Abstract

Salah satu penyebab kerusakan lingkungan hidup adalah adanya kebakaran lahan gambut. Seperti kasus kebakaran lahan gambut di Kalimantan milik PT Agri Bumi Sentosa dalam Putusan Nomor 816/Pdt.G/LH/2021/PN Jkt.Pst. Adanya kebakaran lahan gambut ini menyebabkan kerugian baik materiil maupun non materiil dan memberikan banyak dampak pada lingkungan hidup. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya karakteristik yang unik pada lahan gambut menyebabkan lahan gambut yang sudah terbakar tidak dapat pulih seperti sedia kala. Oleh karena itu dalam mengatasi hal tersebut perlu adanya etika lingkungan hidup sebagai solusi kerusakan lingkungan hidup. Penulisan kajian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis kajianh kepustakaan (library research). Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah library research yang merupakan pengumpula data penunjang berasal dari buku, jurnal, artikel, dokumen, dan media online. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber kajian yang berasal dari buku, jurnal, artikel, dokumen, dan media online yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan dalam penulisan kajian ini.

Abstract

The advancement of technology in the information sector drives every company or organization to stay updated, particularly in terms of information technology developments that are relevant to their operations. Pharmaceutical companies that supply drugs to pharmacies and hospitals play a crucial role in tracking drug inventory, ensuring both viable stock and expired medications are properly recorded. This ensures that drug stock is well-managed and can be distributed efficiently to meet demand. This research aims to develop a raw material inventory application for a pharmaceutical company. To address issues present in the existing system. The development of the raw material inventory system in a pharmaceutical company incorporates database design and system interface design.

Abstract

This study analyzes the comparison of lateral and inferential reading comprehension levels between high school and college students in Lamongan Regency using a quantitative approach. The participants included 300 high school students and 372 college students. Data were collected through reading comprehension tests and analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test to determine significant differences. The results showed that the average lateral comprehension score was 60.145 for high school students and 63.135 for college students. The Mann-Whitney test yielded a value of 45.693, with a p-value of 0.000, indicating a very significant difference. For inferential comprehension, the average score for college students was 56.99, while for high school students, it was 44.92. The Mann-Whitney test yielded 19,597.5, with a p-value of 0.0000862, confirming a significant difference. These findings suggest that college students have significantly higher lateral and inferential reading comprehension than high school students. This difference may be influenced by educational experience, critical thinking skills, and exposure to complex texts at the college level.

Abstract

The researcher noticed, in the process of teaching the Arabic language, especially in the second grade of primary school at Jannatul Naeem Falankaraya Institute, that teaching the Arabic language, especially the reading skill, is surrounded by many problems, so that the desired goal of education has not been fully achieved. The morphology book is one of the means that will be used to develop the reading skill, because the researcher finds that in the second grade of primary school, the students have learned grammar and the book used there is the text of Ajrumiyyah, but unfortunately the students have not studied morphology. Based on the above, the researcher wanted to solve this problem by conducting scientific research using the morphology book and the effectiveness of its use in teaching reading skills to students in this school. The approach used by the researcher is the quantitative approach. The result of using the morphology book in the Arabic language in an experimental group is effective because the score reached a score of 4.39 for the experimental group, this number is greater than the score of 4.39 for the The table is at the significance level of 5% and 1%. The t-score is 2.08 for the control group, which is smaller than the t-score in the table at the significance level of 5% and 1%..

Abstract

Banjir Merupakan bencana alam yang sering terjadi di beberapa daerah di indonesia salah satunya ada di daerah Komplek Ciledug Indah 1 Tangerang. Lokasi yang sudah disebutkan, berdekatan dengan sungai angke yang sering terjadi banjir dikarenakan Sungai ini mengalir dari Kawasan bogor melewati kota Tangerang menuju laut jawa. Untuk menghindari resiko korban jiwa dan meminimalisir kerugian materi. Peneliti mengembangakan sistem Mendeteksi ketinggian air menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 dan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, yang terhubung dengan Telegram. Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi ketinggian air secara real-time. Data ketinggian air akan di kirimkan ke mikrokontroler yang akan memproses sistem informasi dan menentukan status bahaya banjir. Sistem akan otomatis mengirimkan notifikasi Telegram kepada pengguna jika ketinggian sudah mecapai batas yang ditentukan.

Abstract

Distance learning (PJJ) is a learning that is widely applied in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. PJJ which is based on technology media requires an appropriate and acceptable learning design. This learning also includes the concept of independent learning in it. The concept of Independent Learning contains the concept of freedom and is correlated with the learning process that involves aspects of culture, local wisdom literacy, socio-economics and infrastructure. The learning design used uses the ASSURE model (analyze, state, select media, utilize, requires, evaluate and revise). The purpose of developing a local wisdom literacy-based story learning design is to provide an alternative learning design that is adjusted to the preservation of cultural values in the environment around students digitally. Development begins with a needs test then a design trial. The result is that learning goes well and 100 percent of student scores are above the KKM, which is 75. The scores are divided into knowledge scores and skills scores. The average student knowledge score is 86. The average student skill score based on the results of student short stories is 83. This local wisdom literacy-based learning design has also received a positive response from teachers and students.

Abstract

The holy month of Ramadan is a significant period for Muslims to observe fasting. During fasting, maintaining a strong immune system is crucial for staying healthy and energetic. One natural way to boost immunity is by consuming herbal beverages. In support of public health during Ramadan, the Regional Leadership Council (DPC) of the Indonesian Association of Traditional Herbal Medicine Practitioners (Aspetri) in Surabaya organized a community service program by distributing fresh rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa) herbal drinks. This initiative aimed to raise public awareness about the benefits of herbal medicine in maintaining immunity and to promote the use of natural remedies in daily life. The program involved distributing fresh rosella herbal drinks for free at several strategic locations in Surabaya. Rosella was chosen due to its high antioxidant content, vitamin C, and other bioactive compounds that contribute to boosting the immune system and maintaining metabolic balance during fasting. In addition to distributing herbal drinks, educational sessions were conducted to inform the public about the health benefits of herbal remedies. The results of this initiative showed a high level of enthusiasm among the public regarding the consumption of herbal drinks as a healthy alternative during Ramadan. This program also had a positive impact on increasing public awareness of preventive health measures through herbal-based solutions. Furthermore, it strengthened the role of DPC Aspetri Surabaya in educating and advocating for the integration of herbal medicine into a healthy lifestyle. Moving forward, it is hoped that this program can be continued and expanded to cover more areas and include a wider variety of natural herbal beverages.

Abstract

This study seeks to ascertain the efforts to enforce restorative justice especially through defamation crimes on social media twitter based on positive law and inhibiting and supporting factors in the enforcement of restorative justice in criminal defamation on twitter social media in Indonesia. The method being used for this research is normative and the data collection method to be used is Library Research. The results of this study indicate that the National Police Chief Regulation No. 8 of 2021 provides a legal basis for the integration of restorative justice in police actions against crimes related to information and electronic transactions. The Indonesian National Police responded to the growing legal needs by developing new ideas through the National Police Chief Circular Letter No. 08/2018 and SE/2/II/2021 on Ethical Cultural Awareness in Digital Space. The obstacles mainly arise from the lack of regulations, especially in the ITE Law which has not specifically accommodated restorative justice as a solution in cases of criminal information and electronic transactions. Besides the fact it requires a mutual agreement between the victim and the perpetrator, restorative justice also cannot be applied if the perpetrator uses an anonymous account that cannot be identified.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to critically analyze the legal protection for victims of revenge porn crimes in Indonesia based on victimology theory. This study used normative legal research methods, applying a statutory and victimology approach. The findings indicate that the existing regulations do not specifically address revenge porn, resulting in many victims facing difficulties in obtaining justice. Furthermore, the phenomena of victim blaming and slut shaming exacerbate the victims' conditions and hinder legal proceedings. This study recommends more inclusive legal reforms with a victimology-based approach to ensure protection and recovery for revenge porn victims.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact in all aspects of human life, such as in the health, education, social, economic and banking sectors. To restore the economic and banking sectors, the government through The Financial Services Authority issued Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 /POJK.03/2020 Tentang Stimulus Perekonomian Nasional Sebagai Kebijakan Countercyclical Dampak Penyebaran Coronavirus Disease 2019. One of the things described in POJK Number 11 /POJK.03/2020 is the implementation of credit or financing restructuring for debtors who were affected during the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation of this credit / financing restructuring has raised concerns about bank liquidity. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method by describing the phenomena that occur due to the impact of Covid-19 on the global and national economy, Indonesian government policies, and banking. The results showed that during the period March-September 2020 the average Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) in Islamic Commercial Banks showed a value of 79.31% where the highest ratio occurred in July with a ratio level of 81.03% and the lowest ratio occurred in September with a ratio of 77.06%. Under these conditions, in general the level of liquidity of Islamic commercial banks is categorized as healthy or liquid. The average FDR ratio in Sharia Business Units for the period March-September 2020 shows a value of 103.54% where the highest ratio occurred in May with an FDR ratio of 107.20% and the lowest ratio occurred in September with an FDR ratio of 95.87%. Under these conditions, in general the liquidity level of the Sharia Business Unit is categorized as less healthy or less liquid.Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam segala segi kehidupan manusia seperti dalam bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, sosial, ekonomi maupun sektor perbankan. Untuk memulihkan sektor ekonomi dan perbankan, pemerintah melalui Otoritas Jasa Keuangan mengeluarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 /POJK.03/2020 Tentang Stimulus Perekonomian Nasional Sebagai Kebijakan Countercyclical Dampak Penyebaran Coronavirus Disease 2019. Salah satu hal yang dijelaskan dalam POJK Nomor 11 /POJK.03/2020 adalah pemberlakuan restrukturisasi kredit atau pembiayaan bagi debitur yang terdampak selama pandemi Covid-19. Pemberlakuan restrukturisasi kredit/pembiayaan ini memunculkan kekhawatiran terhadap likuiditas bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak implementasi restrukturisasi pembiayaan terhadap likuiditas bank syariah pada situasi pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi akibat dampak Covid-19 terhadap perekonomian global maupun nasional, kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia, serta perbankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode Maret-September 2020 rata-rata rasio Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR)  pada Bank Umum Syariah menunjukkan nilai 79,31% dimana rasio tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Juli dengan tingkat rasio 81,03% dan rasio terendah terjadi pada bulan September dengan tingkat rasio 77,06%. Dengan kondisi tersebut, maka secara umum tingkat likuiditas bank umum syariah dikategorikan sehat atau likuid. Rata-rata rasio FDR pada Unit Usaha Syariah periode Maret-Septemer 2020 menunjukkan nilai 103,54% dimana rasio tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Mei dengan tingkat rasio FDR 107.20% dan rasio terendah terjadi pada bulan September dengan tingkat rasio FDR 95.87%. Dengan kondisi tersebut, maka secara umum tingkat likuiditas Unit Usaha Syariah dikategorikan kurang sehat atau kurang likuid.
