Abstract

Problems of waste management in urban areas requires the participation of public awareness. Community or residents can participate in managing the garbage, especially in their respective environments. Citizens can change the behavior of earlier indifference turns to participate in managing the waste problem. The waste problem is not only the responsibility of governments, and but requires the participation of the broadest community to also find solutions to manage waste from the source of the problem into something more beneficial both economically and environmentally the type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Bank Sampah Melati Bersih (an organization community) in South Tangerang City. This study population is a member of the Bank Sampah Melati Bersih in South Tangerang City. The sample in this research were 30 people who manage trash in housing. Processing data using Spearman correlation test analysis. The results of the research are (1) characteristics of individuals relate to real behavioral changes in trash management in a residential neighborhood. (2) Trash companion role of Bank Sampah Melati Bersih tangible associated with behavioral changes in waste management in a residential neighborhood. Problematika tentang pengelolaan sampah di perkotaan memerlukan kesadaran masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi. Masyarakat atau warga dapat ikut mengelola sampah terutama di lingkungan masing-masing. Warga masyarakat dapat mengubah perilakunya dari tadi masa bodoh berubah untuk ikut mengelola permasalahan sampah. Permasalahan sampah tidak hanya tanggung jawab pemerintah dan tetapi menuntut partisipasi masyarakat seluas-luasnya untuk juga mencari solusi dalam mengelola sampah dari sumber masalah menjadi sesuatu yang lebih bermanfaat baik secara ekonomis maupun lingkungan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bank Sampah Melati Bersih di Kota Tangerang Selatan.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah anggota Bank Sampah Melati Bersih di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Sampel penelitian adalah 30 warga yang mengelola sampah di perumahan. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan analisis uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitiannya: (1) karakteristik individu berhubungan nyata dengan perubahan perilaku dalam pengelolaan sampah di lingkungan perumahan. (2) peran pendamping dari Bank Sampah Melati Bersih berhubungan nyata dengan perubahan perilaku dalam pengelolaan sampah di lingkungan perumahan.

Abstract

This paper examines the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of receiving benefits in the Conditional Cash Transfers or Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) program in Beji Village Office, Depok. The hypothesis services of the PKH program have a significant influenced on beneficiary satisfaction. The instrument was tested to answer the hypothesis using a survey research method. This survey was conducted on 86 respondents who were members and beneficiaries of the PKH program. The results of the hypothesis test analysis show that service quality with indicators of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible simultaneously have a significant correlation between variables. Meanwhile, the resulting correlation coefficient has an effect on the beneficiary satisfaction variable of 70.3 percent. While the remaining value of 29.7 percent is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation like other variables not included in this study. The results of this study provide positive input for PKH program administrators to further improve the quality of service to aid recipients. Moreover, PKH implemented according to the wishes of the community but still needs support to be able to have broader insights (changing mindsets) to increase the independence of program beneficiaries.Paper ini menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasaan penerimaan manfaat pada program Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kelurahan Beji Depok. Hipotesis yang berkembang adalah pelayanan program PKH berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan penerima manfaat. Instrumen yang diujikan untuk menjawab hipotesis menggunakan metode penelitian survei. Survei ini dilakukan kepada 86 responden yang menjadi anggota dan penerima manfaat program PKH. Hasil analisis uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dengan indikator keandalan (realibility), ketanggapan (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (empathy), dan berwujud (tangible) secara bersamaan memiliki korelasi signifikan antar variabel. Sementara itu, nilai koefisiensi korelasi yang dihasilkan memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan penerima bantuan sebesar 70,3 persen. Sedangkan sisa nilai sebesar 29,7 persen dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar dari persamaan regresi seperti variabel lain yang tidak diikut sertakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan masukan positif bagi pengelola program PKH untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap penerima  bantuan. Untuk itu, PKH berjalan sesuai keinginan masyarakat namun masih perlu dukungan agar mampu memiliki wawasan yang lebih luas (merubah pola pikir) untuk meningkatkan kemandirian penerima manfaat program.

Abstract

Research on a goodness of fit model for developing students' entrepreneurial competencies through the independent entrepreneurship program. The resulting benefits of the independent entrepreneurship learning model are able to increase the mental competence of business independence. Data collection through observation, questionnaires, interviews, field practice, documentation and literature study. Research object of independent entrepreneurial students from implementing universities at Muhammadiyah University, Surakarta. Data analysis methods using validity, reliability, confirmatory analysis tests, t-student tests by looking at the differences before and after getting the independent entrepreneurship learning model. Development research uses one shot case study experiments, quantitative and qualitative approaches. Students receive guidance, mentoring, counseling, empowerment and training in entrepreneurial activities. Research design through one shot case study, through workshop stages, internships in MSMEs, product design and marketing. Novelty research, the independent entrepreneurship learning model through MBKM is implemented in Indonesia which involves MSMEs mentors, MSMEs interns, competent assistants in the business sector, field supervisors, students from various parts of Indonesia, state universities and private universities who take part in the WMK program. Based on the results, it is concluded that the development of a model for increasing entrepreneurial competence is declared a goodness of fit model, meaning that the model is very feasible in increasing the mental competence of business independence. The trend in the development of entrepreneurial mental competence has increased (increased) after receiving the independent entrepreneurial model treatment. Based on the t-test, there are differences in students' entrepreneurial mental competence before and after gaining independent entrepreneurial competence.

Abstract

Masalah utama Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) meliputi kesulitan mendapatkan modal usaha, ketiadaan aset sebagai agunan, serta keterbatasan dalam keterampilan kewirausahaan. Jakpreneur merupakan program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Terpadu (PKT) yang diresmikan oleh Gubernur Anies Baswedan pada tahun 2020. Program Jakpreneur bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing UMKM di DKI Jakarta. Salah satu program unggulan Jakpreneur adalah program permodalan. Melalui program ini, Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta mampu memfasilitasi akses permodalan tanpa memerlukan agunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan hasil pemberdayaan UMKM melalui program permodalan Jakpreneur, khususnya di Kecamatan Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Keabsahan data diuji dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Jakpreneur terbukti berhasil dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Pesanggrahan, memperluas jaringan usaha, serta memperkuat kelembagaan UMKM. Program permodalan Jakpreneur memberikan perubahan nyata, termasuk peningkatan omset, akses pasar yang lebih luas, serta keberlanjutan usaha yang lebih baik. Program permodalan Jakpreneur terbekti efektif dalam memberikan perubahan positif yang nyata, meningkatkan kesejahtreaan ekonomi para binaan, dan mendukung keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan UMKM.

Abstract

This research on Community Participation in the KUBE Program at the Alkesa Lestari Joint Business Group (KUBE) Cipedak, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta discusses how community participation in the KUBE program which is one of the work programs of the Ministry of Social Affairs, also discusses the forms and steps of community participation in running business programs at KUBE Alkesa Lestari. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods described by written words and numbers. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used explains the form and ladder of community participation. The results of the research show that from the planning stage members have not been involved. The implementation stage of the community has contributed well in running the KUBE program. The institutionalization stage of member participation has been well involved. The monitoring and evaluation stage of KUBE Alkesa Lestari members are still not involved but can be involved by providing assessments and suggestions for the KUBE program.

Abstract

Social assistance is a strategy in Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) which of course aims to improve the quality of Beneficiary Families (KPM) of PKH assistance. Social assistance is also an evaluation material for the government to continue to empower its people. This study aims to determine the process and results of the social assistance strategy ofProgram Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in the Cempaka Putih Village, South Tangerang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The informant selection technique uses the snowball sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results of the study showed that the independence of Beneficiary Families (KPM) has increased, but not too significantly with evidence that not all KPM can utilize the support program properly and regularly. In addition, there are still many KPM who depend on PKH assistance in the Cempaka Putih Village, South Tangerang.

Abstract

Corruption remains a heavy burden for Indonesia in its quality as an extraordinary crime since it has very broad implications for aspects of governance, development, and public trust in state institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of prosecutor's investigators in handling corruption cases related to the illegal deduction of Family Planning Operational Assistance (BOKB) funds in Tanggamus Regency. The research methodology used normative and empirical juridical approaches with primary data collected through interviews with law enforcement officials and secondary data sourced from statutory provisions, case files, and scientific literature. The Tanggamus District Prosecutor's Office carried out the main tasks at the stages of investigation, indictment, and prosecution. In case Number PDS/02/TGMS/07/2022, investigators revealed a systematic scheme where 17.5% was deducted from every fund disbursement causing state financial losses amounting to approximately IDR 1.55 billion. Several barriers were faced during the investigation; witness testimonies were inconsistent, facilities and infrastructure were inadequate, and forensic audits to calculate state losses faced delays. Increasing inter-institutional coordination between prosecutors and related agencies as well as improving infrastructural capacity is necessary to increase both legitimacy and effectiveness in corruption eradication.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan potensi lokal menjadi salah satu upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan. Desa Bogangin, Kecamatan Sumpiuh, memiliki potensi besar di sektor perikanan air tawar, khususnya budidaya ikan lele. Namun, keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat, terutama kelompok wanita tani (KWT), dalam mengolah hasil perikanan menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi masih menjadi kendala. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anggota KWT dalam mengolah ikan lele menjadi abon sebagai produk olahan yang memiliki daya jual tinggi dan daya simpan panjang. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan praktis pembuatan abon lele, pendampingan manajemen usaha, dan strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta sebesar 85%, serta munculnya inisiatif KWT untuk membentuk usaha bersama dalam skala rumah tangga. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi nyata terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan dan penguatan potensi lokal berbasis sumber daya desa. Kata Kunci: KWT, Abon Lele, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Potensi Lokal, Ekonomi Desa.  ABSTRACT Utilizing local potential is one of the strategic efforts to enhance the economic independence of rural communities. Bogangin Village, located in Sumpiuh Subdistrict, has great potential in the freshwater fisheries sector, particularly in catfish farming. However, the limited knowledge and skills of the community—especially the Women Farmers Group (KWT)—in processing fishery products into high-value economic commodities remain a challenge. This community service activity aims to improve the ability of KWT members to process catfish into shredded fish (abon) as a value-added product with high market potential and long shelf life. The methods used include counseling, hands-on training in making shredded catfish, business management assistance, and digital marketing strategies.The results show an 85% increase in participants’ knowledge and skills, as well as the emergence of an initiative from the KWT to establish a joint household-scale business. This activity has made a tangible contribution to women’s economic empowerment and the strengthening of local potential based on village resources. Keywords: Women Farmers Group (KWT), Shredded Catfish, Women’s Empowerment, Local Potential, Village Economy.

Abstract

Anthropogenic activities such as logging and converting mangrove forests into plantations have degraded coastal ecosystems and reduced their ecological stability. Silvofishery is a restoration system that balances the ecological and economic functions of mangroves. In Marga Sungsang Village, South Sumatra, mangrove restoration was integrated with mud crab (Scylla spp.) cultivation through a crab silvofishery system. This study aimed to analyze the contribution of mangrove restoration with a mud crab silvofishery system to mud crab growth. The study was conducted from August 2024 to January 2025. Growth parameters included carapace length, width, and body weight. Analyses covered absolute growth and the correlation between carapace width and body weight. Results showed that in non-mangrove ponds, Scylla tranquebarica males exhibited negative allometry (prominent carapace width), while females showed positive allometry (prominent body weight). Scylla paramamosain showed negative allometry in both sexes. In contrast, in mangrove ponds, both species showed positive allometry for both sexes, indicating higher weight gain. These findings suggest that mangrove vegetation provides optimal habitat conditions by increasing nutrient availability, protecting crabs during molting, and improving substrate quality. The results not only demonstrate the bioecological relationship between mangrove vegetation and mangrove crab growth but also highlight the role of crab silvofishery systems in supporting food security, mitigating climate change, and conserving coastal ecosystems. These results align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically goal 2 (end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture), goal 13 (climate action), and goal 14 (life below water). Although informative, this study was limited by temporal observations conducted only at the start of seed stocking and at harvest. Further research with continuous monitoring and environmental parameter analysis is needed. The findings can support mangrove restoration policies that integrate vegetation recovery with sustainable community-based aquaculture and promote blue economy development.

Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 is very problematic how the Constitutional Court Judges in their authority actually handle cases that should be returned by the lawmaking body (open legal policy) and have made new norms. The inconsistency of interpretation into the realm of open legal policy and the doctrine of the Constitutional Court as a negative legislator is also evident in Constitutional Court Decision Number 29-51-55/PUU/XXI/2023, which needs to be analyzed from the independence and impartiality of the judiciary. This research method refers to normative research conducted by conducting a study of the principles and applicable laws and regulations relating to the legal issues to be discussed. The research was accompanied by literature studies in the form of books, journals, and decisions as reference materials for research. Data analysis uses descriptive analytics to describe legal phenomena that occur in society through analysis obtained through deductive data to be concluded specifically. The results showed that the conflict of interest that accompanied the Constitutional Court Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 reduced the quality of the Constitutional Court's independence and the impartiality of its judges. The legal events that the author found in such a way contradict the initial spirit of the establishment of the Constitutional Court. The independence of the Constitutional Court institutionally is considered to have exceeded the limits of authority by handling the case of the age limit of the presidential and vice presidential candidates, which should be owned by the lawmaking body, as well as the inconsistency of previous decisions that create new norms without any clear disadvantages. Conflict of interest was also present in the judicial process, where the composition of the judges changed instantly when Anwar Usman attended the RPH, which was originally the majority of judges refused to partially grant.
