Action performing did by acting researcher as teacher up to learning process. Activity result learns on meet i. cycle first which is 54,54% by enough categories, then increasing on appointment second becomes 63,64% get categories well. On cycle II. appointment first increases 72,73% by good categories, then on appointment second increases again 90,91% by pretty good categories. Student activity result on meet i. cycle percentage first 61,11% get categories well, then on second appointment 66,67% also get categories well, on cycle II. first appointment 86,11% get categories very good, on second Cycle appointment II. also experience step-up 94,44% by ketegori very good. Meanwhile on cycles daily dry run II. experience thoroughness step-up, complete student 24 person, meanwhile that don't complete 2, with klasikal's thoroughness 92,30% (complete). Thus therefore gets to be concluded that with learnings model implement kooperatif type Snowball Throwing can increase IPA'S studying result student brazes IV. Abstract

Abstract: This research is a survey research about Competence of Pedagogic Students of Primary School Teacher Education Program University of Riau. The purpose of this research is to know and describe University of Riau of Riau University. This research was conducted in Teacher Education Program of Elementary School Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau on July 2017 until August 2017. The sample of this research is student of Generation 2014 with amount of 76 respondents. Data collection techniques used is a written test technique with the instrument of this study is an objective matter about teacher pedagogic competence with four alternative answers with the number 49 questions. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results indicate that students' pedagogical competencies are included in the "Enough" category. This is evidenced by the acquisition: The average acquisition of pedagogical competence of students is 50.51 with the category "Enough". The number of students who scored in the interval 85-100 with the category of "Very Good" amounted to 0 students, at intervals of 70-84 with the category "Good" amounted to 1 student, at intervals of 50-69 with the category "Enough" amounted to 47 students, interval 0-49 with the category "Less" amounted to 28 students.Keywords: pedagogic competence

On this research mengunakan methodics Action Research braze (PTK) with subjek research is student brazes v SDN 003 Bantayan New that total 22 student. menunjukan's observational result increases it activity learns on meet i. cycle first which is 58,30% by enough categories, then increasing on appointment second becomes 66,70 % get categories well. On cycle II. appointment first increases 79,20% by good categories, then on appointment second increases again 95,80% by good categories. Student activity result on meet i. cycle percentage first 58,30% get enough categories, then on second appointment 66,70% also get categories well, on cycle II. first appointment 75% get categories well, on second Cycle appointment II. also experience step-up 87,50 % by ketegori well. Students learned thoroughness on base score, complete student just 9 students whereas that don't complete 13 students, with klasikal's thoroughness 40,91 % (are not complete). On cycles daily dry run i. student which complete 14 students whereas that don't complete 8 students, with klasikal's thoroughness 63,63 % (are not complete). Abstract

Abstract : This research up on its low usufructs student studying braze v SD Country 021 West Chartses. Initially, of 22 students which reach KKM just 9 person (40,90 %), with average brazes 63,63. Therefore, this research try Learning Approaching Implement Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) to Increase IPS Studying Result Student class V SD Negeri 021 Bagan Barat . On this research Observational mengunakan Action brazes (PTK) with analisis's tech kualitatif's data. Observational job mechanism action brazes this, rendered in cycle form (plotted 2 cycles), one that each its cycle ranges 4 activities / phases, which is (1 ) plannings (2 ) performings (3 ) watches and (4 ) reflections. Activity result learns on meet i. cycle first which is 68,75% by enough categories, then increasing on appointment second becomes 81,25 % get categories well. On cycle II. appointment first increases 87,50% by good categories, then on appointment second increases again 93,75% by good peer categories. Student activity result on meet i. cycle percentage first 56,25% get reducing categories, then on second appointment 62,50% also get enough categories, on cycle II. first appointment 68,75% get enough categories, on second Cycle appointment II. also experience step-up 87,50 % by ketegori well. On cycles daily dry run i. student which complete 15 students whereas that don't complete 7 students, with klasikal's thoroughness 68,18 % (are not complete). Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the teacher who still uses the teaching method with the old method and the difficulty of the students to understand the abstract science learning, thus causing the low value of the students' science. Implementation of STAD cooperative learning method using media audio visual is expected to be influential improving science achivements. This research uses quasi experimental method with nonequivalent control group design. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of STAD cooperative learning method using media audio visual to the students' science achivements in the experimental class and to know the difference in the increase of students' science achivements between experimental and control classes. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 42 Pekanbaru with class III D as control class and class III E as experiment class. The research shows that there is an influence of STAD cooperative learning method using media audio visual and difference in the improvement of students' science achivements between the experimental and control class. In the experimental class there is an increase learning with average gain of 0.328 medium category. While the control class increased learning average gain of 0.086 low category. This research, there is influence of STAD cooperative learning method using media audio visual to students' learning result at experimental class with value (r) 0,701 with strong relation and coefficient determination () 49,10% STAD cooperative learning method using media audio visual, while 50,90% was influenced by other factors. Thus, STAD cooperative learning method using media audio visual influence on science learning results of students with improved learning outcomes than the application of lecture methods.Key Word: STAD, Audio Visual Media, Science Achivements

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by teh fach is found in teh class IV B SDN 015 Penyaguan, which shows the results of lerning in  social sains is still relatively. Formulation the problem is this research is: “Does the application of Talking stick model can improve learning outcomes in social sains studen of SDN 015 Penyaguan?”.This research aims to improve learning autcomes in social sains students of SDN 015 Penyaguan with applecation of learning models Talking Stick. The hypothesis og this study is that if applied learning model Talking Stick it can improve learning outcomes in social sains students of SDN 015 Penyaguan. This study was conducted in SDN 015 Penyaguan in marech 2016. This from is research is classroom acstion research ( PTK) are planned as much as two cycle. The subjects were students of class IV B SDN 015 Penyaguan academic 2015/2016 which amounted to 26 people consisting of 12 men end 14 women. Based on the results of research of teacher activity sheet seen rising each meeting. At the firist meeting of the firist cycle of 67% ,the second meeting of the frist cycle of 71%, at the fourth meeting of the second cycle of 75%,and the fifth meeting of the second cycle of 87% .student activity observation sheet also increased at every meeting. At the first meeting of the firist cycle of 62% ,the scoond meeting of the first cycle of 67%, at the fourth meeting of the second cycle of 75% and the fifth meeting o the second cycle of 83%. Mastery learning outcomes to repeat at frist cycle increased 50,00% from the base score of 15,38% to 65,38%. In the second cycle increased by 19,23% to 84,61%.The average value in the base score 60,57, UH  then the frist cycle to 75,19 with an increase of 24,13%. Where as the second cycle of the  average  value of UH becomes 79,61 with an increase of 31,43%.So that research result are consistent with the hypothesis. Keyword: Models Talking Stick, Learning Outcame IPS

Abstract

Abstract : This Research is background by lowering of result of learning IPS of student of class of V SD of Private Sector of Methodist of River of Mangrove of Subdistrict Sinaboi, with the class mean 66,82. While Complete Criterion value Minimize the (KKM) IPS is 75. Among/Between student amounting to 22 people only 8 one who reach the KKM, while 14 people do not reach the KKM. This Research represent the Research of Class Action (PTK) done/conducted aim to to increase result of learning IPS of Student of class of V SD of Private Sector of Methodist of River of Mangrove of Subdistrict Sinaboi with the applying model the direct study. Instrument of data collecting of at this skripsi is activity sheet learn and student and also result of learning. This Skripsi present the data of result of learning obtained from mean of result of learning before action 66,82 mounting 12,04 becoming 78,86 at cycle I. At cycle II mount to become 9,09 with the mean 87,95. Activity learn at first cycle I meeting obtain;get the percentage of equal to 65% with the good category, at second meeting of cycle I experience of the improvement with the percentage 80% good category. Hereinafter first cycle II meeting of activity learn also experience of the improvement with the percentage 90% good category very and at second meeting of cycle II 95% category very goodness. Student activity of at first cycle I meeting obtain;get the percentage 55% category enough, at second meeting experience of the improvement with the percentage 65% good category. At this cycle is student start to comprehend the study activity by applying model the direct study marked with the student activity of at, first cycle II meeting of student activity also experience of the improvement with the percentage 80% good category, and at second meeting of cycle II 90% category very goodness. Result of research in class of V SD of Private Sector of Methodist of River of Mangrove of Subdistrict Sinaboi prove that applying model the direct study can improve the result learn the student of class of V SD of Private Sector of Methodist of River of Mangrove of Subdistrict Sinaboi.Keyword : Model the direct pembelajan, result of learning IPS, PTK2

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes Civics class V students of SD Negeri 59 Sebangar District of Saber, with an average grade 57.92. While the value of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) Civics is 70, among the students who totaled 24 people only 7 people who reach KKM. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) by applying cooperative learning model Mind Mapping. This thesis presents the results of studying the data obtained from the average results of study before action 57.92 increased to 64.79 in Cycle I. In the second cycle increased to 76.7. The activities of teachers in the first cycle of the first meeting of the percentage gain of 54.2% to the category, please, at the meeting of the two has increased roughly 75% of both categories. Furthermore, the first meeting of the second cycle activities of teachers also mengelami 79.2% increase in the percentage of both categories, and the second meeting of the second cycle increased by a percentage of 87.5% is very good category. Activity of students in the first cycle of the first meeting of the percentage of 58.3% enough category, at a second meeting has increased by 70.8% percentage of both categories, the first meeting with a percentage of 79.2% meniingkat both categories. At the second meeting of two cycles has increased with the percentage of 83.3% is very good category. Abstract

Abstract : Background problem in this research is the low yields learn science student, can be seen in the value of the students of the 20 students who completed only 7 students 13% and students who did not complete 13 people (65%) with the average value of the class is 56,25. KKM predetermined school is 65. This research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted to improve learning outcomes IPA fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Sungai Siput to implement cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray. At the first meeting of the first cycle of teacher activity percentage 58.33% with enough categories, the second pertemuam increased to 66.66% in both categories. In the second cycle the first meeting with a percentage of 75.00% with a good category and at the second meeting increased to 83.33% with very good category. Activities of students has increased, in the first cycle of the first meeting of 58.33% with enough categories and the second meeting increased to 70.83% in both categories. While in the first meeting of the second cycle of student activity increased to 79.17% in both categories, and the second meeting increased to 83.33% with very good category. The average results of study before the application is increased 56.25 to 66.00 in the first cycle and increased again to 77.75 in the second cycle. While classical completeness in the first cycle and the second cycle is reached. Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the facts that occurred in class IV SDN 019 Kampung Dagang, who showed symptoms of the students did not master the material science lessons have been learned. The problem of this research is "Does the implementation of inquiry learning strategies to improve learning outcomes for teaching science in class IV SDN 019 Kampung Dagang Kecamatan Rengat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu?". The purpose of this research to improve learning outcomes of science subjects class IV through the implementation of inquiry learning strategies (SPI) in SDN 019 Kampung Dagang Rengat District of Indragiri Hulu. This research is in in class IV SDN 019 Kampung Dagang and executed on April 5 to 22, 2016, with the number of subjects as many as 25 people consisting of 10 male students and 15 female students. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Based on the results the learning outcomes in basic score, an average 73.2 increase in Deuteronomy Daily I to 82.2, with an increase to 12.2. In Deuteronomy Daily II increased to 87.8 with an increase of 6.8%. An overall increase of 19%. So we can conclude the implementation of inquiry learning strategies (SPI) can improve learning outcomes IPA in class IV SDN 019 Kampung Dagang Rengat District of Indragiri Hulu Keywords: Inquiry Learning Strategy, Learning Outcomes, IPA
