Abstract

Abstrak. “Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Kepulauan Yapen”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Kepulauan Yapen. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Kepulauan Yapen. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan  menggunakan metode Total Sampling.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 dan Microsoft excel for windows.Kata kunci: Motivasi, KinerjaAbstract. "The Influence of Motivation on the Performance of Employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Yapen Islands Regency". This research aims to find out how motivation influences the performance of employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Yapen Islands Regency. The independent variable in this research is motivation while the dependent variable is performance. The population in this study were employees of the Yapen Islands Regency Regional Drinking Water Company. Meanwhile, the sample used was 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using the Total Sampling method. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Career Development and Competence on the employee performance of the Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. The population in this study were employee of the Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan and the sample used was 54 people using saturation sampling. Data was collected by using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Career Development and Competence have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, career development has a significant effect on employee performance and competence has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and find out whether the Work Discipline variable has an effect on employee performance at the Lapai Village Office. The population in this study was a total of 20 employees while the sample in this study was taken from a total population of 20 employees. Questionnaire is a data collection technique used. The collected data were analyzed and then entered into a simple linear regression equation. The findings in this study indicate that partially the Work Discipline variable has a positive effect with a coefficient value of 1.023 (positive) and it is significant on employee performan ce at the Lapai Village Office, Ngapa District, Kolaka Utara Regency, which means if work discipline is increased it will improve employee performance and contrarily. This is evidenced by the obtained value of t arithmetic > t table (2.509 > 1.72913) and the significance value at 5% level is smaller (0.022 < 0.05). So that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui disiplin dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 126 responden di Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura dan Perkebunan (DTPHP) Kabupaten Enrekang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statisstical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel disiplin (X1) dan variabel motivasi kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Secara simultan kedua variabel bebas yakni disiplin (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yakni kinerja pegawai (Y).

Abstract

Mitra Bisnis Terpercaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan serta distributor alat tulis kantor dan keperluan sekolah sejak tahun 2018. Sebelumnya PT. Mitra Bisnis Terpercaya merupakan CV. Asti karunia yang hanya bergerak dalam bidang distributor barang ulang tahun, seiring berjalannya waktu CV. Asti karunia berkembang hingga menjadi PT. Mitra Bisnis Terpercaya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menguji apakah variabel motivasi kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Usaha Terpercaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian diambil seluruh populasi yaitu 35 karyawan karena menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam persamaan regresi linier berganda. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Produktivitas Karyawan di PT. Mitra Bisnis Tepercaya. Artinya, apabila motivasi kerja dan pengalaman kerja ditingkatkan maka akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan begitupun sebaliknya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Efektivitas Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Desa Biringkassi Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kantor desa yang berjumlah 9 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil seluruhnya dari jumlah populasi yaitu pegawai kantor desa yang berjumlah 9 orang. Kuesioner merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam persamaan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Biringkassi Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Beberapa responden memberikan tanggapan sangat setuju dengan pertanyaan yang berisi karyawan mengetahui cara menempatkan diri dalam situasi yang berbeda dengan orang lain yang diajak berkomunikasi dan karyawan bersedia memberikan informasi tentang perusahaan kepada orang lain atau organisasi lain dengan izin perusahaan dan karyawan dapat memahaminya. pesan tersebut disampaikan rekan kerjanya di kantor Kecamatan Biringkassi, Kecamatan Binamu, Kabupaten Jeneponto. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan sebelumnya, maka dapat disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Kantor Desa Biringkassi Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto.

Abstract

The study aims to explore and analyze the relationship between work discipline and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa. This research employs a quantitative correlation-based approach to investigate the impact of work discipline on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa. The study involves a sample of 45 teachers, and data collection is conducted through questionnaires. The analysis methodology comprises validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The findings demonstrate a significant and positive relationship between work discipline (X) and teacher performance (Y). The calculated regression coefficient for Work Discipline is 0.682 (positive), indicating a direct effect. This implies that a one-unit increase in work discipline corresponds to a 0.682-unit increase in teacher performance. In essence, higher work discipline among teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa leads to enhanced teacher performance, while lower work discipline is associated with decreased performance at the school.

Abstract

Organizational culture and organizational climate play crucial roles in shaping employee commitment. Organizational culture encompasses shared values and beliefs, while organizational climate pertains to the prevailing attitudes and feelings in the workplace. Positive culture and climate foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and commitment, while negative ones can lead to decreased commitment and increased turnover. This study aims to examines the influence of organizational culture and climate on employee commitment at BKPSDMD Makassar City. The research includes 121 employees from the Regional Employment and Human Resources Development Agency. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that organizational culture has a negative effect on employee commitment, reflected in a coefficient value of -0.272 and a t-statistic of 2.032 (t-statistic > t-table, p < 0.05). Conversely, organizational climate significantly and positively impacts employee commitment, with a coefficient value of 0.586 and a t-statistic of 6.217 (t-statistic > t-table, p < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables collectively influence organizational commitment, as shown by an F-statistic of 91.416 (F-statistic > F-table, p < 0.05). These findings contribute to the existing literature on organizational behavior and offer practical implications for enhancing employee commitment in similar contexts.

Abstract

The effective development of human resources plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance. In today's competitive environment, organizations recognize the significance of investing in the development of their employees to achieve sustainable success. The Makassar City Regional Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency, like many other institutions, seeks to optimize the performance of its State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees. However, limited research has specifically explored the relationship between human resource development and employee performance within this context. This study aims to investigate the influence of human resource development on the performance of ASN employees at the Makassar City Regional Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency. The study utilizes primary and secondary data from a sample of 69 individuals. A quantitative approach is employed, and the data is analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. Questionnaires were distributed to the ASN employees, and various analysis techniques were applied, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, heteroscedasticity tests, hypothesis testing (T test), and coefficient of determination. The findings reveal a significant positive influence of human resource development on employee performance. This implies that increased levels of HR development led to improved employee performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that human resource development significantly affects the performance of ASN employees at the Makassar City Regional Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency.

Abstract

Work discipline encompasses teachers' ability to adhere to professional standards, fulfill their responsibilities, and exhibit a strong work ethic. This research aims to investigate the impact of work discipline on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 9 Makassar. Quantitative data was collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 35 individuals. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and questionnaires, with data processing aided by SPSS 23. Descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, linearity testing, simple linear regression analysis, and partial testing (t-test) were employed for data analysis. The findings reveal that the work discipline variable yielded a t-statistic value of 8.930, surpassing the t-table value of 0.3338, with a significant level of 0.000 less than 0.05. This indicates that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, while the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Consequently, it can be concluded that work discipline exerts a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 9 Makassar.
