Abstract

The role of female lecturers in education is very important and has a significant impact, female lecturers bring a unique gender perspective to learning and research, which is often underrepresented. The performance of female lecturers is an interesting topic to discuss because it involves various factors related to academic productivity, gender challenges, and social roles. This study aims to convince the impact of family social support and encouragement on happiness and reliable commitment and its implications on the ability of female lecturers in large schools in Riau Province. Using a survey method with an illustration of 220 female lecturers who are married with a proportional random sampling technique, information is combined using a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM analysis equipment. The results of the study convince that family social support and encouragement have an important influence on happiness and reliable commitment and have important implications for the ability of female lecturers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of paired lower passing training on the lower passing ability of Volleyball players Bintang Siantar Klub. The research problem is the low lower passing ability of Bintang Siantar Klub volleyball players. From the data analysis conducted, it is known that the paired lower passing training model has a significant effect on the lower passing ability of volleyball. Where the obtained mean difference test (t test) is 14.409 while the t table is 2.201 with a significant level of α = 0.05 and n = 12, then tcount> t table (14.409> 2.201), so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the paired lower passing training model on the lower passing ability of volleyball players Bintang Siantar Klub. Abstract

Makanan instan merupakan kelompok pangan yang cenderung telah diberikan tambahan agar mudah dalam proses pengolahan. Perubahan pola konsumsi tersebut terjadi karena gaya hidup Masyarakat. Tujuan pengabadian Masyarakat adalah memberikan penyuluhan terhadap bahaya makanan instan. Metode yang digunakan  adalah ceramah, diskusi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil dari kegiatan pengbadian kepada Masyarakat ini mendapatkan respon yang baik dari SMP Negeri 1 Sajad, selain itu antusias yang positif juga direspon dengan baik oleh siswa-siswi dengan kehadiran dalam mengikuti penyuluhan. Interaksi yang terjadi antar penyuluh dengan peserta pun terjadi komunikasi yang baik. Hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya diskusi mengenai bahaya makanan instan, selain itu peserta memberikan beberapa alasan mengkonsumsi makanan instan yaitu mudah disimpan (11%), keterbatasan waktu memasak (11%), menyukai rasanya (76%) dan tidak menyadari sebanyak 2%. Dari adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi refernsi dalam mendapatkan makanan yang lebih sehat dan terbebas dari bahaya makanan instan. Sehingga  generasi remaja dapat tumbuh secara sehat dan optimal.

Abstract

The reality that occurs in society is that breastfeeding is only a matter between the mother and baby, even though in reality there are many factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. One of the important factors that supports the success of exclusive breastfeeding is providing support to mothers both from the family and from health workers, especially midwives. Based on the background description above, the author is interested in conducting research with the title "Exploring the Role of Midwives and Family Support in Promoting Exclusive Breastfeeding at the Indraloka Jaya Health Center in 2025". To find out the relationship between midwife support and family support for exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of ​​the Indraloka Jaya Health Center.This research is an analytical survey research with a cross sectional approach. The research population was 45 mothers who had babies aged 6 - 11 months and the total sample was 45 people with sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study was univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with chi square, and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression using statistical calculations from the SPSS program.The results of data analysis obtained a p value of midwife support (0.001) and family support (0.000) for exclusive breastfeeding, meaning that there is a significant relationship between midwife support and family support for exclusive breastfeeding. Based on multiple logistic regression analysis, it was found that midwife support provides 5,135 times the opportunity and family support provides 23,981 times the opportunity for exclusive breastfeeding.Based on the research results, there is a relationship between midwife support and family support for exclusive breastfeeding in the Indraloka Jaya Health Center working area. Midwives or other health workers should provide education to family members so they can provide support to the mother during breastfeeding

Abstract

The knowledge and interest of women of reproductive age in contraceptive methods for family planning (FP) are significantly influenced by the counseling methods used. This study aims to analyze the effect of multimedia-based FP counseling on the knowledge and interest of women of reproductive age in using intrauterine devices (IUDs) at Muara Enim Health Center, Palembang. This research employs a pre-experimental design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest approach. The study sample consists of 50 women of reproductive age who received multimedia-based FP counseling. Data were collected using a questionnaire to measure knowledge and interest before and after the counseling session. The results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge and interest regarding IUD use after receiving multimedia-based counseling. Data analysis using the T-test indicates that multimedia-based counseling has a positive effect on the knowledge and interest of women of reproductive age in choosing IUD contraception. Therefore, this counseling method can be an effective alternative to enhance the knowledge and interest of women of reproductive age in using contraceptive methods, particularly IUDs, at Muara Enim Health Center, Palembang.

Abstract

This research explores modeling in environmental administrative law research, specifically the idealization of legal situations or phenomena, environmental law policy analysis, and specific contexts of environmental administrative law. This research is conducted through a library research approach that utilizes data from Scopus-indexed journal articles from 2022-2024. The analysis focuses on identifying trends, changes, and patterns in various fields of environmental administration law. The modeling research findings offer detailed insights into the dynamics of legal evolution, contributing to formulating policies that respond to complex environmental changes. The research concludes that the evolution of legal ideals and their contexts significantly influence preventive, repressive, curative, and rehabilitative legal research modeling.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze whether the fish crackers in every production process Erna Jaya has generated material losses, in order to obtain transparent information on the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of raw materials and energy in the overall production process. Based on analysis of this study, it is suggested that the fish cracker factory Erna Jaya had material losses/waste in the production process by 15% derived from raw materials and energy is wasted. The results of this study provide a solution to improve production processes and recycle the waste generated as a production cost efficiency effort. As the ingredients and the dough is wasted and stuck to the production machine can be reused in the next production, a change of cooking oil on a regular basis, maintenance and engine maintenance by production personnel after each use, and can be sold as a raw material by a third party to increase income for the company.Keywords: raw material, energy, material losses, Material Flow Cost Accounting, production costs

Abstract

The allocation of Village Funds (ADD) must be balanced with the achievement of good performance by producing outputs and benefits that can be felt tangibly by all levels of villagers. The purpose of this study is to help the government in Waringin Jaya Village determine the performance measure of institutions by using a balanced scorecard that is balanced with public service standards in achieving good governance. The method in this research is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques, namely interviews, questionnaires, observations and documentation. This research produces a balanced scorecard design with the perspective of service to the community as the main measure and supported by financial perspectives, internal processes, as well as growth and learning based on the principles of good governance. This design is expected to be a measure of the performance of the Waringin Jaya Village government in realizing good community services and community welfare development from the allocation of village funds received from the central government. Keywords: Public Sector Organisations, Balanced scorecard, Public Services, Governance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out that a performance measurement system with a balanced scorecard can be a tool for maintaining the continuity of Papaya Fresh Gallery's business so that it can survive during the pandemic. This research uses the method of analysis of validity test, reliability test, descriptive qualitative, and also descriptive quantitative. Primary data is obtained through questionnaires distributed to customers and employees, while secondary data is obtained from financial reports, that are appropriate to the topic as well as from journals. The results obtained from this study show that with COVID-19 which caused a global crisis, performance measurement with the balanced scorecard is useful for decision-making in making performance designs so that companies can know the compcompanyition to be able to make decisions and make strategies to survive and compete. with other foreign supermarkets as well as with other competitors so that the company can continue its business.Keywords: Balanced Scorecard, Business Continuity,  Performance measurement

Abstract

Tripadvisor is a website that contains information on travel and tourist destinations and applications that users can access to provide reviews based on places that Tripadvisor users have visited. This study aims to determine the performance of the algorithm used in predicting and providing improvements in the quality of hotel services on Tripadvisor based on negative sentiment. This research data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. This type of research is qualitative research with sentiment analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the performance of the algorithm used is good with an accuracy value of 87%. In the negative sentiment analysis results, service quality improvements are made by providing recommendations to hotels on TripAdvisor, among others, the hotel staff must be more careful when fulfilling customer requests, maintaining the cleanliness of hotel rooms, improving the quality of food ingredients by choosing more competent chefs, and providing training to food servers so that they can be more polite to customers.
