Community service is based on the results of an analysis of the complexity of the problems that are owned by BKM Al-Mukhlisin, the congregation of the mosque is dominated by people who need it even though the potential for fundraising still exists, but if this potential is just channeled it will not be able to improve the economy of community around Al-Mukhlisin mosque. The proposed model is a productive waqf model which is expected to be able to maximize the potential for raising funds, especially waqf foruse by the surrounding community who need it for productive activities. Based on an analysis of BKM Al-Mukhlisin, it is known that it is necessary to increase productive waqf literacy in accordance with Islamic law for BKM management, especially in the process of organizational development. The community service process uses a participatory dialogue method to explore the needs and culture of BKM Al-Mukhlisin, followed by intense and ongoing training and assistance to BKM. Community service activities focus on improving the organizational structure of BKM Al-Mukhlisin with the theme of productive waqf management training, to achieve the goal of the mosque as a center of worship and an economic center for the community around the mosque

The Writing this article aims to analyze the effect of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on the Company Value of PT. Astra Internasional Tbk in the 2017-2021 period. The research method used in this research is descrptive research method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the sustainability report of PT. Astra Internasional Tbk for the 2017-2021 period as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that CSR has no positive and significant influence on the company value (PBV) of Astra Internatonal Tbk in 2017-2021, because maybe the investors compare Astra’s finansial rations more than looking at it’s CSR reports

This study aims to determine the effect of the company's health or the value of the company on investment decisions obtained from the aspects of probability, liquidity, cash ratio, and leverage. invest the funds in this decision, in this case the case study company PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. The source of the data obtained is secondary data issued by the company in the form of a financial overview from 2017 to 2021 or the previous 5 years where the data obtained several conclusions regarding PT Indofood's company finances, namely experiencing many changes - good changes from probability, liquidity, cash ratio. and leverage in 2017 to 2021 but the influence and decrease in numbers is not that significant even though in 2019 many companies are experiencing difficulties due to the co-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method of secondary data obtained to be managed from a predetermined formula according to Charles H Gibson in his book Financial Reporting analysis using financial accounting information. The results obtained in this study are that PT Indofood has experienced consistency in managing its finances from the past 5 years and the possibility of a greater return on shares and no losses so that investors can place their funds in Indofood companies. The development of the digital economy presents new, increasingly diverse financial service products. One of them is non-cash payments or cashless payments, which are the latest innovations and are increasingly prevalent in buying and selling payments to MSMEs. This study aims to find out how the Cashless system is implemented in the MSME sector in the city of Medan, then to find out how the Islamic economic perspective is in implementing the Cashless payment system. This study uses a qualitative research method with data collection techniques, namely by observation, interviews, documentation on the UMKM posbloc in Medan city as well as a study of the literature to be analyzed with the author's observations to answer the formulation of the problem on this problem. The results of this study show that the Cashless system used by the Medan city posbloc is in several ways, namely debit cards, credit cards or by scanning the QRIS code (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). APMK (Payment using a card) or with a QRIS scan which has been promoted by Bank Indonesia provides convenience in making transactions with a cashless system without cash more efficiently and effectively. According to the Islamic economic perspective, QRIS is permissible because there is no usury in buying and selling payments to MSMEs. However, there are still a number of obstacles in the implementation of the cashless posbloc payment system in Medan city, one of which is the internet which is not stable enough, and the lack of outreach.

Laporan keuangan menampilkan situasi finansial serta hasil usaha sebuah instansi ataupunlembaga di waktu tertentu ataupun berjangka waktu. Beberapa jenis laporan tersebut secaraumum diketahui sebagai pelaporan laba rugi, neraca, arus kas, dan perusahaan posisi finansial.Masih banyak kesalahan dan kurangnya media informasi bagi para analis atas laporan keuangansehingga data pelaporan keuangan dapat dimanipulasi dan merugikan pelanggan atau konsumen.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptifkuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa keputusan konsumen untuk memilih bankdengan kategori tinggi mencapai 3 orang yaitu 11.11% bernilai 52.12 ke atas. Sampel yangmemperoleh kategori sedang mencapai 18 orang yaitu 66.67% bernilai kisaran 48.1 -52.12,sampel yang memperoleh kategori rendah mencapai 6 orang yaitu 22.22% bernilai 48.1 kebawah. Sehingga bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwasanya keputusan konsumen menetapkanperbankan ditinjau berdasarkan pada laporan keuangan yang mampu dikategorikan sedang.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi dan Brand Positioning terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Lampu LED Philips Green Product. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan ( Field Research) dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna yang pernah menggunakan dan merasakan manfaat dari Produk Lampu LED Tenaga Surya Philips. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2), serta pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS ver 25. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji F yang telah diperoleh, digunakan untuk menunjukkan pengaruh simultan variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Terlihat nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai F sebesar 23,554. Kemudian Promosi dan Brand Positioning memiliki pengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Udang merupakan salah satu ekspor unggulan Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor udang ke Jepang. Metode yang digunakan, metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS analisis regresi linear berganda. Dan untuk data-data yang digunakan, menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, GDP Jepang dan nilai tukar berpengaruh signifikan atau positif terhadap ekspor udang ke Jepang, serta produksi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor udang Indonesia ke Jepang. Secara simultan, GDP Jepang, nilai tukar, harga dan produksi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap ekspor udang Indonesia ke Jepang. Dalam kajian ekonomi Islam sangat dianjurkan, melakukan transaksi secara adil/efektif dan di tiap negara diharuskan untuk tidak melakukan kecurangan yaitu dengan teknik dumping.

In the digital age, consumers increasingly rely on the internet and social platforms for media. One emerging phenomenon is electronic word of mouth . This refers to sharing information and reviews about products and services offered by individuals through online platforms. The purpose of this study was to find out how product quality and electronic word-of-mouth affect consumers' desire to buy Azarine skin care products. Using quantitative methodology The study population is women in the city of Medan. A sample of 100 respondents was taken using the Slovin formula and the purposive sampling method to select respondents who met the specified criteria. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data with SPSS 26. These findings show that the electronic word of mouth variable shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the purchase decisions of Azarine skin care products, and the product quality variable shows a positive and significant influence. a significant influence between product quality variables on purchase intent, so that electronic word of mouth and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decisions of Azarine skin care products in the city of Medan. Electronic word of mouth and product quality are also important factors in consumer purchasing decisions. Consumers look for products that can meet their needs and expectations.

This study aims to analyze how the impact of the existence of ecotourism policies implemented in Bukit Lawang nature tourism has on the community's economy. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely by using an analysis of events, phenomena or social conditions. Source of data used is primary data. There are three data collection methods used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques for data validity used in this study are source triangulation and method or technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the existence of ecotourism policies on Bukit Lawang nature tourism has a positive effect on several things, such as: reducing unemployment, increasing people's economic income, surrounding area income, utilization of natural resources and good human resources and also enhance nature conservation efforts. In addition, the sustainability of ecotourism requires collaboration or cooperation between tourism managers and the local community. Keywords: Ecotourism Policy, Community Economy

Cafe merupakan salah satu tempat yang sering dikunjungi di kalangan masyarakat dari remaja hingga dewasa, masyarakat dalam mengunjungi suatu cafe umumnya memiliki faktor atau alasan tertentu, misalnya suasana, kenyamanan, kebersihan, harga yang terjangkau serta variasi menu yang beragam dan up to date. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh suasana cafe, harga, dan variasi menu terhadap minat konsumen berkunjung ke Dbest Cafe Tuamang Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei dengan 120 responen dengan rentang usia 17-50 tahun, dimana data dikumpulkan dari responden melalui kuesioner dan menggunakan rumus lemeshow dalam penentuan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel suasana cafe, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan variasi menu berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan hal ini terjadi karena variasi menu yeng beragam tidak menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan di Dbest cafe. Hal ini terjadi karena dalam menentukan kunjungannya konsumen lebih mementingkan suasana yang nyaman, pencahayaan yang baik dan harga yang bersaing serta terjangkau merupakan faktor konsumen dalam menentukan kunjungannya. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sampel yang digunakan terbatas, sehingga penelitian selanjutnya agar memperluas cakupan penelitian untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal.
