Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bulukumba Branch Office. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is population research. The sample in this research was all employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bulukumba Branch Office as many as 44 people. The hypothesis test in this research is a simple linear regression analysis test which produces the following results: Based on the results of the hypothesis test using a simple linear regression analysis test, it shows that motivation has a partial effect on performance in PT employees. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bulukumba Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction factors both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the office of PT Permata Finance Indonesia Makassar Branch, and to determine which job satisfaction factors have a greater influence on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is the job satisfaction factor which consists of the work itself, colleagues, rewards, and supervision, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample in this study were 31 respondents. This research is a quantitative study and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the data processing tool IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that 1) The job satisfaction factor which consists of the work variable itself does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the other three factors which consist of co-worker variables, rewards and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Simultaneously the four independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Reward is a factor of job satisfaction that has a greater influence on employee performance at the PT Permata Finance Indonesia Makassar Branch office.

Abstract

the This research aims to analyze the influence of education and training on improving employee performance. The sample used in this research was 30 employees of the Enrekang Regency Regional Financial Management Agency. The data collection technique used in this research used observation and questionnaire methods. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this research are that employee education (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Enrekang Regency Regional Financial Management Agency. Employee training (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Enrekang Regency Regional Financial Management Agency employees. Employee education (X1) and training (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) of the Regional Financial Management Agency of Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT. Astra International Tbk during the 2017-2021 period by employing the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Financial Value Added (FVA) metrics. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research utilizing a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of all the financial report data of PT. Astra International Tbk from 2017 to 2021, while the samples include the statements of financial position and profit/loss statements. The data collection technique employed is documentation. The collected data was analyzed using the EVA and FVA calculations. The findings of this study indicate that PT. Astra International Tbk demonstrated positive results in terms of financial performance when measured using EVA, indicating their ability to generate economic value added. Similarly, when measured using FVA, PT. Astra International Tbk achieved positive results, signifying their ability to generate financial value added. Overall, PT. Astra International's performance can be characterized as commendable.

Abstract

The National Affordable Housing Program (NAHP) implemented by the Ministry of PUPR (Public Works and Public Housing) aims to address housing affordability issues in the province of Bali. As part of the program, program community facilitators play a crucial role in facilitating the implementation and ensuring the program's effectiveness. Therefore, it becomes essential to evaluate the effectiveness of these facilitators in achieving the program's objectives. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of program community facilitators National Affordable Housing Program (NAHP) Ministry of PUPR in the Province of Bali. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive provides a systematic description of cycles, problems, phenomena, services, programs, or information to individuals or groups wishing to study. The findings of this study explain the effectiveness of the role of the program has been achieved. The results of interviews with co-facilitators and beneficiary communities assessed the effectiveness of program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, goal attainment, and real changes from the results of interviews with co-facilitators and beneficiary communities.

Abstract

Motivation plays a crucial role in influencing employee performance across various dimensions. When employees are motivated, they exhibit higher levels of engagement, productivity, and commitment towards their work. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of work motivation on employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas Pinrang, Wajo Regency. Quantitative data was collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 51 individuals, specifically tailored to address the research problem. The collected data was then subjected to analysis using the simple linear regression method, with data processing performed using SPSS software to validate the research hypotheses. The findings indicate that the motivation variable yields a significant level of 0.000, which is smaller than the threshold value of 0.05. Moreover, the coefficient value of 0.650 demonstrates a positive influence on the dependent variable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the leadership role of the Village Head in improving the work effectiveness of employees at the Ba`ba Tapua Village Office, Matangnga District, Polewali Mandar Regency. With this type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. By determining the key informant, namely the Village Secretary, the main informant, namely the Section Head, and the supporting informant, namely one of the Hamlet Heads. The research results show that the village head's leadership in improving employee work effectiveness in its implementation is quite good as seen from the aspects of his open leadership, good communication with his employees, happy to accept suggestions from employees, providing motivation, direction and providing training to employees, as well as decision making which is held through deliberation. However, employee work effectiveness is still lacking because it is also influenced by other things such as the work environment.

Abstract

Employee performance can be seen from the aspects of quality, quantity, time and cooperation in achieving strategic goals. This study aims to determine whether leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional People's Representative Council of Jeneponto Regency. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling (random sample) with a total of 35 people. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, normality test, t-test (partial) and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study after the data was processed with Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) showed that the results of analysis and hypothesis testing showed that Leadership Style had a significant effect on employee performance while Organizational Culture did not affect employee performance and both simultaneously affected employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The variables of this research are Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2) as the independent variable and Performance Volume (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 25 employees at the home office of the sub-district head of Anggeraja sub-district, Enrekang Regency who were also the samples. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows Based on the research results and discussion, the conclusion in the research is that Motivation (X1) has t count 6.429 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This can be interpreted as meaning that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The higher the employee's motivation at work, the better the employee's performance in carrying out their duties. Leadership (X2) is 2.699 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.013 < 0.05 can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees who have a leadership attitude both in leading themselves and their subordinates and co-workers can have good performance at work.
