Abstract

Abstract: Snowball throwing learning is one of cooperative learning models, with emphasis on group learning system. Snowball throwing learning training students to be more responsive to receive a messages from others and convey a message to a friend of the group. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of learning models snowball throwing to improve social subject outcomes in fourth grade students of SDN 50 Bengkalis. Design of this research is the Classroom Action Research which consists of four stages in each cycle, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study was conducted by two cycles. The reflection results in the first cycle showed that the teacher activity has been good and the student activity could be categorized well but there are still some things that need to be improved, likes the involvement of students in the classroom, students activity in the discussion. For the second cycle of teacher activity and students has been increased and has started better than ever. The results of data analysis and discussion of students learning outcomes in the first cycle showed that an increase in individuals where the number of students who completed the basic score as many as seven students with a percentage (35%) and the average value of 68.5 increased in the first cycle to 15 students the percentage (75%) and the average value of 77. in the second cycle increased to 18 students with a percentage (90%) and the average value of 85 so that it can be concluded that the implementation of Snowball Throwing learning models can improve the social subject grade IV SDN 50 Bengkalis.Keywords : Model , Snowball Throwing Learning , Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve social science outcomes with Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) for student of V SDN 161 Pekanbaru. The result of research showed that social science through Student Teams Achievement Division can improve social science outcomes.This study is classroom action research (CAR). This can be seen from : (1) teacher activity increases from percentages of teacher activity in the first cycle of 62,5 %( enough category), in the second cycles of 91,66% (very good category); (2) student learning activities of increase in each cycle, this can be seen from the percentage of student learning activities in the first cycle of 62,5% (enough category), and increased in the second cycle of 87,5% (very good category); (3) student learning outcomes increase from avarage basic value 57,33 with completness 33,33% (unfinished), and then increase in the first cycle equal to 29,94% with a value 74,50, and in the second cycle increased by 47,39%with value 84,5. And then, the conclusion is the application of cooperative learning model of student teams achievement division (STAD) can improve learning outcomes on social science of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 161 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Student teams Achievement Division (STAD), learning outcomes, Classroom Action Research (CAR

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve student learning outcomes IPS class fourth SDN 011 Desa Talang Gedabu Kecamatan Rakit Kulim by applying cooperative learning model type STAD. The subjects were students of class IV of 20 people, consisting of 9 male students and 11 female students. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK). Based on the results of this study concluded that the results of social studies students before implementation of cooperative learning model STAD is 61, there are seven people were completely and 13 students have not finished with a percentage of 35% completeness. In the first cycle UH 1 daily value increased to 67.5 students who have increased as much as 10.65%, completeness students also increased to 12 students and 8 students have not been completed by 60% the percentage of completeness. In the second cycle increases in value as much as 14,81% to 77.5 with the expected goals to 19 students who completed and there are still 1 students who have not completed. Improved learning outcomes are supported with maximum learning process. Activities teachers in the first cycle-one meetings to gain success 70.83% with kriterian well. At the 2nd meeting increased to 79.17% with good criterion. In the second cycle-one meetings to acquire 87.5% success criteria. At the 2nd meeting increased to 95.83% with good criterion once. Activities students-one meeting to the first cycle of successes 58.33% with less criteria. At the 2nd meeting is 66.67% with sufficient criteria. In the second cycle to meeting all first gained success 75% with good criterion. At the 2nd meeting increased to 87.5% with good criterion. Thus, it can be concluded that the model type STAD cooperative learning can improve learning outcomes IPS class  IV SDN 011 Desa Talang Gedabu Kecamatan Rakit Kulim. Keywords: cooperative learning model STA, learning outcomes IPS

Abstract

Abstrak: Background in this research is the low learning outcomes grade IV SD 038 Sekeladi because the students are still less active in receiving lessons. The teacher is less engaging students in learning and teachers just use eneryption methods lecture and less involved directly students to determine their own and the knowledge that they are holding on of these problems need to be doing class action research (PTK) with the application of the cooperative learning model type numbered head togrther This research alms to improve the learning results of IPA grade IV SDN 038 Sekeladi with the number of students as many as 18 people students. This research was done with two cycles each cycle consists of two times meeting with one-time deateronomy daily unstrumen data collection in this research is the observation sheet and test the results of the study. The results of the data analysis cictivities teachers on the first I pertemuan cycle 50% and the second meeting was increased to 62,5% at the first meeting of the II cycle 82,5 % and the second meeting was increased to 92,5%. Further mor the results of the tada analysis of student activity on the cycle I the firstmeeting 50% and the second meeting was increased to 62,5 % at the first meeting of the II cycle 82,5% an the second meeting was increased to 92,5% from the results obtained in this research study results of student experience increased that is the average of the results of the study on base score is 6,50 increaset cycle I be 68,0 increased again in the cycle of II tht is 73,6 for ketuntasan study on base score is 7 people (38,8%) increased cycle I be II people (61,11%) increased again in the cycle of II be 17 people (94,4%) this you can deduce that if applied cooperative learning model of thpe numbered head together IPA lerarning results may increase grade IV SDN 038 Sekeladi.Keywords : cooperative learning model of type numbered head together (NHT) results learn IPA.

Abstract: This research up on its low usufructs student studying braze v SDS Pembangunan Baganbatu. Initially, of 24 students which reach KKM just 9 person (37,5 %). Its low causal factor result studies student because of teacher be still that more active than student tend upon learning happens. So student have no chance to develop pengetahuanya. Therefore researcher applies one kooperatif learning model type Snowball Throwing which is one model which can help student in understands learning. Type learning model Snowball Throwing giving chance to student to develop its skill. then each student makes formed question bulbous (question paper) then is thrown to other student. This research mengunakan methodics Action Research braze (PTK) with analisis's tech kualitatif's data. On action research brazes this researcher plot action with two cycles. Action performing did by acting researcher as teacher up to learning process. Activity result learns on i. cycle 62,50% by enough categories, then increasing on appointment second becomes 75,00 % get categories well. On cycle II. appointment first increases 83,33 % by good categories, then on appointment second increases again 95,83% by good peer categories. Student activity result on meet i. cycle percentage first 58,33% get enough categories, then on second appointment 70,83% also get categories well, on cycle II. first appointment 79,16% get good peer categories, on second Cycle appointment II. also experience step-up 91,66 % by ketegori tremendously good.Key Word : kooperatif' model type Snowball Throwing , IPA learned result

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to determine the effect of using power point learning media on learning outcomes social sciences students grade IV SDN 015 Rumbai Jaya. The subjects of this study were students of grade IV SDN 015 Rumbai Jaya which amounted to 30 students consisting of 10 men anda 20 women. The method used in this research is pre-experiment method with one-group research design pretest-posttest design. In this design, before the prior treatment is given the pretest sample (the initial tes) and the end of the sample study is given a posttest (final test). Data collection techniques in this study researchers using test techniques and documentation techniques. Hypothesis testing is done by using test “simple regression”test. Result of research showed that the test result of student social sciences learning before given treatment in the form of use of power point learning media with average 65,17. Meanwhile learning result after use of power point learning media with average 79,83. The based on hypothesis testing that is by using a simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 23 got the result of the correlation value between the two data 0,829 which means have a very strong and positive influence between the two variables. Shows thitung value = 7,839 with significance value 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Then it can be concluded Ho rejected Ha accepted. Which means that Ha “ there is a significant influence of the use of power point learning media to the results of student learning social sciences class IV SDN 015 Rumbai Jaya”.Keywords : learning power point, result of learning social science

Abstract

Abstract : The problem of this research is the weakness of students result learning in natural science subject at IV class students of SD Negeri 11 Dompas Bukit Batu Subdistrict which is consist of 20 students. The KKM in this school is 66. From the total only 8 students ( 40,00 %) reach the KKM and 12 students (60,00%) under the KKM. Based on the problem, the reseacher doing the research by using implementation cooperative learning model group investigation (GI). In cycle I, the percentage of teacher activity in the first meeting is adquate 54,00 %, in the second meeting teacher activity significantly increase up to 70,00 % with good category. In cycle II, the first meeting was in very good category 83,00% and the second meeting indecated very good category 100 %. Meanwhile, the activity of students also improved. In cycle I, at the first meeting indicated 41,66 % in adquate category and in cycle II has increased up to 66,66 % with good category. In cycle II, the first meeting, the activity of students has been increasing up to 83,33 % with very good category,and the second meeting increase up to 100% with very good category. An average score of students result learning before implementation is 63,55 %, it increased up to 74,50 % in cycle I, and 79,50 % in cycle II. In classical completeness, cycle I and cycle II were achieved. in conclusion the implementation cooperative model investigation group (GI) can improve students result learning at IV class students of SD Negeri 11 Dompas Bukit Batu Subdistrict in natural science subject.Keyword : Cooperative model group investigation (GI) type, result learning in natural science subject.

Abstract

Abstract :  The background of this research is the low ability students in dance dancing Pasambahan on SDN 161 pekanbaru in learning the art of culture and skills of teachers due to lack of knowledge in mastering the learning material , not master of traditional dance movements of other regions and children do not know about other areas of traditional dance movements . This research was conducted with the aim to improve the ability Pasambahan dance with the application of Explicit Instruction Model .Based on data analysis activities of the average teacher meeting I 60 1 cycle with enough categories, the 2nd meeting of the first cycle to 70 in both categories. Cycle II meeting 1 the average activity of teachers increased to 80 categories of good, the 2nd meeting of the second cycle increased to 85 in both categories, rose again on the third cycle of 1-90 meeting with either category, rising at the 2nd meeting of the third cycle to 95 with a very good category. Average student activity meets the first cycle 1 at 50% categorized fairly, increasing at a meeting to-2 with 55% categorized enough. At the first meeting of the average student activity second cycle increased to 60% with enough categories, at a meeting to-2 increased to 70% in both categories. 1 satisfy the average student activity cycle III 90%, increase in III-2 meeting cycle to 95%. From the results of the activities of teachers and students showed improvement. Assessment results of basic dance movements to improve the average value creation at the beginning of the data is 40.9, the ability to improve assessment creation first cycle of basic dance movements with an average of 50.1 from the preliminary data. On assessment results improve basic motor skills creation dance second cycle average ability students increased to 71.2. In the third cycle of basic motor skills results penilaia dance creations by 83.1. Abstract

Abstract: Low level of understanding of the reading skills of students because teachers rarely apply various learning methods, students are trained in reading comprehension through processes or stages that should have been done. Data obtained from the total number of students that add up to 20 students, which can achieve good category revealed nothing. As many as 7 students are on a category, and 10 students are in the category of less. This means that as many as 85% of students do not have the ability of reading comprehension, with the average classroom reached only 59,25. This type of research is research conducted a class act by applying the method of learning survey, question, read, recite, and review (SQ3R) which aims to improve students' reading comprehension at fourth grade students' of elementary school 010 merempan hilir siak regency. This research was carried out on the even semester academic year 2016/2017 with the subject grade IVA consisting of 12 male students and 8 female students. Before the research is done, the researchers prepare a learning device in the form of the syllabus, RPP and LKS, as well as the data collection instruments in the form of sheets, teacher observation of student observation sheet, and the problem repeats daily. After research by application method SQ3R is done, there is an increase in the average reading skills of students understanding of the base score to evaluation I daily of 6.7%, from 59.25 rose to 63.25 and cycle II happen again increased an average of 39.2% reached 82.5. The results of the data analysis activities teachers and students also experienced an increase in both the cycle. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the method of survey, question, read, recite, and review (SQ3R) can improve students' reading comprehension at fourth grade students' of elementary school 010 merempan hilir siak regency.Key Words: Reading, Comprehension, sq3r

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of social studies in third grade students of Pekanbaru 188 Elementary School by applying the cooperative learning type snowball throwing model. The type of research used is classroom action research carried out for two cycles. The data which are collected in this research are the teachers and students activity and also the learning report. Teacher activity in the cycle I of the first meeting obtained score of 15 (62.50%)) with sufficient category and at the second meeting obtained score of 21 (87,50%) with very good category. In addition, student activity is also increased at the first meeting of the first cycle with a percentage of 14 (58,33%) with enough category at the second meeting increasing obtained score of 22 (91,67%) with very good category in second place cycle II meeting. Furthermore, student learning outcomes with an average base score of 58,73 increased to the first cycle with an average value of 66,05 with an increase of 12,46%. In the second cycle the average score of students increased to 84,78 with an increase of 44,36%. From the results of the study it can be concluded that by applying the snowball throwing type cooperative learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes of grade in class III Pekanbaru SDN 188.Key Words: Cooperative type of snowball throwing, social studies learning outcomes
