Abstract

One of the rubber wood derivative products that can be used as a product is charcoal, and charcoal has promising business potential and can be developed. This research aims to construct strategies that can be used by wood charcoal entrepreneurs to improve their business. Using a qualitative approach, the research focus is charcoal business owners, sellers and consumers. The analysis tool used is SWOT to recommend strategies. The analysis results show that the wood charcoal industry is in quadrant 1 of the SWOT diagram, which shows an aggressive business continuity strategy by utilizing strength and opportunity (S-O) factors. From the research results, the recommended strategy includes increasing business experience, increasing production capacity, and product development to expand business networks. These steps are expected to ensure the sustainability and growth of the wood charcoal business in Firdaus Village, by maximizing internal strengths and external opportunities and facing various existing challenges effectively.

Abstract

The research is entitled "Learning the Basic Movements of the Kijang Dance in Early Childhood at Sanggar Rangga Setra Manik Pakuan, Tasikmalaya City". The aim is to find out the process of learning deer dance and the results of learning carried out at Sanggar Rangga Setra Manik Pakuan. This research focuses on how the learning process and learning outcomes are used or applied in learning the basic movements of deer dance at Sanggar Rangga Setra Manik Pakuan, Tasikmalaya city. This research uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive analysis. This research was carried out through field studies in the form of observations, interviews and documentation, which then became a source of data for analysis. The results of the findings carried out by the researchers were that the process of learning deer dance at Sanggar Rangga Setra Manik Pakuan carried out training for 2 months or 8 meetings, and during learning used the drill/rehearsal method. At the end of the learning outcomes, children take exams as a form of class promotion, which are carried out in various public places, with the aim of training the child's level of self-confidence.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the pillars of the economy in Medan City which is managed and run by the community. The existence of MSMEs is very helpful in meeting the needs of the community. The government also supports MSME development programs and the optimization of MSME so that they are more relevant to the needs and capabilities of the community. Control of MSME financial circulation must also be taken into account and considered because it affects the income of these MSMEs. The urgency of MSMEs is the main foundation of the purpose of this research in the form of knowing the effectiveness of lending and organizational management in increasing MSME income in Medan City. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with respondents regarding MSME regulations that are oriented towards online loans and organizational management. The research results obtained indicate that there is a positive effectiveness of lending and organizational management which is directly provided by financial institutions for MSME owners in Medan City. The form of this effectiveness can be seen from the three variables, namely input variables, process variables and output variables. Organizational management carried out within the MSME environment is also considered effective because it has received a lot of information from other MSME actors and exchange ideas in increasing MSME income which is directly oriented towards organizational management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis process on the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk during the period 2019-2021 which is assessed based on the ratio of solvency, liquidity, activity, and profitability, by applying several financial ratio techniques. In terms of liquidity ratios, debt-to-assets and capital ratios, as well as its activities, this company is classified as “not good”, because the average value generated in the last three years is below the average of other companies in general. While the total asset turnover ratio shows a value that is classified as "good", because it is above the company's standard value in general. The profitability ratio, which consists of the ratio of return on assets and the ratio of return on equity, is in the category of "good" financial performance, while when viewed from the net profit margin, it is classified in the category of "poor" financial performance compared to the company's industry average in general.

Abstract

: Shopee PayLater is a feature in the SHOPEE application which has a method with a "buy pay later" system. This method is provided by Shopee with OJK supervision. Which is of course safe for users, data that has security when all conditions are met. This research aims to find out and analyze the Shopee PayLater feature, both from its advantages and disadvantages and to find out user feedback on the Shopee PayLater feature on (Case study on Class Vll C Management Students at UINSU). This research was conducted through a qualitative method, namely the case study approach. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is data information, data presentation, conclusion/verification. The research results provide evidence that: (1) The Shopee PayLater feature is a loan in the form of a limit, which has a character almost like a virtual credit card. (2) Disbursement of the credit limit on Shopee PayLater is disbursing the existing limit amount on Shopee PayLater into nominal money and not goods. Which is adjusted to what items you want to check out and pay using PayLater, immediately deducted according to the nominal ordered. (3) The advantages and disadvantages of the Shopee Paylater feature, the advantages include: Of course, it's easy to apply, you can shop now but pay later, the limit can continue to increase if the user is always active shopping, Shopee Paylater users can often get free shipping promos, as well as features Shopee Paylater is supervised by the OJK, customer security is also guaranteed, while the drawbacks of Shopee Paylater include using an interest system and handling fees, there is no tolerance for delays in payments and paylater can cause users to become consumptive. (4) User feedback on the use of the Shopee Paylater feature, including loyal users to Shopee Paylater, users giving positive recommendations to people around them and the company (Shopee) are also the main considerations for users when they want to use paylater. The conclusion of this study is that Shopee Paylater as a loan feature in the form of providing a credit limit is able to provide many benefits for its users, so that users feel satisfied when using Shopee Paylater.

Abstract

Perdagangan elektronik, yang biasa dikenal sebagai "e-commerce," mengacu pada praktik melakukan transaksi komersial secara online melalui penggunaan jaringan seperti internet. Transaksi ini mungkin termasuk pertukaran baik komoditas atau jasa. Pertumbuhan jumlah situs web e-commerce yang berkembang secara signifikan, terutama di Indonesia selama beberapa tahun terakhir Persaingan bisnis tumbuh lebih keras dan lebih agresif dari sebelumnya. Setiap pemilik toko atau aktor internet bisnis yang beroperasi secara online berusaha untuk mengalahkan satu sama lain dalam hal jumlah kunjungan yang mereka dapatkan. banyak orang ke halaman web toko internet perusahaan yang mereka miliki. Ada banyak strategi berbeda yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan jumlah orang yang mengunjungi halaman situs web, khususnya bisnis online. Memanfaatkan blog, optimisasi mesin pencari, memasang iklan melalui google adsense atau halaman penggemar facebook, dan memanfaatkan media jejaring sosial adalah beberapa pendekatan yang lebih umum. Sebenarnya, pola ini telah meningkat selama beberapa tahun terakhir, seperti halnya penggunaan aplikasi seluler (instant messenger) yang tumbuh dengan kecepatan yang tidak kalah cepat dengan web bahkan mengalahkan sistem operasional pada web. Pada penelitian ini pendekatan yang akan dibahas secara lebih rinci adalah salah satu yang berkaitan dengan teknik untuk menggunakan mesin pencari optimasi, juga dikenal sebagai Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Teknik-teknik ini akan digunakan untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung yang masuk ke halaman situs web, dan juga akan digunakan agar halaman situs web dapat dideteksi atau dilacak dengan baik di mesin pencari.

Abstract

Media sosial adalah salah satu dari perkembangan teknonologi informasi dimana penggunanya dapat bersosial melalui jaringan media internet, para pengguna media sosial dapat membeagikan pengalamannya kepada orang lain, baik yang dekat maupun jauh. Pengguna tiktok terus menerus mengalami peningkatan, pada tahun 2022 penngguna yang berusia diatas 18 tahun meningkat menjadi 99,1 juta prang pada kuartal II 2022, sehingga pemanfaatan tiktok juag terus berkembang, menjadi salaah satu e-commerce bagi para penggunanya. Banyak orang mulai memahami perkembangan dan konsekuensi signifikan dari internet, dan saingan mereka telah banyak melakukan inovasi dan penjualan melalui internet. Karena itu, media pemasaran akan menjadi pnekanan utama dari penelitian ini akan ditempatkan pada pemasaran media sosial, yang merupakan subbidang pemasaran internet. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa tiktok bukanlah sekedar media sosial yang hanya sekedar berbagi informasi kepada orang lain, tiktok juga dapat menjadi sebuah pasar tempat bertransasksi antar penjual dan pembeli. Tiktok juga memiliki beberpa vitur yang dipakai dalam penjualan, strategi pemasaran dan arah pemasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze one of the movements that is characteristic of Padepokan Fajar Kancana Kumpay Kuning Putra in Nagarakembang Village, Majalengka Regency, namely the Ibing Jagatraharja movement. Ibing Pencak Silat can be interpreted as a basic martial arts movement presented in the form of dance or the development of the pencak silat martial arts movement. The form of the Jagatraharja Movement is a development of core movements such as Tonjok, Nahan, and Siku Ajul. The problem raised in this study is to describe the structure of the Ibing Jagatraharja movement. The purpose of this study is to describe the structure of the movement of Ibing Jagatraharja Padepokan Fajar Kancana Kumpay Kuning Putra. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the culinary sector has created a highly competitive environment, compelling businesses to innovate and implement strategies to attract and retain customers. This study focuses on Rumah Makan Nenek, a popular dining spot near the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, known for its distinctive flavors and affordable prices. Despite its appeal, the restaurant faces challenges from an increasing number of dining options around the campus. Taste perception, a crucial factor in consumer purchasing decisions, plays a significant role in customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research employed Deep Interviews to gather detailed consumer feedback on taste perceptions and used Education and Training methods to enhance flavor quality and restaurant management. Additionally, Collaboration methods were applied to boost the restaurant's visibility. The findings reveal that a thorough understanding of taste perception is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction and optimizing sales. Strategies recommended include focusing on ingredient quality, innovating recipes, conducting regular staff training, and utilizing social media for marketing. Ensuring a positive overall dining experience, including friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere, is vital for building customer loyalty and attracting new patrons. The study highlights the importance of integrating taste with other factors such as service quality and ambiance to sustain and grow in a competitive market.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to determine how consumer preferences for mineral products in Binjai City, North Sumatra, are influenced by green products, green brand images, and green advertising. Quantitative analysis used responses obtained from a random stratified sample. The low R Square of 29.4% was due to momentum, which resulted in bias in purchase preferences during the data analysis process. The study findings showed that green products were positively and significantly related to the intention to purchase mineral products, green illustrations were positively and significantly related to the intention to purchase mineral products, and green advertising was positively and significantly related to the intention to purchase mineral products. In addition to using green products, green brand images, and green advertising, green marketing should always be carried out.
