A pharmacy is a type of retail business whose commodities or goods traded consist of pharmaceutical supplies, which include medicines and medicinal ingredients, as well as health supplies. A pharmacy is also a specific place where pharmaceutical work is carried out and distribution of pharmaceutical supplies and other health supplies to the public. Pharmacies have two uses, namely in providing health services and in business/competition. In line with the development of science and technology in the pharmaceutical sector, there has been a shift in the orientation of pharmaceutical services and the management of drugs as a commodity to comprehensive services (pharmaceutical care) in the sense of not only managing drugs but in a broader sense includes the implementation of providing information to support the correct and rational use of drugs, monitoring drug use to determine the final destination and the possibility of medication errors (Ministry of Health, 2014).

This section presents order growth projections based on professional analyst consensus estimates to help analyze procurement orders in the inventory control section. Inventory control in a company is closely related to the activity of collecting data about activities and transactions in and out of a company's goods. The basic concept of inventory is that every company, whether it is a trading company or factory company or service company, always holds inventory. Without inventory, entrepreneurs will be faced with the risk that their company at some point will not be able to fulfill the desires of customers who need or request goods/services. Inventory is held if the expected profit from the inventory should be greater than the costs it incurs. By designing a better system, it is hoped that it can help and facilitate the ongoing system process, making it easier to process data, including processing, compiling, storing and manipulating data, which ultimately produces accurate data that can be used for company needs. For this reason, an information system is needed to overcome this problem, a dual information system that can inform existing data correctly and accurately.

Surabaya adalah sebuah prototipe, dan industrialisasinya merupakan pilar ekonomi penting untuk mendorong perkembangan kota. Teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobabilitas digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui purposive sampling. Hasil uji t analisis regresi antara variabel Brand Image diperoleh nilai t hitung 5,106 > t tabel (0,05;150) 1,967 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh parsial yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Brand Image terhadap Customer Satisfaction konsumen Kopi Kapal Api Spesial Mix 2 in 1 di Surabaya. Hasil uji F analisis regresi nilai F hitung sebesar 75,665 dan nilai F tabel (3,76)sebesar 2,807 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan yang signifikan antara variabel Brand Image dan Product Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Hasil estimasi nilai Beta (Standardized Coefficient) analisis regresi paling besar terdapat pada variabel Product Quality dengan nilai sebesar 0,503 dan nilai r sebesar 0,537 serta hasil perhitungan r 2 sebesar 0,288. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Product Quality memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap Customer Satisfaction konsumen Kopi Kapal Api Spesial Mix 2 in 1 di Surabaya dengan kemampuan menjelaskan sebesar 28,8% dibandingkan variabel Brand Image yang hanya mampu menjelaskan sebesar 0,151 atau 15,1%

Patient satisfaction is the result of the patient's assessment of health services by comparing what is expected with what he receives. Consumer demands for the quality of puskesmas services require a change in customer-oriented services by prioritizing service quality. This is to increase patient satisfaction with health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Kedungdoro Health Center. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design and survey method. The study population was all patients in November as many as 500 patients. The research sample was obtained using the Lwanga & Lemeshow formula as many as 180 patients and taken by the accidental sampling method. The research data were collected using a questionnaire and the data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression.The results showed that the results of the t-test of service quality variables in the formof physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy partially have a significant positive effect on the patient satisfaction variable. In addition, the F test showed that all service quality variables simultaneously or simultaneously had a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Variables of service quality that need to be evaluated for follow-up to increase patient satisfaction are elements of physical evidence and empathy..

The aim of this study was to know wether the sevice quality, and promotion to customers satisfaction of Astra Isuzu Margomulyo Surabaya. This search sample amount of 80 respondents using as the sample by Purposive Sampling technique, ( is sampling based on a specific target , while the criteria that will be used is who live in surabaya and have done service at least 2 times in Astra Isuzu Margomulyo Surabaya. Based on the result of the study, it was found the regression equation as follows: Y = 5.757 + 0,306 X1 + 0,490X2+0.4. The most powerful dependent variable was the promotion (0,490) and the last variable quality service that (0.306). The hypothesis testing using t-test showed thatthere is two variable (quality service and promotion) have the positive and statistically significant impact to the dependent variable customer satisfaction. Figures adjusted R square of 0,528 indicates that 52.8 percent of the customer satisfaction could be explained by quality service and promotion variables, meanwhile 47.2 percent of the rest were the impact of the other variable which not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of teacher certification on teacher performance at the Dukuh Menanggal I State Elementary School (SD) Surabaya; and (2) the difference in the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Dukuh Menanggal I Surabaya who are certified and not certified. The research population that will be taken is 30 teachers at SD Negeri Dukuh Menanggal I Surabaya in 2022. The independent variable in this study consists of 4 indicators. The dependent variable in this study is teacher performance. The method used to collect data in this study is a questionnaire method (questionnaire). Testing data collection tools using validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, and different test. The hypotheses in this study are (1) H1. There is an effect of teacher professional certification on the performance of religious teachers at SD Negeri Dukuh Menanggal I Surabaya; and (2) H2. There is a difference in the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Dukuh Menanggal I Surabaya who are certified and not certified. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Teacher professional certification has no effect on the performance of religious teachers at SD Negeri Dukuh Menanggal I Surabaya; and (2) there is no difference between the performance of certified and uncertified teachers at SD Negeri Dukuh Menanggal I Surabaya.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of KFC's brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions in Surabaya. Samples were taken as many as 150 respondents from KFC consumers who had consumed KFC at least 2 times in their lives in Surabaya. The author hopes that this research will be useful for the future of the company and become a science for Indonesian education. In connection with this research, the authors apply quantitative research methods to examine the population or sample. Then the data generated from quantitative research is analyzed so as to produce data that can be used for the advancement of the company and become a knowledge archive for the community. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and product quality also has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for KFC in Surabaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an at PT. Makmur Jaya Surabaya. The sampling method used is the saturated sampling method. This study uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Makmur Jaya Surabaya with a total of 30 people. The data used are primary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS 22 application. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of leadership style, and organizational culture have a significant influence on the dependent variable of employee performance for the results of leadership style having a significant value of 0.00 and culture organization has a value of 0.40 which can be concluded that the significant value of the two X variables is smaller than 0.05 which means that the X variable has a significant effect on performance.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job satisfaction and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Fiscaria Jaya Suara Surabaya simultaneously, (2) The effect of job satisfaction and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Fiscaria Jaya Suara Surabaya partially, (3) The influence of job satisfaction and work environment on these variables which have a dominant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Fiscari Jaya Suara Surabaya. This research is a research using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were employees of PT. Fiscari Jaya Suara Surabaya. The sample collection used a census sample of 40 people, but only 34 respondents were obtained in this study. The data collection method used interviews before the thesis and in the research process by distributing questionnaires in the form of questionnaires and google forms. Data analysis was carried out in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and multiple determination coefficient analysis. From the results of the analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) shows that job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance have a significant effect simultaneously or partially. And the dominant independent variable on employee performance at PT. Fiscaria Jaya Suara Surabaya is the independent variable of the work environment.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT.Profilia Indotech Surabaya employees. The type of research used is quantitative and information is collected through questionnaires. The sample in this study are employees of PT. Profilia Indotech Surabaya as many as 37 respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis with SPSS 25 application tools namely validity analysis, reliability analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normality, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results show that leadership style partially has a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of α = 0.00 <0.05 with a tcount greater than ttable -4.368> -2.03452. Motivation partially has a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of α = 0.00 <0.05 with a tcount greater than ttable 23.861> 2.03452. Discipline partially has a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of α = 0.02 <0.05 with a tcount greater than ttable 3.378> 2.03452. And simultaneously leadership style, motivation and discipline have a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of α = 0.00 <0.05 with a Fcount value greater than Ftable 193.850> 2.89. From this study is that the variables of leadership style, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.
