Abstract

The study aims to determine the application of activity-based costing method in determining the rates of hospitalization services in public hospitals Cut Meutia Langsa. The method used are descriptive and comparative analysis. Data used in the research are primary and secondary data, which are gotten from intern company in 2015. Primary data gotten from interview and direct observation, meanwhile secondary data gotten from hospital’s cost report.The use of the Activity-Based Costing method in the determination of tarrifs for inpatient services presented more accurate and precise. So that the result from this research show that rate of the hospitalization was distored (undercostind and overcosting). Undercosting occur in Super VIP room rates, while the rates for rooms VIP Exclusive, I, II, and III were experienced undercosting. Keywords— Activity-Based Costing, cost, cost driver, and  tariff for inpatient service

Abstract

  This study aimed to examine the influence of the Islamic ethical identity disclosure, agency cost, and intellectual capital to the financial performance proxied by Return on equity (ROE) in Islamic commercial banks in 2010-2014.secondary data were used from annual reports were published on the website each Islamic banks between 2010-2014. This study is a hypothesis testing research, by using purposive sampling method, so there are seven Islamic banks are the object of research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.            The results of this study shows that simultaneous of the Islamic ethical identity disclosure, agency cost and intellectual capital have effect on  the financial performance proxy by  ROE on an Islamic commercial bank in 2010-2014. Partially only the Islamic ethical identity disclosure have positive effect but not significant on the financial performance of Islamic banks, while the agency cost and intellectual capital have positive and significant effect on the financial performance proxied by the ROE on an Islamic commercial bank in 2010-2014.. Keywords: Islamic ethical identity disclosure, agency cost, intellectual capital and financialperformance.

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe the recognition of Masjid Raya Baiturrahman, describes the valuation method used to assess the Masjid Raya Baiturrahman, Baiturrahman’s disclosures describing the government's financial report, and analyze the suitability of the accounting standards applicable to accounting applied to Masjid Raya Baiturrahman.This study used primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interviews with informants research that Provincial Finance Department, the Department of Finance and Asset Management, and managers of the Masjid Raya Baiturrahman. Secondary data used is the government's financial statements and other documents relating to the heritage assets.The results showed that until now the government of Aceh has not made recognition of an asset to the Masjid Raya Baiturrahaman, but due to the expenses which are recorded as capital expenditure for the Masjid Raya Baiturrahman  then it implies that the government has recognized it as an asset. Futhermore the Masjid Raya Baiturrahman assessment is not carried out, this happens because the government has difficulty in estimating the age and the price of the acquisition of Masjid Raya Baiturrahman. At this stage of the disclosure of the government of Aceh have only been doing disclose expenses incurred, but not yet express Masjid Raya Baiturrahman as an asset in the financial statements of the government. Overall the government has not fully implemented accounting standards existing heritage assets.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify of the activiness of students in taking lessons in the history of islamic culture. The applicationof CTL models to increase the learning activiness of students and helf them to associate the material have been taught with their real world situation. To identify the factors that influence the students learning activiness. To know the results of applying the CTL model in the history of isamic culture. The research uses a qualitative approuch to assess the sources of data obtain in this research is information from the principal, the history of islamic culture teacher, students and researchers’ notes through observations in the field. The data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation and study of documentation of data sources at the research site. The data that has been obtained and analyzed and then to be concluded with a clear description. The result of this research indicates that : 1)the increasing student activity start from giving motivation by educator. 2)The effectiveness and the efficient learning through contextual teaching and learning (CTL) is important to be implemented so that studenats are more independent and responsible in the learning proccess. 3)Supporting factors in learning must be well prepared prepared and inhibiting factors must be evaluated carefully. 4)The result of the applicationof a positive indicated contextual learning model to increase the activiness and learning achievement of students.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a new type of virus that was discovered in Indonesia in March 2020. The confirmed patient data as of March 1, 2021, were 1,341,314 people from all over Indonesia. The Covid-19 outbreak has brought changes in the movement of the economic structure and mobility of the people evenly. One of them is that the learning system which was initially implemented offline and later became online has a significant negative impact on productivity that can be felt by parents and students themselves. One of the lessons that must be online is sports, where sports activities require movement in their implementation. This research uses a survey method and uses primary data, namely data sources that are directly obtained and collected in the field. This research is a qualitative research with library methods and uses a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of research on the readiness of PJOK teachers in carrying out online learning, it shows that most of them stated their readiness to carry out online learning, related to the online learning system that there was a significant increase in the online learning system, and related to online learning media showed that there was a significant increase in the use of media online learning.

Abstract

PT. Fajar Agung Indocemerlang is one of company that moved in selling various types of books, stationery and also other office equipment. Promotion process is done by distributing pamphlets, brochures and advertisements in newspapers; meanwhile selling is done by customer come to the shop immediately. In this research, design of information system is developed by using object oriented, that is development tools is used use case and activity diagram that describe system for this time and proposed system. Result of design information system is expected to be implemented in web form which design was given from this research include proposed design system, analysis requirement for hardware, software and cost analysis.Keyword: promotion, object oriented, transaction, design system

Abstract

Indonesia yang kaya bahan baku untuk industri mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk menghasilkan produk industri lokal satunya adalah polimer. Pemanfaatan polimer mengalami pemanfaatan yang sangat pesat, terutama pada industri otomotif. Polimer dibedakan menjadi 4 macam, menurut sifat masing-masing bahan tersebut, diantaranya adalah thermoplastik, thermoset, elastomer dan thermoplastik elastomer. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mutu dan unsur dari bahan polimer, khususnya pada kipas radiator. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pengujian tarik, impak dan struktur mikro (identifikasi) pada bahan polimer. Hasil uji tarik pada berbagai tingkat temperatur tarik menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan, namun demikian regangan patah pada temperatur uji 90oC mempunyai nilai jauh lebih besar dibandingkan pada temperatur uji 24oC, demikian halnya dengan hasil uji impak. Hasil indentifikasi struktur mikro bahan tersebut diketahui sebagai polipropilen (PP).

Abstract

Ketel uap dapat diklasifikasikan dengan berbagai cara namun kenyataanya ada dua kelompok umum yang keduanya bergantung pada orientasi lintasan aliran atau uap dan gas panas. Ketel uap pipa api jenis paket tipe  dua haluan (Two-pass Packaged Fire-tube Boiler) umumnya memakai bahan bakar cair, dimana nyala api hasil pembakaran mengalir kebelakang kemudian ke kelompok pipa-pipa api bagian bawah dan akhirnya membelok kembali melalui gugus pipa-pipa api bagian atas selanjutnya keluar  melalui  cerobong  asap.  Bidang  pemanas  pada  ketel ini  terdiri  dari  dinding  silinder  api  dan dinding-dinding pipa-pipa api. Untuk itu hal tersebut menjadi dasar dari perencanaan ketel uap jenis paket tipe dua haluan dengan kapasitas 8 ton uap/jam. Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: kapasitas uap 8 ton/jam, tekanan kerja 1 MPa, konsumsi bahan bakar 615,69 kg bahan bakar/jam, dimensi ketel: Diameter = 2000 mm, panjang ketel = 3200 mm, Tebal dinding = 17 mm, dengan material untuk ketel SCM 3, tingginya temperatur gas asap yang dibuang sebesar 3370C diakibatkan  tidak  terpasangnya  unit  pemanas  lanjut  (superheater)  yang  merupakan  alat  untuk menuaikan efesiensi ketel yang biasa digunakan pada ketel jenis lain.

Abstract

Pemilihan umum merupakan salah satu indicator penting untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas demokrasi suatu Negara termasuk pula pada pemilihan kepala desa. Semakin berkembangnya demokrasi suatu negara maka juga akan semakin meluasnya partisipasi publik masyarakat. Namun ditengah kondisi demokrasi yang masih belum matang, praktek pemilu di Indonesia termasuk lebih ironis lagi pada pemilihan kepala desa masih banyak diwarnai oleh beberapa fenomena umum yang terus mengemuka semisal money politic, patron-klien relationship serta peran blater di dalamnya. Melalui pemikiran inilah tulisan ini hadir untuk melihat 1) Bagaimana proses penetrasi politik elit dalam mempengaruhi preferensi poliik pemilih, 2) bagaimana penggunaan politik uang mampu berpengaruh terhadap preferensi politik pemilih ? Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk melihat gejala tertentu secara terperinci, intensif pada fenomena masyarakat yang berkembang melalui proses pengamatan atau analisis sehingga bisa menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa kata-kata tertulis, lisan orang atau bahkan prilaku serta gejala tertentu. Guna memperolah data-data deskriptif tersebut, teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi digunakan oleh peneliti untuk memperkuat data yang dihasilkan. Sementara untuk menguji validitas datanya peneliti menggunakan teknik trianggulasi sumber dengan cara membandingkan ulang data hasil wawancara dengan isi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertama bahwa penggunaan bahasa adalah instrument penting dalam komunikasi. Dalam perspektif komunikasi politik, pembentukan wacana memiliki peran penting sekaligus instrument elit penguasa dalam mengubah preferensi politik. Melalui penggunaan bahasa yang sifatnya intimidatif tersebut maka kalangan blater telah mampu mengubah preferensi politik pemilih hingga berhasil memenangkan calon yang di usung. Antara penggunaan bahasa kekuasaan dan fenomena kemenangan calon kepala desa dalam kontestasi pilkades di beberapa tempat termasuk di desa Bajur tentu tidak lepas dari penggunaan bahasa kekuasaan dalam konteks manipulasi ideasional. Elit blater sebagai kelompok masyarakat yang berpengaruh di desa bajur memang sangat lihai menggunakan bahasa ancaman guna mengubah preferensi politik pemilih. Kedua Keterlibatan kelompok elit muda dalam proses pemilihan kepala desa telah mengubah iklim politik sekalgus perilaku pemilih setempat. Keberadaan kelompok elit blater tidak berdiri sendiri, ia lahir dari komunitas social dengan jejaring yang mengakar pada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas politik calon kelompok elit ini tidak bergerak sendiri melainkan mereka bergerak secara kolektif dengan melibatkan tokoh elit blater di desa lain. Bahkan dalam kondisi tertentu kehadiran mereka juga mendapatkan dukungan dari kalangan-kalangan elit-elit formal lainnya seperti aparat keamanan desa maupun kepolisian setempat.

Abstract

Deradicalization is the main strategy of the Indonesian government in countering terrorism in Indonesia. This effort is embedded in the main task of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT). Throughout 2017, there were 172 suspects in terrorism cases. This number is higher than in the previous two years, namely 163 in 2016 and 73 in 2015. Sumenep is one of the districts on the eastern tip of the island of Madura where the majority of its citizens are Muslims. members of Jamaah Islamiyah (JI) (Kompas daily 11 November 2021. The arrest of the alleged terrorists certainly captured a lot of public attention, including the largest religious organizations in Sumenep district, namely NU and Muhammadiyah. The purpose of this study was to find out how the progress of 2 religious organizations was This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, with primary and secondary data sources and uses data collection procedures of observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from the research are that the Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah social organization movements with their ideological basis and da'wah methods have a significant role in tackling radicalism movements, so that society in general can be protected from these movements, as well as structural and cultural forces that intensively guard social life.
