliabilitas tingkat kesukaran, daya beda dan efektifitas pengecoh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan instrumen kemampuan HOTS sebanyak 30 butir soal  teruji kualitasnya memiliki kualitas validitas isi dengan hasil 1, 00 (sangat tinggi),  kualitas validitas butir soal dengan hasil semua soal valid, kualitas reliabilitas butir soal dengan hasil sebesar 0,913,memiliki kualitas tingkat kesukaran dengan hasil 7 soal termasuk kategori mudah, 21 soal termasuk kategori sedang dan 2 soal termasuk kategori sukar, kualitas daya beda lebih dari 0,40, danefektifitas pengecoh diperoleh setiap butir soal tergolong baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen kemampuan HOTS yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas yang baik dan layak digunakan sebagai penilaian pembelajaran pada aspek kognitif siswa.

Abstract

Rendahnya sikap disiplin anak disebabkan kurangnya pengenalan dan bimbingan dari orang tua dan guru tentang pentingnya disiplin. Orang tua dan guru sering kali lebih fokus ke pengembangan kognitif anak dari pada perkembangan moral anak khususnya nilai-nilai disiplin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengasuhan demokratis serta hubungannya dengan sikap disiplin anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost-facto untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh demokratis ibu dengan kedisiplinan anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai korelasi rxy= 0,321 dan nilai KP= 16,40%. Nilai rtabel pada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,266. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel (rhitung= 0,321>rtabel= 0,266). Maka, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh demokratis ibu dengan kedisiplinan anak usia dini. Implikasi penelitian ini digunakan sebagai masukan bagi orang tua khususnya ibu agar dapat menerapkan pola asuh demokratis dalam mendidik dan menanamkan kedisiplinan pada anak. Sehingga anak akan dengan mudah mengerti hal-hal yang boleh dilakukan dapat mengikuti arahan orang tua hingga tercapailah kedisiplinan anak yang optimal.

Abstract

Several findings regarding children's difficulties in reading show that out of a total of 11 children in the class, 8 of them still experience difficulties in initial reading. In addition, researchers also noted that the main reason for these difficulties was due to the slow process of letter recognition in these children. This research aims to develop the "Reading Calendar" (KACA) media, to stimulate children's language skills. This research uses a development approach with the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The object of this development research is the learning media educational game tool "Reading Calendar" (KACA) based on educational video tutorials, with a focus on content validity, teacher response, and product effectiveness. The research subjects consisted of ten children from group B, with the children's language abilities as the research object. Data collection methods use observation, rating scales, and questionnaires. Data analysis involves testing validity using the Gregory formula and practicality by teachers using the Aiken formula. The research results show that this learning media is effective in increasing children's interest in learning and providing significant support for teacher performance. This shows that the new reading calendar media based on educational video tutorials is a viable, practical and effective choice in improving the language skills of children in group B. This research has implications for increasing interest and involvement of media in the learning process, so that it can create a better learning experience interesting.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan untuk  mengetahui  hasil belajar IPA pada penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri pada  siswa  kelas IV SD No.5 Gulingan tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/evaluasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV di SDNo.5 Gulingan, sebanyak 20 orang siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode tes. Data yang didapatkan dari metode tes selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik  deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IVdi SD No.5 Gulingan tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Pada siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar IPA siswasebesar 72,75% pada kategori sedang dan meningkat menjadi 80% pada siklus II yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Terjadi peningkatan sebesar 7,25%. Jadi model inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD No. 5 Gulingan Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan rancang bangun pengembangan media (2) mengetahui validitas hasil pengembangan media, (3) mengetahui efektivitas pengembangan media. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE. Metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, kuesioner, tes dan pencatatan dokumen. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Media permainan ular tangga dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri atas analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. (2) Hasil validitas media dinyatakan valid dilihat  dari review para ahli dan siswa dengan persentase ahli isi mata pelajaran 92,86%, ahli media pembelajaran 82,86%, ahli desain pembelajaran 96,66%, uji coba perorangan 95,39%, uji coba kelompok kecil 93,59%, dan uji coba lapangan 94,50%. (3) Uji efektivitas media permainan ular tangga menunjukkan bahwa hasil thitung (9,6) > ttabel (2,144). Ini berarti terdapat efektivitas media permainan ular tangga untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada kompetensi pengetahuan IPA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memaparkan peran tutor sebaya terhadap sikap sosial siswa tuna rungu dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan sikap sosial siswa tuna rungu dan memberikan solusi untuk mengatasi sikap sosial siswa di SD Negeri 2 Bengkala tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu: (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan, (3) tahap pelaksanaan penelitian. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini dipilih secara purposive. Partisipan yang dijadikan fokus peneliti sebanyak dua siswa, yang merupakan siswa perempuan.. Kedua partisipan mengalami kesulitan pendengaran semenjak lahir, dengan tingkat kehilangan pendengaran pada 91 dB ke atas atau pada kategori profound, mereka tidak mampu berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa verbal meskipun menggunakan alat bantu dengar Moores. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tutor sebaya memiliki peran yang sangat penting terhadap sikap sosial siswa tuna rungu di SD Negeri 2 Bengkala tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dan terdapat kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan sikap sosial siswa tuna rungu dan terdapat solusi yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengatasi sikap sosial siswa di SD Negeri 2 Bengkala tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

Lack of student interest in writing essays, this happens because teachers in learning do not use innovative learning models, and learning media that interest students. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the use of Think Talk Write (TTW) learning models assisted by monopolistic media on simple essay writing skills of third-grade elementary school students. This type of research is quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) with a non-equivalent post-test only control group design. The study population was all grade III in elementary school. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique, with a total of 59 people. Data collection instruments used in this study were simple essay writing skills instruments, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test). Based on the results of the t-test analysis, the t-count was 11.457. While the table with db = 57 and a significance level of 5% is 2.002. This shows that t-count is greater than t-table (t-count> t-table) with the conclusion that the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model assisted by monopoly media has a positive effect on writing skills in simple essays. The existence of this research helps teachers to enrich references to models and instructional media that can be used.

Abstract

The less optimal student learning outcomes due to underactive students and the deficient of variations in the use of models and learning media is one of the reasons this research was conducted. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the group investigation model assisted by audiovisual media on social studies learning outcomes of five-grade elementary school students. This research was a quasi-experimental research with a non-equivalent post-test only control group design. The population in this research was the five graders contained 129 students. Taking samples for research used a sample random sampling technique. The sample of this research were 35 students for an experimental class and 35 students for a control class. Data collection methods used were test methods with multiple-choice test forms that have been validated. Data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the t-test formula. The results of this research indicate that there are differences in social studies learning outcomes between students who were taught using the group investigation model-assisted audiovisual media and students using the conventional learning model. This is indicated by the value of t-count > t-table (3,781 > 2,000) with a significance level of 5%. So H1 is accepted. Besides, the average score of student’s social studies learning outcomes in experimental class >  average score of student’s social studies learning outcome in control class (23,71>21,29). This model can be used for teachers in creating fun learning so that they can make a good contribution to learning activities.

Abstract

A good learning is supported by not only good planning and learning processes, but it is also supported by an assessment of students’ competencies achievement. This study aims to develop a learning outcome assessment system based on educational units (students’ reports) in elementary schools. This is development research using Development and Diffusion (R-D-D) model. The data in this study were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, documentation studies, FGDs, and product trials. The data were analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results showed that the percentage level of achievement of the unit-based learning outcomes assessment system was 97.3% so which fell into Very Good qualification with the achievement level scale of 5 in the conversion table. Based on this, it can be concluded that the Student Report (SR) system is appropriate to be used as an education unit-based learning outcome assessment system in elementary school. This research implies that teachers can use the developed E-report as a learning outcomes assessment system based on education units in elementary schools.
