Abstract

Perkembangan vegan yang masih baru di Indonesia, parameter pengetahuan terkait kosmetik vegan menjadi salah satu komponen yang menarik untuk diteliti melihat pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan ekuitas merek dalam memutuskan pembelian. Salah satu merek kosmetik lokal yang menggunakan konsep vegan di Indonesia adalah kosmetik ESQA.Brand local yang baru berdiri pada tahun 2016, namun telah mampu bersaing dengan merek kosmetik vegan internasional yang telah dipasarkan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi marketing mix dan pengetahuan kosmetik vegan terhadap ekuitas merek yang berdampak pada keputusan pembelian kosmetik ESQA. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang telah tervalidasi dan reliabel. Sebanyak 139 responden pengguna kosmetik ESQA sesuai kriteria inklusi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM-PLS versi 4.0. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa marketing mix dan pengetahuan kosmetik vegan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui ekuitas merek. Secara parsial marketing mix dan pengetahuan kosmetik vegan berpengaruh positif terhadap ekuitas merek dengan nilai t yaitu 12,478 dan 2,370. Secara parsial juga marketing mix  dan ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan masing-masing nilai t yaitu 5,058 dan 6,819, sedangkan pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t yaitu -0,063.

Abstract

There has been an exceedance of water quality standards in the Morowudi Village reservoir. Therefore, treatment using a combination of geotextile pretreatment and filtration is required. The objective of this study is to determine the reduction in turbidity, color, and total coliform concentrations in the Morowudi reservoir water and to identify the most optimal efficiency of each variation in reducing turbidity, color, and total coliform concentrations. The turbidity, color, and total coliform concentrations of Morowudi reservoir water were 84.9 NTU, 251 TCU, and 730,000 CFU/100 mL, respectively. This laboratory-scale study used geotextile pretreatment as the initial filter, followed by filtration. The geotextile pretreatment reactor is a cylindrical tube with dimensions of 40 cm x 50 cm. Treatment is conducted in stages from the geotextile pretreatment reactor to filtration. The filtration reactor has a length of 10 cm, width of 10 cm, and height of 90 cm. In the filtration reactor, variations in the height of silica sand, zeolite, and activated carbon media are tested. In variation 1, the heights of the silica sand, zeolite, and activated carbon media were 30 cm, 20 cm, and 20 cm, respectively. In variation 2, the heights of the silica sand, zeolite, and activated carbon media were 20 cm, 30 cm, and 20 cm, respectively. Based on the research results, in variation 1, the average reduction in turbidity concentration was 19.39 NTU with a reduction percentage of 77.16%, color concentration was 85.40 TCU with a percentage of 65.98%, and total coliform was 2.60%. In variation 2, the average reduction in turbidity concentration was 25.08 NTU with a percentage of 70.46%, color concentration was 98.55 TCU with a percentage of 60.74%, and total coliforms were 633,000 CFU/100 mL with a percentage of 13.29%. The treatment results in this study did not meet the hygiene and sanitation water quality standards.

Abstract

Seaweed cultivation is one of the superior aquatic commodities in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. In Sikka Regency, the majority of coastal communities work as seaweed cultivators. There are several efforts made by the community to increase seaweed production, one of which is by using Green Tonik (GT) liquid fertilizer. However, the use of GT fertilizer can cause macronutrient accumulation in the sea. This accumulation causes the bloom of unwanted microorganisms, thus damaging the stability of the marine ecosystem. The aim of this service activity is to hope that the people of Koja Doi, Sikka Regency, Maumere understand the impacts and risks of using GT liquid fertilizer so that it is not reused in seaweed cultivation or other cultivation in the future. The method used in this service is direct education and outreach by visiting the homes of several seaweed farmers who are affected by the use of GT liquid fertilizer. Apart from that, a discussion session was held between the service team and the community as a step to exchange information. The result of this activity was that information was obtained that the use of GT liquid fertilizer was initiated by the community based on the use of GT fertilizer on land which was able to increase crop production. As a result of the use of this fertilizer, no cultivated seaweed can live in these waters. Scientific research has not been carried out regarding the levels of macronutrient content found in Koja Doi waters so the current consequences are only based on assumptions from the community. Through this research, the community understands the impacts and risks of using GT liquid fertilizer so that people will not use the same or different liquid fertilizer in seaweed cultivation in the future.

Abstract

Tofu industrial wastewater is a contributor to environmental pollution. Wastewater contains high levels of COD and TSS. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of reducing pollutant loads in tofu liquid waste by using the phytoremediation method using water jasmine (Echinodorus Palaefolius). The initial stage of the research was a preliminary test to determine the initial content of the waste. The acclimatization process is carried out by observing the process of plant growth during the research process. To maximize plant growth, dilution is carried out with various concentrations of 25% wastewater with 75% diluting water and 50% wastewater with 50% diluting water. Sampling was carried out every 12 hours for 5 days. The results showed that the highest effectiveness of COD reduction occurred in RFT 25% with a residence time of 12 hours at 39.83%, while for TSS parameters the highest effectiveness was at RFT 25% with a residence time of 12 hours by 69%.

Abstract

Water hyacinth (Eichonia crassipes) is one type of aquatic plant that has a fast growth rate. As a result, sunlight is blocked from entering the water, so that aquatic biota cannot carry out the photosynthesis process perfectly. This study aims to determine the value of C/N ratio, levels of Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), pH, and temperature (T) in composting for 16 days with the addition of 200 mL of bioactivator effective microorganism 4 (EM4) in each reactor. Variations of raw materials used are Control Reactor (RK) containing 1.5 kg of water hyacinth; Treatment Reactor 1 (R1) contains 0.5 kg of water hyacinth + 1 kg of cow dung; Treatment Reactor 2 (R2) contains 0.5 kg of water hyacinth + 1 kg of rice bran; and Treatment Reactor 3 (R3) contains 0.5 kg of water hyacinth + 1 kg of cow dung + 1 kg of rice bran. The results showed that the combination of raw materials had an effect on the quality of the organic fertilizer produced. The combination of Treatment 3 (R3) produced organic fertilizer with the best quality, namely C/N ratio = 15.30%, pH = 7.16, macronutrient P = 4.91% and K = 8.36% which met the quality standard requirements. Minister of Agriculture Number 261/KPTS/SR.310/M/4/2019 concerning the minimum technical requirements for organic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and soil improvement.

Abstract

AbstractThe abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. This abstract should provide a brief introduction to the problem, objective of the article, followed by a statement regarding the methodology (optional) and a brief summary of results. Abstracts are written in font arial 10 pt, Italic, single spacing in one paragraph and preferably not more than 300 words. This study aims to evaluate the regulation of game copyright in Law Number 28 of 2014 and assess the extent to which this regulation provides effective protection for game creators. The research method employed is Normative Legal Research using a Case Approach and Legal Approach. Analysis is conducted on legal regulations, government regulations, and technical regulations related to game piracy in Indonesia. Based on the research findings, several factors contribute to the occurrence of online game piracy, including the lack of clarity in regulations related to online games, ineffective law enforcement, and a lack of legal awareness among the general public. Additionally, there are shortcomings in regulations that are not specific enough regarding the circulation of online games, as well as a lack of effective mechanisms to address technological advancements in the gaming industry. Law enforcement concerning online game piracy also faces challenges, such as a lack of understanding and knowledge among law enforcement officials regarding online games. Efforts to enhance collaboration between law enforcement agencies, the government, and the gaming industry are necessary to address cases of copyright infringement in online games in Indonesia.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaturan hak cipta game dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 dan menilai sejauh mana pengaturan tersebut memberikan perlindungan yang efektif bagi pencipta game. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian Hukum Normatif dengan menggunakan Pendekatan kasus dan Pendekatan undang-undang. Analisis dilakukan terhadap peraturan hukum, peraturan pemerintah, dan peraturan teknis yang berkaitan dengan game bajakan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang mendorong terjadinya pembajakan game online, seperti ketidakjelasan dalam pengaturan terkait game online, kurangnya penegakan hukum yang efektif, dan kurangnya kesadaran hukum dalam masyarakat. Selain itu, terdapat kekurangan dalam pengaturan yang belum cukup spesifik terkait peredaran game online dan belum adanya mekanisme yang efektif untuk menghadapi perkembangan teknologi dalam industri game. Penegakan hukum terkait pembajakan game online juga masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan penegak hukum tentang game online. Diperlukan upaya peningkatan kerjasama antara lembaga penegak hukum, pemerintah, dan industri game dalam menangani kasus-kasus pelanggaran hak cipta dalam game online di Indonesia.

Abstract

The gypsum board industry in Indonesia faces significant challenges in sustaining firm growth amid market competition and dynamic business environments. This study aims to examine the influence of innovation, dynamic capabilities, and agile leadership on sustainable firm growth, with competitive advantage as a mediating variable and product life cycle as a moderating variable. A mixed methods approach was applied, combining quantitative data from 27 managerial respondents analyzed using mediation and moderation regression via SmartPLS, and qualitative data from in-depth interviews with two informants representing companies in growth and decline phases. The findings reveal that competitive advantage significantly mediates the relationship between strategic factors and sustainable firm growth. However, the product life cycle does not show a significant moderating effect. These results highlight the critical role of strengthening competitive advantage as a core strategy to achieve sustainable growth in Indonesia’s gypsum board industry.

Abstract

Limbah cair dari hasil industri adhesive tape mengandung kadar COD, TSS, amonia total, minyak lemak dan pH yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh variasi tegangan dan waktu kontak saat proses elektrokoagulasi terhadap penurunan kadar COD, TSS, amonia total, minyak lemak dan pH pada limbah adhesive tape. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan reaktor berukuran 20 cm x 20 cm x 14 cm. Tegangan yang digunakan adalah 8V, 14V dan 20V, sedangkan waktu kontak terdiri dari 40 menit dan 70 menit. Elektroda yang digunakan adalah plat Seng (Zn) dengan ukuran 10 cm x 4 cm dengan jumlah total 8 plat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tegangan yang paling efektif adalah 20V dengan waktu pengolahan selama 70 menit. Efisiensi penurunan kadar COD sebesar 99,12% TSS sebesar 89,61% amonia total sebesar 93,14% dan minyak lemak sebesar 97,38%.

Abstract

In the highly competitive pharmaceutical industry, the success of manufacturing companies depends largely on their ability to meet consumer demand on time. However, many companies struggle to achieve their production lead time targets. PT Z, for instance, experiences high lead time during the tablet coating process, leading to failure in fulfilling forecasted demands and increased production costs. This study applies the Kaizen concept, which emphasizes continuous improvement, to enhance production efficiency. The objective is to analyze the effect of Kaizen implementation on production lead time and its subsequent impact on forecast fulfillment and production costs for film-coated tablets. A fishbone diagram was utilized to identify the root causes of the prolonged lead time. The research employed purposive sampling, selecting three film-coated tablet products based on Pareto analysis, with three batches observed for each product. Data were collected through direct observation and Tenaga Kerja Langsung (direct labor) forms. Linear regression was used to determine the relationship between variables, and a paired sample T-test was conducted to assess differences before and after Kaizen implementation. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. The findings indicate that Kaizen implementation significantly reduced production lead time, resulting in a decrease in the lead time for film-coated tablets from 31.28 days to 27.66 days. This reduction led to an increase in forecast fulfillment from 93.72% to 127.55% and a decrease in production costs by 35.78%. In conclusion, the application of the Kaizen method effectively shortens production lead time and positively impacts order fulfillment and cost efficiency in film-coated tablet manufacturing.
