Abstract

The development of cosmetic products and increasingly fierce competition between brands make it necessary for cosmetic brands to be able to maintain and increase product purchases by customers. This study aims to provide scientific evidence regarding the influence of brand image, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction and its impact on repurchase of cosmetic skin care products. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative verification. The research sample consisted of 255 respondents and was analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with LISREL software version 10.2. The results showed that brand image and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image, product quality, price and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on repurchase of cosmetic skin care products. Brand image and price are the main factors that can influence customer satisfaction, while product quality is not the main consideration that influences customer satisfaction for cosmetic skin care products. Brand image, product quality, price and customer satisfaction are important factors that encourage customers to repurchase cosmetic skin care products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, premiums and service quality claims on customer repurchase interest through the competitive advantage of health insurance at PT. Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia. The sampling technique is total sampling, which is a sample that represents the total population. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis processed with SmartPLS software. The results showed that the variable product quality and service quality claims have a significant effect on competitive advantage, while the premium variable has no significant effect on competitive advantage. The premium variable has a significant effect on repurchase interest, while the product quality and claims service quality variables have no significant effect on repurchase interest. The competitive advantage variable has a significant effect on repurchase interest. The results also show the most dominant direct influence, namely the direct influence between claim service quality on competitive advantage and the most dominant indirect effect between the variables, namely the influence of claim service quality through competitive advantage on repurchase interest

Abstract

Abstrak Entrepreneurial Mindset dibutuhkan oleh para pemilik UMKM yang merupakan anggota BUMDEs untuk meningkatkan semangat wirausaha dan peluang bisnisnya, terdiri dari action oriented, fokus pada eksekusi, berpikir simple, memiliki kreativitas, memiliki integritas, mengambil peluang, dan membangun jaringan. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah membuat pola pikir berkembang dan sukses menghadapi tantangan serta dapat mencari solusi dari masalah usaha yang dihadapi. Dari kegiatan ini dapat terwujud luaran yang diharapkan adalah pola pikir berkembang dan sukses menghadapi tantangan serta dapat mencari solusi dari masalah usaha yang dihadapi. Abstract

Kegiatan PkM merupakan salah satu dharma perguruan tinggi dimana dosen dan mahasiswa diharapkan hadir di tengah-tengah Masyarakat untuk memberikan solusi terhadap masalah-masalah yang dihadapi terkait dengan bidang ilmu yang merupakan aplikasi dari keilmuwan yang dimiliki serta implementasi dari kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan. Kegiatan ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, antara lain: (1) membantu meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan usaha, (2) membantu UMKM untuk dapat mengelola keuangan usaha mereka agar lebih efisien dan akurat, (3) memperkenalkan aplikasi pengelolaan keuangan berbasis teknologi mobile. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terhadap masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh UMKM khususnya UMKM yang berada di lingkungan sekitar kampus Universitas Pancasila dalam bidang manajemen dan akuntansi. Hasil dari pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan, pemahaman dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan dan istilah-istilah umum yang terdapat pada bidang akuntansi keuangan tergolong masih rendah dengan skor 73,75. Dan hasil post-test setelah mengikuti serangkaian pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan usaha adalah 98,75. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang cukup signifikan, sehingga pelaku UMKM di komunitas lentera dapat ”naik kelas” dan UMKM yang lebih produktif dan menyerap lebih banyak tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Leachate with organic and inorganic content and heavy metals has the potential to pollute the environment. Therefore, alternative leachate treatment is needed. A complex organic liquid called eco-enzyme is the end product of fermentation of organic matter, sugar, and water. This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of eco-enzyme dosage to reduce BOD, COD, and E.Coli content in Benowo landfill leachate water samples. The technique implemented in this study was to dissolve eco enzyme using doses of 13%, 16.7%, and 20% into a reactor containing 7 liters of leachate water. Analysis of BOD, COD, and E.Coli levels was conducted on the 7th, 14th, and 21st day of each treatment. The results showed that the eco enzyme was able to reduce E.Coli but could not reduce BOD and COD of leachate water. The highest E.Coli reduction occurred at a dose of 13% from a concentration of 35000 MPN/100 ml to 1600 MPN/100 ml (95%). The highest decrease in E.Coli occurred on the 21st day of observation from a concentration of 35000 MPN/100 ml to 1600 MPN/100 ml (95%).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Lactobacillus sp. bacteria as an Effective Microorganism (EM) solution derived from kepok banana peel waste to treat tempeh wastewater. The research was conducted using four reactors with varying EM concentrations (0%, 10%, 20%, and 30%) that were processed over 16 days. The results demonstrated a significant decrease in COD, BOD, and TSS levels. Reactor R4, containing 30% EM, reduced BOD by 78.01%, increased DO to 1.31 mg/L, and raised pH to 5.86. Reactor R3, with 20% EM, achieved the highest COD reduction of 78.13%. Additionally, Reactor R2, containing 10% EM, reduced TSS by 66.81%. This study indicates that EM derived from kepok banana peel waste can effectively degrade organic pollutants in tempeh wastewater, offering an environmentally friendly treatment method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis pengaruh beauty vlogger review dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan citra merek sebagai variabel intervening pada generasi Y dan Z. Jenis metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif serta menggunakan sampel sebanyak 89 responden orang generasi Y dan 89 responden generasi Z yang merupakan karyawan BNI devisi marketing communication. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis SEM menggunakan software PLS 3. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer yang merupakan hasil dari jawaban responden atas kuesioner yang disebarkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel beauty vlogger review tidak berpengatuh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada generasi Y namun variabel beauty vlogger review berpengatuh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada generasi Z. Variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keutusan pembelian pada generasi Y namun variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keutusan pembelian pada generasi Z. Abstract

The development of business strategy is an important aspect to achieve corporate goals. It requires accurate strategy planning in developing a company or business. This study was conducted on PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja (PT AMB), one of the steel plate manufacturer companies in West Java. The high challenge faced by the companies forced their top management to think harder in determining the strategies to be applied. The uncertain business climate and the recovering condition of the company were the factors that must be identified. This study used the SWOT analysis method which was developed by weighting over IFA (Internal Factor Analysis) and EFA (External Factor Analysis). It required an analytical technique to test the model and the relation generated by the SWOT. The analytical techniques used in this study was Analytic Network Process or ANP. The use of ANP analysis tools was also aimed to find the priority strategy. Using ANP, based on the weighted sequence of the largest, it can be seen that the sequence of strategies is "increase the working capital especially for new projects" by 1,0000000, "strengthen the HRD system to discipline employees" by 0,746776 "conduct employee competency training Amounting to 0,488718, "improving production quality" 0,244288, "creating SIM to expand foreign and domestic market of 0,153744" and implementing ISO-certified management system "of 0,097903.

Abstract

In almost all existing companies, especially companies engaged in financial services, employees is an important asset that must be maintained because they rely on the performance level of employees in the company, then the company is required to be able to optimize the performance of its employees. Motivation, job satisfaction, work status and organizational commitment at this critical time in managing employees to be more productive. This study addressed the problem of how much influence employee motivation on employee performance ?, How much influence job satisfaction on employee performance ?, how much influence the employment status of the employee's performance? Is organizational commitment mediate the relationship between motivational influence on employee performance? Abstract

The rapid progress of the banking world makes the community as a consumer banking services have a large selection of banking companies that can be selected according to their needs. Equality of products, features, or service convenience makes banking into a homogeneous industry, to excel in a homogeneous industry, one way is to provide different types and quality of service between a bank and another bank. The banking world recognizes the importance of obtaining and maintaining customer confidence for the success of the bank business and the benefits of each product offered by the bank requires a marketing strategy, this is done so that the public knows and has the interest to buy the benefits of the products offered in accordance with their needs and desires. This study uses four variables, namely service quality, trust, marketing mix and buying interest. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategies to increase buying interest through service quality and marketing strategy through customer trust. The method used is descriptive and causality method, data collection techniques are done by giving questionnaires to 250 customers who have done transactions in the BCA Cash office in Depok area and in the analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Amos 21. The results showed that service quality had a positive influence on trust, but did not have a positive influence on purchasing intention, and marketing mix has a positive effect on trust and purchasing intention
