Abstract

In the dynamic landscape of current organizations, the performance of employees is a pivotal factor in achieving goals and maintaining competitiveness. A multitude of variables can significantly influence employee performance, with work discipline and work motivation being of particular importance. The Competency Development Center of PUPR VIII, located in the Makassar region, serves as the setting for this research, where the intricate interplay of these two variables on employee performance is investigated. This research seeks to ascertain the impact of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance within the ambit of the Competency Development Center of PUPR VIII, situated in the Makassar region. The research methodology employed is quantitative, utilizing a sample of 37 employees. Data analysis techniques encompass validity and reliability assessments, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, T-tests, and F-tests. The findings of this study affirm a significant correlation between work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) and employee performance (Y), substantiated by T-test and F-test analyses. Furthermore, the results demonstrate that the F-value exceeds the tabulated F-value (0.000 < 0.005). The coefficient of determination, R-square, amounts to 0.494%, underlining the influence of these variables on employee performance.

Abstract

The role of human resources is essential for an organization. In line with the development of the globalization era, all organizations/institutions are demanded to carry out their tasks responsibly to achieve good performance. One of the factors influencing this performance is work discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees at the Food Security Agency of Sinjai Regency. The research population consists of all 32 employees of the Food Security Agency of Sinjai Regency. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, where all 32 employees are taken as samples. The data from the questionnaires were processed using SPSS version 26.0 software.

Abstract

Employee performance plays a crucial role in achieving an organization’s goals. It is closely linked to the effects of work competence and work motivation. Recognizing this relationship, companies should focus on these factors to ensure that employee performance remains at an optimal level, thereby facilitating the attainment of the company’s iobjectives. iThis istudy iaims to: (1) iassess whether work competence has a partial ieffect on employee aperformance at the iEnrekang Regency Library and Archives Office; (2) evaluate whether work motivation has a partial effect on employee performance at the same office; and (3) examine whether work competence and work motivation together have a significant impact on employee performance at the Enrekang Regency Library and Archives Office. The population for this research consisted of all employees at the Enrekang Regency Library and Archives Office, totaling 58 individuals. The study utilized a quantitative research approach, surveying the entire population of 58 employees. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The variables included in this research are employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable, with work competence (X1) and work motivation (X2) serving as independent variables. For data analysis, multiple linear regression was employed, utilizing iStatistical Product iand iService iSolution (SPSS) iversion 23. The ifindings irevealed ithat: (1) work icompetence ihas a ipositive iand isignificant ipartial ieffect on iemployee performance at the iEnrekang iRegency iLibrary iand iArchives iOffice; (2) work motivation ialso ihas a ipositive and isignificant ipartial ieffect on iemployee performance at ithe isame ioffice; iand (3) iboth iwork icompetence and iwork imotivation itogether have a ipositive iand isignificant iimpact on iemployee iperformance at the Enrekang Regency iLibrary iand iArchives iOffice.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and product quality variables on repurchase decisions through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research employs a quantitative approach utilizing primary data obtained through questionnaires from respondents. The population in this study consists of 1,380 consumers of Yotta Tinumbu Branch, Makassar City, based on sales data from August to December. The sample in this study was selected using Hair's method, with a total of 150 respondents. The analysis method is conducted using SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that service quality and product quality have a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction at Yotta Tinumbu branch. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on repurchase decisions. Service quality directly affects repurchase decisions, while product quality does not have a significant impact on repurchase decisions. Additionally, service quality influences repurchase decisions through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable, whereas product quality does not have a significant impact through this variable.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tentang influencer marketing, social media marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk Uniqlo mahasiswa program studi manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non random sampling dan jenis sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampelnya adalah 100 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sedangkan pengelohan data menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Package fo Social Sciences) versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa influencer marketing dan social media marketing berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada generasi Z mahasiswa/i prodi Manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar.Kata kunci: Influencer marketing, Social Media Marketing, Keputusan Pembelian.Abstract . Abstract

Implementation of Human Resources Management in Improving Staff Performance at the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) Office, Marioriawa District, Soppeng Regency (supervised by Burhanuddin and Agung Widhi Kurniawan).Soppeng Regency is located in South Sulawesi Province and is divided into 8 sub-districts, namely Marioriwawo, Lalabata, Liliriaja, Ganra, Citta, Lilirilau, Donri-Donri and Marioriawa sub-districts. As part of the agricultural sector, the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) has an important role in providing counseling, training and guidance to farmers in increasing their productivity and welfare. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and primary data sources. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests were used with the help of SPSS 24.Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the human resource management variable has a partial effect on employee performance. The statistical calculation results of the T test show that Tcount is 19.938, meanwhile the Ttable value = 2.04, so Tcount > Ttable and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this analysis accept the existing hypothesis. This finding also strengthens the respondents' answers which show that every statement related to human resource management was responded to with good answers. BPP sub-district office. Marioriawa district. Soppeng, in carrying out its main duties and functions, always strives to improve its capabilities in order to achieve its planned goals. Human resource management is the process of dealing with various kinds of problems within the scope of employees' work so that they can carry out their activities to achieve the goals that have been created.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction of employees at Prima Husada Sengkang Hospital, the subjects in this study were 52 employees working at Prima Husada Hospital. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using the IMB SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the calculated t value of -11.576 where <t table (1.67655) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t value of 11.576 < t table (1.67655) and a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. The results of the study show that leadership style has a partial effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 134.003 > 3.10 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Masalah keuangan tersebut adalah ketidakmampuan siswa dalam mengelola uang pribadinya sendiri (uang bulanan dari orang tua), kurangnya kebiasaan perencanaan keuangan, kurangnya kontrol keuangan oleh orang tua. Maka jurnal ini dibuat untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pendidikan keuangan diorganisasi sosial (keluarga) terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Asosiatif kausal, atau hubugan kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hal ini terlihat dari besarnya probabilitas (sig.) = 0,009 ttabel = 2,676 > 1,998 dan dari besarnya probabilitas (sig.) = 0,000 ttabel (4,158 > 1,998). Sehingga diketahui Pengaruh keuangan keluarga dan literasi keuangan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan juga pengaruh keuangan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa S1 Manajemen Jurusan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

Purpose– This research aims to determine the effect of workload on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan.Design/methodology– The type of research used is associative quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out using saturation sampling. The sample used in this research was 48 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. Methods of data collection using the method of questionnaire, using a skala likert. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis. The data analysis technique used are simple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS version 23 application.Findings - The results of the research based on simple linear regression show that workload has a positive effect on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan with the equation Y= -12,370 + 1,260X. The results of the t test hypothesis show that there is a significant effect of workload on employee work stress at UPDK PLTD Gunung Malang Balikpapan. The coefficient of determination value shows that the workload variable affects the high and low level of employee work stress by 31,5%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The Student Activity Unit for Environmental Lovers at Makassar State University is one of the organizations within the scope of Makassar State University which is very important to know about its role in developing the soft skills of its members. Data obtained through interviews with 9 informants were divided into 3 types, namely key informants, namely alumni, expert informants, namely demissioners, then additional informants, namely administrators. The aim of this research is to determine the role of student organizations in developing student soft skills in the Student Activity Unit for Environmental Lovers at Makassar State University. The results of the research show that the Makassar State University Student Activities Unit for Environmental Lovers in Harmony has a role in developing the soft skills of students who are members of this organization. Activities in the Student Activity Unit organization for Environmental Lovers at Makassar State University indirectly develop the soft skills of students who are members of this organization.
