Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran ayah dalam pengasuhan pasca partisipasi dalam program Sekolah Ayah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 3 ayah peserta program beserta istri mereka. Analisis tematik menunjukkan perubahan pandangan dan pendekatan ayah terhadap pengasuhan. Sebelum program, peran ayah cenderung otoriter dan terbatas pada penyedia finansial, dengan keterlibatan emosional yang minim. Setelah program, ayah mulai mengadopsi pendekatan yang lebih responsif, menyadari pentingnya komunikasi, dan berkontribusi dalam perkembangan psikologis serta emosional anak. Ibu mencatat peningkatan keterlibatan ayah, termasuk partisipasi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari anak, berbagi tanggung jawab rumah tangga, dan pengambilan keputusan bersama, menciptakan dinamika keluarga yang lebih harmonis. Temuan ini menunjukkan program Sekolah Ayah efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan ayah. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk membandingkan ayah peserta program dengan yang tidak, guna mengevaluasi perbedaan dampak pengasuhan terhadap anak.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a non-communicable disease whose prevalence continues to increase globally and is a major risk factor for various cardiovascular complications. Self-management is an important aspect of hypertension control, as successful therapy depends not only on medical treatment, but also on the patient's active role in managing lifestyle, adherence to therapy, and regular blood pressure monitoring. However, many hypertensive patients experience difficulties in implementing effective self-management, which may result in a decrease in their quality of life. Objective of the study: Analyzing the relationship between self-management and the quality of life of hypertensive patients. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative research using a Cross sectional design. The sample used in this research was 68 respondents, with the data collection technique used was accidental sampling. The questionnaire used was in the form of the Hypertension Self Management Behavior Quetionnair (HSMBQ) and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires with the data analysis used being a bivariate analysis, namely the Chi-Square test. Results: based on the results of the study, it was found that the majority of self-managemet respondents in the poor category were 28 people (41.2%). the majority of respondents' quality of life in the poor category were 25 respondents (36.8). based on the results of testing with the Chi-Square test, it was found that there was a relationship between self-managemet and quality of life, the p value = <0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek dalam peningkatan kinerja anggota kelompok tani adalah berjalannya kepemimpinan transformasional dari ketua kelompok dalam kelompok tani itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian ini (1) Diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 3.945 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan nilai FTabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 5 %). Yang berati bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) dan Motivasi kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan Kinerja Anggota kelompok tani di desa Gunung Tanjung. (2) Hasil uji serempak diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar yang menunjukan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan Motivasi kerja memiliki kemampuan menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel kinerja anggota sebesar 47,6%. (3) Hasil uji antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja anggota diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,064 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas gaya kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kinerja anggota adalah sebesar 0,4 % (4) Hasil uji antara Motivasi kerja dengan kinerja anggota diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.394 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh Motivasi kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 15.5. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya upaya pemberdayaan perempuan untuk mencapai kesetaraan gender, khususnya di tingkat desa di mana perempuan sering kali menghadapi keterbatasan dalam akses dan peran dibandingkan laki-laki. Penelitian ini berupaya mengkaji bagaimana pengembangan kapasitas dan pemberdayaan perempuan dalam program Desa Ramah Perempuan dan Peduli Anak (DRPPA) di Kalurahan Wedomartani, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta, dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan peran perempuan di tingkat desa. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus, penelitian ini menggali proses pemberdayaan dan pengembangan kapasitas yang dilakukan dalam program DRPPA. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Kalurahan Wedomartani telah berhasil memenuhi seluruh target indikator yang ditetapkan oleh program DRPPA, menjadikan program ini sebagai model pemberdayaan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan, yang mampu mendorong partisipasi perempuan secara signifikan dalam pembangunan desa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation and leadership style on employee performance at CV. Giri Putra in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a census approach to 45 respondents who are employees of CV. Giri Putra. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis testing found that Compensation and Leadership Style simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at CV. Giri Putra in Tasikmalaya City. Partial Compensation has no significants effect on Employee Performance at CV. Giri Putra in Tasikmalaya City and Leadership Style partially have a significant effect on Employee Performance at CV. Giri Putra in Tasikmalaya City.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work facilities and compensation on employee performance at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur, Tasikmalaya Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method of 80 respondents who are employees of PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur, Tasikmalaya Branch. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that work facilities and compensation have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price perception and promotional strategies on social media on the decision to use ASA photography services in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of ASA Photography. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that price perceptions and promotion strategies on social media have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the consumer's decision to use ASA photography in the city of Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on turnover intention at CV. Gudang Cell Tasikmalaya. The research method used is quantitative, data obtained through questionnaires to employees of CV. Gudang Cell Tasikmalaya sales department as many as 45 respondents. Sample withdrawal using saturated samples and the analytical tool used is the path analysis method. The results showed that workload had a significant effect on work stress at CV. Gudang Cell Tasikmalaya. Workload does not have a significant effect on turnover intention at CV. Gudang Cell Tasikmalaya. Work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention at CV. Gudang Cell Tasikmalaya. Workload has a significant effect on turnover intention through job stress at CV. Gudang Cell Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of human resource quality, work commitment on CV employee performance. Wirabuana Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The objects of this research are CV employees. Wirabuana Tasikmalaya, with a sampling technique using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the Quality of Human Resources and Work Commitment on Employee Performance. Quality of Human Resources partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance and Work Commitment partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance of CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) as an effective classroom intervention to enhance critical thinking skills among junior high school students in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach with a pretest-posttest design, the intervention engaged ninth-grade students in collaborative problem-solving activities integrated into their regular curriculum. Data collected from standardized critical thinking assessments, observations, and student work showed significant improvement in students' critical thinking abilities after the PBL intervention. Specifically, students demonstrated enhanced analytical reasoning, argument analysis, and evidence-based evaluation skills, with average posttest scores rising from less critical to critical categories, reflecting improvements of over 20% across key indicators. Observations also revealed increased student engagement, collaboration, and confidence in articulating solutions. Despite challenges such as teacher preparedness, time constraints, and uneven participation, the study highlights the transformative potential of PBL in fostering higher-order thinking skills. Recommendations include targeted professional development, structured scaffolding, and leveraging technology to optimize implementation. These findings support PBL as a valuable pedagogical strategy to cultivate critical thinking, preparing junior high school students for complex problem-solving demands in the 21st century.
