Abstract

The purpose of this study described the roles of religious, and community figures as the vanguard in actualizing values of religious moderation. This study also described  forms of religious harmony in Lombok society. This study used a qualitative and descriptive analysis method based on best practices through interviews, observations, and document studies as data collection techniques. Data research was analyzed through data reduction, data display, data conclusion, and data verification. The results of this study indicated the success of religious figures and community figures through their crusial roles as educator in providing an attitude of tolerance, facilitator in facilitating religious activities, coordinator in building harmonious communication, and mediators in resolving various problems between religious communities. The role of the spiritual, and community figures also has an impact on harmony in society in terms of religious harmony, social harmony, and cultural harmony as a form of actualization of religious moderation in Lombok society.

Abstract

This research focused on analyzing the level of religious maturity of students at the junior high school level. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of student religiosity. To measure this, research was conducted using quantitative methods with 103 Muslim students as respondents using Probablity Sampling technique with stratified random sampling approach. The analysis test used was descriptive analysis, frequency distribution and normality test. The questionnaire used as many as 49 questions relating to the tendency towards religious maturity religiosity. This study found that the level of religious maturity of junior high school students is low by having a mean value of 175.59, median value 176, minimum value 135, maximum value 211, with a total value of 18,086. The implication of this study was to illustrate that islamic education learning can shape the religious maturity of students in junior high school, and the influence of religious activities carried out at school in shaping behavior that shows religious maturity.

Abstract

The younger generation is often considered to be against the establishment running in the community's social environment. For example, in the context of traditions related to ceremonial pre-wedding, there is a new perspective on these various events. For the older generation, this condition can be considered a contradiction to the legacy that has been running in society. More specifically, such a paradigm is also symptomatic among the younger generation of Brengkok Village. This study tries to dig deeper into the paradigm of the younger generation of Brengkok village. By using interview techniques with the younger generation in Brengkok village, it is hoped that they will be able to present more comprehensive data. The interviews were then analyzed using Max Weber's approach to social action theory. The paradigm that exists in the younger generation of Brengkok Village is, of course, based on rational reasons for traditions that have been established and run across generations. Something that has been considered a patent value by the older generation. When the current younger generation is in a position as the older generation, it will certainly give a different touch to the passage of traditions leading up to the wedding. The various rational reasons put forward will become considerations that have more value, which in the end, will answer the anxiety of the older generation about the existence of this tradition. [Generasi muda seringkali dianggap melawan kemapanan yang telah berjalan dalam lingkungan sosial masyarakatnya. Dalam konteks tradisi terkait seremonial menjelang pernikahan misalnya, terdapat perspektif baru terhadap beragam acara tersebut. Hal ini bagi kalangan generasi tua, dapat dianggap suatu pertentangan akan peninggalan yang telah berjalan di masyarakat. Secara lebih spesifik, paradigma semacam itu juga menggejala di kalangan generasi muda Desa Brengkok. Penelitian ini mencoba menggali lebih dalam, mengenai paradigma generasi muda desa Brengkok. Dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara kepada pihak generasi muda yang ada di desa Brengkok, diharapkan mampu menghadirkan data yang lebih komprehensif. Hasil dari wawancara tersebut kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori tindakan sosial Max Weber. Paradigma yang ada dalam lapisan masyarakat generasi muda Desa Brengkok tersebut, tentu dilandasi dengan alasan rasional akan tradisi yang telah mapan dan dijalankan lintas generasi. Sesuatu yang telah dianggap sebagai nilai paten oleh generasi tua, pada saatnya nanti ketika generasi muda yang ada saat ini, berada pada posisi sebagai generasi tua, tentu akan memberikan sentuhan yang berbeda terhadap berjalannya tradisi-tradisi menjelang pernikahan. Beragam alasan rasional yang dikemukakan, akan menjadi pertimbangan yang memiliki nilai lebih, yang pada akhirnya akan menjawab kegelisahan generasi tua akan eksistensi tradisi tersebut.]

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the Credit for People’s Business (KUR) provided by PT Pegadaian on increasing the income of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). KUR aims to provide working capital with low-interest rates to improve the welfare of customers. The study aims to identify the effects of KUR on customers' income, the factors supporting and hindering the effectiveness of the program, and the income differences before and after receiving KUR. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation with purposive sampling technique. The results show that KUR has increased customers' income by 20-40%. The funds are used to expand business scale and reach broader markets. Key supporting factors include low interest rates and ease of access, while main challenges include low financial literacy and limited access in remote areas. The study concludes that KUR effectively increases income, but improvements in financial literacy and infrastructure are needed for broader impact.

Abstract

Encouraging development and strengthening can be the right way to overcome generation Z unemployment, and at the same time be an important step in building a strong economy in the future. This service activity is in the form of training, which is packaged in an entrepreneurship seminar. This activity aims to provide insight and motivation for students with the hope of becoming successful young entrepreneurs and can open up job opportunities to reduce unemployment. This activity was carried out by MA Bahrul Ulum, Besuk District, Probolinggo Regency with class XII participants. The implementation method uses stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages, focusing on the positive impact of participation in entrepreneurship seminar training. The results of this service, the school welcomed well and the participants participated in the activities very enthusiastically during the implementation with 90% of the participants attending and the participants gaining knowledge reached 70% of the participants' understanding, to become a young entrepreneur with more confidence. The implementation of this entrepreneurship seminar training activity has a positive impact on increasing the knowledge of participants to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in themselves by holding entrepreneurial principles that are creative, always innovating, taking risks and taking responsibility. It can be concluded that this seminar activity is the first step for students in doing entrepreneurship so that it can be developed in individual knowledge and skills that can be useful for society and to create job opportunities.

Abstract

Global problems related to the greenhouse effect and global warming have pushed research towards clean energy sources. One of the technologies of concern is wind turbines, whose performance is highly dependent on the aerodynamics of the airfoils used. This study aims to analyze the effect of input speed variation on the aerodynamic performance of NACA 4418 airfoil using gurney flap as a passive flow method. In this study, the Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) method was used to calculate aerodynamic parameters, by varying the height of the gurney flap on the trailing edge of the airfoil. The results showed that the use of gurney flaps with flap height variations of 1%, 2%, and 3% of chord length was able to significantly increase the lift coefficient, with the highest increase at the flap height of 3% c. In addition, this passive method has proven to be efficient in improving aerodynamic performance without the addition of an active control system. In conclusion, variations in input speed and flap height can improve the aerodynamic performance of NACA 4418 airfoils, making this method feasible to apply to wind turbines.

Abstract

The development of science and technology, on the other hand, raises new problems in the world of education in higher education, especially the behavior shown by students with the rampant consumption of alcohol, drugs, promiscuous behavior, and abortion, which is undeniable evidence of the negative impact of scientific and technological progress. This research aims to analyze the Islamic education program's approach towards Islamic personality development in Miftahul Khoir Student Boarding School Bandung. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted by means of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, the Islamic education program at PPM Miftahul Khoir has a distinctive feature by referencing four main concepts in designing Islamic education programs, namely first getting to know the basics of boarding school science. Second, Tafaqquh Fiddīn. Third, leadership and entrepreneurship. Fourth, adab and ethics. This concept makes the program at PPM Miftahul Khoir different from Islamic education programs in Salafi boarding schools in general and other student boarding schools. The Islamic education program at PPM Miftahul Khoir will support the implementation of the objectives of Islamic education at PPM Miftahul Khoir, because the program is made by the educational objectives it wants to achieve. The Islamic education program at PPM Miftahul Khoir is divided into two program scopes: the program listed in the syllabus and the non-syllabus program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out, analyze, and study the implementation of the Pioneer Shipping Service Policy in Class II ports in Palu Bay, Central Sulawesi Province. Qualitative and descriptive research methods. The location of the research was carried out at the Municipal Office and Class II Port Authority of Palu Pantoloan Bay, with eight informants selected purposefully. The data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques of interviews use Nvivo 12 software and are supported by interactive models from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawings. The results of the research showed that: (1) communication to socialize the maritime transportation services of pioneer ships in hammer bay ports is still not maximized; (2) resources in terms of human resources and means are optimum, but budget (financial) and Prasarana resources are not sufficient; (3) dispositions on implementation are well running in connection with the appointment of the Commitment Maker Office (PPK) including incentives; (4) bureaucratic structures are still ineffective in relation to the mechanisms of implementation of the marine transportation service of the pioneers that have not been followed up by creating a Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and on the execution of the established shipping route is not appropriate and the time of sail in 1 (one) voyage is too long. Conclusion Implementation of Pioneer Shipping Services Policy in Class II Ports of Palu Bay, Central Sulawesi Province, is not effective. The findings in this study require strengthening of the integrated monitoring and monitoring aspects explaining the final determination in the pioneering shipping services policy in the Class II ports of Hammer Bay.

Abstract

The population that continues to increase every year has a great influence on the increasing amount of garbage piles. The problem of garbage has always been a topic of conversation that has not been resolved until now, because people's behavior in the process of sorting waste from waste sources has not been carried out optimally, plastic waste processing has not been optimally carried out by the community to produce products that have useful value, in addition, there is no appropriate technology for processing plastic waste, and the creativity and creativity of the community in making products based on plastic waste is still lacking. This community service activity aims to provide training in making recycled plastic waste sheet boards that can be used by the community for a long time, and become a solution to efforts to reduce plastic waste. The target community trained is the environmentally conscious community in Limo Village, Limo District, Depok City who are currently not productive or do not have a fixed income, and are prioritized for empowering environmentally conscious communities. The stages of this training begin with socialization, training, practice, and evaluation activities. The results of the training activities, namely partners have the ability to sort waste independently, there is an increase in participant skills in using plastic waste processing equipment to produce sheet board products based on recycled plastic waste and have a positive impact on tackling household plastic waste, and the creation of business opportunities for recycled plastic waste sheet boards. ABSTRAK Jumlah penduduk yang terus mengalami peningkatan pada setiap tahunnya, sangat berpengaruh terhadap jumlah tumpukan sampah yang semakin meningkat. Permasalahan sampah selalu menjadi topik pembicaraan yang sampai saat ini belum dapat terselesaikan, disebabkan perilaku masyarakat dalam proses pemilahan sampah dari sumber sampah belum dilakukan secara maksimal,  pengolahan sampah plastik belum secara optimal dilakukan masyarakat untuk menghasilkan produk yang memiliki nilai manfaat, selain itu belum tersedianya alat teknologi tepat guna untuk pengolahan sampah plastik, serta kreativitas dan daya cipta masyarakat dalam membuat produk berbasis sampah plastik masih kurang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan untuk menghasilkan papan lembaran daur ulang sampah plastik yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk jangka waktu yang lama, dan menjadi solusi upaya pengurangan sampah plastik. Masyarakat sasaran yang dilatih adalah masyarakat peduli lingkungan Kelurahan Limo, Kecamatan Limo, Kota Depok yang saat ini belum produktif maupun belum memiliki penghasilan tetap, serta diutamakan bagi pemberdayaan Masyarakat peduli lingkungan. Tahapan pelatihan ini diawali dari kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktek, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan, yaitu mitra memiliki kemampuan dalam memilah sampah secara mandiri, terjadinya peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan peralatan pengolahan sampah plastik untuk menghasilkan produk papan lembaran berbasis daur ulang sampah plastik serta berdampak positif bagi penanggulangan sampah plastik rumah tangga, dan  penciptaan peluang usaha papan lembaran daur ulang sampah plastik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengesahan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) APBD Tahun 2025 di DPRD Kabupaten Probolinggo serta efektivitas pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses legislasi APBD di DPRD Kabupaten Probolinggo dilakukan melalui tahapan yang sistematis, dimulai dari penyusunan rancangan oleh pemerintah daerah, pembahasan oleh Badan Anggaran (Banggar), evaluasi di komisi-komisi DPRD, hingga pengesahan di rapat paripurna. Namun, efektivitas pengawasan terhambat oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu kapasitas anggota DPRD yang terbatas dalam hal teknis anggaran, transparansi informasi yang kurang optimal, serta rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pengawasan anggaran. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas anggota DPRD, transparansi informasi anggaran, dan keterlibatan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan terhadap APBD.
