Abstract

MKM di daerah wisata Anyer Lestari desa Karang Anyar dapat menjadi salah satu daya tarik pengunjung dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan daerah tersebut. Di desa Karang Anyar terdapat Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau dikenal dengan BUMDES yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan para pelaku UMKM untuk memasarkan produk-produknya. Sistem penerapan pihak BUMDES kepada para pelaku UMKM masih belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik. Masih banyak program BUMDES yang membuat pelaku UMKM merasa kurang adil dengan sistem yang dibuat oleh pihak BUMDES, hal ini tidaklah sesuai dengan Maqosid Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi dan hambatan serta upaya Badan Usaha Milik Desa untuk memajukan pelaku UMKM di desa Karang Anyar dalam menjalankan usahanya tetapi sesuai kaitannya dengan Maqosid Syariah. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan wawancara kepada Kades, pihak BUMDES dan pelaku UMKM. Hambatan yang dihadapi adalah waktu yang tidak efisien, menjadi pesaing bagi para pelaku UMKM yang tidak tergabung anggota BUMDES, sistem yang tidak sesuai dengan Maqasid Syariah. Beberapa upaya yang dilakukan pihak BUMDES bekerja sama dengan pihak UMKM lain, sosialisasi, serta pembangunan tempat-tempat ibadah untuk kenyamanan para pengunjung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah on economic growth with the Human Development Index in Indonesia as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is quantitative, data collection is carried out by accessing reports that have been published by the Central Statistics Agency and the National Zakat Amil Agency. The data that has been obtained is then processed using Eviews 10 version. Based on the results of simultaneous regression coefficient test calculations (f test), it can be concluded that the variables Zakat (X1), Infaq and Sadaqah (X2) and the Human Development Index (Z) have a positive effect on economic growth (Y), namely the coefficient value is 60.34371 with a probability value of 0.00000 < 0. And the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.554560, this shows that the variables Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah have an influence on economic growth by 55.45% while the remaining 44.55% is influenced by other variables which are not included and not researched. in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia in 2020-2022. Foreign exchange reserves are external assets that can be directly available to and are under the control of the Central Bank as the monetary authority to finance balance of payments imbalances, intervene in the market in order to maintain exchange rate stability, and other purposes. Foreign exchange reserves are influenced by many interrelated factors, including exports and the rupiah exchange rate. This research method is quantitative, data processing using SPSS and tests with multiple linear regression. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia with time series data for 3 years on a monthly basis (January to December). The data analysis used is multiple linear analysis and classical assumption test. The results showed that the Inflation Rate had an effect and was not significant to Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves. Interest rates have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves. The exchange rate has an effect and is not significant to Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves. Foreign Debt has a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves. This shows that the stronger the Foreign Debt in Indonesia, the more it will affect the foreign exchange reserves in the country of Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Raw Materials, Connections, and Promotion on the Success of Creative Economy-Based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Emping Melinjo Emping Melinjo in Langkat Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach and data is collected through questionnaires. The population in this study is the entire UMKM Industry in 2022 totaling 271 business actors, which are then used as a sample of 73 business actors. The data analysis tool used is the classic assumption method with multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Raw materials have a positive but not significant effect on business success. (2) Connection has a positive and significant effect on business success. (3) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on business success. And the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.529 which means that 52.9% of the variation in the value of business success is determined by four variables that influence business success, namely raw materials, connections, and promotions. While the rest (100% - 52.9% = 47.1%) is influenced by independent variables not examined.

Abstract

This research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out through a list of statements (questionnaire) and documentation studies. The sample in this study was 93 people. Variables are measured using a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis via the t test and f test. Partially, traders' understanding has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use insurance with a value of > (9.187 > 1.661). Traders' income has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use insurance with a value > (2.708 > 1.661). Simultaneous test results show a very real influence on the decision to use insurance for Sigambal traders in Kec. Rantau Selatan District. Labuhan Batu, based on the f test, it is known that Fcount > Ftable (108.348 > 3.10) so that these results identify that the variables Trader Understanding and Trader Income simultaneously influence the Decision to Use Insurance. The determinant coefficient value of 0.707 means that the decision to use insurance for sigambal traders in Kec. Rantau Selatan District. Labuhan Batu can be influenced by traders' understanding and traders' income by 70.7%. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Trader Understanding and Trader Income simultaneously on the Decision to Use Insurance.

Abstract

Paper ini membahas tentang pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat yang sebelum dan sesudah relokasi museum batubara di obyek wisata pantai museum sejarah. Metode penelitian ini digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai alat untuk mendapatkan data. Wawancara dan observasi merupakan teknik yang sering digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini, sebelum dilakukan relokasi museum tidak ada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar, dikarenakan tidak ada yang berjualan di lokasi tersebut. Tetapi setelah di pindah atau relokasi museum tersebut ke Pantai Sejarah, banyak pedagang yang berjualan sehingga bisa meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Untuk dampak positif ekonomi yang muncul adalah akses ekonomi yang lebih terbuka pada masyarakat batubara, sedangkan dampak negatif ekonomi yang terjadi adalah beberapa pedagang mengalami penurunan pendapatan karena konfigurasi kios pedagang tidak sama seperti saat masih pada sebelumnya. Sehingga jika di tempat sebelumnya beberapa pedagang mendapat lokasi kios yang strategis dan pada saat relokasi mendapat kios yang tidak strategis maka akan berakibat turunnya pendapatan beberapa masyarakat yang berdagang.

Abstract

The aim of the following research is to determine the influence of understanding, cost, awareness and confidence factors on the interest of restaurant culinary entrepreneurs in Medan City in using halal certification. This research uses quantitative methods. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a purposive sampling technique to 78 respondents. The data used is Primary Data and Secondary Data. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The variables understanding, costs, awareness and confidence contributed 91.7% and the remaining 8.3% was explained by other variables not included in this research. The results of the t test concluded that the variables understanding, costs, awareness and confidence had a positive and significant effect on the interest of restaurant culinary entrepreneurs in Medan City in using halal certification. From the results of the ANOVA test, the F-count was found to be 212,739 which is greater than the F-table (3.12), the conclusion is that understanding, costs, awareness and confidence simultaneously influence the interest of restaurant culinary entrepreneurs in Medan City in using halal certification.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the effect of Investment Knowledge, Minimum Capital, and Motivation on Student Interest in Investing in the Islamic Capital Market. This research method is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, this research approach produces a population of 429 with a sample of 71. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire. The result of calculating the t-value is 2.890. We can conclude that (X1) has a significant impact on (Y) because this value is greater than ttable (1.465) and the sig value is less than 0.05. So, it is concluded that (X1) has a significant effect on (Y). At the sig value or t value Variable (X2) has a t value = 2.532. This value is greater than the t table (1.465) with a sig value (0.00001 <0.05). (X2) has an effect on (Y). The variable (X3) has a calculated t value = 2,935. This value is greater than the t table (1.465) with a sig value (0.005 <0.05). (Y) is influenced by the variable (X3). Based on the calculation results above, it can be seen that F count (25.308) which is greater than F table (3.08), and Sig F (0.000b) which is less than 5% (0.050) indicates that together the variable (X) has a simultaneous effect on (Y).

Abstract

This research focuses on developing a marketing strategy for the “Kacang Asin Pak Tani” product. This product is a home industry engaged in selling dry food and snacks. Sales of Pak Tani’s Salted Peanuts have continued to increase from 2019 to 2022, but interview results show that this product has not implemented a good marketing strategy, including offline and online promotions, market segmentation, and other marketing mixes. In developing an effective marketing strategy, the 4P concept (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) is an important basis. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method, with the observation approach and interview as a data collection technique, research data consists of secondary and primary data. Primary data was generated from interviews with home industry owners of Salted Peanut Products, employees, and consumers. Secondary data includes graphic data of the sales cycle for four years, EFAS and IFAS data, as well as SWOT analysis obtained from Kacang Asin Pak Tani company. The researchers also use literature reviews as a theoretical foundation that can support solving the problem being studied. Research results, based on the SWOT analysis can be seen that the strategy used is in quadrant 1, this position is a very profitable position, by implementing a strategy that supports aggressive growth policies (Grow Oriented Strategy). So, this is a strategy that can be carried out by the Kacang Asin Pak Tani Brand Product so that the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the business can be identified. As a suggestion, in terms of promotion, the “Kacang Asin Pak Tani” brand needs to develop a more effective promotion strategy to increase consumer awareness of the products and brands offered.

Abstract

Rich Mango Thai is an MSME engaged in the culinary business by selling processed mango juice and other fruit. The location of this business is very close to other beverage businesses, so the owner must have the right marketing strategy in order to win the market. Since its establishment in May 2022, Rich Mango Thai has been selling products that are very popular with the public. However, based on the sales data obtained, sales from May 2022 to April 2023 tend to decline. This research aims to understand the marketing strategy used by Rich Mango Thai in developing a business. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. Primary and secondary data are the types and sources used, and interviews and observations are used as data collection methodologies. A descriptive analysis of the data is used, and the idea of ​​the 4P Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) is mentioned. The researchers also conduct a SWOT analysis in assessing alternative strategies that can be implemented. SWOT analysis is also useful for finding out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats possessed by Rich Mango Thai. The researchers also describe an analysis of Sharia marketing based on 3 paradigms namely Sharia Marketing Strategy to win Mind Share, Sharia Marketing Tactic to win Market Share, and Sharia Marketing Value to win Heart Share. In the final analysis, Rich Mango Thai is in quadrant I and has the main alternative strategy, namely the SO strategy, besides that Rich Mango Thai fulfills the character and paradigm of Sharia marketing.
