Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate how price and product quality influence customers' decision to buy costume jewelry from Rara Aksessories. Quantitative research methodology. A total of 100 Rara Aksessories customer respondents from the entire population who made more than 2 transactions online participated in this study using associative techniques.  Information was collected through a questionnaire given to respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods in the IBM SPSS Statistic 27 program. The research findings show that price and quality simultaneously have a positive influence on imitation jewelry purchasing decisions at Rara Accessories. Suggestions Future researchers are expected to add other variables and other research stores/locations.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the process management system in planning and implementing budgets at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, North Sumatra Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, or a comprehensive problem solving procedure, which presents information obtained from interviews, literature reviews and field observations, which is then analyzed and interpreted through conclusions. Research Results In general, the management control system process is said to be successful if management is able to ensure that the company receives the necessary resources and is able to use them effectively and efficiently. In other words, the process can be said to be successful if the plans prepared by management can actually be implemented and the existing monitoring system can correct deviations that arise in time. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the characteristics and stages of the system itself. In this case, it can be said that the development of the entire management control system process is expected to occur when responsibility is concentrated in easily monitored organizational units (e.g. departments, subdivisions, etc.) and with an effective and functional reporting system. can run well.

Abstract

Achievement of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production at POM PT. Sinar Pandawa which exceeded the target was not in line with the absenteeism rate for the last three years, so it can be assumed that it was not from employee productivity. Therefore, employee work productivity still needs to be improved.  This study aims to determine the human resource development strategy carried out by POM PT.  Sinar Pandawa in increasing the work productivity of its employees.  The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation.  The results showed the implementation of the human resource development strategy carried out by POM PT. Sinar Pandawa to increase employee productivity is to implement management functions, namely planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling all activities carried out by all departments in which there is a strategy for recruiting human resources, selecting, placing, and grouping employees, training, performance appraisal, as well as supervising and controlling company activities and employee attendance,  various forms of appreciation for employees, as well as creating a safe and comfortable ecosystem as well as providing appreciation and relevant facilities. POM PT. Sinar Pandawa uses training as a way to increase the productivity of its employees.

Abstract

Pemilik bisnis semakin banyak memakai aplikasi Tik Tok yang populer untuk memasarkan barang mereka ke banyak orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat 1) pengaruh viral marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen. 2) Pengaruh Kepercayaan Pelanggan terhadap Niat Beli 3) Pengaruh Viral Marketing dan Kepercayaan Konsumen terhadap Niat Beli Konsumen Untuk menyelidiki apakah ada hubungan antara karakteristik tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dalam hubungannya dengan penelitian asosiatif, sejenis penelitian formulasi masalah. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengiriman survei melalui situs online. Besar sampel penelitian ini adalah 140 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan pengelolaan data menunjukkan bahwa variabel viral marketing berpengaruh cukup besar terhadap minat beli pelanggan pada akun tiktok @infoasikdimas. Akun Tik Tok @infoasikdimas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kepercayaan Konsumen yang berpengaruh terhadap Niat Beli Konsumen. Minat Beli Konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap unsur Viral Marketing akun Tik Tok @infoasikdimas dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat ditandai dengan banyaknya masyarakat memanfaatkan teknologi dalam membantu pekerjaannya. Kebanyakan penggunaan internet oleh pengusaha dipakai untuk media promosi lewat media sosial. Dengan cara pemasaran yang memakai teknologi informasi dan komunikasi canggih lewat media sosial banyak dipakai pengusaha untuk mempromosikan produknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah demi mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap keberhasilan usaha pedagang kuliner di Kecamatan Medan Johor. Penelitian memakai metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data quesioner yang disebarkan memalui G-form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya media sosial berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pedagang kuliner di Kecamatan Sunggal baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan . Hal tersebut ditandai dengan dengan nilai thitung 3.960 > ttabel 1.701 dan nilai Fhitung 4.454 > Ftabel 4.20, sehingga Ha diterima, artinya variabel media sosial berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are companies with a single owner, manager, and a limited number of capital investors. In this study, descriptive qualitative research is used. gathering information or data for research through observation and interviews. According to studies done through interviews, Cafe Aceh Meutuah Khupie did not adhere to Micro, Small, and Medium Entity Accounting Standards and only kept financial records of its sales, purchases of raw materials, staff compensation costs, and other costs (SAK EMKM).

Abstract

In an era of rapid technological advancement, the significance of digital marketing as a pivotal tool for business growth cannot be overstated. Despite its widespread adoption, there are still challenges and fluctuations encountered by businesses, even when employing digital marketing strategies. Understanding the effectiveness of these strategies and identifying areas for improvement is crucial for businesses, particularly Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), to thrive in today's competitive market landscape. Therefore, this research endeavors to shed light on the strategies utilized by SMEs, using Uncle Sam’s Cafe And Resto in Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang as a case study, to enhance their revenue through digital marketing. By delving into this topic, we aim to provide actionable insights and recommendations that can empower SMEs to leverage digital marketing effectively, thereby ensuring their sustainability and growth in the digital age. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation and interviews. Through the application of SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), the research aims to comprehensively analyze the current state of digital marketing strategies employed by Uncle Sam’s Cafe And Resto. By examining the strengths and weaknesses, as well as identifying potential opportunities and threats, this study seeks to offer valuable guidance to SMEs seeking to optimize their digital marketing efforts.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of Artificial Intelligence in improving Customer Experience at PT Chubb Life Insurance Medan. Artificial Intelligence plays an important role in increasing customer loyalty and customer relationships. Artificial intelligence is a symbol of the emergence of the industrial revolution 4.0 era which is intended to provide convenience for users, in various sectors, especially in the insurance sector. With Artificial Intelligence, customers can easily connect with each other without having to be on location, or formulate an event or condition. The approach used in this research is qualitative, which is intended to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subject. This research produces data in the form of descriptive words and written words about people and observed behavior. The results of this study indicate that the application of Customer Corner in improving Customer Experience has a positive impact. Various service features in the Customer Corner web are online customer services that make it easy for customers to get policy information, partner hospitals, and claim forms. How to check the balance of Chubb Life insurance or the amount of the annual limit can also be seen in the Chubb Life online customer portal.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia has a program called Wirausaha Binaan Unggulan Bank Indonesia (WUBI) which focuses on improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. This research analyzes the role of WUBI in improving the competitiveness of MSMEs with a case study of MSMEs assisted by Bank Indonesia Representative of North Sumatra. Qualitative research methods were used with primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with fostered MSMEs. The results showed that WUBI plays an important role in improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era through: (1) capacity building through training and mentoring, (2) business and marketing network development, and (3) utilization of digital technology for business efficiency and effectiveness. In conclusion, the WUBI Program has a positive impact on MSME competitiveness, increasing sales, profitability, and market access. The program also helps MSMEs improve their financial management, digital marketing, and product development skills.
