Abstract

Abstrak— Redesain pondok pesantren Sultan Hasanuddin di Kabupaten Gowa Sulawesi-Selatan  dilakukan dengan pertimbangan bahwa landscape pada kawasan tersebut yang tidak tertata   sehingga   diperlukan   pembenahan   agar   dapat   tercapai   elemen perancangan yang baik. Metode yang dilakukan dalam redesen pondok pesantren ini adalah studi literatur mengupulkan data, studi presentatif melalui internet, dan studi lapangan dengan melakukan survey langsung ke lapangan dan mengamati   lingkungan   objek   serta   faktor-faktor   pendukung   dengan meninjau langsung pada pondok pesantren . Langka awal yang dilakukan ialah dengan menganalisis tata guna lahan, bentuk dan massa bangunan, sirkulasi dan parkir, pedestrian, aktivitas pendukung, papan iklan, preservasi, dan konservasi. Kemudian dilakukan juga desain kembali bangunan mesjid, aula, gedung guru,  ruang kelas, gor, asrama, ruang praktikum, laboratorium bahasa arab dan bahasa inggris, perpustakaan, dapur, koperasi, warung internet, ruang kursus komputer, dan poliklinik. Kata kunci: Redesain, Pondok Pesantren Sultan Hasanuddin, Landscape

Abstract

A clean environment is very important because it has a big impact on children's health and growth. Children's growth can also be disrupted due to a polluted environment. ODF behavior can be a factor in stunting in an area. Open Defecation Free (ODF) in Indonesia is still a problem, 33 out of 34 provinces in Indonesia are still not 100% verified as ODF, in Bekasi district itself there are still many areas that carry out ODF behavior and the reduction in stunting cases has not yet reached the target.This community service uses counseling and training methods.The aim of this research is to achieve "Zero Stunting and ODF" in order to build a cleaner and more advanced village. There are still places that need better village development, because most houses in Jayalaksana Village do not have proper sanitation or waste disposal, thereby polluting the water while the water is still used by local residents for washing. It can be concluded that this community service activity has a positive impact which can help residents in thinking and planning development.

Abstract

This article is written to report the result of the writer’s Community Service Program. There are many elementary schools in Desa Setialaksana that does not make English Language a mandatory subject in their school. Whereas in reality, the importance of the English language as the standard language in many sectors has made it necessary for people to learn it especially from a younger age. To handle this situation, a short educational program was made to introduce the English language to the children in Desa Setialaksana. The target of this program was the 3rd grade students in SD Negeri Setialaksana 02. The program itself was held three times over the course of two weeks, during which the children learned basic English vocabulary and engaged in various games to hold their interest. Through this program, the students got to acquire some new basic English vocabularies which helped in introducing them to the English language. The program was able to reach its goal for the students became interested to learn the English language.

Abstract

Community service activities related to increasing community participation in infrastructure planning and development aim to find out and analyse community participation in infrastructure development and see the supporting factors for community participation in the implementation of development in Jayalaksana Village, Cabang Bungin District. The methods used are community education and training. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used in this research are direct observation and implementation of the programme at the location and documentation. The results of this service activity show that the participation of the Jayalaksana Village community in infrastructure development is quite good, because the community provides assistance in the form of thoughts, and labour. This shows that some community members know and are active in a series of community service activities carried out to minimise damage to village infrastructure due to littering by some people. There are several things that influence the community in participating, the existence of socialisation, opportunity, and leader factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is to provide an understanding to mosque teenagers regarding how to be a good bilal and khatib and to find solutions to existing problems related to the lack of of appearance of teenagers in the mosque. The training was conducted in the form of training on how to be a bilal and khatib for teenagers in Jayasampurna Village, Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. The formulationof the problems raised in this training is related to the function of the bilal and preacher which is very important in Islamic preaching, so that the preacher must be delivered in a language that is easily understood by the congregation, except for the pillars of the preacher. In addition, the increase in the quantity of mosques also creates new problems, especially for the bilal and khutbah. Currently, bilal and khatib are still dominates by the older generation. To find alternative solutions to the above problems, a training program was held to become bilal and khatib for teenagers in Jayasampurna Village. The targets of this training were 23 teenagers consisting of 19 male teenagers and 4 female teenagers. The results of this activity are (1) providing an understanding to mosque teenagers about how to become a good and correct bilal and khatib (2) giving confidence to teenagers when becoming a bilal and khatib (3) being one the solutions for mosque administrators when they want to carry out Friday prayers by empowering local residents.

Abstract

The process of making beads and rings from beads is a handicraft that requires high skill and accuracy. Handicrafts in the form of tasbih hangers from beads have become a trend that is in demand by teenagers, because diverse colors, sizes and types of beads can affect the beauty of the product. The purpose of this program is so that the participants always remember Allah SWT, can develop creativity and exercise patience in themselves, and become new ideas for the future. The author uses demonstration and training methods, so that participants can implement them in everyday life. The Program was carried out in Class 8 of SMPN 1 Serang Baru, on Seelasa day, February 27, 2024 at 10.00 WIB, with a target number of 31 students. The results of this activity showed a high enthusiasm of participants in making handicrafts from beads of various shapes and colors. This activity has a positive impact on the community, one of which can build a business to help the economy. The author hopes that after the implementation of this activity, people can apply the knowledge that has been obtained.

Abstract

This pragmatic study explained three research problems, namely (1) form and meaning of nggahi panati in the marriage proposal process of Bimanese custom, (2) the significance of speech act nggahi panati in the marriage proposal process of Bimanese custom, and (3) implication of study of speech act nggahi panati in the marriage proposal process of Bimanese custom towards development of local content at schools. The data were occurrences of speech act nggahi panati in the marriage proposal process of Bimanese custom and informants. Forms of speech act nggahi panati were used in three steps, namely proposal step in form of sodi ntaru, proposal core step in form of wi’i nggahi or pita nggahi, and post-proposal step in form of wa’a co’i. The forms and meanings of speech act nggahi panati in the marriage proposal process of Bimanese custom are described through the expressions or idioms and use of patu or pantun (traditional poetry). The significance of speech act nggahi panati in the marriage proposal process of Bimanese custom has communicative functions in the forms whose categories are classified based on representative, directive, commisive, expressive, and declarative speech acts; in the cooperative principles based on maxim of quantity, quality, relevance, and manner; and in the good manner principles determined based on scales of formality, firmlessness, and friendship. Implication of analysis of speech act nggahi panati in the marriage proposal process of Bimanese custom is in the recommendation for learning of local content in local dialect in schools; which are implied in the aspects of conversation, communication, good language manner, language use, and cultural values.

Abstract

Foreign language teaching is a medium to raise students’ inter-cultural understanding, awareness, and sensitivity important for establishing tolerant mindset in multi-ethnic community. However, the use of literary works in foreign language teaching, for example TESOL, which could elevate intercultural competence since they promote respect and appreciation, is almost unexplored. This paper examined to which extent the values of moderation are presented during the teaching of literature and explicated in the curriculum, as well as the course outline of literary courses in three participating Indonesian Islamic Universities. This case study research collected data through a semi-structured interview with three lecturers English Literature Department, Walian University (pseudonym) administered under Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs and were analysed through critical exploratory lens. The results demonstrate that lecturers face complex issues regarding the incorporation and promotion of moderation values during the teaching of literature. Yet, the curriculum, on the other hand, has not embedded those values but are manifested in the teaching and learning process from the selection of teaching materials or learning activities. The lecturers remain the main actors in uplifting the introduction of moderate attitude during the teaching of literature.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan media sinema edukasi dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar peserta didik di SDN 44 Mande kota Bima Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi masalah pada lokasi penelitian. Dimana lokasi tersebut adalah lokasi yang sama saat peneliti mendapatkan penempatan kampus mengajar, masih banyak ditemukan peserta didik yang tidak fokus saat belajar dan itu dialami oleh banyak peserta didik sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian terkait judul tersebut. Dalam proses pembelajaran metode ajar yang baik bisa menambah fokus dan konsentrasi peserta didik seperti dengan media sinema edukasi saat proses belajar agar siswa tidak jenuh sehingga mengakibatkan hilangnya konsentrasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitan kuantitatif dengan metode pre eksperimen yaitu penelitian eksperimen yang dilaksanakan pada satu kelompok saja yang dinamakan kelompok eksperimen tanpa ada kelompok pembanding one group pretest-posttest (tes awal-tes akhir kelompok tunggal). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah peserta didik yang ada di SDN 44 Mande Kota Bima yang berjumlah 138 peserta diidik, sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 orang peserta didik 15%) yang terdapat pada kelas V dan VI. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan rumus paired sampel t-test, sedangkan untuk mengukur Tingkat efektifitas menggunakan nilai N gain score. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan maka di dapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan sinema edukasi berada pada rentang 56-75 kategori cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi peserta didik. Berdasarkan nilai t hitung > t-tabel (15.140>2.093 ) sehingga dapat diputuskan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak sehingga kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan sinema edukasi cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar peserta didik

Abstract

Ngemplak District is a center for tilapia fish seed production. There are a number of obstacles experienced, namely increasingly tight competition in the seed production business, lack of concentration of human resources in seed production, and seed quality that is not in line with market demand. Based on this problem, the objectives of the study are: to understand the entrepreneurial characteristics of tilapia fish seed producers, to understand the level of entrepreneurial competence possessed by tilapia fish seed producers, to understand the level of entrepreneurial orientation of tilapia fish seed producers, and to understand the influence of characteristics, competence and entrepreneurial orientation on the entrepreneurial performance of tilapia fish seed producers in Ngemplak District. Data processing uses frequency distribution tabulation and arithmetic mean from the Likert scale and regression analysis. The study was conducted on fifty-one seed producers in the Mina Ngremboko Group and Siwar Putih. The results of the study prove: the entrepreneurial characteristics of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District are very high, the entrepreneurial competence of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District is high, the entrepreneurial orientation of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District is high, the characteristics, competence and entrepreneurial orientation significantly influence the entrepreneurship of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District. The results of the study have the potential to improve the economy by maximizing the entrepreneurial performance of tilapia fish breeders in Ngemplak District.
