Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Gowa. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang diteliti berjumlah 33 karyawan yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product Servive Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Gowa. Kemudian secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on the work stress of PT. Midi Utama Tbk Makassar, the subjects in this study were employees who worked at PT. Midi Utama Tbk Makassar number 70. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using IMB SPSS software version 24.0. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work stress. This is evidenced by the calculated t value of (4.983) where > t-table (1.99601) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on the job satisfaction of employees at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Makassar City. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consists of all civil servant employees (ASN) at the Secretariat, with a total sample of 75 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while work discipline has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, both leadership and work discipline have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Although the partial effects differ in direction (positive for leadership and negative for work discipline), together they significantly contribute to shaping the level of employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The number of samples used were 38 employees. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the quality of compensation (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Motivation (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously the two independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) sangat penting bagi organisasi atau perusahaan untuk melindungi keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja serta orang lain di area kerja, sekaligus memastikan sumber daya produksi digunakan dengan cara yangefektifdanefisien.     DenganmengimplementasikanSMK3, kualitas hidup pekerja dapat meningkat dan perusahaan menjadi lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan SMK3 di PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelayanan 3 Makassar Utara, serta mengkaji pelaksanaan Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) dalam implementasi SMK3 tersebut.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptifdengan pendekatan fenomenologi, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dan dijelaskan sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Untuk memastikan validitas hasil, teknik triangulasi sumber data dan teknik digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMK3 di PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelayanan 3 Makassar Utara telah sesuai dengan Peraturan MenteriNo: PER.05/MEN/1996 dalam upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Hal ini terlihat dari pencapaian Zero Accident, yaitu 1.107.164 jam kerja tanpa kecelakaan. Pemahaman pekerja terhadap SOP K3 cukup baik, namun kepatuhan pekerja dalam penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Organizational behavior is the study of the behavior and habits of individuals within an organization. Understanding the behavior of this organization has a profound impact on the organization to achieve its goals. Most organizational activities are closely related to individuals. Therefore, individual behavior and habits before entering the organization need to be taken into account. With organizational behavior, an organization will run effectively and efficiently. This study aims to find out the relationship between organizational behavior and financial management of Bank BTN Makassar City. This study used a qualitative method by conducting an interview with one of the employees of Bank BTN Makassar City. Based on the interview results, there is a relationship between organizational behavior and financial management of BTN Bank. The relationship of BTN bank's organizational behavior with its financial management is that organizational behavior has a very significant effect on BTN bank's financial management. This is because organizational influence can lower the NPL.

Abstract

The gig economy has disrupted traditional employment models, creating significant challenges for conventional companies in attracting Generation Z (Gen Z) talent. This study examines employer branding dilemmas through a Critical Theory lens, exploring power dynamics, structural inequalities, and ideological conflicts between traditional corporate structures and Gen Z's work preferences. Using qualitative data from Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with HR professionals and Gen Z freelancers, the research reveals a fundamental mismatch between traditional employer value propositions (job stability, hierarchical growth) and Gen Z's expectations of flexibility, purpose-driven work, and digital-first engagement. Findings highlight systemic contradictions in corporate attempts to reconcile rigid structures with gig economy appeal. The study recommends rethinking employer branding narratives to align with Gen Z's critical perspectives on labor markets, proposing hybrid models that blend security with autonomy. This research contributes to ongoing debates about sustainable talent acquisition in evolving economic landscapes.

Abstract

This narrative inquiry explores the resurgence of local heritage brands among urban millennial consumers in Java, Indonesia, examining nostalgia as a primary emotional driver of purchasing behavior. Through in-depth interviews with 30 participants across five major Javanese cities (Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya), supplemented by sensory elicitation techniques, the study reveals how heritage consumption functions as temporal integration weaving personal nostalgia (e.g., childhood memories evoked by jamu’s bitterness or batik’s texture) with constructed cultural heritage. Findings identify a nuanced authenticity paradox: participants demanded visible craftsmanship as proof of intergenerational integrity while strategically embracing modernization that preserves cultural essence. Heritage brands emerged as tools for hybrid identity work, enabling millennials to reclaim Javanese identity within globalized selves through embodied rituals (e.g., lulur skincare as cultural homage). The emotional landscape featured reflective nostalgia, bittersweet resonance, balancing comfort with awareness of cultural transformation, and transforming consumption into agentive cultural resilience. Ultimately, purchasing decisions represent ethical stewardship, sustaining intangible heritage through market mechanisms ("buying time for traditions"). The study contributes to consumer culture theory by reframing nostalgia as a dynamic social force that bridges personal memory, cultural preservation, and marketplace action in postcolonial urban contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas sosial kota makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar sebanyak 55 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar. Hasil uji parsial juga menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan variabel kompensasi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem pembayaran digital terhadap keputusan pembelian pada unit usaha Kopma “Almamater” Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 orang konsumen unit usaha Kopma yang telah melakukan pembelian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari uji persyaratan analisis (uji validitas, uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji heteroskedasitas), uji regresi linear sederhana, uji koefien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembayaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada unit usaha Kopma “Almamater” Universitas Negeri Makassar. diketahui bahwa nilai t-hitung 8,386 > t-tabel 0,357 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan kata lain variabel sistem pembayaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y = 1,713 + 0,901 yang berarti peningkatan sistem pembayaran digital dalam suatu satuan angka akan mempengaruhi keputusan sebesar 0,901. Adapun berdasarkan uji koefiensi determinasi pengaruh sistem pembayaran digital terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 42% hal ini membuktikan bahwa sistem pembayaran digital memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar.
