Abstract

This article aims to elaborate on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has made the majority of economic sectors, especially MSMEs, stagnant. The excesses of most MSMEs cannot develop and many end up in setbacks and even bankruptcy. This makes MSME business people in Sukamenak Village, Baros District, change their sales strategy through digitalization schemes. This digitalization scheme educates the public about utilizing market places (intermediaries) and using social media as a marketing technique. In addition, digital MSMEs must synergize with netizens in the marketing of products and services. Thus the digital MSME development scheme in Sukamenak Village can be one of the alternatives to save business people amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This article uses the method of devotional study by elaborating on various literature on the development of digital MSMEs. This article argues that the development of digital MSMEs has become an alternative rescue and the development of digital entrepreneurship in Indonesia through digital MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Organic fertilizers play an important role in sustainable agriculture, especially in an era where awareness of environmental health is increasing. In Karangwaru Village, Plupuh District, Sragen, there are Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that produce quality organic fertilizers. However, although their products have significant benefits, many MSMEs face challenges in terms of marketing, especially in terms of product packaging. In this context, packaging assistance is very important to help MSMEs in Karangwaru improve their packaging capabilities. The stages of the activity include Problem Identification, Counseling and Education, Packaging Design and Development Stages, Technical Training, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Providing Solutions and Recommendations. Overall, this assistance activity succeeded in improving the understanding, skills, and quality of packaging for the organic fertilizer product "Berkah Bumi Sukowati," so that the product has better appeal and is able to compete in the market.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic outbreak has made the economy experience a decline. Economic activity is increasingly uncertain. This is also experienced by housewives RW17 Babadan, Banguntapan, Bantul Regency. Family Welfare Education women help the family economy with culinary businesses. They established micro, small and medium enterprises. The first problem is that these housewives experience difficulties in selling, due to their limited movement to offer their culinary works to consumers. Second, the understanding of media literacy in using social media as a new media is still lacking and thirdly, the understanding and ability to make messages is minimal through social media. Community service methods are discussion, focuse group discussion, socialization, and media literacy training. The solution to this problem is to hold training and mentoring on understanding media literacy in carrying out sales promotion activities. In addition, by holding skills training in documenting culinary products and in packaging messages through social media. The conclusion is that community empowerment by providing promotional media literacy makes them understand the benefits of using modern communication tools and new media. In the end, they were able to take advantage of smartphones to sell their products.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of compensation and motivation on employee performance at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency of Teluk Bintuni Regency, considering job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Using a descriptive quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis, this study involved 30 employees as samples. The results show a significant influence of compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency of Teluk Bintuni Regency, with compensation contributing more significantly (79% of job satisfaction variation). Although compensation and motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance, the direct influence of compensation is not significant, while job satisfaction has a significantly larger positive influence. Motivation also has a positive and significant influence on performance, both directly and indirectly through increased job satisfaction. The low Adjusted R Square in the employee performance model (0.278) and R Square in the linearity test (0.002) indicate that other factors outside the model, such as work environment and leadership, play a significant role in explaining employee performance. Therefore, improving employee performance requires a comprehensive strategy that includes improving compensation and motivation to enhance job satisfaction, as well as paying attention to other contextual factors that influence performance. The recommendations include evaluating compensation policies, competency development programs, and a fair and transparent reward system. This study provides valuable insights for management to formulate effective strategies for improving performance and job satisfaction, as well as enhancing public service effectiveness.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pemerintah desa untuk menyampaikan informasi secara digital. Saat ini, Kelurahan Desa Tinggar masih menggunakan media manual seperti spanduk dan baliho, sehingga informasi seperti sejarah kelurahan, visi misi, profil pengurus, dan struktur organisasi serta informasi-informasi yang terakit potensi desa sulit diakses masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi profil kelurahan berbasis web yang memuat informasi kelurahan dan fitur promosi digital UMKM. Sistem ini membantu perangkat desa dalam mengelola dan menyebarkan informasi secara efisien, serta memfasilitasi UMKM lokal untuk memasarkan produk secara online. Pelatihan dan modul disediakan agar perangkat desa dapat mengelola sistem secara mandiri.

Abstract

Maraknya pelecehan seksual yang terjadi pada anak-anak menjadi salah satu bentuk kekerasan memiliki dampak serius pada perkembangan fisik, emosional, dan sosial pada anak. Kasus pelecehan seksual pada anak terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya, baik yang mencakup tindakan verbal maupun non verbal. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi masalah ini yaitu melalui pendekatan psikoedukasi yang diterapkan sebagai basis sekolah ramah anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pola bimbingan penyuluhan pendidikan seksual melalui pendekatan psikoedukasi pada siswa kelas IV MI Al Ma’had An Nur Yogyakarta sebagai basis sekolah ramah anak. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendekatan psikoedukasi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya pendidikan seksual. Penerapan penyuluhan psikoedukasi mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan inklusif dalam meningkatkan rasa aman dan nyaman siswa untuk mendiskusikan terkait topik pendidikan seksual. Penelitian ini menegaskan terkait pentingnya penyuluhan pendekatan psikoedukasi dalam membangun sekolah ramah anak yang berfokus pada kebutuhan dan kesejahteraan siswa.

Abstract

The rapid proliferation of water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) in Cengklik Reservoir, Boyolali, has caused acute problems for water quality, the aquatic ecosystem, and local economic activities. Through the CSR initiative Masyarakat Sobokerto Peduli Waduk Cengklik (Sobokerto Community Cares for Cengklik Reservoir), initiated by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Adi Sumarmo since 2021, this invasive species is no longer seen as a nuisance but is being leveraged as a productive resource. This study employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach to investigate, support, and assess collective management of water hyacinth by converting it into various products among the assisted community group between 2022 and 2025. The findings demonstrate the transformation of water hyacinth into a range of eco-friendly products: (1) liquid and solid organic fertilizers with NPK levels that meet laboratory criteria, (2) biogas via household-scale anaerobic digesters further developed as a renewable electricity source (Lisendo) for public street lighting, (3) organic fish feed with local formulations that strengthen aquaculture group food security, (4) silage as alternative goat feed with fermentative nutrients, and (5) eco-enzymes for improving reservoir water quality. Each year, there has been measurable progress in both technology adoption and the number of engaged groups, indicating expanded community capacity to manage local resources sustainably. These results affirm that integrating CSR, technological innovation, and grassroots participation can convert invasive weeds into strategic ecological, economic, and social assets.

Abstract

Community-based tourism (CBT) provides a framework for sustainable tourism by ensuring that development benefits the community while preserving cultural and natural resources. This study aimed to analyze the sustainability of the Open Pit Nam Salu Geosite in East Belitung by applying a CBT framework and examining the direct and indirect effects of group roles, natural capital, and community motivation. The research was conducted in Senyubuk Village using a quantitative approach with 87 respondents selected through cluster sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results show that group roles had the strongest direct effect on tourism sustainability (? = 0.306, p = 0.009), followed by community motivation (? = 0.269, p = 0.014). Natural capital did not significantly influence sustainability directly, but exerted an indirect effect through community motivation (? = 0.141, p = 0.053). Group roles also contributed indirectly through natural capital and community motivation (? = 0.098, p = 0.060). These findings indicate that CBT at Open Pit Nam Salu has not yet been implemented optimally, as participation remains limited. Strengthening BAPOPNAS’s task roles, enhancing community involvement, and transforming natural capital into motivational drivers are key strategies to ensure sustainable post-mining tourism development

Abstract

Ngudi Makmur and Bangun Sejahtera Women Farmers Groups are CSR-funded groups of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Adi Sumarmo implemented in Sobokerto Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency. The implementation of the KWT program aims to increase economic potential and human resources and increase social assets in the community. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data extraction by in-depth interviews and observations. The source of data in this research is secondary data obtained from intermediaries through print media, journals, youtube and so on which represent data on the CSR Implementation Program of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Adi Sumarmo. This research uses the foundation of Sustainable Development Theory to see the implementation of the program to answer community needs in increasing the social assets of the PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Adi Sumarmo fostered group in carrying out community empowerment. The results of this study have an impact on sustainable development that affects social change in the fulfillment of community social assets, in the form of creating collective movements and social cohesion.

Abstract

Program penomoran rumah di Desa Tinggar, yang dilaksanakan oleh KKM, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketertiban dan kemudahan akses pelayanan publik. Program ini melibatkan Desa Tinggar wilayah RT/RW 07 dengan memasang nomor rumah menggunakan papan nama. Penomoran rumah dinilai strategis dalam mengatasi permasalahan alamat yang seringkali menyulitkan dalam pelayanan publik, pengiriman barang, dan penanggulangan bencana. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya penomoran rumah, meskipun menghadapi kendala seperti anggaran dan kondisi rumah yang beragam. Program ini mendapatkan respons positif dari warga dan diharapkan menjadi contoh untuk desa lain dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.
