Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan jenis fungsi sintaksis yang dilesapkan dalam kalimat majemuk bahasa Indonesia, (2) mendeskripsikan kategori sintaksis yang menjadi anteseden pada pelesapan fungsi sintaksis dalam kalimat majemuk bahasa Indonesia, dan (3) mendeskripsikan kesesuaian fungsi dan peran konstituen yang berkoreferensi pada pelesapan fungsi sintaksis dalam kalimat majemuk bahasa Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah kalimat majemuk bahasa Indonesia, baik setara maupun bertingkat yang mengalami pelesapan fungsi sintaksis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi (1) surat kabar harian Kedaulatan Rakyat, (2) majalah Kartini, (3) novel Kafilah-Kafilah Cinta, (4) novel Syair Panjang Aceh, (5) roman Anak Semua Bangsa, (6) kumpulan cerpen Lelaki Ikan. Metode dan teknik yang digunakan dalam penyediaan data adalah metode simak dengan teknik catat. Metode dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode agih dengan teknik bagi unsur langsung, teknik balik, teknik lesap dan teknik ganti. Metode penyajian hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode informal dan formal. Hasil penelitian pelesapan fungsi sintaksis dalam kalimat majemuk bahasa Indonesia adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Jenis fungsi sintaksis yang dilesapkan dalam kalimat majemuk bahasa Indonesia mencakup (a) pelesapan fungsi sintaksis dalam kalimat majemuk setara yang meliputi pelesapan subjek, pelesapan predikat, dan pelesapan objek, (b) pelesapan fungsi sintaksis dalam kalimat majemuk bertingkat adalah pelesapan subjek. (2) Kategori sintaksis yang menjadi anteseden pada pelesapan fungsi sintaksis dalam kalimat majemuk bahasa Indonesia mencakup (a) kategori anteseden pada kalimat majemuk setara terdiri atas kata dan frasa, (b) kategori anteseden pada kalimat majemuk bertingkat terdiri atas kata dan frasa. (3) Kesesuaian fungsi dan peran konstituen yang berkoreferensi pada pelesapan fungsi sintaksis dalam kalimat majemuk bahasa Indonesia mencakup (a) kesesuaian fungsi dan peran pada kalimat majemuk setara meliputi koreferensi fungsi, koreferensi peran, dan koreferensi fungsi dan peran, (b) kesesuaian fungsi dan peran pada kalimat majemuk bertingkat meliputi koreferensi fungsi dan koreferensi peran.

Abstract

Learning the book Al-Fiyah Ibn Malik in Islamic boarding schools is one of the important aspects of Islamic religious education in Indonesia. This book, written by Ibn Malik, contains the basic rules of Arabic, especially in the fields of nahwu (grammar) and sharf (the science of word changes). In the context of Islamic boarding school education, learning Al-Fiyah not only focuses on mastering Arabic theory, but also becomes a means to deepen religious texts in Arabic, such as the Qur'an and Hadith. Therefore, the implementation of learning al-Fiyah in Islamic boarding schools has a very strategic role in improving religious understanding and Arabic language skills of students. This research is a combination of library research and field research. Learning Al-Fiyah Ibn Malik at the Hikmatul Ulum AsySyari'Fuddin Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya City uses two methods, namely sorogan and bandongan. The obstacles faced during the learning process are: 1) difficulty in memorizing verses of poetry; 2) Time constraints; 3) Differences in student ability levels. Some of these obstacles are overcome with an individual approach and gradual teaching.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of organizational commu nication media in increasing member participation and awareness at the Rumah Hijau Medan Community Learning Center (PKBM). Organizational communication media is expected to be an effective tool in establishing better relationships between PKBM managers and members, as well as increasing their awareness and involvement in various activities. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and direct observation of PKBM members and managers at Rumah Hijau.The research results indicate that the communication media used, such as social media, bulletins, and regular meetings, have a significant influence on increasing member participation in organized programs. In addition, communication media also contribute to raising members' awareness of social and educational activities at PKBM. This study provides recommendations for maximizing the use of communication media as a strategy to strengthen the relationship between the organization and its members, as well as to encourage active participation in various activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs for developing the Merdeka Curriculum in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Character, based on local wisdom at the senior high school level, with a focus on the cultural context of West Java communities. The background of this research lies in the predominance of textual and normative approaches in PAI instruction, which have not fully accommodated local values such as religious traditions, regional languages, and living cultural practices within society. Using a mixed-methods approach with a concurrent triangulation design, data were collected through questionnaires and interviews involving 373 students and 191 PAI teachers from five public senior high schools in West Java. The findings indicate that more than 70% of respondents support the integration of local wisdom values into the PAI curriculum. The most prominent aspects include the need for contextual learning guidelines, the scarcity of locally relevant textbooks, and the importance of using regional languages in delivering religious materials. The study concludes that developing a PAI curriculum adaptive to local cultural contexts is not only crucial for enhancing the relevance of learning but also strategic in shaping an inclusive, moderate religious identity rooted in students’ social realities. The results of this needs analysis are expected to serve as both a conceptual and practical foundation for designing a PAI curriculum that is contextual and responsive to the dynamics of Indonesia’s multicultural society.

Abstract

Dependence on reward and punishment systems in shaping student behavior remains a significant issue in modern education, particularly at the junior secondary level. This study aims to explore the implementation of the Kindness Strategy in the guidance and counseling process as an alternative method to foster student integrity through Islamic character education at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Giri. A qualitative descriptive method was used, employing data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving school counselors, Islamic education teachers, and students from grades VII to IX. Findings indicate that many students display psychological symptoms such as anxiety, social withdrawal, and reliance on external validation, which hinder the development of intrinsic motivation and moral self-awareness. The Kindness Strategy—rooted in Islamic values such as Tazkiyatun Nafs (soul purification) and Akhlakul Karimah (noble character)—offers a humanistic and empathetic approach through reflective practices (muhasabah), structured habits, supportive social interactions, and emotional reinforcement. The transformation identified includes increased self-awareness, responsibility, and empathy among students. This suggests that character development based on kindness and Islamic values is more sustainable than behavior models driven by fear or material rewards. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating the Kindness Strategy into Islamic character education as a transformational approach to nurture morally upright and emotionally resilient students.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of reward methods to increase student learning enthusiasm in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lessons at Muhammadiyah Kedanyang Elementary School in Gresik. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR), with two cycles involving all second-grade students as research subjects. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and oral tests to describe changes in student motivation before and after the implementation of rewards. The results showed a significant increase in student learning motivation after the teacher consistently provided rewards, both in the form of tangible rewards such as stickers and non-tangible rewards such as praise and recognition. Students became more active, enthusiastic, and proactive in participating during the learning process, and demonstrated improved attendance and punctuality in submitting assignments. Although some challenges, such as potential dependency on rewards, were encountered, the teacher was able to overcome them by implementing the principle of reward-giving wisely and in a balanced manner. These findings demonstrate that rewards can be an effective strategy in fostering student learning motivation and positive behavior in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in elementary schools.

Abstract

The competition among educational institutions demands improvement in service quality as a key marketing strategy. Good service quality not only builds a positive image for the institution, but also encourages student satisfaction and interest. The purpose of this study is to identify a quality-based educational marketing strategy to increase student interest. This study used a qualitative approach, with a case study method. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) An effective Islamic education marketing strategy is rooted in the integration of Islamic values and service quality as the basis for forming a positive image of the institution. 2) MTs Al Hidayah excels with a humanistic approach based on empathy and service flexibility, while MTs Daarul Uluum PUI excels through a structured and institutional quality management system. 3) Visionary leadership, teacher competence, and spiritual value-based communication are key factors in building public trust and loyalty. 4) The main obstacles include a lack of quality systematization, documentation, and digital promotion innovation, which have an impact on the limited reach and professionalism of marketing. Strategic solutions include strengthening data-based quality management, increasing human resource capacity, community partnerships, and optimizing digital communication to create sustainable Islamic education marketing that has da'wah value.
