Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and incentive on the performance case on the courier PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya Branch. The research method used in a quantitative method with with a survey approach to 120 respondents who live in Tasikmalaya city. The data analsysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this test, it proves that workload and incentives have a significant effect simultaneously on courier performance at PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya Branch. Based on the test results, workload partially has a significant negative effect on courier performance and incentive partially have a positive effect on courier performance PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Human Relations and Work Commitment on Civil Servant Work Discipline at the Tasikmalaya Regency Transportation, Communication and Informatics Office (DISHUBKOMINFO). This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were 81 civil servants of the Transportation, Communication and Information Technology Office (DISHUBKOMINFO) of Tasikmalaya Regency. The sampling technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that Human Relations and Work Commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on the work discipline of civil servants at the Transportation, Communication and Information Technology Office (DISHUBKOMINFO) of Tasikmalaya Regency. Human Relations partially has a significant effect on the work discipline of civil servants at the Office of Transportation, Communication and Information Technology (DISHUBKOMINFO) Tasikmalaya Regency.  Work Commitment partially has a significant effect on the work discipline of civil servants at the Office of Transportation Communication and Informatics (DISHUBKOMINFO) Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee work productivity at the Althaf Kawalu Tasikmalaya convection. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with an assessment sample of 40 respondents from Althaf Kawalu Tasikmalaya employees. The data used in this research is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Althaff Kawalu Tasikmalaya convection. Likewise, the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee work productivity. partially, work discipline has a significant effect on the work productivity of Althaf Kawalu Tasikmalaya convection employees.

Abstract

PPUPIK “PENA PRIMA” Pendidikan Anak Berpribadi Mulia merupakan salah bentuk wirausaha potensial yang sudah berhasil dikembangkan di tahun pertama. Berdasarkan survei yang menyatakan bahwa banyak ibu yang harus bekerja kembali setelah melahirkan menjadi penyebab kekhawatiran dan keterbatasan ibu dalam mengasuh anak, ditambah lagi kesulitan mendapat pengasuh yang tepat untuk anaknya. Oleh karena itu dikembangkan unit usaha melalui program TPA Ramah Anak, yaitu TPA yang berperspektif Hak Anak terpadu dengan sekoah musik PENA PRIMA, Tujuan dari kegiatan PPUPIKini adalah menumbuhkan sifat kewirausahaan untuk memperoleh profit sebagai tambahan sumber pemasukan Program Studi PG PAUD Universitas PGRI Semarang, dapat meringankan beban ibu-ibu dalam mengasuh dan merawat anak, sehingga para ibu lebih fokus, tenang dan nyaman dalam bekerja. Lebih lanjut, program PPUPIK juga berfungsi sebagai laboratorium bagi mahasiswa PAUD untuk belajar pendidikan anak Batita. Sedangkan tujuan khususnya adalah mendirikan PENA PRIMA secara terpadu dan bertahap yang nantinya menjadi imagebrand dari Program Studi PGPAUD Universitas PGRI Semarang. Luaran yang akan dihasilkan unit PPUPIK dalam tahun kedua ini adalah NPSN, sinkronisasi DAPODIK, jumlah siswa TPA sebanyak 25 anak, jasa antar jemput peserta didik TPA dengan jumlah pelanggan 8, dan Sekolah musik Pena Prima denga  8 peserta didik

Abstract

Medicinal plants are plants with medicinal properties that can relieve pain, increase the body's resistance and kill disease germs. Saga leaves (Abrus precatorius L.) contain flavonoids, saponins and alkaloids which can function as antifungals. Flavonoids is a compound that has an antifungal effect so it can play a role in the healing process of canker sores caused by the fungus Candida albicans. The aim of this research is to determine innovation, antifungal activity and physical evaluation test results of saga leaf extract effervescent powder (Abrus precatorius L). Testing for the activity of the Candida albicans fungus was carried out by the agar diffusion method using disc paper. Evaluation of effervescent powder preparations includes organoleptic observations including shape, color, odor and taste. Apart from that, a flow rate test, pH test and dissolution time test were carried out. The research results showed that all preparations met the requirements based on the literature with the organoleptic test results being in powder form, green in color, and had a sweet and sour taste which did not change during the test. The pH test results for F1 were 6.25, F2 6.5 and F3 7. The flow speed test for F1 was 1.20 seconds, F2 1.24 seconds and F3 1.33 seconds. Test flow time for F1 2.31 minutes, F2 2.43 minutes and F3 2.27 minutes. Meanwhile, the antifungal test showed the diameter of the inhibition zone for the Candida albicans fungus. F1 of 17.16 mm is included in the strong category, F2 of 13.83 mm is included in the strong category and F3 10.66 mm is included in the strong category.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the competitiveness of the Tasikmalaya Regency tourism sector and to find out the factors that determine and influence competitiveness as well as strategies that can be taken to increase the competitiveness of the tourism sector. The data used is secondary and primary data, namely GRDP data for Tasikmalaya Regency in 2017-2021 and supporting tourism-related data as well as in-depth interviews with the Tasikmalaya Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Department (DISPARPORA). In this research, the Porter's Diamond model approach was carried out which was calculated using a composite index and quadrant analysis. The results of the shift share analysis show that in 2017-2021 the tourism sector experienced rapid growth and was able to compete with the same sector at the national level. In line with the shift share results, the results of analysis using the Porter's diamond model approach show that the Tasikmalaya Regency tourism sector has quite good competitiveness compared to its comparison provinces. Factors that have advantages in determining competitiveness are related supporting industry factors and factor conditions. Abstract

ABSTRAKPT. Labai Persada Tambang merupakan perusahaan pertambangan dengan komoditas tambang bauksit, seluas 13.770 Ha. Keselamatan kerja pada tahap muat angkut dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan identifikasi potensi bahaya, penilaian risiko, dan pengendalian risiko. Identifikasi potensi bahaya dan risiko pada tahap muat dan angkut menggunakan metode hazard identification risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC), penilaian risiko menggunakan metode analisis risiko semi kuantitatif berdasarkan Australian Standard/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS) 4360: 2004 dengan menggunakan parameter kemungkinan, paparan, dan konsekuensi. Data didapat dengan melakukan observasi langsung dilapangan dan kuesioner yang diisi oleh pekerja yang ada dilapangan. Hasil identifikasi dari potensi bahaya terdapat sebanyak 38 risiko yang mungkin terjadi, risiko dengan nilai tertinggi pada tahap pemuatan (loading) yaitu, risiko unit dump truck tumbang dengan nilai risiko (750), pada tahap pemuatan (hauling) yaitu, risiko tabrakan antar unit yang berlawanan arah dengan nilai risiko (1500), serta pada tahap dumping yaitu, risiko tertimbun material dengan nilai risiko (600), semua risiko tersebut termasuk dalam tingkat risiko very high. Pengendalian secara umum yaitu pengendalian engineering dengan melakukan perbaikan jalan pada tikungan dan tanjakan yang melampaui standar.Kata Kunci : Bahaya, HIRARC, Identifikasi, Pengendalian, RisikoABSTRACTPT. Labai Persada Tambang is a mining company with bauxite mining commodities, covering an area of 13,770 Ha. Occupational safety at the load and carry stage can affect work effectiveness, therefore it is necessary to identify potential hazards, risk assessment, and risk control. Identification of potential hazards and risks at the load and transport stage uses the hazard identification risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC) method, risk assessment uses a semi-quantitative risk analysis method based on Australian Standard/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS) 4360: 2004 using probability parameters, exposure, and consequences. Data were obtained by direct observation in the field and questionnaires filled in by workers in the field. The results of the identification of the potential hazards are as many as 38 risks that may occur, the risk with the highest value is at the loading stage, that is, the risk of the dump truck unit collapsing with a risk value of (750), at the hauling stage, that is, the risk of collisions between units in the opposite direction to the risk value (1500), and at the dumping stage, namely, the risk of material accumulation with a risk value of (600), all of these risks are included in the very high-risk level. General control, namely engineering control by carrying out road repairs on bends and inclines that exceed the standard.Keywords : Hazard, HIRARC, Identification, Control, Risk
