Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran orang tua dalam membentuk karakter disiplin pada anak-anak usia 6-12 tahun di Desa Partungko Naginjang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga orang tua yang memiliki anak dalam rentang usia tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Proses analisis data mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk memastikan keakuratan data, digunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa orang tua memiliki peranan penting dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin anak, termasuk disiplin beribadah, manajemen waktu, penegakan aturan, dan belajar. Temuan ini didasarkan pada analisis data dari tiga informan, yang menunjukkan bahwa orang tua perlu menerapkan disiplin secara konsisten, memberikan teladan yang baik, serta memberikan dukungan emosional dan pengawasan yang memadai. Namun, satu dari tiga orang tua belum sepenuhnya berhasil dalam menanamkan praktik disiplin pada anak-anak mereka, terutama terkait disiplin waktu, seperti anak-anak yang tidak makan atau bangun tepat waktu, terlambat ke sekolah, dan tidak mematuhi aturan rumah tangga. Selain itu, terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan karakter disiplin di Desa Partungko Naginjang, yang diidentifikasi melalui hasil wawancara dan observasi, terdiri dari faktor pendukung seperti: a) membujuk anak dengan hadiah atau hukuman, b) orang tua berperan dalam mengawasi dan membimbing anak, serta c) keteladanan dan perhatian yang penuh kasih sayang. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat meliputi: a) lingkungan dan perbedaan karakter anak, serta b) pengaruh pergaulan dengan teman sebaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis kebutuhan peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Kiri terhadap penggunaan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Elektronik (E-LKPD) dalam pembelajaran Biologi.Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 31 peserta didik dan 1 guru melalui survei, angket dan wawancara. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pesentase kebutuhan peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD mencapai 78%. Peserta didik mengungkapkan bahwa peserta didik merasa kurang memahami pembelajaran hanya dengan penggunaan buku cetak saja dan peserta didik akan akan lebih memahami materi pembelajaran Biologi dengan bahan ajar yang lebih bervariasi.Pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru masih menggunakan bahan ajar yang didapatkan dari pemerintahan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Elektornik (E-LKPD) sangat dibutuhkan dan memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik dalam pelajaran Biologi.

Abstract

This study examines the representation of local wisdom values in Deli Malay pantun, especially those used in traditional wedding ceremonies, as well as efforts to preserve them through the telangkai profession in North Sumatra. Using semiotics and structuralism theories, this study found local wisdom values in 18 pantuns that are preserved in each stanza. These pantuns reflect the principles of politeness and respect in social interaction, where the ethics of speaking with pantun becomes a symbol of respect between individuals and groups. Respect for culture is also evident in the spirit of preserving Malay customs to be remembered and passed on to the next generation. The symbolism of nature in pantun, such as the rambai tree and mango fruit, teaches people to appreciate time and process in life. This research also highlights the role of the telangkai profession as the guardian of Malay pantun preservation. As professional pantun speakers, telangkai play an important role in maintaining this oral tradition in traditional ceremonies. However, this profession faces great challenges due to the influence of mass media and popular culture. To survive, some telangkai in North Sumatra have started to adopt digital media to disseminate pantun and involve the younger generation in the preservation of this oral literature. Preservation efforts through training, workshops, and pantun competitions are also carried out by cultural communities to arouse public interest in Malay pantun.

Abstract

The development of industry in the modern era has led to the growth of vocational schools in Indonesia.  for that reason, vocational schools need to adapt or change the general English (GE) learning materials into English learning materials for specific purposes (ESP). therefore, this current study aims to investigate the need for ESP materials for agriculture students at Indonesian vocational schools. This study employed descriptive research to describe the agriculture students’ need for ESP materials.  The participants of this research were 25 students of XI grade agriculture students at vocational school. This research used a questionnaire that was developed to find out the ESP needs of agriculture students. Moreover, the data from the questionnaire were analyzed by seeing the frequency of participants’ answers then the data were presented in the form of a chart or figure. The results of the study showed that the English learning objective of the agriculture students should make the students able to communicate in English well. Then, English learning materials for agriculture students should be blended with the agriculture materials such as cultivation plants and processing agricultural products. Also, English learning activities for agriculture students should involve students actively by group work, making projects, and using current media technologies in the learning process. Eventually, the results of this study can be used as a reference in mapping and developing ESP materials especially for agriculture students at vocational schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the gamification-based OIDECCA learning model has an impact on students' motivation to excel in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects in grade VII at SMP Negeri 6 Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency, in the 2024/2025 academic year. The OIDECCA (Observe, Idea, Design, Create, Communication, Reflection, and Assessment) model is an innovative approach that combines gamification elements to create an interactive, engaging, and encouraging learning experience. The method used was a quasi-experiment with a design of an unequal control group. The sample consisted of 54 students who were selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data collection instruments are in the form of questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed a significant increase in achievement motivation in the experimental class with an average final score of 82.34%, compared to the control class which obtained 81.46%. The most improved indicator in the experimental class was learning independence. These findings show that the application of the gamification-based OIDECCA model is able to increase students' motivation to achieve, and can be recommended as an innovative learning strategy in science learning.

Abstract

Moderasi beragama merupakan kebutuhan signifikan bagi bangsa yang memiliki ciri keragaman yang unik, seperti Indonesia. Moderasi beragama harus diinternalisasi secara sistematis dalam kehidupan berbangsa agar sehingga tercipta satu kondisi bangsa yang beragama dalam keberagamaan, tetapi tetap saling hormat menghormati dalam menjalankan agama masing-masing. Sebab, moderasi dalamdalam beragama merupakan kekuatan substansial dalam mengembangkan bangsa Indonesia di tengah era masyarakat multikultural dan multi agama saat ini. Menggali nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam konteks budaya lokal, menjadi salah satu sarana untuk menguatkan kembali jati diri sebagai bangsa yang memimiliki spirit moderasi yang kuat, seperti, toleransi, kerukunan, gotong royong daln lain sebagainya. Berbagai kekayaan warisan lokal di Sumenep, seperti tiga rumah ibadah yang saling berdekatan di desa Pabidan Kecamatan kota Sumenep dan arsitektur masjid Agung Sumenep, merupakan beberapa warisan kebudayaan yang sangat kental dengan nilai-nilai moderasi yang kuat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian field research dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam proses analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analisys) dalam mengurai sejumlah data yang berhasil dikupumpulkan. Nilai-nilai moderasi beragama sebagaimana tersirat dalam kebudayaan lokal, merupakan bagian penting untuk dihidupkan kembali dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Menggali kembali nilai-nilai tersebut merupakan arah baru pengembangan dan penguatan visi moderasi beragama yang sedang diupayakan oleh bangsa ini. Segmen sisi budaya dalam pengembangan moderasi beragama, tentu memiliki dampak kebudayaan yang sangat besar dalam menata kembali konnstruksi kehidupan berangsa yang yang toleran dan penuh dengan kerukunan.

Abstract

Background: Health services are increasingly competitive so that they carry out various development actions in the industrial era 5.0. Nursing is one that provides services. The services provided must meet predetermined service standards so as to achieve service quality which has an impact on patient satisfaction. There are various assignment methods in nursing services with their advantages and disadvantages and their use is adjusted to the characteristics of each institution. Objectives: To compare whether there is an average difference in patient satisfaction with the MPKP method with non MPKP. Methods: Research design descriptive analytic comparative study through surveys. The total number of samples is 60 respondents. Analysis using the T test Independent Test. Results: The average patient satisfaction with the MPKP method is better than the non-MPKP method. Statistical test results on the dimensions of satisfaction; reliability with P value = 0.000, assurance with P value = 0.004, tangibles with P value = 0.000, empathy with P value = 0.000 and responsiveness with P value = 0.000. So that the P value <0.05, which means that there is a significant positive difference in the average patient satisfaction in the dimensions of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy and responsiveness between the MPKP method and non-MPKP methods. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran social media marketing dalam meningkatkan kinerja manajerial di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan laporan industri. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial mampu memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan manajerial, peningkatan brand awareness, serta efisiensi komunikasi antara perusahaan dan konsumen. Temuan ini merekomendasikan agar manajer lebih adaptif dan inovatif dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat strategis dalam pengelolaan organisasi.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai pancaindra dan sistem saraf sebagai wahana penguatan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Artikel ini membahas hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa Edukasi bertema Edukasi Neuro-Logic Junior: Pancaindra & Sistem Saraf sebagai Wahana Critical Thinking, pada 14 November 2025. Metode kegiatan meliputi penjelasan materi, diskusi, dan partisipasi aktif dari siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi, dengan peningkatan pemahaman tentang Edukasi Neuro-Logic Junior: Pancaindra & Sistem Saraf sebagai Wahana Critical Thinking. Dampak positif dari kegiatan ini terlihat pada kesadaran siswa terhadap pancaindra dan sistem saraf sebagai wahana penguatan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Kegiatan ini diharapkan berkelanjutan dengan partisipasi aktif dari sekolah dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang sehat dan mendukung. Selain itu, hasil kegiatan dipublikasikan sebagai referensi akademik untuk program serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This community service program aims to integrate a green project through the production of Tatakura (Takakura Home Method) compost into the school curriculum as a form of environmental education and sustainable learning. The program was implemented at SMPN 10 Pekanbaru and involved 25 students and four science teachers through stages of socialization, hands-on compost production, mentoring, and the application of the compost to school plants. The activity employed a Participatory Action Research approach that emphasized the active involvement of both teachers and students. Evaluation was conducted using learning achievement tests, environmental awareness attitude questionnaires, and partner satisfaction surveys. The data were analyzed descriptively by comparing mean scores and achievement percentages. The results indicate an improvement in students’ average scores from 84.8 to 87.2, an environmental awareness level of 88%, and partner satisfaction rates of 100% among teachers and 97% among students. These findings demonstrate that the program is effective in supporting the integration of environmental education and the implementation of Education for Sustainable Development.
