Abstract

This study explores the management practices at SMK Migas Cepu as a Vocational School Center of Excellence (SMK-PK), focusing on the four key management functions: planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. The research highlights the role of participatory planning, which involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners, in developing the curriculum and other educational strategies. Organizing at SMK Migas Cepu follows a systematic approach, with clear divisions of responsibilities and coordination among teachers, staff, and industry partners. The implementation of the SMK-PK program includes project-based learning, industrial internships, guest lectures from industry professionals, and certifications, all aimed at aligning the curriculum with industry needs and improving the employability of students. The controlling function ensures quality management through regular monitoring and evaluation of processes. The findings suggest that the school’s effective management practices have significantly contributed to its success as an SMK-PK, although challenges remain in areas such as data-driven monitoring, continuous teacher training, and optimizing partnerships with industry. The study concludes with recommendations to further enhance the program’s sustainability and improve the competitiveness of its graduates

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan teknik dan taktik atlet bulutangkis melalui pelatihan yang disusun secara terstruktur dan terarah. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 20 atlet muda dari PB Platinum Kota Malang. Program pelatihan difokuskan pada penguasaan teknik dasar (footwork, drive, netting, dan smash) serta penerapan taktik dalam permainan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi instruksi langsung, simulasi pertandingan, dan evaluasi berkala berbasis observasi dan analisis video. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan teknik dan pemahaman taktik secara signifikan. Pelatih dan atlet juga menyatakan bahwa model pelatihan ini membantu memperjelas arah pembinaan dan meningkatkan motivasi berlatih. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang berbasis kebutuhan riil dan disusun sistematis mampu memberikan dampak positif, serta berpotensi direplikasi di klub lain.

Abstract

The inadequate comprehension of primary school pupils about the food chain concept is a significant issue in science education, exacerbated by traditional learning tools with limited interactivity. This research seeks to analyze the effectiveness of interactive learning media in enhancing primary school pupils’ comprehension of the food chain concept. The material was designed to suit primary school pupils’ cognitive development and aligns with the Independent Curriculum, which emphasizes active, contextual, and technology-supported learning. A quantitative approach was used with a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design. Fifth-grade students from public elementary schools in Wonogiri Regency participated as subjects. Data was collected through a 25-item multiple-choice test. Analysis included normality and homogeneity tests, hypothesis testing using an independent sample t-test, and effect size calculation. Results showed a significant difference between experimental and control groups, with a significant value of 0.049 (<0.05), indicating the effectiveness of the media. The effect size of 0.530 classified the impact as high. In conclusion, interactive learning media significantly improves students’ comprehension by offering engaging and accessible learning experiences. These findings underscore the importance of integrating technology into science education to enhance learning outcomes and support student-centered approaches.

Abstract

Perkara koneksitas yang melibatkan yurisdiksi peradilan umum dan peradilan militer memerlukan mekanisme penanganan yang terkoordinasi, transparan, dan berlandaskan asas kesetaraan di hadapan hukum. Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Pidana Militer (JAMPIDMIL) berperan strategis dalam mengintegrasikan penyidikan, penuntutan, dan pelaksanaan putusan, sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 15 Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kewenangan JAMPIDMIL dalam penyelesaian perkara koneksitas serta implementasinya dalam kerangka keadilan substantif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dan empiris dengan analisis deskriptif-analitis melalui telaah peraturan perundang-undangan, studi dokumen, dan wawancara narasumber ahli hukum militer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun regulasi seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1997 dan KUHAP telah memberikan pedoman normatif, implementasi di lapangan menghadapi kendala koordinasi, perbedaan penafsiran yurisdiksi, dan hambatan prosedural.

Abstract

Copyright law reform in the digital economy era is an urgent need to maintain the consistency of Indonesia's state ideology, particularly in the face of globalization and the dominance of purely economic interests. The main problem in this study is the lack of alignment between business actors and government institutions regarding copyright, as well as the weak implementation of Pancasila values in copyright regulations. This study aims to analyze how the principles of social justice of Pancasila can be applied in copyright law reform amidst the development of the digital economy. The method used is a juridical-normative approach with a qualitative analysis of laws and regulations, related policies, and expert views through literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the dominant economic orientation in copyright regulation tends to ignore the values of humanity and social justice. Furthermore, the lack of synergy between the government and business actors leads to weak legal effectiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate policies that support Pancasila values, as well as strengthen human resource capacity so that copyright law can become a fair and ethical instrument in the digital era.

Abstract

Pancasila is the foundational ideology and moral compass of the Indonesian nation, serving not only as the basis of national identity but also as the supreme legal foundation for the formation and implementation of laws and regulations in Indonesia. In the context of law enforcement in the field of taxation, Pancasila must be the primary reference, especially in efforts to position tax law as a strategic instrument in the prevention of money laundering crimes. Conceptual reflections on the role of tax law in combating money laundering need to be examined thoroughly, particularly by analyzing the changes occurring in both fundamental and organic tax regulations. These changes must be capable of identifying and addressing various legal issues that arise, both from normative and implementation perspectives. In this regard, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has both a moral and constitutional obligation to ensure that every tax policy and regulation implemented remains grounded in the values of justice, humanity, and mutual cooperation as reflected in the principles of Pancasila. Thus, the application of tax law as a means of preventing money laundering should not only be repressive but must also reflect a fair and civilized legal system. This effort is expected to realize a tax system that is not only effective and efficient but also aligned with the noble ideals of the Indonesian nation, leading to good governance that is clean, transparent, and socially just for a better Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

The linguistic study of D. Zawawi Imron's poetry provides a lot of inspiration from each work that can be known by the wider community. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of semantic aspects in the form of phonology, range, metaphor, and diction of D. Zawawi Imron's poetry works that have been published and circulated in the community. For the research method used in semantic studies, we need to adopt an approach that focuses on meaning, both lexically (literal sense) and contextually (meaning that develops in the context of poetry). Semantics in the study of poetry is not only about understanding the meaning of words, but also how that meaning is shaped by the context, structure, and choice of language used by the poet to convey the message. The result of this study is to determine the influence of word choice diction, metaphor, and phonology from D. Zawawi Imron's poetry works which can be studied in analyzing word choice in literary works that will be analyzed and reveal the meaning of the connotation and diction of the language that has been chosen. .

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of implementing the Problem-Based Learning method on improving underhand passing skills in volleyball among 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo. The research employed a quasi-experimental approach with a pre-test and post-test design involving two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The sample consisted of 30 students, with 15 students in each group. Data analysis was conducted using a t-test with the assistance of SPSS 26 software. The findings revealed a significant improvement in underhand passing skills among students in the experimental group compared to the control group. The average post-test score of the experimental group increased from 20.90 to 27.97, with a significance level of p<0.05. These results indicate that the Problem-Based Learning method is effective in enhancing technical skills, critical thinking abilities, and student motivation

Abstract

The objective of this study is to explain the graduate competencies of Pesantren Sabilul Muttaqin Karanganyar Kraton Pasuruan, to reveal the strategies used in preparing its graduates, and to describe the evaluation process of its graduates. This research employs a qualitative approach, with the researcher acting as an observational participant. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process consists of data verification, classification, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The graduate competencies consist of: a). Academic Competence, which includes (1) the results of Imda (mid-term exams) and Imni (final exams), (2) Qur’an reading tests including ghoroib recitation, and (3) the results of Upramer (Teaching Practice Examination). b). Non-Academic Competence, which is assessed through students’ attitudes and behavior during their one-year period of service as assistant administrators at the pesantren, as well as disciplinary records from the Indisciplinary Book. The strategies for preparing graduates include: a). Requiring all Tsanawiyah level students to participate in extracurricular activities beyond the standard madrasah program, b). Conducting socialization sessions by the Department of Tasked Teachers (UGT) for third-year Tsanawiyah students in the month of Dzul Qo’dah through the distribution of questionnaires to determine their voluntary readiness to participate in the Guru Tugas program, c). Implementing intensive training and development programs. The evaluation process is conducted in three areas: a). Academic Evaluation, based on report card grades, Qur’anic reading test results, and Upramer scores, b). Non-Academic Evaluation, coordinated between the UGT administrators and pesantren leadership by assessing the students’ ḥāliyyah (daily conduct and character) during their service period, and reviewing entries in the disciplinary record book, c). On-Site Assignment Evaluation, which is carried out periodically through (1) monthly evaluations using a Google Form filled out by both the Tasked Teacher (GT) and the Tasked Teacher Supervisor (PJGT) as a two-way evaluation instrument, and (2) biannual evaluation meetings with PJGTs held in the months of Rabi' al-Awwal and Sha'ban.

Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi dimana bayi bawah lima tahun (balita) gagal mengalami pertumbuhan, hal tersebut merupakan dampak dari kurangnya gizi kronis dan menyebabkan anak tersebut terlalu pendek untuk seusianya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan ibu, pendapatan keluarga dan pola pemberian makan terrhadap stunting di Puskesas Antang Perumnas. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross Sectional Study. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik consevutive sampling, didapatkan 42 responden. Pengumpulan data digunakan menggunakan kuesioner dan di analisis dengan dengan uji chi chi square (p<0,05), hasil analisi brivariat menunjukan adanya hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan ibu dengan kejadian stunting p= 0,003, terdapat hubungan antara pendapatan keluarga dengan kejadian stunting p=0,00, terdapat hubungan antara pola pemberian makan terhadap stunting p=0,00. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan ibu, pendapat keluarga dan pola pemberian makan pada balita terhadap stunting di Puskesmas Antang Perumnas.
