Abstract

Vocabulary is crucial element in mastering a foreign language. knowing limited numbers of vocabulary will barry the students to communicate well in the traget language (English). As consequency, it takes some strategies to master it. The students get difficulity to master some kinds of vocabulary such as phrasal verb, idiom, slang and colloquial. Those matter makes them implement different learning Strategies to master. They are memory strategies, cognitive strategies, metacognitive strategies and compensation strategies. The most fasilitated strategies for learning and mastering vocabulary is through combining those various strategies

Abstract

The land acquisition process for public interest in many case don’t work properly. It usually causedby the reluctance of land ownership right holders to release their land. Generally because theyfelt their rights were unprotected especially the right to get proper compensation. This researchaimed to find out and to understand about legal protection to the land ownership right holdersin land acquisition for public interest and its implementation by studied case of land acquisitionfor PLTU (steam power plant) development in west Lombok . This research used a normative–sociological research method which focus on the “realization and implementation” of normativelegal (in abstracto) in certain legal case (in concerto) or in other phrase methods of this researchmeant to see how legal works in the society. Research result shown that land ownership rightholders in land acquisition for PLTU development in west Lombok did not get optimum legalprotection which caused by unserious attention from the regulation of land acquisition for publicinterest to this matter. Beside that, the official of land acquisition for public interest did not gavetheir maximum effort to protect related rights and the reluctance of land ownership right holdersto registered their land also causing lack protection of their rights.Keywords: Legal Protection, Land Acquisition

Including one of them is students, students is the most active whom often use twitter and using it as a share information or just a chirpThe purpose of this research is to get a the extent to which social media uses twitter among all these junior high school students and to see how social interactions who awakes among all these junior high school students by using social media the twitter .By using interksi social theory that explains a great variety of the interaction of a pattern in the community .By using the method deskriftif quantitative it is hoped that this research can provide an illustration that sistematif about this phenomenon .Based on this research , active users in a media social twitter among students junior high school is 41 % of the total sample , this indicates that media social twitter is still very popular for students to do interkasi .And the use of as a means of used to interact with school friends is the percentage the highest .The positive impact of social interaction uses the media twitter of them the students can open widely tissue friendship them that interaction what happened indefinite period of time and space it can be access when and where it .

Abstract

The study aims to determine the application of activity-based costing method in determining the rates of hospitalization services in public hospitals Cut Meutia Langsa. The method used are descriptive and comparative analysis. Data used in the research are primary and secondary data, which are gotten from intern company in 2015. Primary data gotten from interview and direct observation, meanwhile secondary data gotten from hospital’s cost report.The use of the Activity-Based Costing method in the determination of tarrifs for inpatient services presented more accurate and precise. So that the result from this research show that rate of the hospitalization was distored (undercostind and overcosting). Undercosting occur in Super VIP room rates, while the rates for rooms VIP Exclusive, I, II, and III were experienced undercosting. Keywords— Activity-Based Costing, cost, cost driver, and  tariff for inpatient service

Abstract

  This study aimed to examine the influence of the Islamic ethical identity disclosure, agency cost, and intellectual capital to the financial performance proxied by Return on equity (ROE) in Islamic commercial banks in 2010-2014.secondary data were used from annual reports were published on the website each Islamic banks between 2010-2014. This study is a hypothesis testing research, by using purposive sampling method, so there are seven Islamic banks are the object of research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.            The results of this study shows that simultaneous of the Islamic ethical identity disclosure, agency cost and intellectual capital have effect on  the financial performance proxy by  ROE on an Islamic commercial bank in 2010-2014. Partially only the Islamic ethical identity disclosure have positive effect but not significant on the financial performance of Islamic banks, while the agency cost and intellectual capital have positive and significant effect on the financial performance proxied by the ROE on an Islamic commercial bank in 2010-2014.. Keywords: Islamic ethical identity disclosure, agency cost, intellectual capital and financialperformance.

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe the recognition of Masjid Raya Baiturrahman, describes the valuation method used to assess the Masjid Raya Baiturrahman, Baiturrahman’s disclosures describing the government's financial report, and analyze the suitability of the accounting standards applicable to accounting applied to Masjid Raya Baiturrahman.This study used primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interviews with informants research that Provincial Finance Department, the Department of Finance and Asset Management, and managers of the Masjid Raya Baiturrahman. Secondary data used is the government's financial statements and other documents relating to the heritage assets.The results showed that until now the government of Aceh has not made recognition of an asset to the Masjid Raya Baiturrahaman, but due to the expenses which are recorded as capital expenditure for the Masjid Raya Baiturrahman  then it implies that the government has recognized it as an asset. Futhermore the Masjid Raya Baiturrahman assessment is not carried out, this happens because the government has difficulty in estimating the age and the price of the acquisition of Masjid Raya Baiturrahman. At this stage of the disclosure of the government of Aceh have only been doing disclose expenses incurred, but not yet express Masjid Raya Baiturrahman as an asset in the financial statements of the government. Overall the government has not fully implemented accounting standards existing heritage assets.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify of the activiness of students in taking lessons in the history of islamic culture. The applicationof CTL models to increase the learning activiness of students and helf them to associate the material have been taught with their real world situation. To identify the factors that influence the students learning activiness. To know the results of applying the CTL model in the history of isamic culture. The research uses a qualitative approuch to assess the sources of data obtain in this research is information from the principal, the history of islamic culture teacher, students and researchers’ notes through observations in the field. The data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation and study of documentation of data sources at the research site. The data that has been obtained and analyzed and then to be concluded with a clear description. The result of this research indicates that : 1)the increasing student activity start from giving motivation by educator. 2)The effectiveness and the efficient learning through contextual teaching and learning (CTL) is important to be implemented so that studenats are more independent and responsible in the learning proccess. 3)Supporting factors in learning must be well prepared prepared and inhibiting factors must be evaluated carefully. 4)The result of the applicationof a positive indicated contextual learning model to increase the activiness and learning achievement of students.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a new type of virus that was discovered in Indonesia in March 2020. The confirmed patient data as of March 1, 2021, were 1,341,314 people from all over Indonesia. The Covid-19 outbreak has brought changes in the movement of the economic structure and mobility of the people evenly. One of them is that the learning system which was initially implemented offline and later became online has a significant negative impact on productivity that can be felt by parents and students themselves. One of the lessons that must be online is sports, where sports activities require movement in their implementation. This research uses a survey method and uses primary data, namely data sources that are directly obtained and collected in the field. This research is a qualitative research with library methods and uses a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of research on the readiness of PJOK teachers in carrying out online learning, it shows that most of them stated their readiness to carry out online learning, related to the online learning system that there was a significant increase in the online learning system, and related to online learning media showed that there was a significant increase in the use of media online learning.

PT. Fajar Agung Indocemerlang is one of company that moved in selling various types of books, stationery and also other office equipment. Promotion process is done by distributing pamphlets, brochures and advertisements in newspapers; meanwhile selling is done by customer come to the shop immediately. In this research, design of information system is developed by using object oriented, that is development tools is used use case and activity diagram that describe system for this time and proposed system. Abstract

Indonesia yang kaya bahan baku untuk industri mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk menghasilkan produk industri lokal satunya adalah polimer. Pemanfaatan polimer mengalami pemanfaatan yang sangat pesat, terutama pada industri otomotif. Polimer dibedakan menjadi 4 macam, menurut sifat masing-masing bahan tersebut, diantaranya adalah thermoplastik, thermoset, elastomer dan thermoplastik elastomer. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mutu dan unsur dari bahan polimer, khususnya pada kipas radiator. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pengujian tarik, impak dan struktur mikro (identifikasi) pada bahan polimer. Hasil uji tarik pada berbagai tingkat temperatur tarik menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan, namun demikian regangan patah pada temperatur uji 90oC mempunyai nilai jauh lebih besar dibandingkan pada temperatur uji 24oC, demikian halnya dengan hasil uji impak. Hasil indentifikasi struktur mikro bahan tersebut diketahui sebagai polipropilen (PP).
