Abstract

The decline in blue swimming crab populations can be caused by overfishing and several factors of the aquatic environment, such as anthropogenic pollution, water quality and the presence of ectoparasite in the crab. Molecular studies are essential to validate a particular species of ectoparasites and ectosymbionts that infect Crab. A total of 143 crabs were sampled from fishermen in Demak, Muara Gembong and Labuhan Maringgai. Six ectoparasite and ectosymbionts species, Chelonibia testudinaria (Crustacea), Dianajonesia tridens (Crustacea), Octolasmis angulata, O. warwicki (Crustacea), Ostrea puelchana (Mollusca) and Thompsonia sp. (Crustacea) were isolated. Three ectoparasite and ectosymbionts species that were successfully validated based on the COI mtDNA genes were C. testudinaria, D. tridens, Oc. angulata. Validation of isolated ectoparasites infecting P. pelagicus was performed using the mtDNA marker COI gene to identify three ectoparasite species molecularly, namely C. testudinaria, D. tridens, and Oc. angulata. The results of the five sample analyses of ectoparasites based on the number of specific nucleotide sites in each sample show that the suspected species C. testudinaria, D. tridens and Oc. angulata had missense mutations.

Abstract

ND virus causes mortality in poultry. Passively acquired maternal antibodies inhibit immunoglobulin formation. Repeatability is a genetic parameter that determines the inheritance of traits from elders to chicks. IPB-D2 chickens were selected for disease resistance, and IPB-D3 chickens were selected for weight gain. This study aimed to evaluate the productivity of IPB-D2 and IPB-D3 chickens and assess the inheritance of Newcastle Disease (ND) antibody traits in 36 IPB-D3 and 21 IPB-D2 chickens. The T-test was used to compare the group means of the two chicken breeds. Antibody titer measurements were based on the Geometric Mean Titer (GMT). Estimation of ND titer repeatability using within-class correlation. Fertility and hatchability differed significantly (p < 0.05). ND titer of IPB-D2 chicken and IPB-D3 chicken DOC LOG 2 GMT 1.61 ± 1.10 and 1.34 ± 0.95. The antibody titer of IPB-D2 and IPB-D3 chickens at 14 days of age was 1.02 ± 1.20 and 1.37 ± 0.95. The ND titer value in the egg yolk of IPB-D2 chicken was 4.02 ± 1.94, and in IPB-D3 chicken was 3.64 ± 2.54. The results showed the repeatability value of l antibodies in IPB D-2 chickens and IPB D-3 chickens in DOC 0.49±0.30, 0.42±0.33 and 0.39±0.28; 0.25±0.15, respectively. Fertility and hatchability of IPB-D3 chickens were better than those of IPB-D2 chickens. The yolk ND titer of IPB-D2 chickens was higher than IPB- D3 chicken. Abstract

Abstrak: Peran siswa sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dalam hal ini siswa diharapkan mampu untuk mengatur atau mengelolah dirinya sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pembelajaran melalui  metode ARIAS (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assesment, and Satisfaction) dapat melatih siswa untuk mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan atau soal-soal yang berkaitan dengan materi yang dipelajari. Pelajaran dengan metode ini siswa ikut aktif mengukur menghitung  dengan metode ARIAS (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assesment, and Satisfaction) siswa diminta menyelesaikan soal yang disediakan.secara  kelompok  maupun individu. Tujuan diadakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa persentase peningkatan prestasi belajar matematika melalui metode ARIAS  (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assesment, and Satisfaction ) kelas V SDN  2 Tamanagung Cluring. Penelitian tindakan ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar dengan mencapai standar  ideal. Dari 59,09 % pada Siklus l, dapat meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi 68,63 % dan siklus 3 mencapai 81,36%, dan secara klasikal telah tercapai ketuntasan. Hasil penelitian tindakan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran melalaui metode ARIAS (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assesment, and Satisfaction) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar  matematika  kelas V  SDN 2 Tamanagung Cluring Banyuwangi Tahun Pelajaran 2016- 2017  dengan ketuntasan mencapai 100 %.Kata kunci: Prestasi Belajar Siswa, Metode ARIAS (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assesment, and Satisfaction), Pelajaran Matematika di SDAbstract: The role of students is very necessary to improve student learning outcomes, in this case students are expected to be able to organize or manage themselves. The purpose of this class action research (CAR) was held to find out what percentage of the improvement in mathematics learning achievement through the ARIAS (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, and Satisfaction) class V SDN 2 Tamanagung Cluring. This action research was carried out in 3 cycles. From the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to improve learning achievement by achieving ideal standards. From 59.09% in Cycle I, it can increase in cycle 2 to 68.63% and cycle 3 to reach 81.36%, and in classical it has achieved completeness. Abstract

Students' learning outcomes in geography class at Bojonegoro Integrated Model Senior High School are caused by their difficulty in understanding the concepts. Only 14 out of 34 students who took the daily test were complete and reached the KKM of around 75. This study aims to analyze the impact of GeoLegend learning media on geography learning outcomes. This study used pre-experimental design method with one group pre-test-post-test. The population of Bojonegoro Integrated Model Senior High School includes all grade X students. Purposive random sampling was used to select the sample, and the results showed that the sample could accurately represent the population, which included one class consisting of 36 students. The information provided was learning outcomes before and after the application of GeoLegend media. Data analysis used statistical tests, such as normality test, homogeneity, and T test. The results showed that there was a difference in the average before the application of 66.67 and after the application of 84.72. The highest pre-test score reached 80, while the lowest reached 40. The highest post-test score reached 100 and the lowest reached 60. There was an increase in the value of students who reached the KKM of almost 55% both before and after the launch of GeoLegend media.

Abstract

Ijen Crater, located in Banyuwangi and Bondowoso regencies, is a unique and attractive natural tourist destination, famous for natural phenomena such as the deep blue crater lake and rare blue fire. This article discusses the development potential of Ijen Crater as a sustainable tourist destination, focusing on aspects of attractions, facilities and accessibility. Attraction aspects include natural beauty and local culture, such as sunrise views, sulfur miners, and folklore. Existing facilities, although covering basic needs, still need to be improved to support the increasing number of tourists, especially in terms of accommodation, climbing equipment, and educational facilities. Accessibility to Kawah Ijen, while good, could be improved through the development of alternative hiking trails and public transportation. These additions and improvements are expected to enhance the tourist experience and ensure the sustainability of the environment around Kawah Ijen

Abstract

This activity aims to instill noble moral values exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad to the community, as well as increase social care through social services. This program involved participants from representatives of majelis taklim throughout the Pisangan sub-district. Pisangan with a target beneficiary of 1,000 coupons containing basic necessities and other basic needs. Community service activities were carried out on Sunday, January 5 and 12, 2025, at the STIE Ganesha Campus and the Baiturrahman mosque, Pisangan Village. The activity implementation method consists of three main stages: (1) Isra Mi'raj Commemoration which is filled with tausiyah about the morals of the Prophet Muhammad, (2) Distribution of food and drink to the community. morals of the Prophet Muhammad, (2) Distribution of Social Service Coupons, and (3) Distribution of Assistance to People in Need. This activity successfully reached around 250 participants representing mosques and taklim assemblies. Through this program, the community is expected to take lessons from the Prophet's struggle and apply them in everyday life by strengthening solidarity and social care. The results of the activity showed the enthusiasm of the community in participating in the event and positive acceptance of the assistance provided. The implications of this activity are expected to encourage the community to be more active in religious and social activities, as well as strengthen the relationship between STIE Ganesha and the community. between STIE Ganesha and the local community. This activity also reinforces character education values based on noble morals that are relevant for young generation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Kelas X Fase E 1 Semester Ganjil TP 2024/2025 di SMA Negeri 2 Kec. Pangkalan Koto Baru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada mata pelajaran Geografi, dengan menggunakaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2024. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Kec. Pangkalan Koto Baru yang berlokasi di JL. Lintas Sumbar-Riau KM-75 Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X Fase E1 yang berjumlah 26 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar peserta didik dari siklus ke siklus meningkat. Peningkatan terjadi pada setiap indikator dengan rata-rata persentase siklus 1 yaitu 73,7 % dan siklus 2 sebesar 81,8% sehingga dapat diketahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dalam 2 siklus sebesar adalah 80,2%. Artinya aktivitas belajar peserta didik masuk dalam kategori tinggi (tercapai). Kesimpulannya, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Geografi.

Abstract

Masjid Baiturrahman merupakan mitra PKM yang memfasilitasi isra mi’raj yang telah dilakukan kurang lebih 25 tahun. Pada kegiatan PKM ini, tim mengusung topik besar yaitu Membangun Generasi Berakhlak Mulia: Bakti Sosial STIE Ganesha dalam Rangka Peringatan Isra Mi'raj Nabi Muhammad SAW. Untuk mendukung topik tersebut, peneliti melakukan evaluasi penerapan pengendalian internal dana kegiatan isra mi’raj di Masjid Baiturrahman dengan metode pelaksanaan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam melaksanakan evaluasi, Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Data primer berupa pengendalian internal penerimaan dana kegiatan isra mi’raj diperoleh melalui tanya jawab dengan Pak Ajat, Pak Sugeng, dan Pak Sarkum selaku ketua dan anggota panitia Masjid Baiturrahman. Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul, peneliti menemukan bahwa penerapan pengendalian internal pada pelaksanaan kegiatan isra mi’raj di Masjid Baiturrahman 2024 masih perlu dioptimalkan.

Abstract

Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) is caused by the Lumpy Skin Disease Virus (LSDV) that affects cattle and buffalo. The symptoms include the development of lumps or nodules on the skin of infected animals. Therefore, this study aimed to detect the presence of LSD and determine factors associated with the incidence in cattle transhipped through Merak Port. Samples were collected in the form of oral and nasal swabs, then tested with quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR). The results showed that there were two positive LSD samples confirmed by molecular testing using qPCR. The positive cattle did not show clinical signs or were suspected to be sub-clinically infected, while the Ct values obtained were 27.71 and 28.88. The use of molecular methods with qPCR showed relatively good results for the detection of LSD. Cattle that did not show clinical signs were detected as positive by the test. This is because qPCR can detect viruses more quickly and accurately, even at very low viral load levels. Factors associated with the incidence of LSD in the Merak Port (p < 0.05) were farm origin and biosecurity measures, knowledge of livestock handlers, vaccination status, and disinfection practices.

Abstract

This research aims to help hypothesize for future authors in determining research related to Marketing Management. The research article Determination of Consumer Satisfaction and Consumer Loyalty: Analysis of Brand Image, Service Quality, Promotion and Price is a scientific literature article within the scope of marketing management. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct literature reviews of relevant previous articles. The data used in this study are secondary data, which are sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Brand Image affects Customer Satisfaction; 2) Service quality affects customer satisfaction; 3) Promotion affects customer satisfaction; 4) Price affects customer satisfaction; 5) Brand Image affects Consumer Loyalty; 6) Service Quality affects Consumer Loyalty; 7) Promotion has an effect on Consumer Loyalty; and 8) Price has an effect on Consumer Loyalty.
