Abstract

promotion affects loyalty with the brand image as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained from respondents' responses through questionnaires and secondary data as reference material sourced from journals, articles, and books. The number of samples is 100 respondents who are ShopeeFood customers. Samples were taken based on the purposive sampling method. Data analysis using the SPSS tool. To test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the interaction test of moderating variables. The results show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, and brand image plays a role in strengthening the drive for loyalty. These results provide managerial implications for ShopeeFood to improve new strategies in promoting its products and strengthening its brand image so as to encourage customer loyalty. Thus, ShopeeFood is expected to be able to plan the right strategy, and attract and provide good service in order to create a positive brand image in the minds of consumers so that consumers have the potential to become loyal customers.

Abstract

Pengenalan seks pada anak merupakan sebuah keharusan yang harus dilakukan oleh para pendidik dan juga orang tua. Hal ini dianggap perlu dengan merebaknya kekerasan seksual yang dialami oleh anak-anak di Indonesia, khususnya Aceh. Terbatasnya media pembelajaran dalam mengenalkan pendidikan seks pada anak usia dini merupakan salah satu bagian dari permasalahan yang harus ditangani, dan media tersebut perlu untuk diketahui kelayakannya dalam mengenalkan Pendidikan seks pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan dari media buku Lift The Flap sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mengenalkan pendidikan seks pada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain research and development (R and D) dan melakukan 7 tahapan penelitian, yaitu: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk awal, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk awal. Dalam proses penelitian dan pengembangan ini, media dinilai dengan menggunakan dua (2) kategori yaitu materi dan media. Isi materi dilihat dari aspek kelayakan isi, bahasa dan performance; sedangkan isi media ditinjau dari aspek bahasa, performance, dessain grafis dan kemudahan pemakaian. Media juga melalui uji coba kepraktisan yang dilakukan terhadap anak usia dini. Hasil pengembangan memperlihatkan kelayakan materi berdasarkan aspek yang dinilai sebesar 95%, 91% dan 95%. Uji kelayakan media mendapatkan persentase sebesar 100%, 100%, 93% dan 100% berdasarkan empat aspek yang dinilai. Pada uji kepraktisan, media mendapatkan persentase sebesar 86 %.

Abstract

Language skills, the key elements for children’s development, are often used as a benchmark to measure the development of all abilities he/she possessed. For early childhood, time spent at school is an opportunity for them to develop their language skills, especially expressive language. The storytelling method often found in PAUD is still less innovative. This triggers boredom and result in neglecting learning process that is detrimental to students, especially in improving expressive language skills. The use of relevant techniques in extratextual activities during the learning process combined with the storytelling method will be very helpful for children. There are 12 extratextual techniques for teachers to do and nine techniques that can be done by children. These two categories of extratextual activities can make the storytelling method richer and ensure the achievement of learning targets specifically related to children’s language acquisition. This extratextual activity can trigger the development of children's expressive language in terms of adding new vocabulary, increasing the meaning of old and new vocabulary and developing vocabulary into sentences in everyday conversation. The conditioning carried out in the application of this extratextual activity also has a positive influence in terms of four aspects of language development, namely the development of phonology, semantics, grammar and pragmatics. In phonology, children are strengthened how to pronounce the alphabet correctly; in semantics, children get meaning reinforcement and additional meaning from a vocabulary; on grammar and pragmatics, improvement is given to the arrangement of correct grammar when old and new vocabulary is used in conversation.

Abstract

Abstract In January researchers managed to identify the cause of this pneumonia, namely the novel coronavirus. WHO officially named this disease Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) and the name of the virus was SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acite Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2). According to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 84 of 2020, vaccines are carried out in stages with the aim of reducing the transmission/transmission of COVID-19, reducing morbidity and mortality due to COVID-19, achieving group immunity in the community and protecting the community from COVID-19 in order to remain socially and economically productive. Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and public anxiety on the provision of Covid-19 vaccination in the working area of the Puskesmas Parung Bogor District in 2022. Research Methods: Using a quantitative approach with a cross sectional study design. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a sample size of 80 respondents. Research Results: More than half of respondents are male, namely 53%, Almost half of respondents with the last education level at SD are 32%, Almost half of respondents aged 46-55 years are 29%, Most of the respondents who are willing to vaccinate covid-19 by 91%, Most of the respondents with a good knowledge level of 79%, More than half of the respondents with a normal anxiety level of 54%. Conclusion: it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant relationship between the level of public knowledge about the provision of covid-19 vaccination with p-value = 0.004, there is also a significant relationship between the level of public anxiety about giving covid-19 vaccination with p-value = 0.000. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the validity of the integrated natural science student book that carries the theme sense of sight and optical devices using connected model integrated 21st century learning, and implemented in Junior High Schools in Kerinci Regency. The research approach used is the Research and Development (R&D) method, referring to the Plomp development model. The instrument used in this study was a validation questionnaire, which had previously gone through a validation process by five experts (validators). The data collection technique was carried out by distributing the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively through assessment and percentage. The results of the validation analysis of the integrated science student book with the theme sense of sight and optical devices using connected model integrated 21st century learning had an average value of 0.89, this indicates that the book developed is valid and can be used or tested in the learning process

Abstract

In obese pregnant women with a history of abortion, it is a high-risk pregnancy that requires special attention, obesity with a history of abortion can endanger the condition of the mother and baby. A history of abortion in pregnancy has an effect on the next pregnancy, both the initial complications and the outcome of the pregnancy itself, there can be bleeding/recurrent abortion, premature delivery, risk of LBW, postpartum infection method (containing the method, place, and time of the study), anemia can have a negative impact on maternal and infant morbidity and mortality. The impact of anemia on the fetus includes intra uterine growth retardation (IUGR), premature babies, babies with congenital defects, low birth weight (LBW) and an increased risk of fetal death in the womb. The goal is to maintain midwifery pregnancy TM III in Mrs. S, 27 years old G2P1A0H1 with moderate anemia and obesity at the Sesela Health Center UPT, West Lombok Regency. The results of this midwifery care provide IEC to pregnant women about midwifery care with moderate anemia and obesity. In conclusion, anemia is a condition characterized by reduced hemoglobin in the body. Hemoglobin is a metalloprotein, a protein containing iron in red blood cells that functions as a carrier of oxygen from the lungs to the entire body. Iron deficiency anemia is anemia caused by a lack of iron used for the synthesis of hemoglobin (Hb). Normal Hb in pregnant women >11 g/dl. The conclusion is able to carry out midwifery care for obese and anemic pregnant women.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (2020) noted that the number of cases of anemia in pregnant women reached 43.9% of the total number of pregnant women worldwide, while in Indonesia it reached 84.6% of anemia occurred in pregnant women aged 15-24 years, this increased compared to 2013, which was 37.1%. The purpose of this study was midwifery care for TM III pregnancy in Mrs. H, 17 years old, G1P0A0H1 with moderate anemia and KEK at the Sesela Health Center UPT, West Lombok Regency. The research method used Varney's 7 steps: The results of this midwifery care provide IEC to pregnant women about midwifery care with anemia and KEK. Conclusion Conclusion able to carry out midwifery care for pregnant women with KEK and anemia

Abstract

Asesmen formatif adalah asesmen yang digunakan sebagai umpan balik bagi guru untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran. Selama ini penelitian tentang asesmen formatif lebih banyak dilakukan di jenjang TK di bawah naungan kemdikbud, sementara pada jenjang RA ditemukan penelitian tentang asesmen dengan metode fuzzy, Implementasi instrumen penilaian harian pada anak usia dini dan peran guru dalam asesmen perkembangan bahasa lisan pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan asesmen formatif dalam pembelajaran berdiferesiasi di RA Fathun Qarib Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus. Adapun teknik pengumpulkan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru RA Fathun Qarib. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asesmen formatif yang diterapkan di RA Fathun Qarib berfungsi sebagai alat yang sangat berguna dalam mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah. Meskipun tidak melakukan diferensiasi secara konten dan produk, namun diferensiasi proses yang diterapkan RA Fathun Qarib menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini menambah literatur yang ada mengenai hubungan antara asesmen formatif dan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, dan literatur tentang penggunaan asesmen formatif dalam kurikulum merdeka pada sekolah dibawah wewenang kemenag yang belum terindentisikasi sebelumnya.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembelajaran yang dirancang secara kreatif dan menyenangkan serta  bersumber dari ide dan hasil karya anak akan meningkatkan interaksi keterlibatan dan kreativitas anak. Hal ini terlihat pada program literasi "Buku Cerita Istimewa" yang menggunakan portofolio anak sebagai media pembelajaran literasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan program pembelajaran literasi “Buku Cerita Istimewa” yang dikreasikan dari hasil karya anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari data reduction, data display dan data verification. Hasil penelitian memaparkan pelaksanaan program literasi "Buku Cerita Istimewa" yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan 3 (tiga) tahapan pembelajaran yakni perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Program literasi "Buku Cerita Istimewa" juga diintregasikan dalam program sekolah dan menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi anak serta mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar interaktif yang mendorong anak untuk kreatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji upaya membangun kemandirian remaja di Masjid Baiturrahman melalui program pelatihan kepemimpinan. Kemandirian remaja menjadi faktor penting dalam pengembangan karakter dan kemampuan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan. Dalam konteks ini, Masjid Baiturrahman berperan sebagai pusat komunitas yang tidak hanya menyediakan ruang ibadah, tetapi juga wadah untuk mengembangkan potensi generasi muda. Program pelatihan kepemimpinan yang dilaksanakan mencakup berbagai kegiatan, seperti program mentoring, ruang diskusi, dan simulasi kepemimpinan. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, remaja diajak untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan diri, berlatih mengambil keputusan, dan belajar berkolaborasi dalam tim. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kepemimpinan tidak hanya meningkatkan kemandirian remaja, tetapi juga memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan solidaritas antaranggota masjid. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi masjid lain dalam memberdayakan remaja dan mendorong mereka untuk berperan aktif dalam masyarakat.
