Abstract

Archives have an important role in providing information for an institution or agency in making decisions and formulating policies. This research aims to analyze the role of a dynamic archiving system in supporting operational management at PT Pelindo Multi Terminal. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of documents related to archive management in the company. The research results show that dynamic archiving systems play an important role in providing a good source of information for company leaders. Organizing archives using appropriate tools and equipment, managing appropriate types of archives, as well as planned methods for depreciation and destruction of archives, are important factors in maintaining the smoothness and success of the archives system. Support from competent human resources is also a crucial aspect in maintaining the effectiveness of archive management. Thus, this research contributes to the understanding of the importance of a dynamic archiving system in supporting operational management at PT Pelindo Multi Terminal. The novelty of this research is that it focuses on how dynamic archiving systems have a direct impact on operational management, including efficiency analysis in the documentation process, reducing document search time, and the impact on strategic decision making. This research will also add value by providing a case study of implementing a dynamic archiving system specifically for the port industry. It provides specific insights into the challenges and benefits port companies face in implementing these systems.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the financial condition happened in the case of the IPDN project at the company Pt. Hutama Karya. In this case, the project case is reviewed by analyzing the financial problems that occur in it. The research method used is quantitative by taking a comparative calculation approach between 2021 and 2022, which type of research uses a secondary data approach obtained from annual financial reports for a period of 1 year, namely 2021-2022, books, journals, and other sources. other. The results of the research can be concluded that the company PT. Hutama Karya experienced a decrease in profitability in 2022 where the performance of financial companies in the 2022 period decreased, from the results of the gross profit margin analysis it can be seen that the proportion of company revenue decreased by a difference of 1% and from the results of the profitability analysis using the ratio of return on assets decreased reached 0.08% above the profit from managing the company's resources and assets.

Abstract

This research is to determine the application of accounting information systems and information technology to CV case study sales. Sentral Elektrindo Perkasa. This research uses qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing several employees at CV. Sentral Elektrindo Perkasa. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Accounting Information System at CV. Sentral Elektrindo Perkasa has started to improve and meets standards, however routine control and supervision is very necessary so that things do not happen that could be detrimental to the company. And Application of Information Technology in CV. Sentral Elektrindo Perkasa has a very important role in bringing out the best potential from employees and also has an important role in the company achieving its goals and being able to increase sales potential optimally.

Abstract

Edward I. Altman dan Thomas P. McGough mengembangkan model multivariat untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan. Modelnya menggunakan lima rasio keuangan tertimbang untuk memaksimalkan prediksi kekuatan tive dari model tersebut menghasilkan skor diskriminan keseluruhan, yang disebut Z Score. Di dalam buku (Charles H.Gibson,2013) mengatakan bahwa perusahaan yang mendapat skor di bawah 2.675 diasumsikan memiliki karakteristik yang mirip dengan kegagalan masa lalu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu dengan menggunakan data sekunder melalui laporan keuangan periode 2017-2021. Tujuan penelitian agar memberikan manfaat kepada pihak manajemen, investor dan pihak terkait agar segera menetapkan kebijakan yang tepat untuk menghindari serta mengurangi terjadinya resiko kebangkrutan. Hasil penelitian metode Altman Z Score pada periode 2017-2021 dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai Z Score pada tahun 2017 adalah 7,07, tahun 2018 adalah 4,66, tahun 2019 adalah 4,84, tahun 2020 adalah 3,36 sedangkan nilai Z Score pada tahun 2021 adalah 2,5 dan lebih rendah daripada nilai Z Score dibawah 2,675.

Abstract

Research and development require tools to approach and obtain an overview of the system, these tools include interviews, questionnaires, surveys, observations, and others. QS An-Nahl Verse 43 is a popular verse that is widely used to represent appropriate to ask, this terminology is closely related to what is known as a sample. However, in contrast to the sample, the meaning intended by the verse is beyond the scope of the sample, in this study, it is termed as 'Amid. In market research, such as research on how well educational products are produced by universities, the number of response rates affects the conclusions that are built, so the sampling approach does not correlate well. The research uses 'Amid, as an approach model that is able to increase the response rate and at the same time the best reference in questioning the assessment of higher education products that are the object of research. The study found that the 'Amid' model has more quality data than the commonly used survey approach with a better travel time. The next research is suggested to try the implementation of the 'Amid' model in market research for other products.

Abstract

Manajemen rantai pasok merupakan suatu jaringan yang mengelola organisasi suatu perusahaan dari atas (awal) hingga ke bawah (akhir). Rantai pasok global saat ini dihadapkan dengan berbagai risiko yang kompleks dan terus berkembang, seperti gangguan logistik, fluktuasi harga bahan baku, dan bencana alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang AI pada manajemen risiko rantai pasok, mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam hal investasi AI, pengembangan strategi implementasi, dan pemilihan solusi AI yang tepat. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk mengumpulkan, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis data ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2019 hingga 2024. Strategi pengumpulan data penelitian tersebut menghasilkan 71 penelitian dimana 26 penelitian utama menjadi dasar penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI sangat bermanfaat dalam mengurangi dampak atau risiko yang terjadi pada manajemen rantai pasok. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam manajemen rantai pasok melalui penerapan teknologi AI. Model AI yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu Machine Learning (ML) dan Neural Network (NN). Penggunaan model AI yang sesuai dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengelola risiko yang dapat terjadi pada rantai pasok sesuai dengan bidang yang ada pada perusahaan

Abstract

  Performance is measured through the adequacy of capital, liquidity, and profitability indexes, which together provide an overview of the financial condition of the organization over a certain period of time, including the aspect of fund raising reflected in the capital indicator. The benefits of performance assessment for management include managing the organization's operations, assisting in decision-making, identifying the need for employee training and development, providing feedback to employees on how their superiors view their performance, and providing a basis for reward distribution. The purpose of this research is to determine the value of financial reporting in evaluating business performance. This research is beneficial for businesses because it provides information on the importance of financial reporting in evaluating company performance and making future decisions. Researchers can study the importance of financial reporting to assess the success of this research. This research uses a naturalistic approach, also known as a qualitative approach, using qualitative data or information consisting of words, sentences, diagrams, and pictures. Research data comes from secondary sources, such as documents, existing books, and literature studies.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate two aspects: (1) the methodology used to record the coal extraction process at PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri Binanga, and (2) the effectiveness and efficiency of the current coal extraction system at PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri Binanga. The research methodology used in this study falls into the domain of cross-sectional and qualitative investigations. The data collection process includes surveys and observations as the main methodology. After starting the verification process, the data entered undergoes analysis through techniques such as data cleaning, data processing, and interpretation of results.The research results show that the application of the Docflow method and fish bone diagrams in fish feeding at PT. Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri Binanga, along with the use of feeding control procedures such as min-mix (s,S), System (s,Q), System (R,s,S), and System(R,S), is very effective and useful in feeding fish. During the land development phase, per meter counts are carried out to ensure that stocks are monitored and maintained in abundant quantities.

Abstract

Masjid merupakan bangunan untuk melaksanakan suatu ibadah yang dilakukan oleh umat Islam. Masjid juga termasuk kedalam organisasi nirlaba yaitu yang tidak berorientasi pada laba. Ruang lingkup masjid juga perlu adanya laporan keuangan guna menarik investor. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan studi literatur, yaitu metode mengumpulkan artikel-artikel pada penelitian terdahulu setidaknya pada 10 tahun terakhir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pemahaman dari kepengurusan masjid dalam mengelola laporan keuangan masjid tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa masjid masih menerapkan laporan keuangan sederhana dan belum menerepakan PSAK 45 yang merupakan standarisasi laporan keuangan organisasi nirlaba. Hal tersebut dikarenakan keterbatasan kualitas dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia kepengurusan mesjid. Kepengurusan masjid memerlukan literasi mengenai laporan keuangan pada pengurus masjid guna keberlangsungan kepengurusan masjid dan efektif.

Abstract

Infrastructure plays a crucial role in regional development, facilitating the growth of tourism and the economy. The alternative road between Langkat and Karo District aims to enhance distribution equity and tourism potential. This study aims to evaluate the impact of developing this alternative road on enhancing the attractiveness of tourist spots and the economic welfare of the local community. The research methodology employed is an exploratory qualitative approach, involving data collection through observation and interviews, as well as the use of triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The findings indicate an increase in the attractiveness of tourist destinations in Pamah Simelir, characterized by the growth of new tourist spots and an increase in the Original Revenue (PAD) of Langkat District through recreational and sports fees. Additionally, there has been an increase in job absorption and income for the local community around the area. The main conclusion of this study is that the development of the alternative road between Langkat and Karo District has a significant positive impact on local tourism and economy. The implications of this research underscore the importance of sustainable infrastructure development to support economic growth and the welfare of the local community.
