Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to carry out mosque youth leadership training to improve the performance of the Mosque youth program located at the Al-Jihad Mosque in Bandar Baru. The design of the activities carried out is training in the form of socialization to productive adolescents. The PKM activities are divided into 2 (two) stages, namely 1) the initial stage of preparation, which consists of; (a) collect data on prospective trainees who are active in the youth organization of the Bandar Baru Al-Jihad Mosque, (b) conduct discussions with all implementers discussing the results of observations that have been made, (c) prepare the necessary training equipment and materials. 2) the stage of implementation of activities, in the form of presentation materials, discussions and questions and answers as well as simulations of leadership in the organization. Based on the conclusion of PKM activities that it is necessary to carry out leadership training activities for teenagers to improve the performance of mosque teenagers. Leadership must be evaluated, because if the youth organization Masjid Al-Jihad gets an organizational leader who has a leadership spirit, it will be easier to coordinate with all other administrators, the community and the local government to help improve the quality of Masjid Al-Jihad Bandar Baru. It is necessary to form a new board that is active and cares about the progress of the Mosque and has good communication between the administrators and the entire local community. The activities carried out at the Al-Jihad Mosque so far need to be added and innovated to make it more interesting and in particular can become a proselytizing shia for the wider community

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is a formal education unit that organizes vocational education at the secondary education level as a continuation of SMP/MTs. There are several  programs specifically for SMK students to increase their scientific capacity and competence. Among the programs intended for SMK students are apprenticeship programs or field work practices (PKL), and UKK (Special Competency Test) which are held as graduation requirements. Furthermore, the program invites Guest Teachers from agencies or outside companies. Besides that, SMK students are also asked to create an entrepreneurship program to train students in the field of private entrepreneurship. The Informatics Engineering Study Program often conducts coaching as Guest Teachers for SMK students to improve their knowledge and skills. In addition, the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, routinely organizes skills training every year to prepare for competency exams, where the competency skills that the Informatics Engineering study program has fostered include Expertise Competence in the fields of Computer and Network Engineering, Software Engineering and Multimedia, where the students who participated in this training came from several vocational high schools in East Lombok Regency. Therefore, to improve quality in terms of the quality of knowledge and skills for teachers and students, on this occasion the Informatics Engineering study program would like to hold a Skills competency training, especially in the field of computer and network engineering, to help teachers and students to have the knowledge and skills qualified. Teachers can provide sound knowledge and expertise to students so that students have good abilities and competencies according to the needs of the industrial world. Keywords: Computer Network Engineering, Training, SMK Expertise.

Abstract

Currently, technological developments have developed very rapidly and quickly, bringing about very big changes because they make the information obtained available quickly, easily, accurately and not limited by place and time. One example of developments in the world of technology is internet technology. With the existence of internet technology, the dissemination of information becomes more practical and easy to access anywhere, anytime, and anyone can access the information. Internet technology not only has an effect on business or trade development, but also has a role in the tourism sector. Because with internet technology, the delivery of information on tourist attractions can be more connected or interactive and the information is easy to obtain. East Lombok Regency, in Sembalun sub-district, especially in Sajang village, there are potential tourist destinations such as Mount Rinjani, Camping Grounds, and Waterfalls as well as Agrotourism, namely Coffee Gardens. Abstract

Abstract: The Village Office is a government agency that is directly connected or interacts with the community. The community is the object that will be served by Village officials. It is not uncommon for people to feel dissatisfied with slow service. One of the community satisfaction with the performance of Village staff is the provision of fast and appropriate service. One way to increase village service staff to the community must be supported by adequate devices and equipment, especially for accessing and sharing data or information both locally and on the internet. To make this happen, you must have knowledge and skills in the field of networking. Therefore, socialization, training and assistance with internet network installation are needed. It is hoped that this will help the Village, especially staff, to increase their knowledge and skills in the field of networking, so that they can improve services to the community more quickly and precisely. Abstract

The aim of decentralization is to increase the empowerment of independently owned potential in an effort to improve the welfare of the people in their respective regions. But real conditions do not describe the ideal situation that is expected. Economic development is not accompanied by equal distribution of income and disparities still exist. Bogor Regency has an average Gini Ratio value of 0.4 in 2018-2020, indicating that inequality is approaching a critical point and has the potential to give rise to social jealousy. Equal distribution of community welfare has become a strategic issue in the 2018-2023 Bogor Regency RPJMD which is manifested in financial assistance for village infrastructure for the Samisade program (Samilyar Sadesa – One Billion One Village) with the concept of developing villages. The community can actively participate in preparing and implementing priority programs that have been formulated together and have the same rights in receiving this assistance. Therefore, a study is needed regarding the contribution of community participation and policy implementation to the effectiveness of the Samisade Program as well as the contribution of community participation and policy implementation through the Samisade Program to equal distribution of welfare through the program. The research method used was descriptive quantitative based on data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 villages in 12 sub-districts. Data analysis using SmartPLS.

Abstract

Many rubber farmers even consider converting their land to other commodities that are considered more profitable or more stable. Farmers' decisions to convert land are often due to problems with economic, technical, and environmental aspects. Rubber farming faces various challenges that cause shifts in farmers' perceptions of the sustainability of this commodity. The objectives of this study were to 1) Analyze farmers' perceptions of rubber farming and 2) Analyze the relationship between socio-economic aspects of farmers' perceptions of rubber farming. This study used 112 rubber farmer respondents, with a population of 543 rubber farmers in the Lubai District. The location was selected purposely based on the same considerations, namely sub-districts, and villages that produced the largest decline in the amount of rubber land area and produced the largest rubber production. Data were collected in a cross-section. Farmers' perceptions of rubber farming based on economic, technical, and environmental aspects are fairly good, with an average score of 2.70. The economic aspect is the most influential aspect on farmers' perceptions of rubber farming activities with an average score of 2.21. The socioeconomic aspect that has a significant relationship to the perception of rubber farming is the level of education with a correlation coefficient value of 0.274913 which indicates a weak level of closeness.

Abstract

Sungai Nibung Village is a KKPP3K (Coastal Waters and Small Islands Conservation Area) in Kubu Raya District. This community features an abundance of diverse natural resources, such as crab, fish, shrimp, squid, octopus, and finless dolphins. This indigenous biota is sustained by fertility and high water quality. Water fertility reveals high nutrient concentration and identifies phytoplankton as primary producers. Water contains nutrients in the form of nitrates and phosphates. Phytoplankton and other aquatic species require these nutrients to survive. The concentration of chlorophyll-a, the primary pigment of phytoplankton, which has a role in photosynthesis, can also be used to estimate the trophic state of waterways. The fertility of Sungai Nibung Village waters in the sea (Station I and II), estuary (Station III), and river (Station IV and V) has been assessed. Nitrate and phosphate levels in water samples were assessed in line with SNI 06-2480-1991 and SNI 06-6989.31.2005, respectively. The chlorophyll-a was evaluated using the trichromatic method with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer at 664, 647, and 630 nm. Sungai Nibung Village's waters include 0.9−1.5 mg/L nitrate and 2.06−2.19 mg/L phosphate. Chlorophyll-a levels range from 2−5 μg/L, placing them in the low category. Abstract

Perkembangan sebuah desa merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat disekitar, salah satu dari kemajuan desa adalah dengan usaha yang baik dan sumber daya alam yang baik serta sumber daya manusia yang professional. Hal ini yang lebih cepat terwujudnya kemajuan dari suatu desa. Desa klambir V ini sering sekali terhambat dalam pengiriman, maka dari itu banyak sekali para pengusaha menaikkan harga jual produk karena bahan baku yang di hasilkan dari desa tersebut sudah tidak memukinkan lagi maka didatangkan bahan baku dari luar daerah maka produksi juga akan mengakibatkan pada bahan tersebut. Kenaikan pada bahan baku serta kualitas yang kurang baik maka mempengaruhi kurangnya orang untuk membeli ini fenomena pada desa klambir V. Harga produk (X1) secara langsung memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,033 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005. Nilai signifikan ini lebih  kecil dari 0,05 sehingga terima Ha dan tolak Ho. T-hitung yang dihasilkan sebesar 267 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,670. thitung ttabel atau 267 1,670 maka terima Ha dan tolak Ho. Kualitas produk (X2) secara langsung memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,195 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003. Nilai signifikan ini lebih  kecil dari 0,05 sehingga terima Ha dan tolak Ho. T-hitung yang dihasilkan sebesar 1.895 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,670. thitung ttabel atau 1.895 1,670 maka terima Ha dan tolak Ho. Bahan baku (X3) secara langsung memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,233 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005. Nilai signifikan ini lebih  kecil dari 0,05 sehingga terima Ha dan tolak Ho. T-hitung yang dihasilkan sebesar 1.915 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,670. thitung ttabel atau 1.915 1,670 maka terima Ha dan tolak Ho

Abstract

Seperti bisnis lain di Indonesia, perbankan syariah hanya melihat gaji untuk mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan. Kinerja keuangan bank syariah seperti Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Earning Asset (ROEA), Asset Turnover (ATO), Rasio Kecukupan Modal (CAR), dan Rasio Pinjaman terhadap Deposito (LDR) diukur melalui penggunaan data primer dan sekunder, baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh semua karyawan dan staf manajemen BRI Syariah Branch Medan. Data yang saya kumpulkan dari manajer operasional dan karyawan BRI Syariah yang saya pikir layak untuk diwawancarai melalui kuesioner atau angket. Dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan ROA, BOPO, dan LDR, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT BRI Pada dasarnya, kinerja menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik dan terus mengalami perkembangan yang baik. Namun, rasio FDR yang tidak stabil karena kekurangan modal harus diperhatikan, padahal seharusnya lebih mudah bagi Bank Pemerintah Daerah untuk mendapatkan modal kerja tambahan dari APBD pemerintah Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Penelitai ini bertujuan pembenahan pada sebuah hotel yang berada dikota Medan menjadi yang lebih baik lagi, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan banyak sampel 35 responden yang berada di Hotel Antares, penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel bebas yaitu reputasi, fasilitas dan pelayanan dan untuk variabel terikatnya adalah keputusan menginap di sebuah Hotel Antares yang berada di kota Medan. reputasi (X1) memiliki nilai t-hitung 393 yang mengidentifikasi bahwa reputasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap di Hotel Antare, sedangkan nilai signifikan 0.004 0.05 artinya Ho (terima Ha). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari keputusan menginap. hasil analisis dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa variable fasilitas (X2) memiliki nilai regresi 13.866 yang mengidentifikasi bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap sedangkan nilai signifikan 0.000 0.05 artinya Ho (terima Ha). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari keputusan menginap. Kemudian untuk variabel ke 3 yaitu pelayanan (X3) memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 0.920 mengidentifikasi bahwa  pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap sedangkan nilai signifikan 0.002 0.05 artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap
