Abstract

The increasingly tight business competition has made business people start competing to outperform their competitors in various ways, starting from offering the best quality products, the fastest service, a wide variety of products to conducting various promotions and providing attractive offers, some of these strategies will not be maximized if business people do not know in detail what consumers really want. The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal and external environment and formulate a competitive strategy formulation. Data collection using interviews and questionnaires. While for the analysis method using SWOT analysis and Porter's competitive strategy analysis consisting of the industrial competitive environment and generic strategies. From the results of the study, PT. Greenfields Indonesia has determined the Focus Strategy, where PT. Greenfields Indonesia concentrates on the regional market or special buyer groups. The focus of PT. Greenfields Indonesia's products focuses on pasteurized milk.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of brand image, customer trust, e-word of mouth on customer repurchase intention of PT Jasa Kopra Sejati in Pasuruan. The primary data used in this study are data obtained directly from respondents which include data about customers of PT Jasa Kopra Sejati totaling 97 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach research approach with hypothesis testing that is causal or causal. Data collection in this study was carried out using cross section time horizon data, where data was obtained at a certain time. The results of this study explain: 1) The effect of Brand Image on Repurchase Interest; 2) The effect of Customer Trust on Repurchase Interest; 3) The effect of E-Word of Mouth on Repurchase Interest; 4) The role of E-Word of Mouth in moderating the effect of Brand Image on Repurchase Interest; 5) The role of E-Word of Mouth in moderating the effect of Customer Trust on Repurchase Interest.

Abstract

Performance is a very important and interesting part because it has proven to be very important, an institution wants employees to work hard according to their abilities to achieve good work results, without good performance from all employees, success in achieving goals will be difficult to achieve. Performance basically includes mental attitudes and behaviors that always have the view that the work carried out at this time must be of better quality than the implementation of past work, for the future to be of better quality than at present. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of self-efficacy as a moderator of the influence of individual characteristics and work professionalism on employee performance (Study on Malang Strudle Souvenirs from Malang City). Data collection using questionnaires or by providing a list of questions to respondents. While the analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS tool. From the results of the study, individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance. Work professionalism has a significant effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance. Individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on employee performance moderated by self-efficacy. Work professionalism does not have a significant effect on employee performance moderated by self-efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore how MathCityMap training for teachers can be designed and implemented in a hybrid setting. Design research has been carried out involving teachers from 34 provinces in Indonesia. A four-day model training program for indoor and outdoor activities in a hybrid setting has been designed. The core concept of designing modeling tasks and math trails, as well as the introduction to MathCityMap, were delivered in a hybrid mode between Indonesia and Germany. The activity continued with the development of MathCityMap Trails in city parks. Post-training activities were conducted in their respective places of origin, in schools, and in city parks. Participants have successfully designed trails in both their schools and the city parks where they live supported using Learning Management System. The findings of the MathCityMap team's review indicate that most of the trails fulfilled the requirements. The trainee teachers then disseminate their knowledge and experience to their colleagues. They also used MathCityMap Trails for classroom learning as well as other activities such as MathCityMap competitions and public educational activities. The hybrid environment helps to accelerate the attainment of training objectives while also broadening the program's reach and network.

Abstract

Laptop damage is a condition where the laptop malfunctions caused by damaged components in the laptop. According to the ICT Survey and Its Implications for Socio-Cultural and Economic Aspects of Society in Indonesia, 41.55% of Indonesians are computer/laptop users. Seeing that this number is quite large and not everyone can diagnose damage and handle laptop damage, this research is here to build an expert system for diagnosing laptop damage. This study discusses the development of a laptop-based expert system for diagnosing damage website as an effort to provide laptop damage diagnostic services along with suggestions or solutions that can be repair the damage experienced by the user's laptop. This expert system was developed using the methodNaïve Bayes and Certainty factor. The input given to the system is in the form of symptoms of damage experienced, along with its intensity. Method naïve bayes used to find the highest probability of the diagnosis. The results of this diagnosis are then processed using certainty factor to determine the level of confidence in the results of the diagnosis. This expert system comes in the form website built using framework CodeIgniter and MySQL. Based on the results of system testing using 40 expert data, it shows that the expert system for diagnosing laptop damage uses the method Naïve Bayes-Certainty factor shows the suitability of the results of system diagnostics with expert diagnoses that is equal to 85%.

Abstract

Education is the key to improving quality of life, but the high cost of higher education often becomes a barrier. Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), through its Academic and Student Affairs Bureau and Public Relations (Bakhum), offers various scholarship programs. However, the selection and data management processes are still manual. This research designs and builds the Scholarship Selection Information System at Bakhum UNJ using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This website-based system integrates criteria such as academic achievement, non-academic achievements, and financial conditions to determine scholarship recipients. The use of Laravel and MySQL ensures efficiency in data management. At the end of development, the system underwent black box testing to assess functionality and usability testing to evaluate its usefulness. The black box testing achieved 100% functionality, indicating that the system features operate as expected. Usability testing using Likert scale analysis yielded a usability score of 99.15%, indicating high suitability of the system. It is expected that this system will improve selection efficiency, save time, and ensure scholarships are awarded according to criteria. As a result, UNJ can support deserving students, enhance data management quality, and allocate scholarships more accurately.

Abstract

Indonesia Fish industries is one of the large in the world for market capital which covers for both natural growing and intensive culture. One part of the most challenging problem for intensive culture is related to counting when harvesting which been done by hand all this time. In order to be more efficient, we propose this task can be done through automation with Gussian Mixture Model. The proposed system proven been able with low error rate that also resulting close estimate of fish object counting giiven various background videos.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kampanye #SayaBerbudayaSafety oleh PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP Mining) di Instagram @kppmining selama periode 1 Januari–1 Maret 2025. Menggunakan metode analisis konten kualitatif. Studi ini mengkaji strategi komunikasi berdasarkan empat pilar media sosial dari Safko dan Brake (2009): informasi, kolaborasi, edukasi, dan hiburan. Selain itu, analisis model AIDA digunakan untuk meninjau bagaimana perhatian (attention), minat (interest), keinginan (desire), dan tindakan (action) audiens dibentuk melalui konten yang diunggah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap pilar konten memiliki kontribusi dalam mendukung internalisasi nilai keselamatan kerja (K3) dan membangun keterlibatan audiens. Konten informatif dan edukatif efektif menarik perhatian dan membangun minat, sementara konten kolaboratif dan hiburan memperkuat kedekatan emosional serta meningkatkan partisipasi aktif. Keberlanjutan dan optimalisasi strategi engagement serta perluasan kolaborasi internal disarankan untuk memperkuat transformasi budaya kerja yang lebih aman dan kolaboratif ke depannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konten buatan pengguna (User-Generated Content/UGC) dan pemasaran viral terhadap minat beli produk Time Phoria di platform Tiktok oleh Generasi Z. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross-sectional dan teknik purposive sampling. Sebanyak 385 responden dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring menggunakan skala Likert 7 poin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh parsial dari masing-masing variabel independen terhadap minat beli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik UGC maupun pemasaran viral berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pemasaran berbasis partisipasi pengguna dan penyebaran konten viral efektif dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian Generasi Z di media sosial, khususnya Tiktok.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah merupakan isu nasional yang semakin krusial seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduk, perkembangan teknologi, dan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat. Akumulasi sampah yang tidak terkendali berdampak langsung terhadap kualitas lingkungan dan kesehatan. Pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, khususnya sampah organik, masih menjadi tantangan di wilayah pedesaan, termasuk di Desa Bogorejo, Kecamatan Gedong Tataan. Meskipun masyarakat desa umumnya memiliki pekarangan rumah yang luas, kebiasaan membakar sampah masih sering dilakukan karena dianggap lebih praktis. Praktik ini berisiko menimbulkan pencemaran udara dan gangguan kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengubah paradigma masyarakat dalam menangani sampah organik melalui pelatihan pengolahan sampah rumah tangga menjadi kompos menggunakan metode Takakura yang mudah, murah, dan ramah lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, demonstrasi teknik, praktik pembuatan kompos, hingga pemanfaatan kompos sebagai media tanam sayuran organik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah serta munculnya inisiatif rumah tangga untuk mulai menanam sayuran secara mandiri. Program ini membuktikan bahwa teknologi tepat guna seperti metode Takakura dapat menjadi solusi alternatif dalam pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan dan mendukung ketahanan pangan keluarga di pedesaan.
