Abstract

This study aims to determine the Application of Audio Visual Media in Increasing Interest in Memorising Al-Quran Surah An-Nasr to Surah An-Nas. By using a qualitative approach with a case study, this research involves teachers and students as the main subjects. The data taken in the form of interviews, as well as direct observation at school, and documentation which was then analysed thematically. The result of this study is that audio visual media can increase the interest in memorising the Qur'an from Surah An-Nasr to Surah An-Nas. However, internal and external obstacles such as limited teacher skills in utilising the media.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of brand image and service quality on recommendation intention of Maxim online transportation service in Mataram City with brand trust as a mediator, amidst tight competition where Maxim has a Top Brand Index of only 2.8% in 2024. The main objective is to test the direct and indirect relationships between these variables. Using a causal associative quantitative approach with purposive sampling on 200 respondents Maxim users aged ≥17 years who are active on social media. The instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire was analyzed using SmartPLS for validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results show all significant paths: brand image (β = 0.588 to brand trust; β = 0.216 directly to recommendation intention), service quality (β = 0.649 to brand trust; β = 0.320 directly), and brand trust (β = 0.589 to recommendation intention), with full mediation and R² = 87.9%. The conclusion implies a strategy to improve brand image and service to increase consumer recommendations.

Abstract

The low level of numeracy literacy among elementary school students remains a major issue in mathematics learning, particularly in topics related to three dimensional shapes and scale, which tend to be abstract and lack contextual relevance. One effort to address this issue is the implementation of meaningful and contextual learning rooted in local culture. This study aims to improve the numeracy literacy of fifth-grade elementary school students through the implementation of an ethnomathematics-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model integrating Rumah Kajang Lako in the topics of three-dimensional shapes and scale. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a mixed-methods approach, conducted in two cycles through the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were students of class V B at SD Negeri 34/1 Teratai Muara Bulian. Data collection techniques included numeracy literacy tests, observation of student activities, student response questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentages of learning mastery and improvement in learning outcomes, while qualitative data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing with triangulation of techniques and sources. The results indicate that the implementation of the ethnomathematics based PjBL model integrating Rumah Kajang Lako significantly improves students’ numeracy literacy, both in quantitative and spatial competencies. In addition, students’ responses to the learning process demonstrate increased learning motivation, collaboration skills, mathematical modeling abilities, and positive learning reflection. Therefore, the ethnomathematics-based PjBL model integrating Rumah Kajang Lako is effective as an alternative contextual learning approach to enhance numeracy literacy among elementary school students.

Abstract

Rendahnya literasi numerasi siswa sekolah dasar masih menjadi permasalahan utama dalam pembelajaran matematika, khususnya pada materi bangun ruang dan skala yang bersifat abstrak dan kurang kontekstual. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui penerapan pembelajaran yang bermakna, kontekstual, dan berakar pada budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi numerasi siswa kelas V SD melalui implementasi model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbasis etnomatematika Rumah Kajang Lako pada materi bangun ruang dan skala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan mixed methods, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V B SD Negeri 34/1 Teratai Muara Bulian. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes literasi numerasi, observasi aktivitas siswa, angket respons siswa, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan persentase ketuntasan dan peningkatan hasil belajar, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PjBL berbasis etnomatematika Rumah Kajang Lako mampu meningkatkan literasi numerasi siswa secara signifikan, baik pada aspek kompetensi kuantitatif maupun spasial. Selain itu, respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar, kemampuan kolaborasi, pemodelan matematis, serta refleksi pembelajaran yang positif. Dengan demikian, model PjBL berbasis etnomatematika Rumah Kajang Lako efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran kontekstual untuk meningkatkan literasi numerasi siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan penggunaan media pembelajaran matematika yang variatif dan terintegrasi pada anak usia dini, khususnya di RA Takrimah Tungkob Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Media pembelajaran yang tersedia cenderung sederhana, monoton, terpisah, dan belum sepenuhnya mendukung capaian pembelajaran kepekaan bilangan anak usia 5–6 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media manipulatif Mysterious Math yang layak digunakan dalam meningkatkan kepekaan bilangan anak usia dini dalam rentang usia 5–6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek di dalam penelitian ini melibatkan anak kelompok B1 berusia 5–6 tahun di RA Takrimah Tungkob sebanyak 14 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui melalui beberapa tahap, di antaranya yaitu observasi, lembar validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, serta lembar penilaian respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media manipulatif Mysterious Math memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 95% dari ahli media dengan kategori “sangat layak” dan 85,71% dari ahli materi dengan kategori “layak”. Hasil uji coba terbatas kepada peserta didik menunjukkan persentase respon sebesar 92,85% dengan kategori “layak”. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media manipulatif Mysterious Math layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika dan efektif dalam menstimulasi serta meningkatkan kepekaan bilangan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kader Posyandu dalam mendiseminasikan edukasi gizi berbasis "Isi Piringku" kepada keluarga dengan anak usia dini. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Lamgugob, Kota Banda Aceh, dengan melibatkan enam kader Posyandu sebagai informan kunci. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan tinjauan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kader Posyandu menjalankan peran ganda sebagai motivator dan pendamping gizi. Secara operasional, peran ini diwujudkan melalui pemberian dorongan berkelanjutan kepada orang tua, pemantauan rutin terhadap pertumbuhan anak, serta pendampingan langsung dalam menerapkan prinsip "Isi Piringku" pada konsumsi harian. Pendekatan edukasi yang dilakukan bersifat kontekstual, dengan mengadaptasi materi edukasi sesuai kondisi sosio-ekonomi keluarga dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan bahan pangan lokal yang terjangkau sehingga lebih aplikatif. Meskipun menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan dinamika sosial masyarakat, kontribusi kader terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran serta mengubah praktik penyediaan gizi seimbang di tingkat rumah tangga. Implikasinya, penguatan kapasitas dan dukungan berkelanjutan bagi kader Posyandu merupakan pilar krusial dalam memperkuat efektivitas program intervensi gizi berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are backbone of the national economy, but its development often constrained problem structural, legality, and literacy financial activities​ Devotion to the Community Services aim For increase capacity entrepreneurship students and the community in the Lembang area through training establishment of MSMEs, management legality, and expansion access capitalization. The method used is Experiential Learning that integrates theory with practice live, including interactive workshops, simulations Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS-RBA) system, up to market implementation through MSME bazaar activities. Evaluation results quantitative show improvement significant to understanding participants, especially in the aspect step start business (up 47%) and access capitalization (up 42%). In general, practical, ownership Business Identification Number (Nomor Induk Berusaha) increase from 57% to 81% post-training. In addition, the bazaar activities were successful push business unit activation participant from 53% to 78%. Discussion results activity confirm that simulation practice direct effective mitigates obstacle psychological related complexity bureaucracy licensing. In conclusion, synergy between education legality, motivation through bazaars and literacy capital capable transforming participants' mindsets from informal businesses become planned formal business. This program give contribution real for strengthening ecosystem entrepreneurship local and independent economy community in Gudang Kahuripan Village

Abstract

Purpose – The COVID-19 pandemic has led to noticeable behavioural changes and negative character traits among Indonesian children, as evidenced by a decline in the national student character index. The Pancasila student profile, a framework for character and competency development within Indonesia's Merdeka Curriculum, aims to address these challenges. This study examines how the Pancasila student profile is implemented through differentiated learning in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Penggerak Schools in Banda Aceh, providing insights into effective strategies for holistic child development.Design/methods/approach –  This qualitative case study was conducted in two ECE institutions (one public, one private) participating in the Penggerak School Program. Data were collected through interviews with two kindergarten teachers, classroom observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis was applied to identify key implementation strategies.Findings – The study revealed six key strategies for integrating the Pancasila Student Profile into ECE Penggerak schools through differentiated learning: (1) internalizing Islamic values in learning materials, (2) fostering child-led activity choices, (3) employing diverse teaching methods, (4) utilizing varied learning media, (5) engaging parents and the community (Tri-Sentra Pendidikan), and (6) adapting project-based learning flow to school contexts.Research implications/limitations – While the study provides valuable insights, its findings are limited to two schools in Banda Aceh, restricting generalizability. The short duration (two weeks) and reliance on teacher perspectives may also affect depth. Future research should expand to diverse regions, incorporate longitudinal designs, and include parent/child viewpoints to strengthen validity.Practical implications – The findings suggest that ECE educators should adopt differentiated learning tailored to children's interests and readiness, strengthen parental involvement, integrate local and digital resources, and flexibly adapt project-based learning to align with school capacities.Originality/value –This study addresses a gap in research on differentiated learning in Indonesian ECE, particularly within the Penggerak school program framework. It offers a practical model for embedding national character values into early childhood curricula, supporting Indonesia's goals for holistic student development.Paper type Case Study

Abstract

Introducing local culture to early childhood requires engaging and contextual learning media. The limited availability of learning media capable of visually and interactively presenting local cultural objects poses a challenge for teachers in introducing such local culture. This research aims to develop Virtual Tour Reality (VTR)-based learning media for early childhood children to introduce the local culture of Putri Pukes Cave located in Central Aceh. This study employs the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research involved 1 subject matter expert validator and 1 media expert validator, and was trialed with 39 children aged 5-6 years. The learning media was developed using the 360 Sphere Camera Foxpoi application and Lapentor software, which can be accessed via mobile phones and laptops. The results indicate validation feasibility scores of 90% from the subject matter expert, 82.5% from the media expert, and a child response test score of 90%; thus, the VTR learning media is deemed highly suitable for use as a learning medium to introduce the local culture of Gua Putri Pukes to early childhood learners.

Abstract

Surface water is part of the rainfall flowing above the ground to rivers, lakes, or oceans. One of the surface water resources in West Java is the river water from Cihideung sub watershed. People living in the Cihideung river have traditionally benefited water value as environmental services of the river. They use the water for their livelihood, mainly for agriculture, fisheries, and livestock with their level of income up to Rp.512.250.999,00 per year and expenditure of up to Rp.172.079.999,00 per year. Most of them work as farmers with an average age of 47-53 years and the education level is only elementary school level. They put value of water services about Rp. 237.642.578.707,00 for all house hold in Cihideung Sub Watershed for economic value of water utilization. The quality of water tends to be degrading with existing condition is mild to moderate polluted. The water condition have been decreasing people income and need to be restored among other by upland forest conservation using Payment for Environmental Service schema. The value of water could be managed as a source of fund for the conservation program.
